Great Italian food with great service in a chic restaurant

Absolutely upscale Italian cuisine Parpadelle filled with oxtail, taste explosion. Pizza absolutely top. Never had pizza like this before. Mega Service absolutely top our waiter top service. Prices for upscale gastronomy are top and justified. We actually have one point of criticism, it's complaining at a high level. I was missing something with the tiramisu. It was tasty but that certain something wasn't there. Here I would have liked the coffee taste to be stronger. Or a taste in the mascarpone, of citrus. I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant and was pleasantly impressed. The atmosphere is very gallant and welcoming, perfect for a special evening, but not only that, also ideal for any business meeting. The service was impeccable, with the staff proving to be "kind", attentive and always available to our requests. The menu is creative and modern... the combination of innovative flavors with traditional dishes is spot on. In particular I tasted the blue crab, risotto with calamari, yuzu and ginger and finally a delicious blackberry panna cotta, and it was an amazing dining experience. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The presentation of the dishes is accurate... which denotes the devotion of those who work in the kitchen, who care not only about reaching the palate, but also the heart. Yesterday we ate very, very tasty. Service was also top - attentive without being intrusive. Chic atmosphere. All in all a successful evening.

Dinner in an atmosphere characterized by delicious dishes. The range of products was of the highest quality, the wait staff was very kind and the location was super chic. I have to say everything was impeccable.

There's one star because I have to give it anyway, but it's actually justified for the food, because it was really good. Unfortunately we had to wait a total of 90 minutes for starters and main courses for lunch. We ordered caprese, which took over 30 minutes, and the drinks also took over 25 minutes (only a bottled beer and a bottle of water, no cocktails or fancy stuff). Caprese was good, but it's really a joke that a cold dish takes so long. Afterwards we had to wait over 45 minutes for 2 pizzas, no more bread, no apology, nothing, zero. I was so angry. As I said, the food was good, it tasted good, but THAT is no longer worth it to me. You can only charge these prices if both quality and service are top. Unfortunately we are so disappointed and frankly angry - we will never go back. Absolutely cannot understand the experiences below.

Nothing to take away from all the Italian restaurants in the area.......but here we are on another planet. You notice it immediately as soon as you enter the restaurant. Furnishings, lights, tables and hospitality are rarely found like this in Germany. Not to mention the service. We felt pampered throughout the evening without ever exceeding the limit of intrusiveness. Do we want to talk about food? Only one adjective comes to mind......Excellent. From the flavors to the presentation of the dish....all very good and beautiful. You can't help but give 5 stars...well done and congratulations to all the staff.

Wow!Wow!Wow! Located in the industrial area, we didn't expect this... Nice, stylish and tasteful atmosphere. We continued with a very friendly and competent reception☺️. The food was excellent and left nothing to be desired, from the starter to the due primo and secondo platti. It was a fireworks display for the senses and a taste explosion for our taste buds! Unfortunately there was no room for dessert. One more reason to come back!! On a scale of 1 to 10 we award 15 points :-)

...and if I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so! It's a shame that we were there for the first time yesterday - what have we missed so far! The ambience and furnishings are exactly my taste. You sit comfortably far away from other tables and due to the length of the window front you can actually sit by the window almost anywhere. The service can't be beat. I haven't felt so comfortable in a long time and I haven't been looked after so carefully in a long time. Always a smile on your face, no matter who comes towards you or serves you. Just wow! The food was also a real treat. The pulpo was the BEST I've ever eaten, the vitello tonnato was also brilliant. The pizza and pasta were also more than convincing in terms of taste. The prices are high but 103 euros for starters, main courses, wine, beer, espresso and water are the best investment if you can spend an evening like this and enjoy so much culinary delights. I'm already looking forward to the next time!!!!!

Never again! I was there for lunch with my husband. Noodles. A mini portion for 15 euros without a drink. The waiter was very exaggerated and not very reserved. My conclusion: wanting to be more than you really are. If it were really good food and good service - I would be happy to pay a reasonable price. But the food is okay - prices are extremely overpriced. There are many better restaurants with good service in the area. What was extremely unpleasant for me was the waiter who was much too loud and forceful. In a very good restaurant the service is reserved. Tried it once - I can't recommend this restaurant more.

