Nice service. Even special requests were taken into account and implemented 100%, because the restaurant does not have a children's menu or classic dishes that are always popular with children. The food tastes delicious, my pizza personally tasted good but not great, the dough was just too hard for me and even with the special dough knife it was still an effort to cut the pizza. The topping could also be more generous, it feels like 10 shrimps on a large pizza looks and tastes lean. The store is chic and modern. We sat at the front of the window and there were two televisions right behind us. In other words, getting up was difficult and it's not nice to look at. There were also unnecessary items lying around at the front counter like old chairs or something similar. It doesn't have to be that way for the eye. The sanitary facilities are top and generally it is very clean there. The service pulled it out for us.

Very nice service. We certainly weren't easy guests with changing seats and special requests. Nevertheless, everyone remained very accommodating and polite. The food was super tasty. The restaurant is very modern inside and out, yet cozy.

Really good, a restaurant that if you want to eat well you can be on the safe side, if you are not sure what to eat you can go there, they offer you a variety of pizzas, pastas and other really good dishes! I had dinner there with the company. Ordered a calzone. It was dry on top and on the sides too, because it was just dough. And in the middle of the pile with ham cheese and mushrooms. Unfortunately it wasn't baked properly and just tasted watery. Too bad. But the staff was great, very friendly and I really liked the atmosphere.

Was in Krefeld again after a few years for an event at the Seidenweberhaus. We ended up at Mamma's by chance and didn't regret it. Very friendly staff, delicious food and a great ambience. The wine was also excellent. From there we went to the event feeling buoyant. A successful evening. We'd love to come back.

Whether there is a lot or little going on, the staff is always highly professional and will try to fulfill your every wish. Always my pleasure.

I think the price-performance ratio is very good. Pizza really big but also very tasty. If you like soup, I recommend minestrone. Slightly more upscale atmosphere.

High-quality Italian restaurant with a small menu on a wooden board (food on one side and drinks on the other) plus a small additional menu and asparagus menu. We chose pizzas. We were served fresh bread in advance. There was also olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper on the table. The large pizzas had both an intense taste and a good consistency. Everyone liked the toppings on the different pizzas. The house wine offered also tasted good.

Delicious food and good atmosphere. The waiter was really cool and super friendly. Unfortunately, there has been neither Ajoli nor herb butter with the bread served for some time now. It's a shame, you just have to choke on the dry bread 🍞.

The lunch menu is delicious and cheap. Of course it's always full. Then of course quite loud. In my opinion, there is not enough service and we have never been asked “do you want something more to drink?”

Direkt freundlicher, spontaner Empfang, Sehr nettes Ambiente, top Service, nette übersichtliche Karte, für jeden was dabei, und nicht so eine extremstübelst lange Karte mit Auswahl an 100 Pizzen und 75 Nudelsorten. Also, schöne Auswahl, alles was das Herz begehrt, wenn man zu nem Italiener geht! Wein, Softgetränke, Vorspeisen, ausgiebige Hauptspeise, alles geordert, alles schnell, freundlich und in oben erwähnter top Qualität an den Tisch! Parmesan wurde genauso zusätzlich angeboten, wie alles andere auf Bitten. Somit ein hervorragender Genuss zur Mittagszeit, ohne Reservierung in modernem, stylischen Ambiente! Ein guter Italiener in der Krefelder Innenstadt. Das Essen war lecker und die Zubereitung schnell. Schönes Ambiente. Es war sehr voll, was ja fürs Restaurant spricht. Die Kellner sind sehr zügig unterwegs und dadurch war es an unserem Tisch (neben der Theke) sehr hektisch und unruhig.

Das zentral gelegene Lokal ist sehr groß, aber in Bereiche aufgeteilt. Das Essen war lecker, jedoch nicht außergewöhnlich. Der Service grenzte an eine Katastrophe. Zuständigkeiten waren völlig unklar. Bis zur Bestellung des Essens saßen wir gute 30 Minuten am Tisch. (Nach uns kommende Gäste, an anderen Tischen, hatten da schon bestellt). Wir hätten gerne mindestens noch mehr getrunken, waren jedoch durch das Zuständigkeitschaos zu genervt. Was mir gut gefiel, war die zusätzliche barrierefreie Toilette (die anderen befinden sich in der 1. Etage)

Großzügiges Restaurant mit freundlichem Service. Pizza und Pasta Gerichte sind sehr lecker. Rollstuhl geeignet.

