People to take away, the customer probably needs time to get home! At home it's almost like soup.

I've been living in Bad Pyrmont for about a year and initially went to this branch more often (due to renovations and moving) and now I still go occasionally. What surprised me positively from the start was the friendliness of the staff; The tray is very kindly taken away from you on the way to the dish trolley. In other branches you'll be lucky if you can even get your tray into the crammed trolley. The employees are always nice, the table service is impeccable, the food comes with a smile. That brings me to my next point, the store is clean and tidy, it shows. Apparently the audience here is also more careful and doesn't scatter the food on tables, benches and floors (thanks Bad Pyrmont 🙏). Anyway, the tables are being wiped, the tray carts are being cleared out, the floor is being swept (just now) and the chairs are being straightened out. And now the most important thing, the food. I have nothing to complain about so far, the food comes quickly and, above all, hot. All in all, the store seems to be really well organized and the manager of the whole thing seems to have a good hand in choosing the staff.

The worst McDonald's! It doesn't work at all! First 3 things were missing, then the fries were cold and not fresh at all. And then something in the ice cream was tea that only tasted like water. I'm really sorry if you have to complain. But there wasn't even anything going on so you thought, hmm, ok, it's just stressful, they've forgotten something......! If you get hungry quickly and don't have time to think about how unhealthy the stuff you usually buy here is, then this is the right thing! But it fills you up, it's difficult to digest and, to the delight of nature, you still have plastic and a lot of paper left over that you then have to throw away. Some people just throw trash out the window while driving, but of course I don't do that.

It's McDonald's so I don't expect excessive politeness from the staff, but a friendly greeting and a smile wouldn't be too much to ask. Since when did McDonald's stop having uniform uniforms? It looked like everyone was wearing their own clothes that day, and a faded baggy T-shirt on the shop floor doesn't look particularly inviting. Otherwise the usual. I ordered a large fries from the menu and what I got would have fit in a small bag. Although freshly prepared there were soft fries. A few years ago it was friendlier, cleaner, more welcoming, and had great fries. I'll definitely come back - it's good for a little hunger, and maybe the employees will work on their appearance or read the McDonald's guidelines on how to treat customers in a friendly manner (even in a fast food restaurant).

You have to keep in mind that this is a McDonald's and not a 5 star restaurant. The rating is so high compared to many other McDonald's I have been to. Compared to the other McDonald's, it is very clean here, especially the toilets, which is disastrous in comparison in the Paderborn branch on Detmolder Straße, for example. Even when it's full, you rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes, and the staff is friendly. I like eating here because, as already mentioned, this branch is the best I've been to so far. *Addition: it may also depend on what shift times you are here, as others have already criticized the cleanliness and waiting times, for example.

Ate there with the kids after their children's birthday. It was quick, easy and uncomplicated.... Ambiance....well....we can't clean the tables after every guest....but obvious things can certainly be eliminated. Still satisfied.

Ich finde es krass wie unterschiedlich die Qualität hier von Tag zu Tag ist. Für Systemgastro schon ungewöhnlich. Am einen Tag alles perfekt, heiß und frisch und am nächsten eiskalt alt und der Praktikant findet den Tisch nicht mal... 😅 Egal. Im großen und Ganzen bin ich gerne dort und es schmeckt.

Die Bestellung wurde schnell und vollständig zum Tisch gebracht. Das Restaurant war sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Es war auch nicht viel los im Restaurant und trotzdem war es schwierig die benutzten Tablets abzugeben, da beide Wagen schon ziemlich gefüllt waren. Die Toiletten waren sauber, aber diese hatten einen starken Eigengeruch.

Es ist halt ein McDonald's. Man bestellt, isst und geht. Wenn jetzt noch auf die Haltezeiten geachtet wird ist es in Ordnung.

War eigentlich immer super zufrieden. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Essen immer frisch. Aber die letzten zwei male wurden immer mehrere Sachen von meiner Bestellung vergessen, was man erst zu Hause gemerkt hat, es wurde am Telefon auch bei der Reklamation gut reagiert und waren auch immer sehr freundlich, ist aber trotzdem ärgerlich. Sollte vielleicht noch ein bisschen dran gearbeitet werden. Sonst super Truppe.

Nur 3 Sterne weil der Laden zu früh schließt. Qualität 1A aber -2 Sterne durch due öffnungszeiten. Bis 2 Uhr wäre nicht zu viel verlangt schätze ich.

Ist halt ein normaler moderner mc Donalds. Das Personal ist einfach super. Mir wurde heute bei einer Bestellung die schief gelaufen ist, ganz toll weiter geholfen. Top Personal.

Homestyle bestellt und musste zuhause leider feststellen, dass das Fleisch roh war, ist mir jetzt schon das 2te mal in diesem Menü passiert.

Die Bestellungen sind immer komplett und das Essen für Fastfood-Verhältnisse „frisch“ und heiß - Allerdings könnte man bei der Strohhalmvorgabe etwas kulanter sein, v. a. bei größeren Bestellungen.

Das Essen wird schnell ausgegeben und ist heiss. Nix zu bemängeln. 😊

Essen per App bestellt, das klappte ganz gut. Aber schon sehr traurig, dass der Betreiber des McDonalds Restaurants kein Geld für einen neuen Wasserhahn auf den Herren Toiletten hat. Gerade in Zeiten, wo wir auf Rohstoffe achten sollen. Der Wasserhahn muss dauerhaft gedrückt werden, damit Wasser raus kommt. Dazu kommt, dass er noch undicht ist.

Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet. Die Pommes waren heiß. Der Salat noch knackig. Das Essen war schnell am Tisch, das Personal war freundlich. Und die Toiletten waren sauber. Das Problem bei den Burgerketten ist, dass sowohl die Qualität des Essens, die Geschwindigkeit als auch die Sauberkeit des Restaurants immer von dem Personal abhängig sind, das gerade Dienst hat. Aber an diesem Tag war alles okay.

Sehr zu vorkommende Service, Cappuccino schmeckt wie in teuren Restaurants, lecker sis Porzellantasse

Burger sind manchmal eher gewürfelt als gebaut, manchmal ist das Essen kalt, und manchmal fehlt was. Allerdings bekommt man das fehlende Essen immer ohne Probleme, wenn man noch einmal darauf hinweist. Essen allgemein gut, nur halt manchmal etwas mangelhaft. Personal immer freundlich, bis auf seltene Vorkommnisse, wo es vermutlich einfach stressig ist.
