Authentic Vietnamese cuisine! There are dishes there that are rarely found in Berlin, but are standard in Saigon. The staff is not 100% fluent in German and there were some misunderstandings regarding the drinks. You can sit outside well, there is a lot of space. What irritated me was that despite the large number of places there is only one women's toilet. When we were there it was relatively empty. At peak times I see myself queuing at the toilet. It's not cheap either, but the dishes are delicious and creatively prepared across the board.

My first time in a Vietnamese restaurant. It was great and I will definitely repeat it.

My Pho soup was not so yummy- the beef was a bit chewy . My tunar Tatar was good, a little too much sauce for my taste. Yesterday was a private party inside which was very noisy. So the all in experience was not the 5 Star we usually get. It is still my favourite Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Next time I will probably go back to 5 stars- let’s see

Sushi was great and came quickly. The homemade drinks are also highly recommended!

The sticks were covered in small white paper flakes. It was obvious they were taken straight out of the delivery box without being washed. The waiter took the chopsticks back twice and only on the third attempt did he take my chopsticks to the kitchen to put them under hot water. At the end of my meal I recommended to him that I shouldn't pay full price for such service, but he barely understands German and after taking my 15 euros without giving change, he asked me, 'You want to eat for free, or?' I said 'yes' because I was tired of arguing with him, especially if he couldn't understand me... The food itself was very mediocre among other things - there are other Vietnamese restaurants nearby with better quality for -25 % of the price. Never again in this restaurant.

Unfortunately we didn't read the other negative reviews, otherwise we wouldn't have gone here. In retrospect, the impression given here by the negative reviews has been confirmed, especially the outrageous answers, which are exactly what we experienced. We wanted to spend a nice evening here for two, the shop isn't exactly cheap compared to other Vietnamese places, and we just wanted to treat ourselves to something nice. When we arrived, we stood in the entrance area for a while. Four employees of the restaurant saw us, I even greeted one, no answer, they ignored us. Finally we looked for a place on our own. After 10 minutes someone finally came and instead of greeting us and bringing the cards, he told us in a very rude tone that we shouldn't just sit anywhere. The sound makes the music. When we replied in a friendly manner that we had waited but everyone had ignored us, he became really rude (just like when he replied to some reviews here). What a shame. I work in a large company in Adlershof, where business lunches are often held nearby. I will warn all my colleagues about this store. They don't seem to care about the customer.

When we arrived, a lady didn't greet us but looked at her grumpily and then she looked at her watch in a demonstrative reproachful way. We were then “allowed” to sit down and order. The food was ok, the ambience too. When paying, she was again very unfriendly and, despite a generous tip, not a single friendly word, let alone a thank you. Such an unfriendly attitude is not exactly great for feeling good and perhaps wanting to come back. Just a shame...

Sehr sehr gute asiatische Küche. Alles schmeckt einfach grandios.....den besten Papayasalat außerhalb Asiens gibts hier ;-) Der Bananenpudding und der Bananen-Reisklebkuchen sind ein Gedicht, alles andere ist natürlich auch köstlich. Dazu das sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Personal. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr sehr wohl und kommen bestimmt bald wieder. DANKE....

Great selection and quality, but with its own flair and style

Good pho soup, nice spring rolls. The weak point is that the cola served lacked sparkle - it is served in glasses and not in small glass bottles along with the glass like most restaurants. This explains the condition of the drinks. Egg fried rice was really average in my opinion.

Very tasty..... I can only recommend it. The homemade lemonade was also very good. Feel free to try it.

This was my third time at Meet Saigon. My husband wanted to invite me to dinner for Women's Day. At 7 p.m. all tables were full, but we had reserved well in advance. However, it took almost 15 minutes before we could order our drinks and food. It took more than an hour for our food to be on the table. Unfortunately there were only 2 service staff for all the guests. That's far too little for a long weekend holiday. We weren't the only guests who felt this way. It was a shame to spend the evening like that. As expected, the food was great and you could feel a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We will definitely come back, but not on holidays or similar.

