I'm really disappointed! I always understand that they have a lot of work to do, but when I order three doner kebabs, the first one is prepared (without the ordered mixed meat), spoonfuls of sauce are slopped into it, it's wrapped in aluminum foil, set aside for 7-8 minutes, and then the other doner kebabs arrive, it's obvious what I'll unwrap at home. A pile of something, completely soggy, and after two bites, I couldn't eat it anymore! Is this how food is treated? And I had to pay for this?! Best regards to the Pinocchio team and happy holidays.

I'm very happy with the Pinocchio restaurant, especially the doner kebabs and dürüms. Getting a dürüm with real steak for €7.50 is excellent value. Plus, the dürüm bread is homemade, which you can really taste. All in all, a great place that I highly recommend!

Yesterday we ordered two doner kebabs and two pizzas. We all got food poisoning. We had diarrhea and vomiting. I will never order anything from there again!

The breakfast was not only fresh and delicious, but also lovingly prepared. Pizza had too much tuna and tasted worse than Dr. Oetker has better pizzerias in the area. Benches in the restaurant were very noisy when we were there. Everything in the restaurant seemed like a food check-in station.

It used to be a very good pizzeria, unfortunately the quality has lost a lot, the pizza base is getting thinner towards the front so that the toppings fall off, hardly any taste, it's a shame. Ordered at 7:13 p.m. They said it would take 45 minutes. After an hour I called and they said at most 20 minutes because there was a lot to do. Another half hour later I called again... Then finally after another 10 minutes the food came. Unfortunately wrong (fries with mayo instead of without) and pizza burnt. I called and after a lot of back and forth they said that they would send a new fries. Now after another hour and another call still no fries. It has now been over 3 hours since the order was placed. Never again!
