A truly wonderful surprise on Whit Monday. The restaurant was open despite being a Monday and a holiday. The food (a Palmyra platter for two) was delicious, everything was authentic, and the service was super friendly. At its best!

Very delicious food; we were here for the first time yesterday. I highly recommend it. The service was very good and the chef was friendly. We ordered a platter for two people, but it was probably enough for many more. A week ago, we were at Amasina. A waitress was very rude and drunk, and also brought the wrong food. When the food was brought, she spilled wine on my boyfriend. Disaster! Come to Palmyra instead.

It was our first time there, and it was so delicious that we'll be coming back more often from now on. The meat was amazing, and the dips were absolutely fantastic! We also had a small dessert, which was also really delicious. The staff was consistently very friendly, and the service was excellent.

A very popular restaurant near the train station. The food is outstanding, but it's best to arrive a little later to avoid rush hour. We even got a house special at the end. Highly recommended!

As you can see, the table is dirty when you arrive. The service is confused and difficult to understand. The food is delicious. We need more space inside, please!

Was super tasty. very nice and friendly staff 🤍🤍 They also have a very special drink in the restaurant (Palmyra special) it is very tasty.. I recommend you to go there, but best with reservation because it is always full - because of the many new and varied things they have.

We had a table outside with 6 people. Ordered a platter for 5 people with starters, everything was great and everyone was full. We'll come back again

We went here for dinner and the food was really delicious! The portions are generous and everything tasted great. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired - despite a reservation, we had to wait 25 minutes for our table, and the food also took quite a long time. All in all, a good restaurant with great food, but there is still room for improvement when it comes to service.

The food is always delicious, especially the dips! The ambiance is a bit dated and a bit crowded when all the seats are taken.

Found the store by chance and boy was it a gold find. The two of us took the Palmyra platter for 2 people and had to take something with us (let's say we were both hungry and can both eat a lot). The starters were one better than the last, the falafel was perfect, the meat was incredibly flavorful and grilled to perfection. All in all: you definitely have to visit this store.

Very Slow and poor Service. !! Even after reservation, we were pushed to another restaurant, and it too 55 minutes to bring simple standard order. Won’t go again !!!

We had a reservation for 18:45. When we arrived at 18:35 the waiter showed our table and informed that we needed to leave at 20:00. At 20:00 the waiter started speeding us up, saying that other guests were already waiting. In general, the service here leaves much to desire, and the meet was quite dry. It's a restaurant with Arabic cuisine, but there was playing Indian music, also there were unopened bottles of wine on each table, which is quite confusing and questionable, whether they really serve halal food.

Had a “surprise plate” vegetarian for two and it was plentiful and everything was super tasty. Various dips such as hummus, muhammara, a garlic cream, plus tabbouleh, flatbread, falafel. Everything fresh and super tasty! Come again!

Delicious food, generous portions, but not as many different offerings as before the change of ownership. Very tight seating conditions. But not in summer, when delicious and sumptuous food is served outside on the side of the road. However, the road is not closed.

Top restaurant in Erlangen! Portions are enough to fill you up. The food was delicious and covered all types of meat except pork of course. Staff super nice, we first sat at the door. But the pull was so intense that we found it very uncomfortable. The waiter then put us away and even carried a table through the restaurant. There were 5 of us and we paid €150 including a 15% tip. Food & Drink. We didn't have to wait long for food either. Toilets were clean. Parking is difficult.

We were there this Saturday just before Christmas. Reservation is worth it. It was completely full. And rightly so! Super delicious food. And in an authentic atmosphere - it seems to us unsuspecting people who have never been to the country before. We spontaneously decided to visit the Palmyra on Friday evening with a total of five people, including two children. We were assured on a previous call that we could get a table. There was a huge rush, but we still got the table quickly. The food is exceptionally good and it was more than enough. We had to take some leftovers with us, but they were still great to eat the next day. The children also really enjoyed the food. We were also often asked about our well-being. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, it has diminished significantly. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is declining. Unfortunately, the service is now quite unfriendly and inattentive. Even the toilet has old dirt on it. We were quite enthusiastic for a while, but unfortunately we won't want to come again.

I thought I knew the Arabic cuisine but oh... Palmyra Restaurant showed me what truly is it. Amazing spices and textures, it was the best Arabic food I ever had. The place was crowded even on a Tuesday, and after the first bite it's easy to understand why. Expensive, but delicious to perfection. All the salads, the creams (specially the garlic cream and the hummus), the meats. The aromatic tea by the end was a wonderful touch by the owner. I really enjoyed and recommend it.

A beautiful restaurant with a feel-good atmosphere. Real candles and flowers, such nice service (such friendly people!) and very quick, even though the place was full. We came as a couple and without a reservation and they still checked and organized that we would still be accommodated. The food was high quality and just so delicious. Clear recommendation, we will definitely try to come back more often. One of the best restaurant visits we've ever had. 🫶🏼
