a huge disappointment! The food we ordered arrived completely cold, after a phone call and a complaint a very rude gentleman decided that we would get new, warm food. Unfortunately, although the food was delivered warm, I received something else instead of what I wanted. Great joke. It has nothing to do with really good Italian food and friendly service. I don't recommend it.

The 5-star reviews cannot be correct and must have been purchased. Our visit to this restaurant was like a real nightmare! When we arrived at the restaurant and said we had a Groupon voucher, we were refused food because the vouchers are supposedly not accepted if you reserve by phone. Luckily, by chance I also made a reservation by email (including a PDF voucher attached) because I had forgotten to say on the phone, that we come with a voucher. When I showed the reservation confirmation email to the waiter, he went to the boss. A little later he came to our table in a very aggressive manner to tell us that he only accepts vouchers printed out on paper and not screenshots (as a PDF attached to the email) or the code in the Groupon app, even though that is part of the terms of use . After long discussions, he served us the 3-course menu that we had already paid for via Groupon. But everything was either cold or inedible. So we had the food returned. According to the voucher, the dessert contained panna cotta, which wasn't even available. Instead they wanted to serve us frozen cream puffs from the supermarket. We then decided on ice cream but the waiter only served us a small mini scoop, half of which was completely melted. Apart from that, the pistachio ice cream tasted more like artificial peppermint and was therefore also inedible. All in all, the "romantic 3-course candlelight dinner" we booked was just terrible and our evening was completely ruined afterwards. If you read the restaurant reviews on Google, other guests have probably had the same experiences with the rejection of the voucher and the terrible food in this restaurant. It's a shame - I probably should have done that before buying the voucher. La Sorrisa - never again for us!!

I have no idea how this pizzeria got so many good reviews, but we can't share that opinion. Apart from the poor service, the pasta dishes simply taste like nothing. Really a shame.

How this pizzeria received 4.0 stars is a mystery to me. Four of us ate there and none of us were happy with the food. The ribbon noodles are absolutely not recommended, they didn't taste like anything. By far the most expensive dish at €23.50 (salmon with vegetables and pizza bread) was by far the smallest portion. Hardly any understanding from the service and no apology. Absolutely no recommendation.

On Sundays you can also get ice cream sundaes and the like between 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

We wanted to eat there today and had a voucher from Groupon. However, the innkeeper did not want to accept this and said that it was mandatory to bring it with you in printed form. So far it has worked without any problems at all other restaurants. The description also says that the app is sufficient. We drove for over half an hour. Our solutions were rejected rather briskly. In retrospect, we are very happy that we didn't eat there.

After many years I was back at LaSorissa......unfortunately a pure disappointment, it's a real shame that the Sorissa from before as I remembered it no longer exists. At the beginning my husband was greeted with a strange look, asking why Whatever. Bruschetta had no garlic on it, various fish from the stone grill were just bland, there wasn't a bit of spice on it and I would have liked at least 1 scampi, plus you didn't notice any of the grilled taste, it was more like steamed and apparently from the stone grill, well. my husband Had calamari from the stone grill and that was 1 tube of squid cut into rings, so for the price of €23 there should have been at least 2 on it but a maximum of 5. So all in all, unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. €23.50 for grilled squid, every Asian snack bar has more squid on the plate for half the price. I know other Italian restaurants that are much better. Too bad.

Very bad for Italians. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio no taste. They shouldn't offer the salad tonno e pomodoro embarrassing. The Quattro stagioni pizza was prepared completely carelessly and the taste was OK

The ice cream is just disgusting and way too expensive

Not worth a star, wanted to buy ice cream with two ice cream-hungry grandchildren. Were from Staff ignored and put off several times. The children were crying, the guy in disguise didn't make any effort to serve us. Impossible behavior. Went to the competition.

Very unfriendly and arrogant, and €2 for a scoop of ice cream is more than rude, and it also tastes like cheap ingredients. If you think about going here in more detail, I absolutely cannot recommend it.

My review only applies to ice cream sundaes. My wife and I were there last week and each had a cup of Malaga. According to the online menu with rum raisins and sauce for €5. In total we got two scoops of ice cream, dry raisins from the bag, no trace of rum, a splash of sauce and lots of cream. The whole thing cost €9.50 and not €5. We enjoyed the ice cream. We found everything else to be rather unloving and not worth the high price. We were very disappointed. We would have preferred to make ourselves some ice cream at home.

