Restaurant Meltemi in Euskirchen

The food is very good, However, people have to talk so loudly that my aunt had to pull her earbuds out of her ears???

On Sunday evening, the restaurant was well attended. The parking situation is really difficult, we parked on a side street and walked for a few minutes to the restaurant, which was very welcome on the way back with full bellies. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to make a reservation in advance, so we tried our luck. I found the ambience to match the Greek food. The tables were set with tablecloths and the staff was very friendly. The prices are moderate and the portions are plentiful. We thought it was a very successful, delicious evening and will definitely come back again.

Meltemi Restaurant is a real gem! The food is fantastic - every dish is prepared with great attention to detail and perfectly showcases the taste of Greek cuisine. The menu offers a wonderful selection, ranging from classic starters to fresh fish dishes and perfectly seasoned meat dishes. Every bite was a little feast for the senses! The ambience also contributes to an overall successful visit. The furnishings are tasteful and create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The entire team is extremely friendly, attentive and ensures that you feel completely comfortable. Hospitality really comes to life here. All in all, Meltemi is a wonderful restaurant that I can fully recommend. Whether for a romantic evening for two, a cozy meal with friends or a family dinner - you're in the right place here!

Unfortunately the portions, especially the meat, have become extremely small. Next time I'll say that I don't want a children's portion. I can't understand it. Prices up and portions smaller?

Yesterday we were at the Meltemi restaurant for the first time and certainly not the last time. Super tasty food with very moderate prices. The service staff was super nice, quick and courteous 😉 It couldn't be better!!!! Reservation is definitely recommended!

Really great. The food tasted very good and was extremely generous in size. Likewise the side salad, which is often no longer available. The Metaxa sauce was very tasty and the meat was of good quality. Instead of the French fries, I would have preferred the classic Greek garlic potatoes. I don't know if these were optional to order. We also received an ouzo with our meal.

As always one of the best Greeks in the area.

We have been to the restaurant a few times and always enjoy going back. The portions have become a little smaller and more expensive over time, but are still reasonable given the current prices everywhere. There are special plus points for the delicious food, the playroom for the children, the free ice cream for the children and some very nice waitresses. Unfortunately, the only negative point is the toilets.

Okay, today it was really stupid...the children's meal without schnitzel in the packaging and breading without feta cheese inside, that doesn't work at all.....taste, as always, good. But with a restaurant that isn't really full and at lunchtime on a Sunday, there could probably be a little more concentration in the kitchen. Food was pre-ordered and picked up ourselves, already packed of course. This was the original text that supposedly violated something and was therefore not posted, no apology or anything from the owner to date. We even called straight after we had unpacked our food and there was no apology on the phone, hence the review. It only undermines trust in reviews when the text above appears to be non-compliant. And it's also sad not to just admit the mistake, because as I said, the food that was there tasted good, but still very annoying when you paid for fries with schnitzel and the schnitzel was missing!

We spontaneously ate there for the first time today. The staff is very attentive and super friendly. The food was very tasty and I am thrilled because the calamari was really good and the usual frozen calamari rings were not served. Gladly again👍🏼😊

The visit was really great. Great service - Great food - nice waiters. There is also a nice little play area. The only thing that could be improved is the sanitary facilities. Otherwise, we'll be back 🙋🏻‍♂️

Unfortunately the salad was a few days too old (was brown) The grill plate for 2, however, was more for one person and therefore very disappointing. But it costs almost €60!! There were suddenly no side dishes for a main course, even when asked. (The menu says “French fries and salad included”) On top of that, there was a group there that was so loud that you couldn't understand your own words.

Tried it for the first time and I have to say it was really tasty. The sauces are well seasoned and not overloaded with garlic and onion like some others. Ordered the gyros plate and mussaka. Both delicious. Keep it up.

As a family, you obviously also look at the money, but it has to be said that the prices for this quality and the portion sizes are absolutely fine. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back.

A good Greek around here. The portion is okay but due to the increased costs it has become less. There is always a lot going on here, so you should make a reservation. Very rarely it works without it, which of course speaks for the restaurant.

