We took the menu with us yesterday and ordered it today. Pizza Doner 2 in small. Very tasty and big enough for us. That wasn't the last order. Pizza, currywurst and kebab were quite OK. Wheelchair accessible entrance.

Instead of a jumbo kebab, we got a normal kebab. Instead of a tuna pizza, we got a cold burnt pizza. See photos.

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2x pizza rolls. Delivery was announced on time. Unfortunately, the bottom pizza was totally soggy and only lukewarm. The pizzas could have been crispier. It was okay but not wow. Expected more.

Pizza had too much tuna and tasted worse than Dr. Oetker has better pizzerias in the area. Benches in the restaurant were very noisy when we were there. Everything in the restaurant seemed like a food check-in station.

Only after 90 minutes and several calls did the pizza arrive. Unfortunately the taste wasn't good either. That was the first and last time

It used to be a very good pizzeria, unfortunately the quality has lost a lot, the pizza base is getting thinner towards the front so that the toppings fall off, hardly any taste, it's a shame. Very greasy, gratinated rather runny than a bit crispy and firm. Doner, on the other hand, is ok. I'll have to look for another pizzeria for pizza and pasta.

Ordered at 7:13 p.m. They said it would take 45 minutes. After an hour I called and they said at most 20 minutes because there was a lot to do. Another half hour later I called again... Then finally after another 10 minutes the food came. Unfortunately wrong (fries with mayo instead of without) and pizza burnt. I called and after a lot of back and forth they said that they would send a new fries. Now after another hour and another call still no fries. It has now been over 3 hours since the order was placed. Never again!

Unfortunately it was an absolute failure because there was too much stress there and people simply didn't listen when ordering. Among other things, I ordered a baguette with tuna. Pizza rolls with salami were then packed. When I asked if this was for me, it was answered in the affirmative. When I then objected that I had ordered a baguette with tuna, "No problem boss" the rolls were put on the oven and a baguette was prepared which then came out of the oven with salami - supposedly I had ordered it that way and I was "accused" of it. . When I replied that the person who wanted it didn't eat meat, I was grumpily told they were making a new one. Luckily, I then observed how they fished the salami from the baguette and then spread the tuna on it. I was so rude and pointed out that this baguette was for a non-meat eater and that wouldn't be the solution. When they then thought they would prepare it again, this baguette was angrily thrown into the trash and the package with the pizza rolls right after it, even though I had in the meantime offered to take them with me for a small discount on the price so that they didn't end up in the trash would. When the tuna baguette found its way into the bag and I asked about the rolls, I was simply answered with a curt response: "They're sold out." At that point I was really done with this store. When I got home I realized that the baguette wasn't worth enjoying either because it wasn't baked at all This was definitely my last time! Absolutely not recommended!

I ordered from Lieferando and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then I called and was told the pizza would be there in 3 minutes. Then it took another 10 minutes and the whole food was cold. I then complained by phone and they wanted to deliver me new food in 12 minutes and we weren't supposed to touch the food. But we were hungry and declined the offer. I also declined a voucher for a photo. There are plenty of other restaurants. We don't order here anymore.

We come here very often because my son loves kebab the most. We actually only go to Pinocchio and no one else. The kebab is great, everyone is friendly. Sometimes the long wait is worth it. But the pizza is also very tasty. I haven't tried anything else yet.

The food I ordered didn't taste good at all. I had a stomach ache afterwards, the sausage was shriveled, the meatball was hard and the fries were soggy. The only good thing was that it was delivered quickly and I got a cola, although it was only a small one, but it relieved the stomach pain. Never thank you again

Food was delivered and I changed the time over the phone so had the food come earlier. Unfortunately, the mushrooms that were specially ordered and paid for were missing from the pizza. And we also had mozerella sticks which were really more expensive - 6 pieces for 8 euros - I think that's a bit steep. It would be good to get what you paid for

Best kebab shop in Germany, cheap prices for incredibly delicious food. I've been an active customer since it opened and really enjoy eating there. You get a lot for little money, for example for fries or a kebab. When you order, the food always arrives warm and fresh. The employees are always nice and polite. The only thing to complain about is that the fries are no longer as seasoned as they were back then. I can only recommend! :D

War geute seid langen dort in der hoffung das es besser geworden ist aber leider wurde ich erneut enttäuscht. Ich bestellte eine kleine Margarita und bekomme eine große und soll die auch noch bezahlen. Und irgendwie wird es sehr Unaufgeräumt dort. Und was mir aufgefallen ist wie auch auf dem foto zu sehen stand die 15 min die ich gewartet habe Lebensmittel unabgedeckt und nicht gekühlt rum. Gehe lieber dann nach lidl und mache mir die pizza selbst da die Preise schon heftig sind mittlerweile.

Der schlechteste Döner den ich je gegessen habe. 3 Krümel Salat, kaum Soße, trockenes Fleisch das nach nichts schmeckt und das Brot einfach grausam.

Die Pizza war großartig und der Service war sehr nett und lustig. Echt zu empfehlen. Schöne grüße aus Oldenburg

Wir bestellen meist dort nur , aber es ist lecker , und die Jungs die einem das Essen bringen sind super nett , und auch ein Trinkgeld wert , auch in dem Lokal sind sie alle sehr nett , ist also im grossen und ganzen einen Besuch wert. Bisher waren wir immer sehr zufrieden dort.

Als ich die Pizzeria betrat, war ich zunächst irritiert, da sie von innen eher ein EM Dönerladen gleicht. Trotzdem hatte ich Lust auf eine leckere Pizza. Leider war die Pizza nur durchschnittlich, der Rand trocken, der Tisch nicht geputzt, und es gab nur Besteck, keine Servietten. Von mir gibt es daher keine Empfehlung.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal im Restaurant Pinocchio und ich war sehr beeindruckt. Das Essen war köstlich, der Service war freundlich und die Atmosphäre war gemütlich. Ich habe einen Kebab bestellt, der sehr saftig und würzig war. Das Fleisch war zart, das Gemüse war frisch und die Sauce war cremig. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Restaurant Pinocchio jedem empfehlen.

Als ich rein gekommen bin war ich erst enttäuscht, da ich Pizzeria und nicht Dönerbude erwartet habe. Doch die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und die Pizza hat entgegen aller Erwartungen sehr gut geschmeckt, auch wenn die recht fettig war. Für mal eben Mittagspause oder zwischendurch zu empfehlen.