Auswahl gering. Preis/Leistung miserabel, Pizza Schinken war klein, Schinken wenig und dünn wie Papier, in der Mitte matschig und wenig Geschmack. Noch nie so schlechte Pizza gegessen! Portionen sehr klein mit Gourmet Versprechen. Beim Dessert von Italienern nicht mal Eis zur Auswahl. Service Personal sehr freundlich. Restaurant-Lokal sehr schön und anspruchsvoll. Schade für den Besuch.

Wir waren hier 2mal zum Mittagessen und der Salat und Hauptspeise haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Nur den Nachtisch kann ich nicht empfehlen, wir haben insgesamt 3 probiert Tiramisu, Schokotarte, Pistazienmus und waren geschmacklich enttäuscht. Bitte nehmt eine klassische hausgemachte Tiramisu in eure Karte auf und macht die Nachttische frisch ohne Fertigkomponenten.

Die noble Einrichtung des Restaurants vermittelt eine gehobene Atmosphäre, jedoch wird diese von einem gewissen Hauch von Hochmut begleitet. Leider konnte ich beobachten, dass der Umgang mit Gästen der mittleren Klasse im Vergleich zu Gästen der oberen Klasse deutlich zu wünschen übrig lässt. Das Gourmet-Essen war geschmacklich ansprechend, doch bedauere ich, dass auf individuelle Wünsche nur unzureichend eingegangen wurde. Dies könnte das kulinarische Erlebnis für einige Gäste beeinträchtigen. Die Sauberkeit der Toiletten ist lobenswert, jedoch ist es bedauerlich, dass die Türen nicht verriegelbar sind, was einen gewissen Komfortverlust bedeutet. Insgesamt bietet das Restaurant eine gute kulinarische Erfahrung, jedoch könnte eine verbesserte Gästebehandlung zu einer positiveren Gesamterfahrung beitragen.

Spontan hatten wir uns für Gentile entschieden und reserviert. Schon der Empfang war exzellent. Hervorragender Service und nicht abgefertigt. Serviert wurde in Abstimmung. Schmackhaft und auch fürs Auge von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert angerichtet. Etwas für Genießer hoher italienischer Küchenkultur. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Update: Der zweite Besuch zwei Monate später war nicht mehr so berauschend. Lange Wartezeit bis zur Hauptspeise. Ca. 1 Std. nach unserer Reklamation. Mein Ossobuco war zwar exzellent, meine Frau hatte etwas verbrateneres Gemüse serviert bekommen. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde uns nach dem Dessert jeweils ein Limoncello angeboten. Als Autofahrer musste ich leider ablehnen. Service zwar freundlich, aber im zeitlichen Ablauf doch ärgerlich überzogen, da zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptspeise kein Hinweis auf die Verzögerung kam. Erst nachdem wir die Rechnung wollten, ging es auf einmal.

Ambiente ist toll.Mir persönlich war der Wildkräutersalat zu bitter,meine Partnerin fand ihn gut.Auf der Pizza Regina war viel zuviel Käse drauf,wodurch der Boden vom ersten Bissen an matschig war.Mit weniger Käse wäre die Pizza gut.Die Nachspeise,Panna Cotta war sehr lecker.An Servicepersonal mangelt es nicht,jedoch sind die mehr damit beschäftigt sich mit den weiblichen Gästen zu unterhalten als sich um die anderen Gäste zu kümmern.

Hat uns mega gut gefallen. Angebot und Qualität der Speisen toll. Ein Italiener für besondere Anlässe.

Wir waren heute das erste mal im Restaurant und wurden höflich empfangen. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und gut aufgelegt. So stellt man sich das vor. Tolles Ambiente. Denke die Bilder anderer Gäste sprechen für sich. Wir sind spontan an einem Samstagmittag ohne Reservierung reingeschneit und hatten eine Pizza Ortolana und Vibo Marina. Die Pizzen waren einfach wunderbar, der Teig, der Belag. Die Preise in Kombination mit der Qualität und dem Service gehen in meinem Augen völlig in Ordnung. Außerdem kann ich mich nicht erinnern wann mir das letzte mal in einem Lokal aus und wieder in die Jacke geholfen wurde. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder auch wenn wir etwa 45km weit weg wohnen.

