The four of us went to the Karl Linder Haus today. It was simply fantastic. The service was prompt and very friendly. The food was divine: roast beef, Swabian dishes, and more. The beer garden is a great place to linger. Very cozy. We'd love to come back. 🙂

We ate here twice. Both times, the food was excellent, with very good quality and dedicated, friendly service. Highly recommended. The daily special, beef liver, was very good; we would gladly return anytime. Very good value for money. We spent two lovely evenings here. Plenty of parking is available.

We visited the restaurant because it was recommended to us by the campsite operator and was within easy walking distance. We weren't expecting anything special and were more than pleasantly surprised. The manager and waitresses welcomed us very warmly, the wine recommendation was exactly to our taste, and the food was the best we'd enjoyed all day. At the end of the enjoyable evening, we had a pleasant chat with the "top chef" and promised to definitely come back. That is, assuming we make it back to Albstadt for biking.

A very small and cute restaurant in a quiet location. A very friendly boss/cook and her nice waitresses. The food is always delicious and requests are also taken into account. I'd love to come back for dinner.

Dear team, we were really happy to be your guests twice within just a few days. Here service and culinary art are lived with a lot of heart. Thank you very much for your commitment. We see the work that goes into it. If you as a guest really value regional and homemade food: go and try it out. We had chicken with baked potatoes, onion roast with spaetzle and the best sauce, tagliatelle filled with wild garlic pesto and shrimp, and cordon bleu filled with wild garlic pesto, ham and cheese. Also mixed small salads and Flädlesuppe (homemade broth!). Everything was really great in terms of craftsmanship and taste. The prices are also completely reasonable. There are always new, creative dishes on the menu that are convincing. You have to try to find something comparable. We are very happy that you exist. Thank you for everything. Easter was beautifully decorated but not overloaded.

Schwabenteller...The smallest portions I've ever seen for the money. Were totally disappointed.

Was there for dinner today with former work colleagues. There were about 20 people. The food was on the table after about 30 minutes. The food was very good. The service ladies were very friendly. The guest room is beautifully designed and clean.

Very nice terrace in the allotment garden, approx. 60 seats outside. A little less inside. If the weather is nice, we recommend making reservations. The menu is manageable, the prices are reasonable and what can I say, the food was very tasty. The service ladies are very friendly. But when there's a lot going on, it just takes a little longer.

Restaurant located a bit out of the way. Had a burger and the Swabian plate and it was simply outstanding. The staff is also friendly and quick. There is a deduction from the ambience for the popular music :)

A nice, somewhat remote place to eat in a nice atmosphere. The burgers are highly recommended, but the gravy wasn't to our liking and everything was quite dry at times, so shelling out almost €25 per dish is an announcement. The service is very nice and accommodating.

I visited the restaurant by invitation. The mushroom cream schnitzel I ordered was excellent. Not too thin, nice and juicy and tender. The sauce with the mushrooms was also very tasty. The spaetzle was on point. The salad was very well prepared. The others in our group were also very impressed with their food. Price/performance fits. Would recommend the restaurant at any time and visit again.

Das Essen war eigentlich sehr lecker, aber für fast 20€ doch sehr kleine Portion, zumindest was das Paprikaschnitzel anging. Die Bedienung war Anfangs sehr nett, war aber dann doch relativ schnell genervt, und dass hat man gemerkt

Toller Schwabenburger. Sehr schmackhaft und reichlich. Schön zum draußen sitzen. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne hin.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Die Gerichte waren alle samt sehr lecker,wir waren 7 Personen und jeder hatte etwas anderes. Die Suppen , Salat , Hauptspeisen alles echt lecker und die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich und zu kleinen spässen aufgelegt. Also definitiv nur zu empfehlen 👍

4,5 Sterne hat das Karl-Linder-Haus verdient 😉 Kurzfristig haben wir einen Platz bekommen..am Stammtisch 😁 Es ist wirklich gemütlich und das Personal außerordentlich freundlich 😉 Essen war lecker und kam relativ zügig😉. Es gab ein Salat mit Hähnchenbruststreifen und den Schwabenteller 😉 Kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen 👍

Ich war spontan Sonntags nachmittags dort und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl gerade viel Betrieb war, da sich eine größere Gesellschaft auflöste. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Kaffee war super und der Service total nett! Gerne wieder!

