Sehr netter Service und köstliche Gerichte ! Wer gern lecker isst, ist hier genau richtig :) Wir hatten Schnitzel mit Spargel und eine Käse Platte bestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Essen, nette Bedienung und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre - was will man mehr!!! Kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Besuch in gemütlicher Runde war rundum gelungen. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker – frisch, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der tolle Service: aufmerksam, freundlich und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich, sodass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen bleibt allerdings: Schade, dass das Restaurant Lebensart nicht mehr geöffnet hat, da wir dort immer sehr gern eingekehrt sind. Die Mühlenstube ist zwar eine Alternative, erreicht für unser Empfinden aber nicht ganz die gleiche gemütliche Atmosphäre

Waren gestern das erste Mal dort zum Essen. Die Räumlichkeit ist sehr klein, dennoch gemütlich und es war nicht viel los, sodass man in Ruhe Essen konnte. Die Toiletten befinden sich im EG und das Restaurant in der ersten Etage, das ist machbar, aber nicht komfortabel. Als Essen hatte ich den Zwiebelrostbraten für 15 Euro. Preis ist in Ordnung, allerdings war mein Fleisch eher klein, durchwachsen und teilweise zu lange auf dem Herd. Dies hatte ich erst gegen Ende festgestellt wo ich das Fleisch herumgedreht hatte. Auch Zwiebeln waren teilweise verbrannt... Beim abräumen der Teller erwähnte ich meine Feststellungen wie oben beschrieben und zeigte auf die Reste auf meinem Teller die ich nicht verzehren wollte. Daraufhin wurde mein Teller kommentarlos entgegengenommen - so was habe ich auch lange nicht mehr erlebt... Das war dann wohl er erste und letzte Besuch. Ich wünsche mir das sich meiner individuellen Meinung angenommen wird und bemüht ist für die Zukunft besser zu sein.

Wir waren schon oft im Heide Spa, jedoch zum ersten Mal in der Mühlenstube. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und das Essen ganz frisch und sehr lecker. Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn es nicht immer der Grieche im Kurpark sein soll.

Wir waren zum Valentinstag- Menü im Heidespaa. Es war sehr lecker und ein sehr schöner Abend.

Alles soweit prima. Angebot ausreichend, schneller und guter Service. Preis angemessen.

Man sollte einen Tisch reservieren immer sehr gut besucht. Freundlichen Bedienung, Essen sehr lecker. Empfehlenswert 👍👍👍

Sehr tollen Wellness Hotel, tolle Zimmer gutes Essen und sehr nettes Personal, meine Freundin ist vegan, das wurde beachtet, und für unseren kleinen Hund gab es auch was auf dem Zimmer:)

The "restaurant" is located in a remote spot on the first floor of the thermal baths, without its own restrooms. If you need to use them, you have to walk about three minutes down to the ground floor to the public toilets. The food and drink selection is meager; to put it mildly, you only have the choice between schnitzel and fish. I find the pricing concept interesting, using the schnitzel as an example. You can choose between Wiener schnitzel, cordon bleu, and pork schnitzel. For example, the basic Wiener schnitzel costs €16, which mercifully includes some cranberries. The catch is that any side dish costs a hefty €4.50. So, in this particular case, a Wiener schnitzel with fries and mushroom cream sauce comes to €25. A price one might be willing to pay for good home-style cooking. To our bitter disappointment, however, we find a carelessly prepared meal that appears to have come entirely from the frozen food section of the local wholesaler. That's such a shame!

We've been guests at the Mühlenstube several times during our stays in Bad Düben. So far, we've always been very satisfied with the selection of dishes, especially with the taste and the presentation of the food. Unfortunately, this time it didn't quite live up to our previous experiences. It's perfectly fine that a good veal schnitzel isn't cheap, but charging €3-4.50 for each small ingredient separately, and then placing the mushroom sauce in a bowl on the plate next to the schnitzel, didn't go down well with us; it was unloving! A salad with the schnitzel, also placed in a small bowl on the plate, was unlovingly arranged... The dressing was ready-made, something we weren't used to from the Mühlenstube. By the way, a homemade lemonade for €6, and then half the glass filled with large ice cubes?? We hope it will be better next time.

