Es war bloß OK Das Essen war gut, rechtfertigte aber meiner Meinung nach nicht den Preis. Die Atmosphäre war vielseitig und unvergesslich. Der Service wirkte etwas unbeholfen, als mir das Zahlungsterminal gereicht wurde und ich zur Zahlung eines Trinkgelds aufgefordert wurde. The food was good but didn't justify the price in my opinion. The atmosphere was eclectic and memorable. Service felt awkward when I was presented with the payment terminal and prompted for a tip. It was just OK

We did it again, und wir werden es wieder tun. Das Menue war wieder herausragend in Qualität, Geschmack und Kreativität. Der Service super und alle sehr sympatisch. Das Essen einzeln zu beschreiben würde zu weit führen. Überzeugt euch selbst. Habe jedenfalls vor Begeisterung grossteils das Fotografieren vergessen.

Ich kann das Essen leider nicht bewerten, da es gar nicht zu einem Besuch gekommen ist. Meine Reservierungsanfrage für vier Personen an einem Mittwochabend wurde mit dem Hinweis abgelehnt, dass es gerade an Wochenenden und Feiertagen aufgrund der begrenzten Sitzplätze schwierig sein könne. Dass ein kleines Restaurant mit 26 Plätzen nicht immer Kapazitäten hat, ist absolut nachvollziehbar. Weniger überzeugend war für mich jedoch die sehr standardisierte Antwort, die inhaltlich nicht wirklich zu meiner konkreten Anfrage passte. Zusätzlich irritierend war, dass meine Tochter für denselben Termin eine völlig andere Aussage erhalten hat. Dadurch blieb bei mir der Eindruck, dass die Kommunikation nicht ganz konsistent und wenig transparent war. Positiv: Die Rückmeldung kam zeitnah und es wurde grundsätzlich ein anderer Zeitpunkt angeboten. Trotzdem hätte ich mir bei einem Restaurant, das offenbar stark nachgefragt ist, eine aufmerksamere, individuellere und stimmigere Kundenkommunikation gewünscht.

Unglaublich, der Koch ist ein Künstler….wir waren zu elft und alle waren total begeistert. Ein kulinarisches Highlight. Beim Menü erlebt man Geschmäcker, die man noch nie erlebt hat. Totale Geschmacksexplosion. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Meine Absolute Empfehlung für einen besonderen Anlass

Ich Weiß gar nicht wie man dieses Restaurant bewerten kann um auch nur annähernd zu beschreiben wie toll es ist. Es passt einfach alles! Das Essen ist gigantisch, der Service ist einzigartig und man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl. Wir hatten einen super schönen Abend. Schade das man nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann den es ist mindestens 10 wert.

Sehr leckeres, phantasievollen Essen, toller und super netter Service ! Auch die Lage ist toll: super Sicht aus dem 7. Stock und jede Menge Parkplätze ! Barrierefrei auch durch den Aufzug. Witzige, kreative Einrichtung ! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen !

Für uns bis hierhin egal ob kulinarisch, Service oder Ambiente das beste was wir bis jetzt erleben durften. Hier wird unserer Meinung nach alles richtig gemacht.

Heute waren wir zum ersten Mal bei den Maulhelden und hatten ein tolles Dinnerevent. Der freundliche Empfang, das coole Ambiente und das leckere Essen haben uns rundum begeistert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ich bin absolut begeistert- angefangen bei der herzlichen Begrüßung, ... sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Menüs haben sich total spannend angehört und die Vorfreude war riesig. Tatsächlich kam mit jedem Gang eine Steigerung... ich war mit meinem Hautgang ( Spargelgericht) im siebten Himmel und das Dessert hat dem ganzen noch die Krone aufgesetzt. Auch bei der Weinempfehlung hat man genau meinen Geschmack getroffen. Ich liebe es auch, das es ein offenes Küchenkonzept ist und ich dem Koch zusehen konnte, mit welcher er Leidenschaft und Hingabe Teller für Teller hergerichtet hat. Geschmacklich war jedes Gericht ein Knaller. Mein Fazit - ich komm wieder. In meinen Augen passt das Preis-/ Leistungsvergältnis.