Es war ein wunderbarer Abend bei Gentile! Die Pizza war super lecker und die Vorspeise war ebenfalls hervorragend. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, besonders Kellner Cristian hat sich äußerst zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir haben gestern eine Pizza gegessen, die da draußen seines Gleichen sucht. Großes Lob auch an Rosario, der uns immer ruhig, zuvorkommend und respektvoll bedient hat, obwohl sehr viel los war. Macht weiter so und die Leute kommen immer wieder.

Wir haben sehr lange auf die erste Bestellung der Getränke gewartet. Danach kam der Keller nur noch sporadisch vorbei. Das Essen war bei uns in der Gruppe unterschiedlich. Teils sehr salzig, die Portionen recht übersichtlich. Die Pizza war kalt.

Im Zusammenhang mit Einkauf das erste mal da äußerst angenehm überrascht wir kommen ganz sicher wieder

Kürzlich hatten wir Gelegenheit, das Restaurant Gentile zu besuchen, ein italienisches Lokal, das sich durch modernes Design und eine vielfältige Speisekarte auszeichnet. Was die Speisen betrifft, war die Qualität insgesamt solide. Die Vorspeisen, darunter das Vitello tonnato und der gegrillte Polpo, waren gut zubereitet und ansprechend präsentiert. Der Hauptgang, Ossobuco auf Risotto, erwies sich als Höhepunkt des Menüs mit zarter Textur und harmonischen Aromen. Das üppige Dessert war geschmacklich ansprechend, aber etwas übertrieben in der Portionierung/Präsentation (Panna cotta mit Sprühsahne). Der Service im Gentile ist zwiespältig. Während das Personal grundsätzlich freundlich ist, fiel der Kellner zunächst durch unangemessenes Schulterklopfen auf, das den professionellen Umgang etwas untergrub. Die Unkenntnis einiger Gerichte auf der Speisekarte wirkte ebenfalls unangebracht. Leider wurde die positive Stimmung durch eine unerfreuliche Begegnung mit Fruchtfliegen getrübt, die während des Essens im Innenbereich waren. Obwohl dies sehr störend war, wurde unsere Rückfrage bezüglich der Fruchtfliegen mit geringem Interesse seitens des Personals aufgenommen. Die Tatsache, dass keine angemessene Lösung gefunden wurde und wir den Wein schließlich mit Servietten abdecken mussten, beeinträchtigte das Gesamterlebnis. Ein weiterer bedauerlicher Vorfall war das Entkorken der Weinflasche durch den Kellner, bei dem der Korken teilweise in den Wein bröselte. Dies sollte in einem Restaurant dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Restaurant Gentile eine zwiespältige Erfahrung bietet. Während das moderne Ambiente und einige kulinarische Highlights positiv hervorstechen, wird der Gesamteindruck durch Mängel im Service und unangenehme Vorkommnisse wie die Anwesenheit der Fruchtfliegen geschmälert. Die Preise für die Speisen wären angemessen, aber für den Service deutlich zu hoch. Das Gentile mag kulinarische Potenziale haben, muss jedoch in Bezug auf Servicequalität und Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber Details Verbesserungen vornehmen.

Perfekter Abend im überfüllten Restaurant. Es wurden am Samstag wegen schlechtem Wetter alle Gäste im Innenraum verteilt…… trotzdem war der Service und das Essen hervorragend. Ein rundum gelungener Abend….. und kulinarischer Genuss.

