A small, special restaurant with great food

The restaurant and winter garden are lovingly furnished. The food we consumed was tasty and prepared to a high standard. There are specialties here that you can't get in every restaurant. The staff was courteous and very friendly. We had a lovely evening and will definitely be back. Thank you very much, keep it up.

Very good breakfast buffet in a cozy atmosphere and friendly service We were there for the first time today for the Saturday breakfast buffet. We had reserved a table in the library, which I would recommend. The service was very friendly and warm and our jackets as fans of the Rostock Griffins meant we started talking (Restaurant Käthe is a sponsor). We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

I had a few long drinks here with a friend last week and it was so delicious. So I can only recommend Frozen Aperol and Lady Killer 😊👍🏻

It was our first time at Käthe, the service was nice, attentive and small talk oriented. The ambience is very appealing and invites you to linger. The food was also excellent, tasty and sufficient. The bee sting (not to be confused with the well-known bee sting) was a crowning achievement. Thanks, keep it up.

Competent staff who make you feel like a welcome guest in a comfortable, welcoming and well-kept place. The menu.....gourmet cuisine, attention to every detail. The only flaw is that it is almost 1,500 km away from my home, otherwise I would certainly be a regular customer. Thank you😘

We were in a larger group in the back area of ​​the HanseSail. It was pleasant and cozy there despite the heat outside. The service was quick, charming and focused on the guest. The menu alone was promising, not too many dishes, interesting variations without having to ponder what it was about. You can hardly decide. It tasted wonderful and the dessert, the lemon tart, was the crowning glory. I would definitely recommend Käthe! (K. from the Leipzig connoisseurs’ regular table)

So the food was quite ok. The staff at Lemon Grass consists of 2 women and 1 man but only the 2 women served us and were nice and friendly. I read that the chef and the man were said to be very rude. When we paid it came up but not that way.but otherwise on the whole everything was ok

A super cozy little restaurant in the heart of KTV. The menu is lovingly put together, there is something for everyone and the dishes are a hit thanks to their sophisticated nuances. Even as a vegan/vegetarian you get your money's worth. Quality rather than quantity counts here. Thanks to the friendly, relaxed team at Käthe, you feel very well looked after. Good prices for really delicious dishes.I came from Greece and stayed in Lage for18 days.We visited many places nearby and ate at many restaurants.Käthe had the best dish I tried on my staying there.We were four colleagues and we all agreed the same.I tried the •Orangen Lacks• (salmon with risotto)! I highly recommend this restaurant and especially the dish. One of my colleagues said that only coffee was not so good. I don’t drink coffee so I don’t have an opinion on that.

Wir haben die Jugendweihe meines Sohnes im Café Käthe in den hinteren Räumlichkeiten gefeiert. Es war wunderschön! Die Bibliothek und die überdachte Terrasse sind der perfekte Ort für eine Feier mit max. 30 Personen. Wir fühlten uns ein bisschen wie im eigenen Wohnzimmer mit Garten, weil wir abgegrenzt waren von den anderen Gästen und ganz unser Ding machen konnten, inklusive Musik und tanzen. Das Buffet war großartig! Wahnsinnig lecker, frisch und eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. David hat uns charmant umsorgt und uns all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Herzlichen Dank an alle, die uns den Abend schön gemacht haben! Café Käthe als Ort für Feiern: sehr zu empfehlen!
