Asia Restaurant RongRong in Schwanewede

Wonderful food, just like I remembered from my youth/childhood. No frills or overcrowded food halls. The food is hot and fresh, delicious, and not at all expensive.

We've rarely had such good Asian food. We've already tried several dishes. After the delicious Peking soup, we highly recommend the roast beef with vegetables and the hot platter with crispy duck and spicy sauce. Fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared vegetables, and served hot. And the very friendly staff—what more could you ask for? Greetings from Bremen, we'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience here. The waitress rushes around the corner with the drink order, and at least one drink was significantly more expensive on the bill than it was on the menu. The waitress pushes you aside when bringing your food without taking a back hand. Overall, the place seems very dated. The only thing was that the taste was okay. But overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Always delicious and incredibly cozy. The owner is lovely. Unfortunately, there isn't much vegetarian choice. If they had one or two tofu dishes, it would be perfect.

If you have time, you can expect a delicious meal. Unfortunately, drinks are only available in bottles. This may also be the reason why many guests order their food to be picked up.

To be honest, I have rarely been so disappointed. The waitress is very unfriendly and simply pushes you away when she wants to go to the table. We had several hairs in our food that clearly couldn't have come from us. The cardboard coasters were used years ago and there are boogers stuck to them. The shop in general is super dingy, the tables are sticky and broken areas are covered with tape. The glasses are dirty and greasy. The food is okay, but it is brought in a nonsensical order, so that one person is already cold again. In addition, it is not described if there is something with meat and questions are answered with annoyance. Vegetarians should therefore remain flexible.

Finally open again. Very good price/performance ratio, friendly service. Everything OK.

It took a long time for the waiter to come to the table even though there were only two other tables occupied. The meal also took quite a long time. It was okay so far. Don't knock your socks off. The ambience is very sober for a Chinese restaurant.

The food is good. Unfortunately you cannot officially eat in the restaurant, only pick up. Nevertheless, tables are always occupied!? It takes a very long time from the time the bed is placed to the time it is picked up (previously almost always a good 1 hour).

There were 4 of us there and we had 4 different dishes including 4 starters. All dishes were delicious. Service very friendly. Portions large and fresh.

Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort.Essen war sehr gut,Tolle Suppe ,frisches Gemüse,gutes Fleisch,Reis.Alles super frisch u.heiß.Sehr nette Bedienung.Gutes Ambiente.Hoben uns Wohlgefühlt.

Sind aus Hamburg zu Besuch in Schwanewede gewesen. Ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Lokal, Portionen waren reichhaltig, ganz frische Zutaten (Gemüse knackig, Fleisch knusprig) und zum Schluss gab es Glückskekse und alk.freien Cocktail. Super ! Beim nächsten Besuch sind wir wieder hier!

Wahnsinn riesen Portionen zu super günstigen Preisen also wenn ich wieder da bin komme ich gerne wieder 👍 personal war auch sehr nett 👍 ihr dürft bisschen mehr Geld verlangen 🙏

Sehr preiswerte, aber auch nicht gerade qualitativ hochwertige Gerichte. Für einen schnellen Imbiss trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Update - ein Jahr später! Zwischenzeitlich schon einige Male Gerichte zum Mitnehmen bestellt... Also - irgendwie - muß ich sagen, werdet Ihr gefühlt sogar noch immer besser! Lieblingschinese im ganzen Umkreis geworden! Gestern - aus Faulheit - bestellt. Superschnell. Konnten 20 min. später die Bestellung auch schon abholen. Essen war sehr lecker, die Portionen groß. Es bleibt nicht aus, dass die Preise angezogen werden mussten ca. 1-2 Euro mehr. Kostenlos aber gab das RongRong eine Chinesische Gemüsesuppe und eine Dose Mangosaft dazu. Eventuell sind die Zugaben abhängig von der Bestellgröße. (4 Personen), aber gefreut haben wir uns sehr über die unerwarteten Beigaben. Fazit: Nachdem wir vorher immer in Vegesack bestellt haben, stellten wir fest, dass es auch preislich kaum Unterschiede gibt und werden jetzt öfter mal beim RongRong bestellen.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ebenfalls. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und vor allen Dingen war das Essen heiß. Vielen Dank für die nette Service Kraft.

Das Essen ist gut, aber es dauert doch bis es fertig war und selbst nach den vereinbarten 1,5h war es noch nicht abholbereit. Und bei 7 Menüs gab es nur 6 Glückskekse😋

Essen ist ordentlich aber weder Preise noch Öffnungszeiten stimmen, nicht mal auf der Karte im Restaurant!

Sehr freundliches Personal und ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Gemüse auf den Punkt gegart. 5 Personen waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Wir fühlten uns früher dort schon immer sehr gut aufgehoben und daran hat sich nach der Neueröffnung zum Glück auch nichts geändert. Absolute Empfehlung für alle die auf Buffet verzichten können.

Wir gehen immer gerne ins Rong Rong. Das Essen schmeckt uns sehr gut. Die Preise sind sehr moderat geblieben. Das Ambiente ist in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Service gibt es noch etwas Verbesserungsbedarf, wenn Mal mehr zu tun ist. Dann kommt man eben alleine nicht dagegen an.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen dort, es war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung herzlich und sehr aufmerksam. Empfehlenswert und auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert.

Wir haben das Essen mitgenommen und es war lecker und die Portionen nicht klein.Aber das Restaurant selber wirkt sehr verstaubt und müsste mal eine Überholung bekommen.

Wirklich hervorragendes Essen! Einzig die Parksituation ist leider ein wenig schlecht, aber das tut all dem keinen Abbruch!

Wir nehmen gerne die etwas längere Strecke auf uns da es hier bei weitem die besten Suppen gibt und auch sonst kann man sich was preis Leistung angeht nicht beschweren.