Wir waren zum Abendessen im Gentile Gusto und ich hatte den gegrillten Octopus (sehr gut gewürzt, leicht pikant - richtig toll abgeschmeckt), danach das Ossobuco mit Risotto und Gremolada, was ebenfalls ausgezeichnet war. Mein Mann hatte ebenfalls den Octopus zur Vorspeise, danach Austern und als Hauptgericht den Zackenbarsch mit Zichorie und Bagna Cauda - auch sehr lecker - hier fehlte aber unserer Meinung nach noch irgendeine Beilage wie beispielsweise Kartoffeln, v.a. bei dem Preis von 35€. Sehr gut das hausgemachte Tiramisu als Nachtisch und sehr lecker das Limoncello. Das Restaurant ist von der Ausstattung her richtig gut gelungen, sehr stylish, man fühlt sich gleich wohl, einfach eine tolle Atmosphäre. Dazu kommen die aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Bedienungen, man fühlt sich gut umsorgt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch! Lassen Sie nicht von einigen kritischen Berichten irritieren. Hier können Sie eines der besten (unaufgeregten) italienischen Restaurants der Gegend genießen - nix PIzza Quattro Stagione und Penne al ragù, dafür raffinierte und nicht alltägliche Gerichte (nicht so billig, aber des Geldes wert). Nebenan gibt's tolle Gelati und einen wunderschönen Supermarkt. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: scharfe Messer für die Pizzas wären hilfreif.

Genieße im ristorante gentile gusto moderne italienische Küche . Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis lebt von kleinen Details und dies spiegelt sich im interior des Restaurants. Jede Kleinigkeit der Mise en Place wird hier berücksichtigt. Im Fokus stehen hier die hochwertigen weine jedoch bekommst du auch einen bellini oder Crodino Spritz als aperetiv. Das frisch gebackene Brot macht Lust auf mehr. Und Schon Bei der Vorspeise sprechen die Bilder Liebevoll serviert wurde uns die insalata contadina und das Tatar - getoppt mit einer Knochenmark-Mayonnaise. Die Köche haben uns auch bei den Hauptgängen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis bereitet. lasst definitiv genug Platz für das Dessert. Ob ein Eis aus der Eistheke oder aber das Pistazienmousse aus der dessertkarte, der Nachtisch wird nicht geskippt. Angesichts der ambivalenten Bewertungen haben wir uns zunächst an ein kleines Lunch gewagt. Wunderschöne Ideen auf der kleinen Tageskarte. Service top professionell und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und testen das Dinner.

Mein Mann hatte das Restaurant als Überraschung am Vorabend meines runden Geburtstages ausgewählt. Da wir den Supermarkt schon lange kennen und lieben, waren wir total neugierig auf das ristorante, zumal wir wissen, daß es der lang gehegte Traum des Chefs war... Die location ist wirklich top.. .chic, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und seeehr gemütlich. Es gibt auch einen schönen Sitzbereich draußen. Die Aperitifs...wir hatten Aperol Spritz und Hugo...sehr lecker und mit 7 Euro preislich okay. Die Vorspeise, gegrillter Oktopus, aßen wir zu zweit...sie war recht scharf, aber wirklich lecker. Die Hauptspeisen, einmal Ossobuco mit Risotto... sehr geschmackvoll, für den Preis jedoch eine sehr kleine Portion. Die andere Hauptspeise war Spaghetti Gambero rosso, mit etwas rotem Garnelentatar, welches sehr mild war aber fein schmeckte, sowie Spaghetti mit schwarzer Soße... Leider viel zu mild im Geschmack. Trotz Hinweis unseres sehr netten Kellners, daß es sich um schwarzen Knoblauch handelt, konnten wir leider keinen Knoblauchgeschmack wahrnehmen. Unser Weißwein...ein Chardonnay... war dagegen geschmacklich und preislich absolut top. Unser Fazit fällt aber leider nicht positiv aus. Wir hatten uns das wirklich gewünscht, und uns auf einen wunderbaren, besonderen Abend gefreut, den wir aber leider nicht hatten... Beim Essen ist tatsächlich geschmacklich noch Luft nach oben. Bei dem Anspruch und den Preisen haben wir mehr Raffinesse erwartet. Die Portionen dürften ein wenig größer sein oder die Preise etwas kleiner, wie man es sehen mag. Wir wünschen dem ristorante positive und konstruktive Kritiken, denn das Potential ist allemal vorhanden, noch viel besser zu werden.

Our family had a fantastic dinner here to celebrate a birthday. We had been trying to get here for many months after the opening and the restaurant lived up to every expectation we had. The menu, with the exception of the pizzas, was limited but the choices were excellent. The staff was attentive and kind to our kids. We cannot wait to go back.

