This starts with the reception and the staff-managed cloakroom, goes beyond the friendly advice on the food and drink menu and the pizza I ordered was sensationally good. A great overall experience, fantastico!

A table for an hour, ok, we have enough time. The question is whether there is enough time for the kitchen? After three quarters of an hour we started to push for food, the next guests were already standing in the entrance, which was outrageous, especially since the pizza took time. One pizza was ok, one was lukewarm and the third was burnt...

The restaurant's elegant furnishings convey an upscale atmosphere, but this is accompanied by a certain touch of arrogance. Unfortunately, I observed that the treatment of middle-class guests leaves a lot to be desired compared to upper-class guests. The gourmet food tasted appealing, but I regret that individual requests were not adequately addressed. This may impact the dining experience for some guests. The cleanliness of the toilets is commendable, but it is unfortunate that the doors are not lockable, which means a certain loss of comfort. Overall, the restaurant offers a good dining experience, however improved guest treatment could contribute to a more positive overall experience.

The restaurant is stylishly and elegantly furnished, which gives an upscale impression. Unfortunately, this elegance is not reflected in the quality of the service. It was my impression that guests here are only treated particularly courteously if they appear to be spending a lot of money. My waiter, whose name I understood to be Almir, seemed snooty and served us in a correspondingly condescending manner. I have an intolerance to gluten and milk and asked if it was possible to adjust my dish accordingly. His first answer was inflexible: “Only what is on the menu.” After some back and forth, a fillet with spinach and truffles was finally prepared for me - which, however, cost €50, without me being informed of the price in advance had. I find this disappointing as I may have made a different choice if I had known this beforehand. The food itself was excellent, no question about it – the taste was of a high standard. The menu is unusual and is clearly aimed at gourmets. However, the prices are very high, which would generally be okay if the service corresponded to the price level. Unfortunately, some other details were also unsatisfactory: While other guests were served bread in advance, we were not offered any. Additionally, the ladies' room was in poor condition - one of the doors couldn't even be locked, which I find unacceptable in a restaurant of this class. Overall, I deducted two stars: one for the unfriendly and inattentive service and one for the lack of transparency regarding prices. The food was great, but I would like to see all guests treated with the same courtesy in the future, regardless of what they look like or how much they consume.

A really nice Italian restaurant. The food is very very tasty. Service was super nice and accommodating. The restaurant itself is simply beautiful.

The pizza at Gentile is simply to die for. I was particularly blown away by the truffle pizza (pictured). The combination of fresh burrata, aromatic truffles and crispy, perfectly baked dough is a real taste experience. The dough is fluffy, the topping is high quality and tastes great. The ambience of the restaurant is also cozy and the service is very friendly and attentive. Gentile is definitely one of the best pizzerias in the area, and I will definitely come back. We were warmly served by Christo. Absolutely recommended!

Nice restaurant but not a recommendation - after we hadn't even received a card after 10 minutes, at 1 p.m. (there were only 3 other tables occupied), we left again.

The four of us spent a wonderful evening here yesterday. The warmth, professionalism and attentiveness of the entire team is unparalleled. Rarely have we felt so welcome and seen as guests. The food was excellent and a real treat. All of our dishes were characterized by their absolutely fresh quality and perfectly crafted preparation. The best Italian restaurant in the region

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Freundinnen im Oktober bei Gentile. Wir gehen seit 30 Jahren 1 x im Monat zusammen essen und haben schon viele Restaurants kennengelernt, sind aufgrund der Internet Werbung von Gentile auch mit hohen Erwartungen gekommen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, Ausstattung und Ambiente des Lokals sind ausgesprochen schön. Der Gruß aus der Küche, eine Art Pizza rot mit Öl und Kräutern war sehr lecker. Die Gerichte, die wir dann bestellten, waren für unser Empfinden deutlich zu teuer für die Größe und Qualität der Speisen. Besonders negativ war eine Meeresfrüchte-Lssgne für 26 Euro, die meine Freundin bestellt hatte, winzig klein, geschmacklich fad, und ausgesprochen lieblos ohne Dekobauf einem riesigen weißen Teller serviert. Das wundert mich, da Gentile ja den wunderbaren Spezialitäten-Supermarkt nebenan hat, wo es jede Menge frische Kräuter, Tomaten oder andere frische Zutaten gibt. Fleisch- oder Fischgerichte waren im Preis von ca 40 Euro oder mehr angesiedelt, diese haben wir nicht probiert. Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht sehr zufrieden und werden zunächst wohl nicht wiederkommen.