The price and quality of the food are justified (5☆☆☆☆☆). Kudos to the kitchen. Pure enjoyment. If you love food you should go here. We were properly welcomed and escorted to the table and the service staff who came into contact with us were polite. Wir waren heute das erste, aber mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal hier. Das Essen in allen Kategorien war unerwartet außergewöhnlich lecker. Bei jedem Gang hatten wir vor Freude und Genuss quasi eine Gänsehaut. Zur Vorspeise gab es einen Papayasalat, immer unser "Vergleichsessen" bei einem Asiaten, zur Hauptspeise Undonudeln mit viel Salat, Gemüse und Frühlingsrollen und zum Dessert Bananen- Kokospudding.... Alles hervorragend... DANKE für das schöne Essen und bis bald.....

Very good tasty food. Both the sushi and the other dishes were great. The one star deduction is only because of the waiter. The lady who first served us was very friendly. Unfortunately, the gentleman who took over from the order did not. When we asked if we could have chopsticks, he rolled his eyes and got some in annoyance. In general his service was more like he was annoyed by the guests.

Very disappointed. We were there for the first and last time. Pho is a traditional Vietnamese soup that is cooked for a long time with special ingredients. Unfortunately, most Pho's in Berlin taste like salt water or Maggi, as well as in Meet Saigon. That's ok, but then you shouldn't advertise fine cuisine. The service was also disappointing, wouldn't give my child tap water and rolled her eyes when we asked for chopsticks. Never again.

Not again. The shop is nice, the food is generally delicious, but unfortunately you are being told something wrong here. I asked two waiters whether the udon noodles with tofu were vegan. I was told yes twice. I ended up getting a dish with a brewed egg. When I pointed this out they said they thought it was the same as vegetarian. Why do you write in the menu that many dishes can be prepared vegan upon request? I finally just sorted them out and ate the rest . But that is not the purpose

The food was meh….pho had no authentic spices but that’s ok, I expect that from Berlin. Service was horrible tho, we asked for tab water for my kid and they said no! Then in the end they accused my son of taking the chopsticks even though he just took the paper packaging. Also the server got really annoyed because I asked for hot sauce and chopsticks. They have a good space though inside and outside so it’s too bad about the service.

I loved the place. Beautiful atmospheric lamps, calm and warm smiling service lady, the drink which I ordered (a homemade iced lychee rose jasmintee) was just fantastic both visually and on taste. When my ordered sushi came with statue of Budda keeping a candle - i understood that eating process would be a pure meditation and enjoyment. Totally recommend it.

Essen war wirklich super gut, leider jedoch der Service nicht. Die Mitarbeiter hatten eine bomben schlechte Laune, teilweise wurden Bestellungen einfach vergessen, was sehr sehr schade war. Die Ambiente war okay allerdings war eine normale Unterhaltung, aufgrund von zu vielen Gästen, nicht möglich, es war eher ein höfliches "anbrüllen"