It's a bit difficult to find because the restaurant is hidden directly above the sauna (1st floor). The service staff is very friendly and accommodating. Guests feel welcome here. The menu is clear and guarantees freshly prepared food. All in all, I can definitely recommend it.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Very tasty, high-quality food, very friendly service, and a great atmosphere. The garlic bread with aioli was to die for, and the pickled salmon was absolutely delicious. We would come back again!

This was our first time at the Mühlenstube and we were pleasantly surprised! Delicious food and friendly service! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again.

This place is nice. Not crowded, you can find chaise-lounges inside and outside. Inside it’s warmer when it’s 22’C. It has pools inside and outside, multiple saunas, showers near saunas and in the toilet. People walk and rest here naked, you don’t need a swimsuit, you can use a towel. Mostly people are aged. Slippers are necessary. You can buy here : towel, deserts, fruits, beer. Water (gas, still and cold) is for free if you pay 4€ deposit for a glass. 196 bus goes from Leipzig every hour, stops near the hotel.

The food here is varied and of good quality. There's a children's menu and excellent regional and seasonal dishes. The service and ambiance are very good, and the restaurant is highly recommended.

Nice friendly and fast staff, good beer from fass, the restaurant is connected with the bath/pools so food is average. Schnitzel itself good, salat around well like from 30 years ago, mashrooms with schnitzel good but extracharged ( my mistake with reading ) .

The food was very greasy and heavy. The cauliflower was overcooked and the breading was very oily. The salad was neither fresh nor high quality, but the prices were quite high. So, you can't expect anything more than an expensive snack bar. The staff were unfriendly, but at least they made an effort to bring the food to the table, even if it was incomplete. Thanks for the evening; I'd forgotten how bad the food could be.

From vegetarian dishes to protein salads, schnitzels to cakes, everyone will find something here. Everything with a little flair, at a reasonable price, paired with friendly, prompt service... What more could you want? Thank you, it was lovely.

We visited this restaurant a week ago and were speechless, the niceness of the staff and friendliness as well as the food was absolutely top notch. The restaurant inside was full and so we had to choose an outside seat in the beer garden. That wasn't a bad thing at all because they had set up heating coils and the nice waitress put them into operation straight away. The beer came in no time and our solyanka with the garlic baguette took less than 10 minutes. It was very very tasty. If you want to go out to eat in the evening you really have to order. Or you can choose, as we did, outside in the beer garden in a sheltered corner. Please keep it up, we love this restaurant and will definitely come back again. The next day we were there for lunch, of course, and there was very little going on. So as I said, if you want to go in the evening then definitely order in advance.

The Mühlenstube restaurant is very cramped. We would like the LebensArt to be available to a la carte guests again. We like the atmosphere there much better. Nevertheless, we ate well and received friendly service.

We ate well here twice during our stay at the Heide Spa, as we hadn't booked half board there. The food is very good, value for money too and the service was great. A reservation is recommended and works online.

Unfortunately we relied on recessions 😓.....it was scary to me as soon as I entered the restaurant that it was empty on a weekend......I wanted to move on. Well we stayed 🫣 sat down, The fairly clear menu was brought...okay, it's supposed to be a sign of good food. Unfortunately there was only very average food with little pizzazz, Even the asparagus tasted like the potatoes (possibly in the same water as them and very little salt cooked ❓❓) plus melted butter instead of "brown butter foam" 😶‍🌫️ the staff (represented in large numbers, so that 1 to 1 care of the guests present would have been possible 😳) also very unmotivated, always disappeared towards the kitchen and not Particularly customer-oriented...some guests were "put off" despite the empty restaurant 😔 ALL IN ALL.....WE DO NOT WANT TO RECOMMEND THE "GASTHOUSE"....Rather ENCOURAGE THE EMPLOYEES AND OPERATORS TO REFLECT THEMSELVES 🤫