Die Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen und Pizzen ist total in Ordnung. Warum sollten es denn immer 30 sein, wenn auch 10 reichen? Was die Menge auf dem Speiseteller betrifft: wir sind von dem Salat und unserem Tellergericht satt geworden, ich habe mir noch das Tiramisu geleistet. Wem das nicht reicht, sollte sich vor Augen halten: es ist ein italienisches Restaurant, hier kochen Italiener italienische Gerichte, Spezialitäten und Menüs. Ein italienisches Menü besteht meistens aus 1 - 2 Antipasti, 1 Teller Pasta mit Soße, Fleisch oder Fisch mit Gemüse, dann Dessert. Wer dann noch nicht satt ist, ist wohl ein Bauarbeiter oder hat 1 Tag lang nicht genug gegessen. Wir gehen nicht sehr oft essen, aber wenn, sollte es beste Qualität und herausragender Service sein, was wir hier auf jeden Fall gefunden haben!!! Immer gerne wieder!

After shopping at Gentile Gusto, we spontaneously stopped in for dinner. After several visits to Italy over the last few years, I have to say: the best pizza I've had in a long time! Absolutely upscale Italian cuisine Parpadelle filled with oxtail, taste explosion. Pizza absolutely top. Never had pizza like this before. Mega Service absolutely top our waiter top service. Prices for upscale gastronomy are top and justified. We actually have one point of criticism, it's complaining at a high level. I was missing something with the tiramisu. It was tasty but that certain something wasn't there. Here I would have liked the coffee taste to be stronger. Or a taste in the mascarpone, of citrus. I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant and was pleasantly impressed. The atmosphere is very gallant and welcoming, perfect for a special evening, but not only that, also ideal for any business meeting. The service was impeccable, with the staff proving to be "kind", attentive and always available to our requests. The menu is creative and modern... the combination of innovative flavors with traditional dishes is spot on. In particular I tasted the blue crab, risotto with calamari, yuzu and ginger and finally a delicious blackberry panna cotta, and it was an amazing dining experience. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The presentation of the dishes is accurate... which denotes the devotion of those who work in the kitchen, who care not only about reaching the palate, but also the heart. My husband and I went to Gentile Gusto for the second time yesterday. Once again it was very tasty. I had the pulp and my husband had a very tasty pizza. The restaurant is very stylish and the service is first class. The nice thing is that you can park in the yard for free. We'll definitely be happy to come back again and again.

Yesterday we ate very, very tasty. Service was also top - attentive without being intrusive. Chic atmosphere. All in all a successful evening.

We had a perfect dinner in all aspects. Excellent food, fantastic location and always welcoming and friendly staff.

There's one star because I have to give it anyway, but it's actually justified for the food, because it was really good. Unfortunately we had to wait a total of 90 minutes for starters and main courses for lunch. We ordered caprese, which took over 30 minutes, and the drinks also took over 25 minutes (only a bottled beer and a bottle of water, no cocktails or fancy stuff). Caprese was good, but it's really a joke that a cold dish takes so long. Afterwards we had to wait over 45 minutes for 2 pizzas, no more bread, no apology, nothing, zero. I was so angry. As I said, the food was good, it tasted good, but THAT is no longer worth it to me. You can only charge these prices if both quality and service are top. Unfortunately we are so disappointed and frankly angry - we will never go back. Absolutely cannot understand the experiences below.

Nothing to take away from all the Italian restaurants in the area.......but here we are on another planet. You notice it immediately as soon as you enter the restaurant. Furnishings, lights, tables and hospitality are rarely found like this in Germany. Not to mention the service. We felt pampered throughout the evening without ever exceeding the limit of intrusiveness. Do we want to talk about food? Only one adjective comes to mind......Excellent. From the flavors to the presentation of the dish....all very good and beautiful. You can't help but give 5 stars...well done and congratulations to all the staff.

You sit comfortably far away from other tables and due to the length of the window front you can actually sit by the window almost anywhere. The service can't be beat. I haven't felt so comfortable in a long time and I haven't been looked after so carefully in a long time. Always a smile on your face, no matter who comes towards you or serves you. Just wow! The food was also a real treat. The pulpo was the BEST I've ever eaten, the vitello tonnato was also brilliant. The pizza and pasta were also more than convincing in terms of taste. The prices are high but 103 euros for starters, main courses, wine, beer, espresso and water are the best investment if you can spend an evening like this and enjoy so much culinary delights. I'm already looking forward to the next time!!!!!