Ich verstehe nicht Ansatzweise warum dieses Restauarant so gute Bewertungen hat und bezweifle ob die Bewertungen überhaupt echt sind. Wir waren mit 8 Leuten in dem Restaurant und wurden zunächst einmal für 30 Minuten nicht einmal beachten. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es Speisekarten und nach weiteren 15 Minten durften dann erstmalig bestellen. Unter den bestellten Speisen befanden sich auch 2 Kinderspeisen, Reis mit paniertem Huhn. Die Vorspeisen und Kindergerichte wurden serviert und wir fingen an zu essen. Als auf einmal eines der Kinder (9 Jahre) anfing zu schreien, rot anzulaufen und schrie das essen sei zu scharf. Zunächst dachten wir es sei ein Scherz, als sie sich aber Wasser fast übe das Gesicht kippte und auch die Milch wie verrückt trank, merkten wir das etwas nicht stimmen kann. Kurz darauf sagte das andere Kind: Guck mal Mama, in meinem Essen ist eine Rote Chilli und wir fanden im Kinderessen eine halbe Rote Chilli Schote und verstanden nun warum das Kind beinahe gestorben ist. Seitens des Restaurants gab es nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung und auch als wir nach dem Manager verlangt kamen, kam niemand. Das Essen wurde falsch serviert, alles wurde durch einander gebracht. Beim Nachtisch wurde die Bedienung noch unfreundlicher und schnippischer, brachte dann noch den Kaffee falsch und anstatt gebackene Banane gebackenes Eis obwohl wir es 3 mal erwähnt hatten. Als wir bei der Bezahlung noch einmal angesprochen haben, das es ein absolutes No Go ist Kindern Chilli zu servieren, kam als Antwort das Restaurat sei ja heute voll gewesen und da kann so etwas leider mal passieren. Wir haben nicht einen Cent Trinkgeld gegeben und werden dieses Restaurant auch nie wieder betreten. I don't even begin to understand why this restaurant has such good reviews and doubt if the reviews are even genuine. We were in the restaurant with 8 people and were not even noticed for 30 minutes. Only on request were menus available and after another 15 minutes were they allowed to order for the first time. Among the dishes ordered there were also 2 children's dishes, rice with breaded chicken. The appetizers and children's dishes were served and we started to eat. When suddenly one of the children (9 years old) started screaming, turning red and screaming that the food was too spicy. At first we thought it was a joke, but when she almost tilted her face and drank the milk like crazy, we realized that something must be wrong. Shortly afterwards the other child said: Look, Mom, there is a red chilli in my food and we found half a red chilli pod in the children's meal and now understood why the child almost died. On the part of the. There wasn't even an apology on the part of the restaurant and even when we came to ask for the manager, no one came. The food was served incorrectly, everything was messed up. At dessert, the waitress became even more unfriendly and snippy, then brought the coffee wrong and instead of baked banana baked ice cream even though we had mentioned it 3 times. When we mentioned again that it is an absolute no go to serve chilli to children, the answer was that the restaurant was full today and unfortunately something like this can happen. We didn't tip a dime and will never enter this restaurant again.

Wir hatten gestern einen Tisch reserviert, als wir ankamen standen wir erstmal 10min bis uns jemand beachtet hat. Es war sehr voll und sehr laut und wir mussten lange auf unser Essen warten. Das Sushi war ok.

Gute und schnelle asiatische Küche. Qualität der Speisen ist sehr gut. Das Essen wird anschaulich serviert. Dabei ist das Personal zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Ambiente ist angenehm. Das Restaurant ist recht groß, überschaubar mit dem Charakter eines Saales, was aber nicht störend ist. Ich empfinde es dort, obwohl immer in den Abendstunden recht gut besucht, als nicht zu laut.

Schönes und gemütliches Restaurant im Süden von Berlin. Bunt gemischte Speisekarte aus zumeist vietnamesischen Gerichten, sowohl mit und ohne Fleisch. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Waren eine Stunde vor Öffnung da und haben trotzdem einen Platz und frisch zubereitetes Essen bekommen.

Essen schmeckt gut, ist aber viel zu teuer. Uns wurde zum Mittagsmenü geraten, bei welchem man eine Hühnersuppe dazu bekommt. Die war klein aber ebenfalls gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal viel etwas schwer.

Gutes Restaurant, um während der Mittagspause essen zu gehen. Es gibt verschiedene Nudel-, Reis- und Sushimenüs, die ab und an wechseln. Leider ist die Getränkeauswahl beim Menü sehr unflexibel und gefühlt jedes Mal anders.

Gebratene Reisbandnudeln mit Tofu waren sehr ölig/fettig und daher nicht so lecker. Preis-Leistung nicht so gut

Wir waren nachmittags da. Das Restaurant war leer und doch hat es ewig gedauert, bis jemand die Bestellung aufgenommen hat und das Essen kam. Der Service war sehr unmotiviert und hat sogar das falsche Essen gebracht.

Da gibt es wesentlich bessere Läden. Ist recht teuer für das was es ist.