Trotz verbummelter Reservierung wurde man vor Ort schnell platztechnisch kreativ! Trockener Humor der Chefin als auch der Servicekraft ist phänomenal. Esse? Gabs auch und das ist purer Genuss für alle vorhandenen Sinne. Erwähnenswert ist aber natürlich auch der Blubberfisch - Iykyk

Update für die neue Location: Das Essen ist sensationell, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe und Kreativität zubereitet. Man merkt, dass die Zutaten regional und hochwertig sind. Wir hatten das Spargel- und das Umami-Menü und beide waren ausgezeichnet. Ich bin oft in Michelin-Restaurants und dieses Restaurant hätte definitiv einen Stern verdient! Man merkt auch, dass die neue Location massgeschneidert wurde und sie ist sowohl stylish als auch gemütlich. Die Toilette ist der Hit, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes! Das Servicepersonal ist super freundlich, höflich, hilfsbereit, persönlich, chatmant und kann auch jede Frage zu Menü und Getränke beantworten. Wir lieben es! Die Preise sind absolut angemessen und unserer Meinung nach im Vergleich super günstig und mehr als preiswert. Wir hatten hierher ca. 1.25h Fahrzeit und es war jede Minute Fahrt wert. Wir werden bald wiederkommen! 🫶🏻🥰

Wir würden gerne 5 Sterne geben, denn das Essen war wirklich hervorragend – köstlich, kreativ und sehr aufwendig angerichtet. Kompliment an die Küche! Auch der Service war äusserst freundlich & aufmerksam. Dass bei einer Rechnung von 160 € (für das kleine 3 Gänge Menue & Getränke für 2 Personen) jedoch Papierservietten statt Stoffservietten zum Einsatz kommen, hat den Gesamteindruck getrübt. Bei diesem Preis erwarte ich ein entsprechendes gehobenes Ambiente. Das gehört für mich zu einem gewissen Niveau einfach dazu. Ich hoffe sehr, dass dies kein neuer Trend wird, da man leider ohnehin oft beobachtet, dass der Standard in der Gastronomie sinkt. Wegen dieses Details im Service würde ich einen halben Stern Abzug geben, aber das geht leider nicht.

Der Service war auf zack und sehr freundlich. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut, schön angerichtet, doch leider war der Hauptgang nur lauwarm.

Absolute Empfehlung - ein Gaumenschmaus der Extraklasse - wer sich etwas Gönnen möchte, sollte dringend einen Tisch reservieren. Bilder des Menüs anbei...Es fehlen eine hervorragende Spargelcremesuppe und toller Kartoffelsalat. Nach 10 Gängen ist man übrigens pappsatt. Preislich absolut gerechtfertigt, da Topqualität sowohl beim Menü als auch im Service. P. S. Unbedingt die Toilette mit Mini-Disko testen. 🤣

Eines der (in meinen Augen) grandiosen Restaurants überhaupt. Konzept, Umsetzung, Kreativität, Geschmack, Präsentation, Überraschung, .... Und das ganze noch von absolut unglaublichen Menschen geführt und mit Leben und Herzlichkeit gefüllt. Kann es Wirklich nur Empfehlen - wenn jemand Sinn für gutes Essen, Kulinarik, Neuinterpretationen,... ist. Nur "da Ranza vollhaua" ist der falsche Ansatz. IMMER wieder ein außerordentliches Erlebnis

Von A-Z eine ein perfektes geschmackliches Erlebnis in Kombinationen mit einem herrlichen Ambiente in ruhiger, gemütlicher und entspannter Atmosphäre. Perfekte Kompositionen verschiedenster Geschmackrichtungen und Lebensmittel in ausgezeichnet Qualität. Alles war auf den Punkt genau wie bspw. die Garzeiten (Dry aged Emsrind Rostbraten) oder die Pausen zwischen den Gängen. Die Erklärungen zu den einzelnen Gerichten, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zwischen den Gängen oder die Auswahl eines Steakmesser aus mehreren Einzelstücken machten den Abend zu einem rundum perfekten Erlebnis. Das war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal!

