Atmosphere in the restaurant nice and cozy. Waiters very friendly and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant was international and very good. Every wish was fulfilled. As a Christmas surprise, there was a tin of gingerbread on the square for every guest. We thought the food was great. The Christmas menu was perfectly coordinated and was excellent (I am a critical eater who likes to cook often). 55 euros for the 4 course menu was completely acceptable. Beef carpaccio with Parmesan, mango sorbet with sparkling wine, fish or optionally roast venison with homemade croquettes. For dessert, chocolate cake with raspberries and cream. 9.50 euros for 0.2 liters of very good and perfectly tempered wine.

Food bad. Salad not 3 tbsp and that as a main course. 30€ for that. Ridiculous . Service doesn't understand German.

Wie schon vor 2 Jahren haben wir uns hier ein exquisites Dinner gegönnt. Das Wetter erlaubte uns, auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Kurpark zu sitzen. Die beiden Kellner waren - im Gegensatz zu ihren „FrühstückskollegInnen“ sehr professionell. Die Bouillabaisse war wieder ein Traum. Leider sind das Wiener Schnitzel nebst seinen begleitenden Bratkartoffeln jedoch offenbar in ein Fettnäpfchen gefallen. Natürlich muss beides authentisch mit nicht zu wenig Fett zubereitet werden, wenn die Panade vom Schnitzel allerdings fast davon flutscht und die Kartoffeln tropfen, war es vielleicht doch ein bisschen zu viel des Guten… Fazit: Ambiente: 1+ Kellner/Service: 1 Bouillabaisse: 1 Wiener Schnitzel: 3-

Ate ice cream on the terrace and drank a jumbo coffee. Both tasted good, but the size of the portions is a misunderstanding of the price. So the jumbo cup was just normal size; 4.70 euros is too expensive for that. The ambience and the service were very nice.

The food was very tasty, but the price-performance ratio was not right. Paying €50 for two fish soups is steep. The service is a bit chaotic. The young waiter who spills the soup, the head waiter who gives his employees instructions in front of the guest. That doesn't work! We paid a total of €83 for 2 soups, 2 glasses of wine, 1 dessert. But I can eat in the star kitchen.

There is no wine in the wine cabinet! The bouquet is then unrecognizable! For that kind of money, we expect you to know how to store red wine! The fillet steak wasn't supposed to be cooked through and we weren't asked what we wanted! Overall we had to wait a long time! The prices are juicy enough! That's why we ended up in our room dissatisfied!

Zum Teil unfreundlicher, inkompetenter Service. Essen vertauscht, Komponenten vergessen. Auf freundliche Nachfragen nur flapsige Antworten. Über den Geschmack kann ich gar nicht viel sagen, da ich das Essen vor lauter Ärger nicht genießen konnte. Wie wir beobachten konnten, ging es anderen Gästen ähnlich. Und das in einem 5 Sterne Hotel.

Some unfriendly, incompetent service. Food mixed up, components forgotten. Only flippant answers to friendly questions. I can't say much about the taste because I couldn't enjoy the food because of the anger. And that in a 5 star hotel.

Bouillabaisse, Steinpilzsüppchen, Dorade und Flammkuchen mit Lachs - wirklich ausgezeichnet! Ein kleines Missverständnis wurde von unserem Kellner sehr professionell und kulant gelöst. Wenn ich die Bouillabaise (hier als Vorspeise) nicht erst am Abend vor unserer Abreise gegessen hätte, wäre ganz sicher nochmal „Bouillabaise zum Sattessen“ auf unserem Programm gestanden.

Es ist das französische Bistro des Steigenberger Hotel und Spa - Bad Pyrmont. Das à la carte angebotene Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Qualität der Speisen im Bezug auf Produkte und Zubereitung waren sehr gut und der Preis gerechtfertigt. Ein Lob an Küchen- und Serviceteam.

... für ein Hotelrestaurant und dem Standard des Hauses entsprechend. Man kann zwischen einer Halbpension wählen oder 'a la Carte essen, was ich gemacht habe. Einmal sehr gutes Rindersteak, wo auch Sonderwünsche problemlos beachtet wurden und weiter Spargel mit Kalbsschnitzelchen. Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr ok. Weinkarte würde ich mir etwas breiter wünschen in der Auswahl.
