We are regulars and often pick up food. It is always well packaged and arrives hot ♨️. The prices have gone up a bit, but are still (!) reasonable for the amount on the plate. All the employees are very friendly and we remain regular guests 😊

We have been regular guests at Restaurant Nini in Hildesheim since the beginning and have always appreciated it very much. At first, we enjoyed the food, the portions were generous, and the value for money was absolutely right. Unfortunately, this has changed significantly over the last few visits. The portions have become smaller and smaller, and the value for money is simply no longer there. On our last visit, some of the food was even burnt – inedible. It's a shame, you started so well, and now the value for money is completely out of whack.

Restaurant Nini is a small Greek restaurant located in a former gardening clubhouse, east of Hildesheim's city center. Run by a family originally from Greece, the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and serve a culinary variety of aromatic Greek cuisine. The staff is friendly, attentive, and attentive to guests. The restaurant has a relatively spacious interior with Mediterranean-style elements. In good weather, you can enjoy the beautiful outdoor terrace, covered with gazebos, overlooking a small garden. First of all, the food was delicious. For my taste the portion could have been more, it was quite small. So I wasn't really full. But what I found much worse was that the staff was really unfriendly. Somehow I didn't have patience...then he once forgot tzatziki, my father-in-law got a completely different meal than what he ordered, but claimed that it was the right one, I ordered an ouzo plate, but didn't get any ouzo to eat. When asked about this, I was told that there was no ouzo on the plate. Every other Greek is there. Was there for the first time after a recommendation and last time there. It's a shame because the food is really tasty. If it helped you, I would be happy about a 👍.

We reserved a table for two people by phone, and everything went smoothly. The restaurant was busy; the decor is simple, but everything feels very clean! Since it was busy, we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Which is understandable when it's busy. We really enjoyed the food; the meat was very tender and grilled perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was that the portion was quite small; unfortunately, I didn't get full. That's not something that's ever happened to me at a Greek restaurant—quite the opposite! The service is nice, friendly, and attentive. The prices are reasonable. As I said, we really enjoyed our meal and would gladly come back.

My favorite Greek restaurant since I discovered it. The price and quality are right here. A shoutout to Alex's mom, I love her Metaxa sauce.

Called today on December 28th, 24th at 8 p.m. and wanted to order something.... We were told they were sold out and didn't have anything left..... Not nice, especially they are open until 10 p.m. ... I'll be looking for a new Greek guy soon... That's not possible...

The reception and service were very friendly, the order came quite quickly, but it wasn't a skewered gyro, it was too thick, too fatty and too wobbly. Contrary to the other positive reviews, I have to say that there was nothing positive about the food. You're looking forward to Gyros Metaxa and (for me) you're really disappointed. As we know, tastes differ, but I don't know what's going on here. So I definitely prefer to go to Bei Nico in Hasede, because you know what you're getting and what you're tasting.

The ambience doesn't have much to do with a Greek restaurant. But you don’t want to move in there either. The food was very good, plentiful and reasonably priced. I can only recommend this.

We were on the way from Hamburg to Thuringia and wanted to take a break and have dinner. The restaurant can be reached quickly from the A7. The service was very friendly. The food came very quickly and was very well prepared. Particularly noteworthy was the pork, it was very tender and juicy. There was an interesting spicy dip with it. The pan of gyros in Metaxa sauce was also very tasty.

The gyros could taste a little more like Greece, unfortunately a bit weak but otherwise there was enough on the plate. I'm very curious, I've ordered for over ten people to see if that's enough. The price is great. 👍

A nice little restaurant where you can feel a family atmosphere. The food is great. There are parking spaces right in front of the door.

The ambience could be better, the entrance takes some getting used to, perhaps a covered path would help here. Just an old pub inside. But the terrace was very nice. The salad had a great dressing, the calamari was top for Germany. But the cellar doesn't seem to be friendliness personified. OK but takes some getting used to. I would definitely come back. ☺️

This was our second time here. The service is very friendly and there is a salad with every dish and even the children's plates. There is a good and tasty selection for meat eaters. Unfortunately, the vegetarian area is very expandable; there are only two different dishes that have to be made almost entirely without carbohydrates. Unfortunately, if you don't order a side dish, you won't be full for long. If that changes or improves again there will be a fifth star. We would still like to come back. 🍀

A highly recommended Greek. Meat tender and tasty. Great fries. Tzatziki delicious 😋 Staff friendly Just a little too loud when it's full But you can change that by doing something about sound insulation. A little insider tip for Hildesheim. Go there more often now. You can sit outside in the summer, which is a very positive thing.

Ein kleiner Tip von mir : das Essen auf vorgewärmten Tellern servieren,ich esse erst die Leber,schmeckt heiß am besten, dann das andere was dann leider nicht mehr heiß war,schade,aber trotzdem alles lecker !!!

Edit 2023: Waren mit einer grösseren Gruppe da.Essensqualität immer noch gut,Portionsgrösse weniger, 3 Vorspeisen waren nicht mehr da,obwohl es regulär am Wochenende war.Auch waren bei 3 Essen die Beilagen falsch,obwohl nichts umgestellt wurde .Schade eigentlich. Waren heute Abend da,sehr leckeres Essen und sind nur aufgrund der vielen Wespen,die momentan ja überall sind,abrupt aufgebrochen . Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder

Kleines gemütliches Lokal, nette, freundliche Bedienung.