Never again! I was there for lunch with my husband. Noodles. A mini portion for 15 euros without a drink. The waiter was very exaggerated and not very reserved. My conclusion: wanting to be more than you really are. If it were really good food and good service - I would be happy to pay a reasonable price. But the food is okay - prices are extremely overpriced. There are many better restaurants with good service in the area. What was extremely unpleasant for me was the waiter who was much too loud and forceful. In a very good restaurant the service is reserved. Tried it once - I can't recommend this restaurant more.

Auswahl gering. Preis/Leistung miserabel, Pizza Schinken war klein, Schinken wenig und dünn wie Papier, in der Mitte matschig und wenig Geschmack. Noch nie so schlechte Pizza gegessen! Portionen sehr klein mit Gourmet Versprechen. Beim Dessert von Italienern nicht mal Eis zur Auswahl. Service Personal sehr freundlich. Restaurant-Lokal sehr schön und anspruchsvoll. Wir waren hier 2mal zum Mittagessen und der Salat und Hauptspeise haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Nur den Nachtisch kann ich nicht empfehlen, wir haben insgesamt 3 probiert Tiramisu, Schokotarte, Pistazienmus und waren geschmacklich enttäuscht. Bitte nehmt eine klassische hausgemachte Tiramisu in eure Karte auf und macht die Nachttische frisch ohne Fertigkomponenten.

Spontan hatten wir uns für Gentile entschieden und reserviert. Schon der Empfang war exzellent. Hervorragender Service und nicht abgefertigt. Serviert wurde in Abstimmung. Schmackhaft und auch fürs Auge von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert angerichtet. Etwas für Genießer hoher italienischer Küchenkultur. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Update: Der zweite Besuch zwei Monate später war nicht mehr so berauschend. Lange Wartezeit bis zur Hauptspeise. Ca. 1 Std. nach unserer Reklamation. Mein Ossobuco war zwar exzellent, meine Frau hatte etwas verbrateneres Gemüse serviert bekommen. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde uns nach dem Dessert jeweils ein Limoncello angeboten. Als Autofahrer musste ich leider ablehnen. Service zwar freundlich, aber im zeitlichen Ablauf doch ärgerlich überzogen, da zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptspeise kein Hinweis auf die Verzögerung kam. Erst nachdem wir die Rechnung wollten, ging es auf einmal.

Ich glaube das ist mein neues Lieblingsrestaurant. Die Kellner waren so freundlich und aufmerksam, unglaublich leckeres Essen und schönes Ambiente. Komme sehr gerne wieder ☺️ Vielen Dank!

Ambiente ist toll.Mir persönlich war der Wildkräutersalat zu bitter,meine Partnerin fand ihn gut.Auf der Pizza Regina war viel zuviel Käse drauf,wodurch der Boden vom ersten Bissen an matschig war.Mit weniger Käse wäre die Pizza gut.Die Nachspeise,Panna Cotta war sehr lecker.An Servicepersonal mangelt es nicht,jedoch sind die mehr damit beschäftigt sich mit den weiblichen Gästen zu unterhalten als sich um die anderen Gäste zu kümmern.

Hat uns mega gut gefallen. Angebot und Qualität der Speisen toll. Ein Italiener für besondere Anlässe.

Essen war lecker. Aperol spritz war "ging gerade" Man zahlt auch für die Ambiente.

Wir waren heute das erste mal im Restaurant und wurden höflich empfangen. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und gut aufgelegt. So stellt man sich das vor. Tolles Ambiente. Denke die Bilder anderer Gäste sprechen für sich. Wir sind spontan an einem Samstagmittag ohne Reservierung reingeschneit und hatten eine Pizza Ortolana und Vibo Marina. Die Pizzen waren einfach wunderbar, der Teig, der Belag. Die Preise in Kombination mit der Qualität und dem Service gehen in meinem Augen völlig in Ordnung. Außerdem kann ich mich nicht erinnern wann mir das letzte mal in einem Lokal aus und wieder in die Jacke geholfen wurde. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder auch wenn wir etwa 45km weit weg wohnen.

Gutes Essen mit tollem italienischen Ambiente.

Einen schönen Abend erlebt. Sehr feine Vorspeise (Fischsuppe) und als Hauptspeise eine Taube. Bekommt man nicht so oft. War sehr lecker. Dazu noch eine freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Was will man mehr.

Es war ein wunderbarer Abend bei Gentile! Die Pizza war super lecker und die Vorspeise war ebenfalls hervorragend. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, besonders Kellner Cristian hat sich äußerst zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Nicht das erste mal und auch nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Immer wieder toll und authentisch zu essen. Danach Wurst und Käse shopping, genial gut.
