Beautiful sanatorium Moorbad Sickingen (Kurhaus) We were traveling in Landstuhl. The Sanatorium Moorbad Sickingen (Kurhaus), a former mud bath, located in the old town, is a beautiful sight in Landstuhl. We would be happy to come back and recommend. The Moorbad Sickingen sanatorium (Kurhaus), in combination with many other sights in Landstuhl, is therefore welcome.

This was our first "Date Night" since COVID and wanted outdoor dining. We made our reservation for 6:30p and got there early.. Needless to say, we were promptly seated, and given menus, and the view from our balcony seating is also wonderful. Our server was very attentive to us and made wonderful recommendations. I owned a catering company and am also a big "foodie". The food here was spot-on in flavor and presentation. All four of our courses were soo good, we felt like we wanted second on everyone. Kudo to the chef...we will definitely be back.

Bedienung freundlich, aber bei den Teller abräumen nicht einmal gefragt ,ob es geschmeckt hat. Zudem war das essen sehr schlecht und überteuert.

Der Service ist sehr mangelhaft da das Personal überfordert ist Das Essen ist viel zu teuer und hat keine Qualität. Bei uns fanden wir Haare im Essen, sowas geht gar nicht.

My girlfriend and I were guests at the Kurvilla on November 18th, 2021. It was fantastic, service and cuisine were top! We were more than satisfied and had a lovely evening in a great atmosphere with delicious food! We were pampered by the boss himself and the very attentive, friendly staff! We stayed right across the road and ate here quite a few times. The food was delicious everytime and the staff were all very kind and welcoming. If you're in the area you need to eat here.

VORZÜGLICH! Aufmerksamer und sympathischer kann Service kaum präsentiert werden. Hervorragende Küche umgarnt von exquisit gehobenem Ambiente! Alle Speisen unserer vierköpfigen Zusammenkunft waren professionell, sowie liebevoll kredenzt und umschmeichelten sanft unsere Gaumen. Wärmstens weiterzuempfehlendes Etablissement!

Ich war hier super zufrieden. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, die Bedienung war super freundlich. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit eine "Seniorenportion" ;) zu bestellen, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat, da mir die normalen Restaurant-Portionen oft zu viel sind. Dazu hat man auf der Terrasse noch einen schönen Ausblick. Ich kann das Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen.

A true European dining experience! The staff was excellent and the food was outstanding! Not speaking German is not a minus (although I am trying to learn) and we will definitely make this a monthly tradition! The steak we had was excellent (too hungry to take a picture, lol) and cooked to our liking and the Apple Binet is not like anything you will ever experience in the States! When you are in Landstuhl you need to put this place on your list!!

Ein tolles Restaurant! Wir haben dieses Restaurant vor einiger Zeit entdeckt und sind davon begeistert. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Eine vielseitige Speisekarte und auch immer eine Empfehlung des Chefkochs außerhalb der Speisekarte. Man wird hier auch sehr freundlich bedient. Hier kann man in einem tollen Ambiente einen schönen Abend verbringen.

Bin begeistert. Habe schon lange nicht mehr soo gut gegessen. Einfach ultra-köstlich !!! Dazu noch sehr sehr freundliches Personal und Chef, harmonisches Ambiente, wunderschöne Musik. Da geh ich wieder hin, auch wenn es eine minimal höhere Preisklasse ist, aber das ist es mir wert !!!

Wir sind schon zum 3. mal hier. Super schönes Lokal. Essen war von der Vorspeise bis zum Espresso perfekt. Außenterrasse ist super schön. Bedienung ...gelerntes Personal und sehr freundlich. Dieses Lokal kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen..!!!

Ich kann das Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen. Das Essen war fantastisch, die Location sehr gemütlich, die Kellner sehr aufmerksam und freundlich - alles perfekt ! Ich komme sicher ganz bald wieder !!!

I have eaten at nine different places in Landstuhl. To be fair, one of my reviews was for a place in K-town, so let's call it eight. Of the eight, this squeaks past Öhmüle as the best so far. It is off the beaten path, but just barely. If you find Le Merécage, just keep going up the hill and two sets of stairs. There is actually a road on the backside for those who cannot walk up stairs or have some physical impediment. I am so glad I came here as this place not only offers German food, but it specializes in Baltic recipes. This means ajvar, which is a pepper-based condiment made principally from red bell peppers and oil. Ajvar is used in the Balkans and in Albanian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Macedonian, Montenegrin, Serbian, and to a small degree, in Slovenian cuisine. All I know is that I love it. Unfortunately, my phone was out of battery so I have no food photos to share. I had a dish called Raznici. This was pork cubes, skewered with vegetables, and perfectly cooks, served with a tomato-based rice, pommes frites, and, of course, ajvar dip. This dish was heavenly. Please note that is place only takes cash. I was short on Euros so I could not order the soup I had wanted. To my surprise, the waiter brought out a smaller portion of the homemade vegetable soup on the house. This was wonderful. I could only imagine how good the kartoffelcremesuppe would have been. This place is an absolute must if you love excellent food in a beautifully decorated restaurant with great service. Let's get others to review this newly opened establishment.