Was für ein Erlebnis. Meine Geschmacksnerven hatten Silvester. Ich habe bewusst keine Fotos gemacht. Das Menü muss man mit allen Sinnen erleben. Wir sind verzaubert. Vielen Dank für diesen Wunderschönen Abend. Sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Lokal, vom Essen hätte ich mir für Fine Dining doch etwas mehr erwartet. Die vegetarischen Maultauschen waren viel zu fest und hätten gerne noch etwas kochen können

Einfach Top. Es hat mir nicht alles geschmeckt aber das ist nicht schlimm. Manche "Experimente" sagten mir einfach nicht zu. Trotzdem eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren am ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag bei den "Maulhelden" zum Essen mit der ganzen Familie. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Bissen ein hervorragendes Geschmackserlebnis. Sehr aufmerksamer, aber unauffälliger Service und ein geschmachvolles Ambiente führten zu einem schönen Aufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Restaurant. Wir gehen gerne wieder dorthin und können es nur empfehlen.

Mit Abstand bestes Restaurant in der Region. Ich hatte einen Zwiebelrostbraten auf Sous Vide gegart. Er war perfekt auf den Punkt und die Kreativität der Beilagen war unglaublich toll. Man merkt, dass hier aus Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Sind neue Stammkunden 🤗

Ich hatte einen Tisch für 3 Personen reserviert, man hat mir schriftlich den 21.12 19:00 Uhr angeboten und ich habe diese Termine akzeptiert. Dort angekommen hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Reservierung vorliegt, habe dann die Mail's gezeigt, die Ausrede war dann, dass der Termin welcher mir vorgeschlagen wurde nicht bestätigt worden ist, da kann ich nur sagen, dann schlage ich keinen Termin vor, ich denke es wäre ehrlicher gewesen, zu sagen, sorry habe es vergessen. Jeder Teller wird ausführlich erklärt – was darauf zu sehen ist, wie er aufgebaut ist und welche Aromen einen erwarten. Man spürt sofort, dass hier Leidenschaft und Fachwissen zusammentreffen. Die Teller selbst sind kleine Kunstwerke: unglaublich liebevoll angerichtet, detailverliebt und geschmacklich in einer eigenen Liga. Die Sommelière versteht ihr Handwerk perfekt und kann zu jedem Wein Herkunft, Geschichte und Geschmacksprofil erklären. Besonders beeindruckend ist, wie individuell auf die Vorlieben der Gäste eingegangen wird und diese mit der passenden Begleitung zum jeweiligen Gang verbindet. So wird jeder Schluck zur Ergänzung, nicht nur zur Begleitung. Auch für Raucher ist gesorgt: Auf der Terrasse genießt man eine tolle Aussicht – und mit etwas Glück trifft man dort sogar den Chefkoch, wenn er an seinen Grills am Werk ist. Dieser persönliche Kontakt verleiht dem Erlebnis eine besondere Note. Der Gastraum ist, wie das Essen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Angenehme Hintergrundmusik sorgt für eine absolut Wohlfühlatmosphäre und rundet das gesamte Erlebnis ab. Spätestens auf den WCs merkt man dann, dass die Inhaber neben absoluter Professionalität auch eine gute Portion Humor besitzen. Mein Fazit: Ein Restaurant, in dem Leidenschaft, Perfektion, Herzlichkeit und Humor eine einzigartige Einheit bilden. Ein Erlebnis, das man nicht so schnell vergisst – und unbedingt wiederholen möchte.

Waren am Mittwoch mit unseren Kindern an neuem Ort bei den Maulhelden in Albstadt, auch hier ein absolutes Erlebnis, mit sehr freundlichem Service, mit Witz und professioneller Gelassenheit wurden wir kulinarisch verwöhnt. Ein tolles Gesamterlebnis. Super Essen und ein einwandfreier Service durch die Inhaberin. Einziges Manko, der Schwaben Burger als Vorspeise plus der außergewöhnliche Zwiebelrostbraten, haben keinen Platz mehr gelassen um ein Dessert zu essen. :-)

Ich kann eigentlich überhaupt nicht bewerten. Habe seit Mai einen Gutschein, versuche seit dem Kontakt aufzunehmen, Telefon: es geht keiner ran. Email : es gibt keine Rückmeldung auch nicht wie angegeben aus Versehen im Spamordner .Trotz Datum im Kalender auf Webseite gebucht 16.10.2025 . Jetzt komme ich überhaupt nicht auf den Kalender 🤔laut Webseite vorüber gehen geschlossen❓leider haben da meine Geburtstagsgäste 100€ in den Sand gesetzt und wollten mir eine Freude machen. Vielleicht meldet sich jetzt mal jemand seit mehreren Versuchen .

