Were there for the first time. Food was good, had 1 x currywurst with fries and 1 x schnitzel with fries. Definitely going back.

Finally something close by. Nice decor and good food. A manageable card that promises quality and delivers. Freshly prepared and still ready quickly. We were there in the evening and didn't have to make a reservation yet, probably another insider tip. We'll definitely be back. The fries were hot, crispy and the fried potatoes were also a treat. The schnitzels and sausages are great and a really humane price-performance ratio. TOP!

We were there with a large group! When I arrived I just thought - where should we sit? We were greeted warmly by the owner and shown into a back room. It's really nicely done...we're talking about a snack bar here, after all. My meal was very tasty... there was Knipp with fried potatoes! It was nice and crispy and really good. The owner who hosted us was also very friendly and relaxed! I would go again.

This snack bar is a little insider tip. A bit inconspicuous from the outside, but very tasty. There is a fixed menu with bratwursts, schnitzel, various potato dishes, children's plates, etc. But there is also a new menu every week with good, delicious home-style cooking. The snack bar has already made a name for itself in the Schwanewede community and is well attended. You can eat inside or outside or take the food away. There are enough parking spaces.

The guest is always greeted politely or warmly. As a guest you feel welcome. The guest can sit outside or in the guest room. There is also a small room for game evenings (already seen, or for a small private party). The guest room is bright and friendly. My food so far has been good to very good. I like the sweet potato fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Everything is freshly prepared and special requests are taken into account. Toilets are clean, parking spaces in front of the house are sufficient. Dogs are welcome, I asked about this. Why not five stars? I didn't see any play area for the little guests, the plants in the planters in front of the restaurant look very sad.

We celebrated my 60th here on a Saturday in a relaxed manner. The idea of ​​grilling and celebrating nicely with my 48 friends, relatives and acquaintances was presented to me very nicely with the selection of salads, meat, sauces, bread, herb butter and so on. The service was just really great. The food was super tasty. It was an experience that not only I but also my otherwise rather demanding guests really enjoyed and everyone will be happy to come back and visit again. Once again... Were there for the first time today and had lunch. Fried fish with fried potatoes. I have nothing to complain about. The food tasted good and was completely sufficient. Communication was completely ok. You also have to keep in mind that people were queuing at lunchtime today and therefore had little time for larger discussions were present. But they're also there to eat :-)

Ordered food to pick up. Schnitzel with hunter sauce with fries, red and white. Schnitzel was ok, fries not cross and red, white forgot to pack. Cheeseburger with Grana Padano Chili Sause, the patty wasn't seasoned, I missed the lettuce, tomato and the sauce was way too much little 😔

This restaurant is actually a snack bar. I would say with a higher standard. Because not only the quality of the food, but also the seating is significantly better. However, you won't be served at the table, but that doesn't bother you because the staff are very nice and the food is really tasty. I had a burger with fried bacon and a fried egg and with a Grana Padano chili sauce. There were also fries. I had the choice between thin and wide fries and decided on the wide ones. They were nice and crispy and the burger was very tasty. The sauce went really well with it. And I've never seen such a great bun in a snack bar. The interior is equipped with around 20 seats and offers a separate room with 2 large tables for 20 people. For a snack, the food and the ambience are really great. The prices are absolutely reasonable. There is plenty of free parking right in front of the door. If you're looking for a mix between a restaurant and a snack bar, you've come to the right place. Highly recommended!

We had the asparagus buffet and it was great. Everything you could want with asparagus was represented and, without exception, everything tasted good. We were there once right after the opening, but we weren't so convinced. But you have really improved. We will probably be there again for the next buffet event.

Are visiting here in Schwanewede and come from Ludwigshafen am Rhein. The tip to go to Frisch und Macher was really great. I find that it is declared as a snack bar rather than a small restaurant. Very clean, everything new. Nice ambience. Anyone who loves meat dishes should come here. It tastes like mother's. Service very nice. You can tell that it is a family business. For me it is an insider tip in this area.

Visited Frisch und Macher for the first time today. Everything is bright and comfortably furnished. Friendly service, food (had Knipp with fried potatoes) plentiful and quite tasty. Beer tastes good too. In terms of price it is acceptable. I'll be back. 10*

Simply amazing 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Super nice reception, very clean and above all everything fresh and homemade. You immediately feel at home here and Frisch & Macher is much more like a snack bar. Just in the large back room it's more like being in a cozy dining room. The Cordon Bleu was super delicious and the homemade ketchup was a dream. The critical reviews were apparently in a different restaurant 🙄

Best restaurant with German cuisine nearby! Reasonable prices and very tasty food! The rest will be found over time. If you complain, you can go out for pizza and kebab, we have enough of that!

Tables were not wiped down. We had fond memories of the Oase's currywurst. Big disappointment, this can't even remotely keep up. Neither do fries. Our impression: completely normal, uncomfortable snack bar. It will probably take some time for the service to become established.

As the successor to the Oase, Frisch & Macher is faced with the task of turning the run-down shed into a beautiful restaurant, which in my opinion has been successful. Despite my initial fears due to the size of the menu, the food was very tasty. However, as a student who wanted to quickly grab something to eat during the lunch break, the time was very tight, although this could be attributed to the number of visitors. If the service is a little faster in the future, it will be my regular snack bar for the lunch break.

Das,Essen ist gut Bürgerlich wir gehen da schon über Jahre hin immer wen wir in Farge sind auf den Camiping sind leider nur noch auf Vorbestellung sehr nette Wirst Leute man fühlt sich da einfach wohl kommen aus Hamburg

Haben dort was zum mitnehmen bestellt. Leider hatte alles einen Beigeschmack von ranzigem Fett. Die Wurst hat leicht süßlich geschmeckt. Für mich nicht zu empfehlen.

Meine Hochachtung vor dem älteren Ehepaar, die alles etwas anders machen. Einfache deutsche Küche mit herrlichen Bratkartoffeln und einem richtig großen Schnitzel. Nebenbei Fußball sehen und ein schönes Bier trinken. Von außen ganz unscheinbar, aber das Essen ist prima. Manches Mal hat man es leider auch anders herum.

Die Oase ist eine Top Adresse für preiswerten Mittragstisch, man bekommt dort typische Hausmannskost wie Eintöpfe , Rouladen, knipp, ... Der Imbiss bietet hierzu immer die Alternative. Wer Restaurant bevorzugt bekommt dieses auch in guter deutscher Küche im anliegenden Gastraum..