Gutes italienisches Schnellrestaurant, sehr guter Service, schöne Ambiente, gutes Essen, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, 2x Pizza 2x Nudeln wurden sehr schnell gebracht ebenso die bei Ankunft bestellten Getränke. Hier hörte dann aber auch das positive auf. Kellner nicht aufmerksam, haben bestimmt 20 Minuten mit leeren Gläsern am Tisch gesessen. Von einer Pizza blieb ungefähr 1/4 übrig, auf die Frage einer Verpackung zum mitnehmen wurde ein Pizzakarton für einen 1€ oder Alufolie kostenfrei angeboten, ich finde Geld zu nehmen für einen Pizzakarton übertrieben. Als wir bezahlen wollten und jeder seine Rechnung selbst zahlen wollte, reagierte der Kellner genervt, klatschte jedes mal das EC Gerät auf den Tisch. Trinkgeld blieb dementsprechend aus, nach dem kassieren verließ der Kellner wortlos den Tisch. Fühlten uns leider nicht willkommen.

Nach den bisherigen ausgezeichneten Erfahrungen mit der guten italienischen Küche und dem gelebtem Flair haben wir uns Mamma's zu unserem Restaurant auserkoren und so werden dort auch Familienfeste gefeiert. Muttertag war so ein guter Anlass und nicht nur die Mütter haben gut gespeist und sich wohl gefühlt. Die Bedienung ist immer aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Pizza Caprese Mozzarella & Basilikum, Pizza 4 Stagioni, Fettucine Filetto, Fettucine Scampi und Pasta Nera gegessen. Der Hauswein sowohl rosso als auch bianco schmeckt sehr gut und passt ausgezeichnet zu den Gerichten.

Wir gehen seit Jahren dort regelmäßig essen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich, schnell und kinderlieb, und das Essen schmeckt immer hervorragend. Parken ist im gegenüberliegenden Behnisch Haus völlig unproblematisch. Ich kann dieses italienische Restaurant deshalb uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns wieder richtig darauf gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Da wir zur Mittagszeit unterwegs waren, war natürlich die Mittagskarte für uns sehr interessant. Schließlich fiel die Wahl meiner Frau und mir auf Piccata Milanese (ein Original der italienischen Küche mit der leckeren Panade und Spaghetti in Tomatensauce) und ein Glas 01,l Hauswein weiß. Es hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt und der Wein mundete sehr gut dazu. Also, immer wieder gerne, zumal der Service absolut stimmte und flott war, obwohl das Restaurant sehr gut besucht war.

Was für eine Katastrophe! Man wird wegen Corona aufgefordert sich einen Platz zuweisen zu lassen. Während des Wartens setzen sich Passanten an frei geworden Tische, ohne dass etwas passiert. Bruscetta altes, steinhartes Brot, völlig geschmacklos. Nudeln schlampig auf den Teller geworfen, Tellerränder verschmiert, wieder ohne Geschmack. Weißwein mit Rotweintemperatur. Kellner zum Großteil völlig orientierungslos. Höhepunkt des Schauspiels: Oliven werden von einem gerade verlassenen Tisch an einen anderen Tisch gebracht. Keine Kontaktdatenerfassung wegen Corona. Jeder Punkt ist einer zu viel.

Nach langer Zeit waren wir wieder Mittags im Mamma's essen. Wir gönnten uns aus der Mittagskarte eine Pizza Spinaci und eine Pizza Mammas VIP mit Rucola und Gamberetti. Eingeschlossen im Mittagsmenü war jeweils ein Getränk, für uns ein Glas Hauswein weiß 0,1l. Als wären wir gestern zuletzt dort essen gewesen! Der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich dadurch schon fast heimisch und wohl. Zuvor gab es warmes pane bianco (Weißbrot) mit Oliven sowie Olivenöl. Die Pizza dann in phantastischer Qualität, wie wir es kennen. Der Pizzateig in der genau richtigen italienischen Dicke und mit dem jeweiligen Belag ein ausgezeichneter Geschmack, der nach Belieben noch mit Chili- und Knobloch-Öl verfeinert werden kann. Der Weißwein hatte einen prima Geschmack und passte für uns ausgezeichnet. Wir werden öfter kommen, wenn wir in der Stadt sind!