There were three of us and we had the "small surprise menu" with soup, salad, main course, and dessert. This was accompanied by three specials from the kitchen. At €50 per menu, the quality (both in taste and appearance) was practically a bargain. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice. We'll be back!

Well, what can I say? We had the extensive tasting menu with wine pairing. It was somewhat disappointing. More show than substance, which the pictures convey well. Ambitious, but still quite average. When €6 wines from a wine cooperative are described as top-notch, that's nice, but inappropriate. The food was okay, but the portions weren't appropriate for the price. We had the feeling that strict calculations are being made in every area, which makes us unlikely to return. It's a shame.

Very friendly, very accommodating, more like a Michelin-starred restaurant. The waitresses are professionals, and the chef clearly and tangibly enjoys his job. The price reflects the effort and creativity.

The special experience! A restaurant where everything really fits! The dishes are a poem. When you enjoy it, you discover flavor variations that were previously hidden from you. Even the Swabian potato salad stands out from any version of Grandma. The meat was so tender that it melted in your mouth. The sauces were exquisite. Wir waren zu viert und haben Vorspeise und Hauptgang genossen, Roastbeef, grüner Spargel und geräucherte Karottensuppe als Vorspeisen und Spargel, einmal mit Fisch und einmal mit Rind sowie Mössinger Erdrutsch mit Variationen vom Schwein. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend mit kulinarischen Highlights und einem sehr aufmerksamen und charmanten Service. Die Speisen sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet.

We've been eating here on our anniversary for years. The boss and her staff are always extremely friendly and helpful and you get a detailed description of every meal and are also asked about any intolerances. The food is full of different flavors, but they all harmonize very well together. We can only recommend it! Reservation required because always full! Only a small deduction for the ambience, as the room doesn't correspond to our favorite picture (a matter of taste only), but the food always makes up for it a thousand times over.

A culinary experience in a class of its own at Maulhelden Mössingen! If you are looking for a special taste experience, you will find it at Maulhelden in Mössingen. From the first glance at the artfully prepared dish, it becomes clear that everything is cooked here with attention to detail. The tender meat was cooked to perfection - juicy, wonderfully seasoned and accompanied by a wonderfully creamy, delicately seasoned sauce that went perfectly with the dish. The side dishes - including crunchy leeks, delicately baked asparagus and a delicate cream in a separate bowl - complemented the whole thing not only visually but also in terms of taste on a high level. The small vine tomato as a splash of color rounded off the picture perfectly. I would particularly like to emphasize the outstanding service: friendly, attentive and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. From the first moment you felt welcome and well looked after - every wish was fulfilled with a smile. Here you understand what real hospitality means. With every bite and in every gesture you can feel that Maulhelden works with high precision, real passion and great care. A restaurant that combines regional ingredients with modern cuisine - stylish, creative and highly recommended! I'll definitely be back - it was enjoyment and service at the highest level!

I was invited to dinner there at the beginning of this year. The ambience is okay, but there are too many topics that seem a bit overloaded without any structure. It could be made a bit more comfortable as there is a bit too much of everything and you get overwhelmed by it. The service staff couldn't have been more different but the mix was right. Unfortunately there is no fixed menu for orientation. You don't come here just to grab a quick bite to eat, you have to bring your time. As a greeting from the kitchen there were 2 bowls of bread and a lemon dip. The starter was very tasty, the broth (I could have drunk my fill of it) was poured at the table with a cute watering can. The potato salad had many components (passion fruit balls from molecular gastronomy, popcorn, sprouts,...) that harmonized well with each other. For the main course I had a pulled mushroom burger. I was a little disappointed because it didn't say that it had a barbecue. Somehow it masked the entire taste and you couldn't taste the mushrooms. The kimchi, pea and celery puree, and Brussels sprouts and roasted kale were some of the best things on the plate. My companion had meatballs for the main course. The food there is always beautifully prepared and overall everything was good. Definitely recommended for a visit there as it is a bit extravagant. Of course, things can be changed here and there, but you can never please everyone in every respect. The only suggestion to the restaurant would be to create a small, consistent menu again for people who don't know the restaurant yet.