Kotz kotz kotz🤮🤮🤮🤮 über Lieferando mit meiner Tochter zusammen unser Abendessen bestellt. Zwei stunden lang keine Lieferung, dann Anruf unserseits …. Bestellung total verpeilt…. Nun, sorry wir liefern sofort…. Pizza 🍕 mit trenn Folie des Schinkens drauf und kalt….. Riesen Zwiebel 🧅 Ringe auf der Serano rucola Pizza…. Hab ich so noch nie gekannt 🤷‍♀️aber man lernt ja gern dazu! Rigatoni al forno, auch weniger als lauwarm und vertrockneter Schinken mit drinnen….. kann alles null weiter empfehlen!!!! Denke man hat schnell alles zusammen geschmissen und geliefert, da nach vergessener Bestellung schon kurz vor 22 Uhr war. Fazit, nie nie nie wieder!!!!!!

The pasta was al dente, but unfortunately the sauce didn't taste good. I was really looking forward to the spaghetti and rigatoni, but then I realized that the menus just tasted very boring. However, delivery was smooth, quick and easy. I ordered via Lieferando.

The lunch menu is great. Great value for money and always delicious. Only the salad dressing is too oily and unseasoned for me. There could be more pizzazz in there.

Due to the many good reviews, we expected much more than what we ultimately found there. The waitress only spoke limited German and led us to a table that was covered in lots of crumbs. Even due to the small number of visitors, we had to wait 7 minutes for the waiter to come to the table to bring us the menu. He didn't take a drink order. The soft drinks were warm and very small (0.3l) for the price of 5 euros. After placing our food order, we had to wait 40 minutes for the food to be served to us. The two meat dishes were virtually inedible due to the excessive amount of oil and the bread provided was hard. Therefore the visit was a failure and cannot be recommended.

Had reserved a table for a Wednesday. When we got to the restaurant the waiter said it was closed. Were very disappointed. Won't go there anymore.

We had a voucher and had redeemed it in the restaurant earlier. The food was inedible. Bruschetta was an old cold pizza base, the starter was dry and unloving, we then returned the main course. When the main course was served, the waiter still had his thumb in the sauce. That was a disgrace.

Good pizza. Maybe a little too much semolina was blurred when pulling the dough... And again that stupid opinion that the German needs dried oregano on the pizza.

A culinary Italian highlight! Mussels, pasta, pizza everything tasted first class. Very friendly service and the espresso with amaretti biscuit also deserves 5 stars. Gladly again.

There were two of us there and we shared an appetizer platter. However, this was very disappointing. There were no vegetables, no cheese and no seafood on it. There were only tomatoes with mozzarella (unfortunately the tomatoes weren't good), salami and ham with melon. Really bad for the price we paid for it. The service was very hectic and not particularly friendly. The floor had probably been mopped before we arrived because it smelled very strongly of cleaning products. Eating with that smell around was very unpleasant. The main course was good. But we couldn't convince ourselves to go for dessert.

A great Italian restaurant!! The owner knows exactly how to pick up a visitor - the Italian holiday feeling was immediately there. The food is delicious and the selection is great! I can only recommend it.

Even without registering, you spontaneously got a table for two, you care very much about your guests, a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere, yet careful handling and the pizza with seafood was a dream, gladly again...

The opening times are customer-friendly! You can also sit outside - although very close to the side of the road - but in the evening it is bearable. Pizza Salsiccia con Patate was the daily special - very bland, potatoes crumbled on top rather carelessly. Capuccino was on the house - that was a nice surprise at the end.

Wir hatten einen Gutschein für ein Candlelight-Dinner mit 3 Gängen. Wir hatten Vitello Tonnato und Gegrilltes Gemüse, anschließend Scaloppino al Vino Bianco und zum Dessert Tiramisu und Panno Cotta. Alles war sehr lecker 😋 ! Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und es gab keine Wartezeiten, obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I give one star because I can't give 0 Just ordered from this restaurant, food arrived cold after an hour and a half. Overcooked spaghetti and "grilled" prawns that are practically boiled. I'm sorry to say but I had a bad stomach ache right after.

Heute habe ich Tortellini 4 Formaggi bestellt (ohne zszl. Info). Erhalte dann Füllung mit Fleisch! Bei einem Telefonat mit dem Inhaber, hat er jegliche Schuld nicht eingesehen und ist mir absolut nicht entgegengekommen und hat auch noch mitten im Wort aufgelegt. Das gegebene Trinkgeld gönn ich euch nicht!

Leider ist immer nur ein Kellner zu sehen....und der scheint etwas überfordert. Schnell und hektisch unterwegs. Ansonsten ist das Essen super und das Lokal schön eingerichtet.

Was für ein Saftladen... Meine Pizza kurvt seit 45 Minuten durch mehrere Städte und braucht wohl noch 50 Minuten, was sich auch noch ständig erhöht. Bei meinem Anruf dort kamen nur freche, unverschämte Antworten. Geht gar nicht !!!