Super tasty, very good meat, which could sometimes be a little juicier (e.g. gyros) and great fresh vegetables. Food is perfectly seasoned, great garlic bread, really good garlic potatoes and always completely sufficient portions and a very nice selection of food and drinks. Absolutely okay in terms of price. Very attentive service and very well decorated with a large beer garden at the back. You should ideally make a reservation as it can get very crowded even during the week. However, we have always been lucky when we go there spontaneously. The disadvantage is the parking situation on site, but you can always find something somewhere. It's definitely worth it :)

It is what it always is with the Greeks. Attracted by the positive reviews, we gave the restaurant a try. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is OK. But you can get that on every promenade in Crete. I was expecting more local dishes. Apparently you can't survive in Germany without gyros. It was worth the try but it's a shame

If you're looking for good Greek food, this is the place for you. There are only deductions for the somewhat dusty ambience. The somewhat old-fashioned furniture is spiced up a bit by modern aspects of the rest of the equipment (modern wine holders on the walls, etc.), but this is still where you could most likely find a Kiritk point (at a high level). The beer garden is very cozy and attractive. The food is very tasty and of good quality. Only the tomato rice could have had a little more spice for our taste. But all in all, the price-performance ratio is really great - especially when you compare the competition in Rheinbach. And ultimately there is an ouzo beforehand and afterwards we could have had another one if we had answered the question in the affirmative.

Very good restaurant with delicious and varied dishes. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. When there is high occupancy, there may be higher noise levels in the guest rooms.

A good restaurant where you can eat well and not expensively. The furnishings are a little sober. Due to good attendance, all parking spaces are occupied early.

The ambience was very nice, we sat outside and it was very lovingly designed. The quality of the food was very good and there were dishes that you wouldn't find on the menu at every Greek restaurant. Very courteous, nice waitresses. That wasn't the last visit.

We were very satisfied. It was full to the last chair, but the staff were very friendly and not stressed at all. The food was to our complete satisfaction and plentiful (leftovers were packed to take away). There is a playroom and outside play equipment available for the children. Always my pleasure.

We have eaten at Meltemi several times. The food was always very tasty, the portions were large and the service was quick and very friendly. There is a particularly nice atmosphere in the “beer garden”/terrace in summer. My father-in-law raves about beef liver as "the best liver I've ever eaten." Not mine, but he's thrilled. The small drawback is the parking problem. There is a parking lot a little away, but it fills up quickly when the restaurant is full. Parking on the street is almost impossible, so some further distances are necessary. But it's worth it ;-). The restaurant is always full, so a table reservation is mandatory!

We were here with 6 people. Everything of the finest. Very good food, nice service, very attentive. We've had Greek food several times before, but this surpassed everything. We will be back. Keep it up.

I haven't had such a good gyro in a long time. Price performance is top and also super tasty. Only recommended. The only disadvantage is that you can't see the customer parking lot and if it's full, you can't turn around. We will be back !!!

We often go to this delicious Greek restaurant because we particularly like the food here. I find the atmosphere or ambience of old and new combined very cozy. The waiters are super friendly and you feel very welcome there. Food usually comes very quickly and the price is great! Again and again!

We live here in Flamersheim and are incredibly happy to have such a good restaurant called Meltemi here. The food is at star level and is the finest. Delicious food, good portions, friendly service - the ambience is a bit old, but there is a fireplace - nice in winter :)) Special requests were implemented with love, I had gyros gratinated with hollandaise sauce, super tasty! Parking is rather difficult, parking is prohibited everywhere in front of the door...

Sehr lecker und nette Bedienung

Der Service war wirklich überaus gelungen. Das Essen war gut auch wenn mein Steak nicht auf den Punkt genau war (kann passieren ist ja auch kein Steak Restaurant) Hier wurde aber sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend nachgebessert.

Gutes Essen und gemütliche Atmosphäre

Ambiente: Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Restaurant. Die Toilette allerdings ist eher einem Imbiss als einem Restaurant entsprechend, schade! Service: Personal wirkte sehr gestresst, aber stets bemüht. Einige grundlegende Verhaltensweisen wurden vom Service nicht konsequent eingehalten. Dennoch in Ordnung! Essen: Die Vorspeisen waren sehr lecker, hier gibt es wenig auszusetzen. Der Beilagensalat hingegen war enttäuschend. Lieblos angerichtet mit Fertig-Joghurt Dressing und fehlender Zutaten Vielfalt. Der Fischteller war übermäßig frittiert und daher nicht vollends genießbar. Die Garnelen beim nächsten Mal gerne nicht paniert ! Das Steak war sehr lecker und hat nicht enttäuscht. Das Metaxa Gyros war ebenfalls sehr gut, allerdings haben hier die abwechslungsreichen Beilagen gefehlt und machten das Gericht sehr einseitig. Hier gerne ein paar frische Beilagen ergänzen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber in Ordnung! Ein Dessert konnten wir nicht mehr genießen, da eine Aufbruchsstimmung herrschte, die nicht zu einem weiteren Gang einlud.