We went to Maulhelden's on Valentine's Day for a special Valentine's Day menu and the eight courses in total more than impressed us. The dishes are really very fine and were served in a very visually appealing way. I would only have liked a little more choice when it came to the wine selection, but that can be ignored given the very warm service and the very excellent cuisine. We'd love to come back.

Always a treat and an all-round lovely evening at Maulhelden! The service is outstanding, you never sit with an empty glass, the dish served is always explained very well, you never have to wait long for the drinks/food - just always attentive, so you feel very comfortable. The food never ceases to amaze us. The food is high quality and so well thought out, cooked and prepared with so much attention to detail. It's just fun to eat! Every time you visit, you leave the restaurant with a full stomach and a smile.

Very good German restaurant that turns home-style cooking into something special. The dishes are flawless in terms of craftsmanship and appearance, but overall the food was a bit too strongly seasoned for me. So not too salty or over-seasoned, I just like it a little more subtle so that the taste of the excellent ingredients used comes through more. I found it a bit difficult to enjoy the different flavors because they were a bit lost in this abundance. Nevertheless, I will definitely go back. The service is extremely courteous and attentive, the head waitress is a brand in herself. ;-) Unfortunately, the ambience doesn't really match the requirements. There is a lot of decoration, lots of loving details and tons of knick-knacks on display here, which is a bit over the top; Personally, it was a bit too tacky for me and I felt like I was in a second-hand shop for junk and junk. I would prefer modern, comfortable seating and more spacious tables, but you're in the country and the space in the restaurant is limited, so that's fine. The prices are high, but still affordable if you don't go there too often and the price-performance ratio is right.

Perfect - more perfect - most perfect - mouth heroes This restaurant is second to none! After my first visit, this became my favorite restaurant. Let's start with the excellent service. You are greeted warmly and you immediately feel that you are warmly welcomed. There is always a competent answer for every question. There are wine recommendations for a wide variety of dishes, explanations of the individual dishes and much more. You can be sure that the recommendations are valid because these are absolute experts. In addition to the menu, which always contains seasonal dishes and is often adapted, there are also daily recommendations. As a starter I like to choose the Maultaschen in the Black Angus broth. Always an incredible taste experience! My colleagues at the table chose the small pulled pork burger. The presentation of the starter is excellent and a real highlight! Especially when you bring people who have never eaten there before, you can see the sparkle in their eyes right from the start and the ever-growing anticipation of the main course. The main course is of course the main act. When it comes to a steak, you can choose the right knife from the "knife box" yourself, with a small digression as to where it comes from. The presentation of the food is incomparable! The taste of the dishes is perfect. You can tell that absolute experts are at work here. Only the highest quality components are used and you can taste it. Swabian classics such as onion roast are reinterpreted here and prepared and presented at a high level. The meat always has the desired doneness. The portions are generous, so you don't have to leave the restaurant hungry. Even if you are already full after the main course, the selection of desserts tempts you to want “a little more”. Whether delicious pralines or sorbet, there is always something for a sweet finish. Here too, the presentation with dry ice is again an absolute eye-catcher. In terms of taste, as with the other courses, it is of course impeccable and unparalleled. The price/performance ratio here is really worth every cent. In addition to the enjoyment, you also get a wonderful presentation that will make every connoisseur and connoisseur shine. In my opinion the best restaurant in the area and a real tip for every lover of good food!

I have no idea why I haven't written a review yet, we have now visited the Maulhelden more than 10 times, including celebrating our civil wedding there. You will be treated to culinary delights every time. The service was very accommodating, the cuisine was on another level! In my opinion the best address in the region! And we drive almost an hour to Mössingen every time!

The restaurant is too expensive. The starter was too spicy to enjoy the meat. The second dish was similar, with five different flavors overpowering it and making it difficult to enjoy the meat.

Friendly welcome, exceptional ambience. Food was nicely prepared, tasted ok. No drinks menu. Little choice on the menu. Too much explanation of what is on your plate. Very high prices, rather outrageous. For 4 people, 150 euros per person just for a main course with a drink is a bit steep.