Ich komme gerne Ins La Sorrisa und es ist immer noch eins der besten um Umkreis. Ich kenne Rossario schon seit er in Leonberg sein Restaurant hatte und und seine Qualität des Essens ist Perfekt. Meine Empfehlung an alle die gerne Italienische Küche genießen möchten.

I have dined here numerous times by myself, with my wife, or with friends. Each time I knew I could count on delicious food and good service, albeit slow at times when at full capacity. Since my wife and I are moving away, we wanted to come here one last time. The was the first time I tried their calzone filled with ham, salami, mushrooms, and cheese. I am used to this being topped with loads of tomato sauce. This one was served dry. Nonetheless, it was very good. I also had a yummy tomato soup as an appetizer. My wife went with her usual seafood pizza. We enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine to close out our final meal at La Sorrisa. However, I never say goodbye as the road may lead back here one day.

Pizza zum Abholen auch mit tel. Bestellung. Hat etwas gedauert, weil das Lokal um die Mittagszeit voll (!) war. Pizza okay, Teig war etwas zäh. Heute richtig zum Essen an einem Freitag. Gemischter Salat war schon mal sehr gut mit Pizzabrot dabei.

Leider keine angenehme Erfahrung. Kamen zufällig gegen Ende einer anderen Veranstaltung, die Akustik dadurch war schon fast unangenehm. Reges treiben brachte uns dann verhältnismäßig spät den Service, nach unserer Auswahl war auch das bestellen der aktuellen Gästeanzahl entsprechend spät. Das Personal bemühte sich dennoch uns gegenüber freundlich zu sein. Mit Ende dieser Veranstaltung wurde es deutlich ruhiger, jedoch war die Küche ständig offen, dort offenbar Fester offen und wir saßen mitten im Durchzug. Auf Nachfrage, ob man vielleicht die Küchentür schließen könnte (hat eine Durchreiche), wurde diese zwar geschlossen, aber gleich darauf wieder geöffnet. Auf den stechenden Geruch von verbrannten Brot folgte kurz darauf unser leicht verbranntes Bruschetta, recht lieblos auf Rohkostsalat angerichtet und geschmacklich ziemlich fad, dafür dunkel-knusprig. Wie eine Küche so etwas rausgeben kann, ist uns ein Rätsel. Hauptgericht waren zwei von drei super, die Ravioli waren echt genial und sehr lecker. Das dritte hat uns verunsichert, ich bin kein Fachmann, kenne Scampis aber farblich anders. Bei uns waren 2 teilweise grau, wenn das so sein sollte, ist alles in Ordnung. Die stattdessen georderte Pizza kam zwar schnell, war aber ein weicher Teig mit viel zuviel Käse. Am Ende fanden wir dann 2 Bruschetta auf der Rechnung, bestellt hatten wir eines mit zwei Tellern. Auf Nachfrage, ob unser Kind auch Bruschetta möchte, bejahten wir, davon ausgehend, einen dritten Teller zu bekommen... Wir kommen nicht nochmal hierher.

Ich finde ein Restaurant ohne Glanz und Gloria.Essen war nicht gut Nudeln nicht durch gekocht und sogar die falschen Nudeln im Gericht .Kellner war total verschwitzt und sein Hemd war nicht sauber absolutes nogo Restaurant wirkt dunkel traurig und nicht zu empfehlen

Absolut zu empfehlen. Schönes Ambiente, super italienisches Essen.

Günstige Preise aber auch nicht mehr wert. Lange vor leeren Gläsern gesessen, offensichtlich kein Interesse mehr zu verkaufen. Zum kassieren kam dann auch keiner, also selbst zur Kasse zum bezahlen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden, waren auch schon oft da zum Essen. Pizza und Fisch schmecken sehr gut. Das Lokal ist klein aber sehr fein und schön dekoriert. Die Bedienung ist auch immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Preisleistung sehr angenehm und große Portionen. Vielen Dank! wir kommen wieder.

Das Essen war nur mittelmäßig und die Bedienung teilweise etwas hektisch. Ansonsten ganz in Ordnung.

Immer lecker und immer nett, Pizzen zum abholen für 5 Euro Preisleistung super und nicht zu vergessen ist das Eis, das ist Spitzenklasse.

Sehr unterhaltsamer Restaurant Besitzer.. das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Meine Familie und ich gehen gerne hin ist auch sehr Preiswert und Empfehlenswert.

Die Pizza schmeckt an sich gut. Jedoch wurde mir am Telefon ein Preis von 6€ genannt und als der Lieferfahrer ankam wurden 10€ verlangt. Als ausrede wurde die angeblich lange Fahrt bzw alte Preisliste genannt und das die 6€ erst ab 2 Pizzen gelten. Sowas muss deutlich auf der Website hinterlegt werden