Das Fleisch war zart und gut gewürzt, die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend! Das Ambiente ist gut und sauber von innen! Von außen ein bisschen unscheinbar aber es lohnt sich mal vorbei zu schauen, wir werden es auch noch öfter machen:-)

Das Personal war nicht besonders motiviert. Wir haben 15 min. auf die Getränke gewartet und und dann weitere 30 min. auf das Essen. Die Bedienung hat immer wenn sie an den Tisch kam, irgendwelche komischen Scherze gemacht. Dieses war nicht sehr angebracht um gemütlich Abends Essen zu gehen. Und die Preise waren beim Essen gut, bei den Getränken eher hoch.

Meine Frau und ich sind des Öfteren hier (unser Lieblings Grieche) Personal freundlich gutes Ambiente und sehr gutes Essen. Wir haben unser Hochzeitsessen dort gemacht mit 14 Leuten, alle waren begeistert und trotz aller Kart und echt vielen sonder wünschen wurde an alles gedacht :) der Kellner hat sogar für uns eine Ansprache gehalten sehr nett und aufmerksam von ihm. Waren heute nun bereits zum 8. Mal dort. Im Sommer haben wir auch eine kleines Geburtstagsessen dort gehabt. Nur zu empfehlen!! Bedienung sehr freundlich. Essen sehr gut, Preise angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Essen und nette Bedienung

Das Essen ist ganz gut, nur das Gyros war teilweise etwas trocken. Die Portionen waren von der Größe her in Ordnung. Das Ambiente nichts besonderes, aber sehr aufgeräumt und ordentlich. Größtes Manko sind die langen Wartezeiten gewesen, 10mins bis überhaupt mal jemand an den Tisch gekommen ist, obwohl nicht viel los war und eine Stunde bis das Essen serviert wurde.

Waren gestern das 1. mal da und es hat uns gut geschmeckt! Portionen und Preise sind gut. Der junge Mann der uns bedient hat, war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren zufrieden und satt. Das Ambiente ist etwas altbacken, aber sauber.

Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und die Preise sind eher gering. Der Kellner ist immer gut gelaunt und höflich. Die Terrasse ist schlicht aber sauber. Wir gehen öfters hin

Wie bisher immer war das Essen super! Am Pfingstmontag gg. 18 Uhr waren nicht mehr alle Gerichte wie auf der Karte beschrieben verfügbar. Wir haben gemeinsam improvisiert! 😉 "Ärgerlich" war, dass alle Tische unter den Sonnenschirmen auf der Terrasse besetzt waren! Wir fühlen uns immer wieder wie zur Familie gehörend!

Hallo Freunde Wir waren kürzlich erstmalig dort. Die Begrüßung war schon prima. Es war sofort das Gefühl, man ist willkommen. Nach ein paar Minuten Gespräch, nannten wir unseren Getränke-Wunsch. Als die Getränke kamen, bestellten wir unser Essen. Unsere Speisen waren schnell zubereitet, sahen lecker aus, und sie haben noch besser geschmeckt. Wir empfehlen diese Lokalität definitiv weiter. Wir selber werden dort auch wieder einkehren. Da man natürlich auch noch andere Punkte kennt wo man gerne isst, verteilen wir die Besuche in der Gastronomie auf. Je nach Zeit, Lust und Laune. Jetzt sind erst einmal andere, leckere Besuche dran :-)) Mittlerweile können wir ein paar richtig gute Tipps geben, nehmen solche auch natürlich gerne an. Wir waren dort zu dritt, haben gegessen und es uns gut gehen lassen. Eine tolle Atmosphäre, ohne Lärm von der Straße. Man wird nicht von allen Leuten gesehen, was es noch charmanter macht. Oftmals sitzt man in der Außen-Gastronomie, wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Das ist dort nicht der Fall. Man kann sich dort auch über private Dinge unterhalten, hat nicht das bekannte Problem, es würden tausend Ohren zuhören. Ihr wisst genau was ich meine. Meine Portion (es war, so glaube ich, der "Chef-Teller". War aber wieder super lecker. Mit guten Gesprächen dazu ist es, wie ein kurzer Urlaub. Ist echt ein heißer Tipp. Danke an die Familie, die diese schöne Gastronomie betreut. Wir kommen wieder. Wir sagten es bereits. Google fragt mich nach Fotos. Viele knipsen ihr Essen, das muss ich nicht ergänzen. Die Sitzplätze draußen, die muss man erleben. Fotos sind dafür der falsche Weg. Jo

Zufällig dort gelandet und nicht so viel erwartet. Aber wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Vom Service total herzlich aufgenommen, das Essen frisch und richtig lecker. Nettes Gespräch zum Abschluss. Echt griechische Gastfreundschaft! Weiter so!

Grade mit 5 Personen bei Nini gegessen. Ale 5 total zufrieden nicht nur mit dem Essen, aber auch mit der Bedienung. Kurz gesagt, Empfehlungswert .

War auf dem Weg von Hamburg nach Frankfurt, hatte Hunger und zufällig im Google entdeckt, durch gute Rezensionen 👍. Echt gute, nette Bedienung. Das Essen war für mich sehr gut. Preis und Leistung 5X 👍. Bis zum nächsten Mal NiNi denn ich fahre regelmäßig HAM-FRA.

Ein kleines griechisches Restaurant mit sehr sehr leckeren Gerichten. Wir waren schon öfters dort und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Das Essen wird zeitnah serviert. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Preise sind sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Lieblings-Griechen gefunden.