My wife and I took friends here for lunch for a second time. The first time was during their first week. Sure, we expected some bumps in the road, but we figured time would work these out. The staff is super friendly and everyone seems to be doing their best. However, this place still has some bugs to work out. Luckily, both my meals were perfectly done. However, not everyone has had the same experience. We started out with the pulpo, which was just slightly overcooked. This is an expensive appetizer. Our friends ordered the meat and cheese plate which cannot be ruined. For the mains, I loved my veal cheeks. This dish would meet with the late Anthony Bourdain's standards. My wife ordered the sea bass over what we think was brocolini. Her sea bass was also slightly overcooked. Again, this is an expensive dish. It was not up to par at all. The vegetables underneath her fish were soggy and tasteless. She ordered the seabass the first time here and it was remarkable. Our friends ordered the seafood pasta and a pizza with salami and olives. The seafood pasta was okay...that's all. It really lacked any kind of zest. The pizza was very good, but it is tough to ruin pizza. I still have hope for this place. I noticed each review received a response. That is a good sign. I believe the timing of the delivery of food is critical. This needs to be resolved. Further, the food seems to be hit and miss. Some dishes are remarkable; others just average. I was pleased to see the menu is now available in English. I will give this place another try as it is within walking distance. However, if I spend over 150,00 Euro one more time with some meals not being good, it will be my last time. I have faith!!!

Kleine Portionen, das Personal spricht nicht deutsch, die Location hat uns sehr gut gefallen, aber mehr Schein als sein

Als Liebhaber der italienischen Küche möchten wir Ihnen unsere Erfahrung in einem wundervollen italienischen Restaurant teilen. Wir waren als Gruppe von 10 Personen dort und wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Essen war einfach sensationell. Die Paccheri-Pasta mit Tomatensauce und stracciatella-Füllung sowie das zarte Ossobuco vom Kalb auf safranreichem Risotto und gremolada di Chianina waren perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Auch die Vorspeisen, wie der Gentile Fenchelsalat mit schwarzenkohl, Blutorangen, Mandeln und Pecorino, waren nicht nur wunderschön anzusehen, sondern auch unglaublich geschmackvoll. Die Qualität der Zutaten war ein Highlight dieses Restaurants und in jeder Bissfolge deutlich spürbar. Die frischen und zarten Aromen und Texturen waren einfach umwerfend und trugen dazu bei, dass jedes Gericht ein Genuss war. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Anbetracht der Qualität der Speisen und des Services völlig angemessen. Wir waren erstaunt über die Kritik einiger Leute, die das Essen als lecker empfinden, aber die Portionen als zu klein und den Preis als zu hoch bezeichnen. Hier ist zu sagen, dass das Restaurant auf Qualität und Geschmack Wert legt und nicht auf übermäßige Portionen, wie sie oft in vielen italienischen Restaurants serviert werden. Der Service im Restaurant war einwandfrei. Das Personal war höflich, professionell und jederzeit bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Ambiente war angenehm und trug zu einem perfekten Abendessen bei. Abschließend können wir nur sagen, dass dieses Restaurant nicht für den durchschnittlichen italienischen Restaurantbesucher geeignet ist, der sich an einfachen, alltäglichen Speisen gewöhnt hat. Es ist ein Ort für Menschen, die nach Qualität, Exzellenz und einem unvergesslichen kulinarischen Erlebnis suchen. Das Tiramisu und die Pannacotta waren cremig und nicht zu süß und rundeten das perfekte Abendessen ab. Wir können dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

Dieses Restaurant ist definitiv eine Bereicherung für die gastronomische Szene im Umkreis. Zum einen der eleganteste Raum und dann eine ambitionierte Speisekarte mit einer Auswahl erlesener italienischer Weine. Der ganz offensichtliche Erfolg gibt dem Gastgeber und dem Restaurantleiter Recht. Bei vollem Haus klappt beim Service noch nicht alles wie am Schnürchen, da wachsen die aber noch rein. Diejenigen, die Teller mit 400 Gramm Nudeln und massig Soße oder tellergroße Fleischstücke erwarten ist es eine Enttäuschung. Ich bin begeistert und komme regelmäßig wieder.