Ein neues Restaurant, ziemlich abgelegen für die, die in die Stadtmitte als Besucher kommen. Aber sonst ist ein Lokal, das wert zu besuchen ist. Sashimi sehr gut. Ente mit Gemüse sehr gut. Thom Kha Gai Kokossuppe nach meinem Geschmack war zu süß und nicht genug scharf. Aber bei diesem Herbstwetter ist schön aufwärmend.

Toll, mir gefiel das Essen, die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich. Es eignet sich sowohl für große Gesellschaft als auch für Paare. Es ist definitiv schon jetzt einer meiner Lieblingsorte

Für Geschäftsessen absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Ein Kollege von uns war dort mit einer großen Gruppe essen. Um eine Bewirtung mit der Firma abrechnen zu können, benötigt man eine Rechnung, die auf den Arbeitgeber ausgestellt ist. Diese hatte er nicht bekommen. Auf meine höfliche Anfrage, mir eine solche Rechnung auszustellen bekam ich eine ziemlich unverschämte E-Mail und die Weigerung, meinem Wunsch nachzukommen. Von unserer Firma (eine sehr große) wird dort niemand mehr essen gehen. Ich empfehle dafür jedem, der damit liebäugelt, diesen Ort aufzusuchen, vorher die Reaktionen des Inhabers auf kritische Rezensionen zu lesen. Sie sagen eigentlich alles. Unprofessionell und unverschämt. Hier ist der Kunde NICHT König! Dem Inhaber empfehle ich ein professionelles Anti-Aggressionstraining bei einem guten Therapeuten.

It was very unpleasant experience. I ordered noodles soup and ask her without Koriander, ofc she said ok. At that moment, customers were only two of us. But when she served food, she gave me one fork without spoon and with many Korianders on the soup. She right away disappeared and never comeback. I couldn't even try three times. Never come again

Asiatisches Restaurant. Bedienung war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wartezeiten akzeptabel. Essen hat super geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung passt.

Fusionküche aus allerlei asiatischen Richtungen. Der Glasnudelsalat war entgegen meiner Erwartung nicht wirklich vietnamesischer Art und nicht so mein Geschmack. Personal freundlich. Leider hat Preis/Leistung nicht so sehr überzeugt. Die Lage ist gut angebunden. Edit: Antwort auf Inhaber-Reaktion. Ich habe es bestellt, weil ich den Salat normalerweise gerne esse. Hier mochte ich ihn weniger, andere mögen ihn ja vielleicht. Meine Rezension spiegelt nur meine persönliche Erfahrung wieder. Die Karte wirkt definitiv wie eine Mischung verschiedener asiatischer Küchen, was ja überhaupt keine Kritik ist! Alles Gute.

Wir waren vorige Woche wieder mal hier essen .Vor lauter Freude bestellte ich etwas falsches und es wurde ohne Umstände umgetauscht .Vielen Dank dafür. Wie immer sind wir freundlich bedient wurden .Essen wie immer top. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Wir waren vorort essen, weil wir gerne einen realistischen Eindruck vom Essen haben wollten und deshalb nicht bestellt haben. Die guten Rezensionen und die vergleichsweise hohen Preise haben mein Interesse geweckt. Allerdings wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Zuerst waren wir auch sehr verwirrt, weil um 14:30uhr nahezu alle Stühle oben waren, obwohl schon Gäste gegessen haben. Auf unsere Frage ob offen wäre, sagte man uns, eigentlich ab 15uhr, aber man könne sich setzen. In der Speisekarte, die übrigens übel nach Plastik roch, stand Sommerzeit Öffnung ab 12uhr und Winter ab 15uhr. Thunfisch Maki waren lecker, was mir besonders positiv auffiel war, das die Rollen nicht bis ins endlose zusammen gepresst werden. Aber das war es dann schon an positiven. Ich hatte gebratene Udonnudeln die null Röstfärbung hatten, und ebenso wenig Geschmack. Meiner Meinung nach wurden die Nudeln nur kurz sautiert. Alles sehr fade und unaufregend. Dafür aber mit einem Haar, glücklicherweise nur in der Garnitur und Entenbrust die zu lange frittiert wurden. Insgesamt war das leider auch nur eine handvoll Nudeln auf einem übergroßen Teller. Kompletter Ausfall für immerhin 16,90€ Das Curry meiner Freundin ebenfalls nix besonderes. Aber auch hier, Hauptsache große Schüssel. Die hätte ich mir übrigens für meine Nudeln gewünscht, vielleicht wären sie dann auch heiß angekommen. Die Ente ebenfalls trocken und Imbiss Qualität und das Curry überhaupt nicht abgebunden.

