The food was great. Unfortunately, the service wasn't. Probably due to the language barrier, I got a Diet Coke instead of a Zero. Whatever. Due to the crowd (the place was packed), there wasn't much service either. When the place is packed, you shouldn't have just one option for cashing out. It took almost half an hour before we could pay.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and offers a great ambiance with a blend of modern and traditional design elements. The food on offer ranges from the usual rice and noodle dishes to bowls and sushi, all beautifully presented. The dishes are plentiful and truly delicious, making repeat visits worthwhile! The only downside to the restaurant on several visits was the unfortunately inattentive service of the staff. While you get a lot of attention as soon as you enter the restaurant as a new guest, this decreases significantly after the main course is served, and the staff pays little attention to you. When someone does come to the table, follow-up orders sometimes go unanswered (even after being reminded of an open order!), and you sometimes wait forever for the bill (in the worst case, it was almost an hour after asking for the bill). All in all, it's a great restaurant; if the service improves, it will definitely be a recommendation!

Nice restaurant with delicious food. It's a bit out of the way, but very quiet. It's a great place to stop for something to eat or a drink. The portions are generously sized, and in my opinion, the value for money is good.

My food was too dry; you have to be careful with the sauce. The service seemed disorganized. I don't want to experience that when it's really busy.

The food was delicious, but the prices are quite high. My girlfriend has been here several times and has always been impressed, but this time we got something we didn't order. There was a lot of discussion about it and we were asked to pay until we asked for the manager, and then we got what we originally ordered. The bill still showed the €1 more expensive option, and we felt very uncomfortable after that. What a shame!

Wonderful food and wonderful service!

The food is decent, and the very friendly and attentive service deserves special mention. The ambiance is really nice, especially from the outside. If you work around here, you'll definitely enjoy coming back. I discovered the place quite by chance and was immediately drawn to the pretty flowers and the lovingly designed decor. Very nicely done. English: Be careful! The lunch combo looks cheap, but hidden conditions apply (only valid until 2:00 PM) and they charge extra for things like chicken without warning. I ended up paying €27. Not transparent at all. German: Danger! The lunch menu seems cheap, but there are hidden conditions (only valid until 2 p.m.) and for e.g. B. Chicken will be charged extra without warning. In the end I paid €27. Very opaque.

Cozy shop, everything was clean and we only went for a drink at 9.30 p.m. But when I saw that there were baked bananas and either with honey sesame or chocolate sauce, I ordered it. Unfortunately, it didn't come with chocolate sauce as ordered, so a star deduction and another star deduction because at the beginning the waiters always walked up to us looking askance, but when we wanted to pay, no one spoke up. Addendum: I've eaten there at least 20 times now and all the points mentioned have improved. All the dishes taste delicious and are served with a lot of love. It's become my favorite Vietnamese restaurant :)

A very nice shop to spend your evening here and have something to eat. The food is super fresh and very well prepared. It's worth eating here again.

A pleasure, lots of choice, and very attentive staff. The aloe vera drink is highly recommended, quenches your thirst immediately and tastes great! During the week it is better to reserve a table, on Sunday evening it was relaxed. Access is at ground level (no automatic door), but the toilets are halfway up the stairs.

I've been coming here to eat with my whole family for years but today was the last time!!!!! Ordered number 80 with peanut sauce, it was like a soup!! We order this every time and it's always great!! When we asked, they said that's how it is!! No alternative offered or exchange anything just take or don't take!! From today on the store will be avoided!!! !!!!!

The restaurant is in a convenient location. Although there are very few parking spaces. There is a summer veranda. Please check if you are understood. Overall the food is delicious.

As a Christmas angel I probably attracted a bit of attention; at least poinsettias and 1 Christmas tree. Super tasty 😋 and very fresh, crunchy food; All 6 were thrilled; lots of delicious cocktails (with and without alcohol). Very friendly but unobtrusive waitress. We will come back. The best restaurant ever. The staff is very, very friendly and attentive. The location is great and in summer there are many places outside to eat. Very very comfortable. The dishes are simply delicious. We haven't managed to eat our way through the entire menu yet because we always order our favorite dishes. Everything is prepared with love and tastes simply wonderfully fresh and like a holiday. Thank you dear team.

The last two times we were very dissatisfied. The service is super bad. We asked for our drinks after half an hour and they came with an apology but only after the food was delivered. We were also not asked about any further wishes or satisfaction. No more recommendation

Super delicious food. We had six different Vietnamese specialties, all excellent. Drinks are a bit expensive for my taste (lemonade), but that's probably the case now. Communication was a bit bumpy at times, but overall very nice. Interior tasteful, toilets fine, everything tip-top. Go there!!!