Das Essen und der Service ist gut, keine Frage. Knapp 15euro für eine Portion Käsespatzle die gerade so Faustgroß ist, ist mir aber wirklich zu viel. Die anderen Preise 18euro für ein Schnitzel oder 23 Euro für ein Tagesgericht sind ebenfalls gehoben mittlerweile. Die Portionen waren früher im Verhältnis zum Preis ordentlich und angemessen.

Von außen hätte ich nicht gedacht das es so gut ist ... Das Essen war mega lecker und Bedingung und die Köchin mega sympathisch. :) Vielen Dank :)

Leckeres, typisch schwäbisches Essen und auch darüber hinaus ist immer was geboten. Abgerundet durch stets freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service. Und auch an der Einrichtung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich ganz besonders dann, wenn die großzügige Terrasse geöffnet hat 😃 Wir sind immer gerne wieder bei euch und testen uns durch die Karte :-)

Spontan Abends ein Restaurant gesucht mit 6 Personen. Dies gefunden und uns hat eine sehr nette Bedienung empfangen. Lustig, freundlich, flotte Sprüche und sehr kompetent mit Empfehlung von Gerichten die wirklich lecker waren. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, nette Bedienung. Unserem Hund wurde sofort ein Trinknapf gebracht, also auch sehr Tierlieb. Die Räumlichkeit ist sehr hellhörig, da es ein sehr kleiner Raum ist. Sprich der Geräuschpegel ist immer relativ hoch.

Sehr netter Personal, sehr gutes Essen, lediglich etwas mehr Soße hätte es in allen Gerichten sein können.

Wir waren zum 92.Geburstag meiner Mutter dort. Sie hat die Flädle als selbst gemacht identifiziert. Es war bei allen anderen Gästen auch gut. Burger gab es nicht, war aber kein Problem, da wir eh keine essen. Nach unserem letzten Besuch haben wir Anfang Oktober unsere Silberhochzeit, im kleinen Familienkreis, gefeiert. Der Tisch war nett eingedeckt. Für den Aufwand weißer Stofftischdecken muss allerdings ein Aufpreis bezahlt werden. War aber im Vorfeld kommuniziert und für uns in Ordnung. Alle Gäste waren sehr zufrieden. Der Service war sehr nett und man hatte den Eindruck, dass sich auch Chefin und Personal gefreut haben, dass wir dort waren.

Meine Frau, mein Hund und ich waren zum wandern in Albstadt. Ich habe noch nie bzw. Sehr selten ein solch gutes Essen bekommen. Die Maultaschensuppe, der Schwabenteller (Spätzle Zwiebelrostbraten, Salat ) Alles auf den Punkt zubereitet. Wir können das Restaurant zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Das Personal sehr nett und familiäres Umfeld.

Das Essen ist immer sehr geil. Ich weiß nicht wie man auf die Idee kommt Käsespätzle auf einen Burger zu packen aber es ist richtig gut gelungen.

Sehr nettes Restaurant mit leckerer schwäbischer Küche und teils ausgefallenen Kreationen, die man so sonst nicht bekommt. Etwas abgelegen, aber ruhiges Ambiente mit einem gemütlichen Aussenbereich.

Wir waren gestern zum ersten maldort, und waren angenehm überrascht. Das Essen war sehr gut, kann man nur empfehlen, hat alles gepasst. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Bin öfters im Karl Linder Haus weil mir das Essen sehr gut gefällt. Der Service ist gut das Essen ist super und preis Leistung top.

Wir hatten dort ein Familienfest, das Essen war echt super, die Servicekräfte höflich und schnell. Die Preise sind angebracht, wir werden dort auf jeden Fall öfters hingehen

Leckeres, gutbürgerliches Essen (fast alle schwäbischen Klassiker sind auf der Karte vertreten), keine lange Wartezeit bis serviert wird, freundliche Bewirtung; insgesamt ein aufmerksames, bemühtes Team. Am Wochenende sollte man lieber reservieren, sonst bekommt man keinen Tisch mehr! Liebevolle Dekoration auf den Tischen aus echten Blumen. Einziges Manko: Es war recht warm und stickig im Gastraum (alle Tische belegt), ein geöffnetes oder wenigstens gekipptes Fenster wäre ein Wohltat gewesen. Unterm Strich: Eindeutig empfehlenswert!