Essen war sehr gut und nicht überteuert. Service ebenfalls gut. Etwas zu dunkel um die Speisekarte zu lesen...

Um 21.00 Uhr gab es nur noch Ofengerichte! KeineFritten?Reis oder sonstige Grillgerichte. Auf die Frage warum? Kam die labidare Antwort "Heute ist Sonntag"

Wir gehen schon seit Eröffnung dort hin, Essen konstant gut, sehr freundlicher Empfang und super Service. Unsere Weihnachtsfeiern dort kommen bei unseren Mitarbeitern ebenfalls gut an. Immer ein Besuch wert... Tisch reservieren !!!

Wir haben bisher hier leider nur bestellen können weil immer etwas dazwischen kam. Aber jedesmal sind wir begeistert von der Qualität des Essens und der Mühe die man sich damit gibt die Mahlzeiten zu verpacken. Alle gemischten Teller kommen mit Pommes frites, Tomatenreis, Salat und Tzatziki. Dies gilt auf für die Portionen zum Mitnehmen. Man bekommt also für drei Personen schon einmal zwei Tragetaschen voll mit Essen. Das Fleisch ist von hervorragender Qualität sowie alle Beilagen. Ich hoffe wir schaffen es einmal dort zu essen. Update: Wieder einen tollen Abend im Meltemi verbracht. Essen top, Service top. Was will man mehr.

Wir haben schon öfters dort etwas abgeholt. Heute leider sehr chaotisch. 20 Minuten warten müssen, was grundsätzlich okay ist. Trotzdem war das Essen kalt und es wurden Beilagen vertauscht, was wir erst zu Hause gemerkt hatten. Schade. Das geht besser!

Ich hatte 2x angerufen und einen Tisch anlässlich des Geburtstages meiner Frau reserviert. Da wir noch nie da gewesen waren, habe ich um einen gemütlichen, dem Anlass entsprechenden Tisch für 2-3 gebeten. Bei Ankunft zeigte der mies gelaunte und überforderte Service-Mitarbeiter auf einen Tisch im Zugang zu einem atmosphärisch kaltem Anbau, der auch leicht nach Toilette roch. Einen Tisch, den man auch unter anderen Umständen niemals nehmen würde. Also eine absolute Frechheit. Auf meine Frage hin, ob wir nicht im vorderen gemütlicheren Teil sitzen können, raunzte er zurück, dass bei der Reservierung dieser Bereich von mir nicht erwähnt wurde und wenn es nicht gefällt, wir ja wieder gehen können. Das haben wir uns nicht 2x sagen lassen. Dieser kleine miese Typ würde bei uns nicht arbeiten und wir werden mit Sicherheit keinen zweiten Versuch unternehmen. Absolut abstoßend und auch etwas eklig.

Super Tip in Flamersheim! Hätten mich nicht Freunde auf das Restaurant aufmerksam gemacht, dann wäre ich vermutlich noch weitere Jahre daran vorbei gefahren! Denn das Lokal nimmt man so nicht direkt wahr. Auch die versteckte Parkmöglichkeit muss man kennen. In nettem Ambiente kann man dort sehr gut essen! Die Portionen sind großzügig, sodass man auch mit größerem Hunger keine Angst haben muss nicht satt zu werden. Zur Begrüßung und zum Schluss gab es für uns einen Ouzo, man sollte also überlegen, ob man selbst fahren möchte, oder ob man sich einen Fahrer mitnimmt 😃 Der Service ist auch prima und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Mittlerweile waren wir schon öfter da und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Das Restaurant Meltemi ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Es begeistert mit traditioneller griechischer Küche und einer sehr guten Qualität, großen Portionen sowie einem super Service. Das Ambiente ist im Sommer (im Biergarten) sowie im Winter (drinnen) immer sehr gemütlich. Wir können jedem das Restaurant empfehlen und werden es immer und immer wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank an das super Team!

Ich war heute mal im Meltemi essen und habe mir wieder mein Lieblingsessen bestellt - Metaxa Gyros mit Käse überbacken. Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Portionen reichlich und der Service freundlich, zuvorkommend und schnell. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen. Da sich diese Qualität jedoch rumspricht, würde ich vorher immer reservieren.

Sehr leckeres Restaurant, dass bei uns insbesondere durch seine Vorspeisen punktet - aber auch die Hauptspeisen sind gut. Der Biergarten ist bei gutem Wetter richtig toll und auch der Besitzer (Kristo) ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Vollumfänglich empfehlenswert.