At Meet Saigon you always get super tasty and well prepared sushi. The other dishes are also super fresh and recommended. There is still a bit of room for improvement in terms of service, but we accept that :-) We also find the atmosphere pleasant and would be happy to come back. LG

Very good tasty food. Both the sushi and the other dishes were great. The one star deduction is only because of the waiter. The lady who first served us was very friendly. Unfortunately, the gentleman who took over from the order did not. When we asked if we could have chopsticks, he rolled his eyes and got some in annoyance. In general his service was more like he was annoyed by the guests. Update from second visit: Food still very tasty. Unfortunately, service was very slow even though there were hardly any customers in the restaurant.

Food a bit expensive, but otherwise recommended. The flies outside are a bit annoying, so I recommend indoors. Personally, the draft beer bothers me. Unfortunately, the Radeberger brand has spread throughout German gastronomy. Alternatively, there are also good local bottled beers.

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine! There are dishes there that are rarely found in Berlin, but are standard in Saigon. The staff is not 100% fluent in German and there were some misunderstandings regarding the drinks. You can sit outside well, there is a lot of space. What irritated me was that despite the large number of places there is only one women's toilet. When we were there it was relatively empty. At peak times I see myself queuing at the toilet. It's not cheap either, but the dishes are delicious and creatively prepared across the board.

My Pho soup was not so yummy- the beef was a bit chewy . My tunar Tatar was good, a little too much sauce for my taste. Yesterday was a private party inside which was very noisy. So the all in experience was not the 5 Star we usually get. It is still my favourite Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Next time I will probably go back to 5 stars- let’s see

Sushi was great and came quickly. The homemade drinks are also highly recommended!

The sticks were covered in small white paper flakes. It was obvious they were taken straight out of the delivery box without being washed. The waiter took the chopsticks back twice and only on the third attempt did he take my chopsticks to the kitchen to put them under hot water. At the end of my meal I recommended to him that I shouldn't pay full price for such service, but he barely understands German and after taking my 15 euros without giving change, he asked me, 'You want to eat for free, or?' I said 'yes' because I was tired of arguing with him, especially if he couldn't understand me... The food itself was very mediocre among other things - there are other Vietnamese restaurants nearby with better quality for -25 % of the price. Never again in this restaurant.

Unfortunately we didn't read the other negative reviews, otherwise we wouldn't have gone here. In retrospect, the impression given here by the negative reviews has been confirmed, especially the outrageous answers, which are exactly what we experienced. We wanted to spend a nice evening here for two, the shop isn't exactly cheap compared to other Vietnamese places, and we just wanted to treat ourselves to something nice. When we arrived, we stood in the entrance area for a while. Four employees of the restaurant saw us, I even greeted one, no answer, they ignored us. Finally we looked for a place on our own. After 10 minutes someone finally came and instead of greeting us and bringing the cards, he told us in a very rude tone that we shouldn't just sit anywhere. The sound makes the music. When we replied in a friendly manner that we had waited but everyone had ignored us, he became really rude (just like when he replied to some reviews here). What a shame. I work in a large company in Adlershof, where business lunches are often held nearby. I will warn all my colleagues about this store. They don't seem to care about the customer.

When we arrived, a lady didn't greet us but looked at her grumpily and then she looked at her watch in a demonstrative reproachful way. We were then “allowed” to sit down and order. The food was ok, the ambience too. When paying, she was again very unfriendly and, despite a generous tip, not a single friendly word, let alone a thank you. Such an unfriendly attitude is not exactly great for feeling good and perhaps wanting to come back. Just a shame...

We love it... We feel very comfortable every time. Excellent food (the best papaya salad outside of Asia :-), the banana pudding, the banana rice sticky cake... all a poem), very friendly, attentive service. THANK YOU SO MUCH for a wonderful evening every time.

Sehr sehr gute asiatische Küche. Alles schmeckt einfach grandios.....den besten Papayasalat außerhalb Asiens gibts hier ;-) Der Bananenpudding und der Bananen-Reisklebkuchen sind ein Gedicht, alles andere ist natürlich auch köstlich. Dazu das sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Personal. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr sehr wohl und kommen bestimmt bald wieder. DANKE....

Great selection and quality, but with its own flair and style

Good pho soup, nice spring rolls. The weak point is that the cola served lacked sparkle - it is served in glasses and not in small glass bottles along with the glass like most restaurants. This explains the condition of the drinks. Egg fried rice was really average in my opinion.

Very tasty..... I can only recommend it. The homemade lemonade was also very good. Feel free to try it.