Eigentlich ein sehr nettes Personal. Die Damen waren alle freundlich zu uns, aber der Chef ist einfach nur unfreundlich. Er hat uns angemeckert, weil wir uns an einen Tisch hingesetzt haben, die uns eine Kellnerin zugeordnet hatte. Das Essen war aber ganz Ok. Allerdings musste eine aus unserer Gruppe ziemlich lange auf Ihr warten. P.s. das Essen worauf die Person warten musste, war Sushi und wir fanden es komisch, dass die warmen Mahlzeiten schneller kamen. Die anderen, die auch ihr Sushi bestellt hatten, haben es ja auch bekommen.

Auf Wunsch der Besitzer jetzt ausführlich: - Messi Atmosphäre im Inneren. Ein Bereich komplett als offene Abstellkammer / Baustelle - Geruch aus der Toilette flutet den gesamten Gästebereich - Preise für (Low-) Standardessen zu hoch - Euer Sushi hat zum zweiten Mal gerochen - Service könnte besser sein.

Es ist ganz nett eingerichtet. Wir kamen zur Mittagszeit. Eine Bestellung abseits der Mittagskarte war nicht möglich. Die Suppe war gegen halb 1 bereits aus, die eigentlich zum Menü mit gehört. Die Bedienungen waren teilweise freundlich. Leider hatte man bei allen Gerichten die Sojasprossen weg gelassen, als eine TNin aus unserer größeren Gruppe gesagt hat dass sie darauf allergisch ist. Die Ente war mir zu trocken. Daneben lagen ein paar eiernudeln auf dem Teller. Naja, habe wirklich schon besser gegessen. Update: Aufgrund der unverschämten Antwort auf meine Bewertung reduziere ich meine Bewertung auf einen Stern. War mir nicht bewusst, dass wir uns bei Ihnen einer Salmonellen Gefahr aussetzten. Aber danke für den Hinweis liebes Meet Saigon 👍 tatsächlich hätten wir gerne ein Essen außerhalb der Mittags Karte zu einem höheren Preis genommen. Aber nach den Beschreibungen von ihnen war es vermutlich besser darauf zu verzichten. Das kein rechtlicher Anspruch auf die Beilage zum Mittagstisch besteht ist uns bewusst gewesen, es hat sie ja auch niemand verklagt... Wir waren nur enttäuscht. Ich empfehle jedem der hier essen gehen will, doch die Kommentare auf 1 bis 2 Sterne Bewertungen durch zu lesen und man kann sich alles weitere zu dem Restaurant gut ableiten.

Eins vorne weg, dass Essen ist toll angerichtet, frisch und richtig gut. Was garnicht geht, dass wir 20 min gewartet haben bis überhaupt eine Bestellung ( Getränke ) aufgenommen wurde und auf das Essen haben wir nochmal 40 min gewartet obwohl das Restaurant nur sehr übersichtlich belegt war( draußen wurde nicht bedient ). Es kann auch mal passieren wenn man Medium bestellt nur stilles Wasser bekommt und der Lippenstift vom Vorgänger noch dran ist ( wurde ausgetauscht ) , sollte aber nicht zu oft passieren. In Sachen Service ist noch viel Luft nach oben.

Problem erkannt....wenn der Gast ignoriert wird braucht sich der Inhaber auch nicht über dessen 3 Sterne Berwertung zu wundern... Sorry,aber dumm ist der der dummes tut.