Nice modern ambience in the Lebensart restaurant, but then with the goose leg, pale without skin, we booked it for our wedding anniversary and were disappointed, the presentation could also be improved, e.g. large plates for the dishes would give a lot more. Besser als man vermutet für ein Hotel Restaurant. Wir hatten Rinderfilet und Schnitzel Wiener Art. Das Filet hatte eine Pfeffer Pilz Sauce und wusste nicht, was es sein wollte. Es gab leider kein Kalbsschnitzel. Hat aber geschmeckt.

Eine sehr angenehme, ruhige, gehobene Atmosphäre. Sehr netter Service der wirklich auf Zack ist. Wir hatten zur Vorspeise das Knoblauchbrot. Sehr sehr gut und lecker dabei noch schön angerichtet. Hauptgang war 2x Spa Burger mit pommes, sehr guter Burger mit guter Menge an Fleisch welches saftig und durch war. Portion waren groß, man wird definitiv satt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Dieses Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Eine sehr gute Auswahl an frischen Speisen und Getränken. Eine kleine Speisekarte, aber gerade das zeichnet eine gute Küche aus. Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk hervorragend. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Das Essen war wirklich exzellent. Wir hatten als Vorspeise das Knobi-Brot und die Soljanka. Das Brot war herausragend, knusprig und frisch, ebenso die Aioli. Als Hauptspeise gab es den Heide-Spa-Burger, der ebenfalls wirklich sehr lecker war. Auch der Service ließ nicht zu wünschen übrig. Die Kellner hatten ein Auge für die Bedürfnisse aller Gäste und waren wirklich äußerst herzlich.

Wir waren hier als große Gruppe zum Abschluss unseres Reha Aufenthalts. Ich hätte mir kein besseres Restaurant vorstellen können. Eine gute, übersichtliche Karte. Änderungswünsche konnten gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis umgesetzt werden. Besonders die saisonale Pfifferlingskarte hat überzeugt.

Auch unser Besuch, vor längerer Zeit, in der Gaststätte war bei einer relativ hohen Summe nicht zufriedenstellend, da gebe ich dem Herrn Raik Zenger seinem Artikel in dem Wochenspiegel vom 12. Juli 2023 vollkommen recht. Von weiteren Besuchen kann man nur abraten.

Nachtrag zum Restaurantbesuch im November/Dezember 2022: Nach der wirklich gelungenen Umgestaltung des Restaurants und der Karte, wollten wir dem Restaurant lebensart mal wieder einen Besuch abstatten. Positiv: - freie Platzwahl - angenehmes Ambiente - modern aufgemachte Speise- und Getränkekarte - freundliches Personal Noch Potenzial hat: - das Essen. Wir sind gerne bereit gutes Essen entsprechend zu bezahlen, jedoch waren meine Ente absolut trocken und das weihnachtliche Menü meiner Begleitung, hat nicht (wie in der Karte beschrieben) weihnachtlich geschmeckt. Zudem fehlte ein Teil, der zum Menü gehörte. Dieser wurde auf Nachfrage nachgeliefert. Bei dieser Preislage jedoch würden wir doch davon ausgehen, dass die Teller bevor sie rausgehen kontrolliert werden. Fazit: Es könnte der Eindruck entstehen, dass hier mehr Wert auf die Aufmachung als auf die Qualität des Essens gelegt wird. Das Restaurant ist folglich (zum damaligen Zeitpunkt) leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Da passt alles! Essen: besonders lecker, Service: passt zum Essen, Ambiente: gepflegt, mit Blick auf das Detail. Immer wieder gern. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Weiter so.

Hier gab es Menüessen für Hotelgäste des Heide Spa. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Sehr freundliches Personal und überraschend hohe Qualität des Essens. Jederzeit wieder!
