Nice restaurant with a Greek flair. The only drawback: carpeted floors. I just find it old-fashioned and unhygienic. We got coleslaw as an appetizer and Greek shots on the house. The meat was very juicy and well seasoned. The plates were beautifully prepared and varied. We would definitely come back!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed, there were six of us. Unfortunately, the service messed things up a bit or pretty much everything. That wasn't the worst. The bad thing was that my order was completely missed or was misunderstood. I got my food from my table when everyone had long since finished. That was sad, but the saddest thing was that the service cleared away while I was still eating haywire and we didn't even get a small apology, nothing at all and that's why I'm unfortunately very disappointed. The food tasted good. I don't want to complain at all, but you have to work on your service a bit. I'm honestly sad about it. You can't make differences just because the neighbor's table eats maybe €100 more, so I think treat everyone the same and don't make differences

Ate with 2 colleagues. Make a reservation because it is a busy restaurant. Tasty dishes. Friendly service and the price was not too bad. And I had a nice ouzo on the house. Next time I am in the area I will go there again.

Good morning, that's my conclusion from the Taverna Rhodes. We ordered food to take away. We were totally thrilled. The food was still super hot when I got back to the construction site. The portion was huge and really tasty. While I was waiting for the food, I watched the other plates that came by and they all looked perfect. The staff was super friendly and immediately helpful. You can pay with cash or EC card or credit card. The parking lot is clean and nice and big, but the lighting from the parking lot and in front of the door was not there or on. Conclusion, great team, definitely coming back, keep it up.

Stopped here on the way back from FL and didn't regret anything. Fresh herbs, tender meat and delicious fries. 2 people with large drinks cost just over €40 and there was even some left over on the plates, even though we are good eaters. We were lucky that we got a seat, the restaurant was well attended and almost all tables were reserved, on a working day. The waiting time was normal for a restaurant. Thank you for the delicious food!!

Ordered Bifteki with Metaxa sauce to pick up. The longer waiting time was shortened with Quzo... As always, the wait was worth it because Rhodes is one of the top Greeks north of the channel!

A lovely restaurant with excellent food and extremely friendly staff. Even though the restaurant was fully booked at 1am, the food came quickly and was of top quality. Absolute tip that is no longer a secret. The restaurant is not far from the A7 motorway and is therefore also suitable for a break. But it's better to reserve in advance.

I was in this restaurant for the first time today. It is easy to reach and has plenty of parking spaces in front of the door. There is a cute outdoor area. We sat in the restaurant. It is comfortably rustic furnished. The waitresses were attentive and friendly. The food is good and solid and the price-performance ratio is right. I had gyros with 2 lamb chops with rice and tzatziki. The gyros were tender and great, the lamb was ok.

This was our first time eating or ordering something here and eating it at home. Price-performance ratio was right, the short service was good and 4 people had the meal without any problems! We are already looking forward to our first visit on site.

So there is no good rating from me. The food was mediocre. Long waiting times. And those who got their food left quicker than we got ours. You could see people coming and leaving pretty quickly. From my side the store won't see me again. Unless my girlfriend wants to eat something different and not always at home.

I have been a regular guest for over 20 years (previously on Apenrader Str. in Flensburg). We were always very satisfied and the quality of the food was impressive. The price is right too. Very friendly staff. It just doesn't get any better. :)

Food ok so far, but not great. An hour waiting time to pick up - oh well. Unfortunately I have to optimize my review today on 07.0824. -- After a year I received an answer. !!!!!!!!! I should order somewhere else. (Besides, I wasn't the only one this happened to) If you can't accept honest criticism in order to possibly improve something, you should abandon Google reviews. We stopped here while traveling from Leipzig to Sweden based on the recommendation of a gas station employee. I was a little skeptical at first because many people recommend restaurants where I actually only found them average, but I am deeply indebted to the young man at the gas station. It was incredibly delicious. The meat was juicy and really on point, the fries had the perfect consistency and the red rice was heavenly. My colleague had the noodles with metaxa sauce and they were also an absolute dream. I can only recommend that everyone come here and see for themselves.

We stopped at Taverna Rhodes on the way back home (Bavaria) from Norway. We received a very friendly welcome and were given gyros with calamari, even though this combination wasn't on the menu. The calamari was super tender and the gyros were perfect!!! The service deserves at least 6 stars. Since we arrived relatively late, we were allowed to park our motorhome directly in front of the restaurant. Thank you again for the great evening!!! We'll definitely be back!!!

Can NOT be recommended, MEGA long wait for the food without information about this. When you ask about the food, the staff get into a discussion and say that everyone has to wait 1 hour for their food!!! The food was bland and dry. Similar to bad service and surly staff who do not accommodate their guests. Such a shame, such a rather silly end to our wedding day.

Food was very tasty. There is a seat right at the entrance, the smokers are standing right outside the window where the person is standing right in front of the window and they didn't ask you once if you wanted something more to drink or if you liked it. We'll be happy to come back and convince ourselves that it wasn't ideal that day or that it's always like that.

Niks mis mee. Heel goed gegeten, maar net niet speciaal genoeg voor een 5e ster. Service is goed. Relatief goedkoop en een gratis OUZO shotjes gekregen. Vlees was van goede kwaliteit. Enorme Bijgerechten en alles bij elkaar was maar €56!

Unserer Meinung nach der beste Grieche in Handewitt. Kommen seit 6 Jahren regelmäßig hier her, wurden bisher nie enttäuscht. Schönes Ambiente, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Speisen top, Personal superfreundlich.

We were simply passing through the city when we saw this place, it turned out to be amazing. We shared a grilled plate for two and there was so much good stuff… The salad, the dips, the meat ; everything is enormous and so so good ! The service is really perfect, we arrived late and they were still so nice with us. 10/10 would recommend this place !