Wir waren hier mit der Familie essen. Es gibt in Krefeld wirklich einige gute italienische Restaurants, Mamma kann absolut mithalten. Tolles Ambiente, sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, Brot und Oliven waren top, der Vorspeisenteller sehr fein und die Pizza erst. Vollends zufrieden und schreit nach Wiederholung.

Wir lieben das Mamma‘s. Sehr guter Service. Wir fühlen uns immer willkommen. Pizza Schmeckt super und die Salate sind die besten weit und breit.

Hatten uns zu Viert zum Essen verabredet und dachten uns, mal in das neu renovierte Mamma‘s zu gehen. Im Gegensatz zu „damals“ ist es sehr groß geworden, zudem auch sehr modern. Die erhaltenden Gerichten waren allesamt lecker, nur bei den recht hochpreisigen Essen keinesfalls irgendetwas etwas Besonderes. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war durchweg gegeben, die Bedienung selbst war leider etwas nachlässig. Mein Fazit: Recht hochpreisiges und sehr großes Lokal, welches lediglich nur Gewöhnliches bietet. Da gibt es in Krefeld reichlich einige deutlich bessere italienische Restaurants.

One of the most annoying things is having to wait over 15 minutes for the bill after twice asking the waitress! Having said that, the food was tasty (Pizza) although a little overpriced. Our waitress continually looked over to other tables as she was taking our order, showing zero interest in us whatsoever (most annoying and damn rude). Perfect ambiance with an Italian feel, open kitchen and a good selection, but hey, Buck your ideas up on the service side or the custom will not return.

When I travel to Krefeld I make it a point to dine at Mamma's at least once a trip. I'm most impressed with the freshness of ingredients and the attention to detail in preparation. An example is the calamari. It is so easy to mess it up where it's chewy like a rubber tire. But their calamari dishes are perfect. Next is the staff. Most of the wait staff are real Italians like Senior Fortunado (Mr. Lucky). All the staff and managers are delightful, chatty and knowledgable about the food. They offer a nice wine selection and for those wanting to treat themselves as a second desert, try one of their grappa's from the bar. Superb!

Warm, Italian service, yummy food, and decent prices. Must say, it's a great place to meet friends and has a very cute set-up. That, I love. The food is pretty good, nothing comparable to authentic Italian food, but yummy, and worth a visit if you're hungry in Krefeld.

I had a business meeting there and being told by the other guests that Mamma's is famous for its tasty pizza I ordered a "Pizza Hawaii", which was not expensive and comparable to a high end stone oven pizza that I had tasted before. We had reserved a table in the outside area, which was crowded with guests relatively fast (at 5:30 p.m. on a hot summer day) - so that at least in the eyes of the other guests at my table the speed of service (e.g. for ordering an additional glass of mineral water) was relatively slow. The competitive waiting time for preparing the meal was bridged by the ability of the guests to spread butter on toasted baguette slices (and pick 2 types of offered olives) at the table.

This is an average Italian restaurant in Krefeld downtown. I’ve visited it twice within a pretty short time. As a starter, I had a bruschetta with tomato, olive oil and mozzarella, which is okay but nothing special. The first time I had a ham lasagne, which was quite tasty, but afterwards I noticed it was obivously very salty, too, because for the rest of the day I had to drink a gallon of water. The latter time I had a scampi salade, which was again pretty average, but nothing to complain about either. Both times were in early afternoon, and there wasn’t a big rush, and the staff is friendly. However, the service is not very quick. My table was served by perhaps three or four different waiters/waitresses, which may sometimes cause some confusion, but again, nothing to really complain about. The price level is just about right.