We immediately noticed the attention to detail and painstaking approach on all levels (service, ambience, food quality, good portions, prices and of course the outstanding taste)! We were very satisfied all around and will be happy to recommend Maulhelden to our friends. We are already looking forward to the next visit and the delicacies :)

We had a small Christmas party from the company in the restaurant. It was an exceptionally good service with beautiful details. There were small gifts from the kitchen and cold drinks. Desserts are definitely a highlight. The menu is small and I think varies regularly. If there is nothing for someone, requests for changes are implemented very well. I had extremely good dry-aged meat. Recommended.

PhysioFit Balingen had its Christmas party in Maulhelden today, what can I say, it was great as always, food, service, everything was very good, especially the boss is just very nice. The only downside is that it's a bit cold in the house at this time of year and even really cold in the toilet ❄️❄️❄️ but we'll only come back when it's warmer outside 🌞🌞🌞

Wir waren als Paar zum Essen hier welches sehr gut aber auch hochpreisig war.Auch vom Service waren wir sehr angetan. Nur in all den Jahren ist es mir noch nie passiert dass ich bei Kartenzahlung 10 20 oder 30 Prozent Trinkgeld anklicken durfte. Bei einem Endbetrag von 150 Euro ist das eine Frechheit.Nach meinem Einwand konnte ich dann auch weniger geben.

Visiting for the Halloween menu. The food was fantastic, creative and incredibly tasty.

We went here for lunch for the first time with children and friends. We received a friendly welcome, but we didn't really feel comfortable or welcome. But that is a personal view. There's no real drinks menu, so you don't know what's available or how much it costs. My daily meal was also a surprise in terms of price. We were told that we could ask anything, but I came for dinner and not for question time. Honest? I didn't feel like asking you this or that several times and sometimes you feel like asking something you see and think: Oh, I haven't had that for a long time, I would like that now. Prices are therefore sometimes a surprise. The food: The salad was good, you couldn't really taste the mango caviar, but it was nice to look at. The pork fillet was perfectly cooked, tender and the rest tasted great too. I was personally disappointed with my Maultaschen with truffles; the Maultaschen were too watery and the sauce was too salty. Although beautifully prepared, it was clumsy to cut. There isn't really a choice for children. Our 8 year old son wanted the salmon. The waitress discouraged us from making this dish for children, so we ended up with spaetzle and sauce. Our child was disappointed because he can eat this anywhere. For dessert we had a chocolate mousse. What can I say, I've never had a worse mousse. The taste was good, but the consistency had nothing to do with a mousse. It wasn't fluffy but hard. Even the good ice cream couldn't make up for it. You have to go to the counter to pay, which is not ideal in my opinion. If someone is already there in front of you, the space is a bit cramped and you have to constantly avoid the employees when other employees want to pass. This can be solved better. While waiting because the waitress at our previous place didn't have a handle on the cash register, I wanted to show my 8-year-old son a Futurama figure and got hold of the figure with my nail. The boss's reaction: several snide "don't touch" comments. I really had to control myself not to react to this kind of behavior. When she probably saw the somewhat shocked expression on my face, she said that it was a special gift. That may be true, but 1. Most of the customers who come here probably have so much intellect that they can understand this even with a one-time friendly: "Please don't touch." 2. If the gift is so special, then perhaps a more sheltered place or a sign that says "Please do not touch" is advisable. 3. Even if a child had touched it, even children aged 8 are intellectually capable of understanding a one-off, friendly “please don’t touch”. This is just a little tip. In total we paid around 110 euros for 2 dishes, spaetzle, 1 dessert and 1 Ben & Jerry ice cream for children, 1 bottle of still water and 2 soft drinks. We eat out at least once a week and appreciate good and fine cuisine. Unfortunately, the Maulhelden did not meet our expectations. Visually very appealing, but only the pork fillet and the small salad impressed us in terms of taste. We would have liked a drinks menu and more transparency in the prices, then you could save yourself the question time. For us it is therefore not worth another visit from Albstadt.

A great evening with a really delicious surprise menu

Such a great dining experience from beginning to end. The food is incredible! The flavors in each dish just meld together in the best way (even the ones you never think would be good alone, let alone together!) You can tell the chefs and staff care about the experience and creating art with the food. It's definitely a must return to the next time I'm in town!
