Super tasty food, very friendly service, will definitely come back. Went there with several kids, the service was very nice to them, everyone was happy.

Pide with pieces of meat + Pide tuna + 2x lentil soup. The soup was pretty light, the taste was ok, it could be better, the soup bowl was small! Pide tuna ok, pide with meat was not very topped!

We are always very satisfied when we come here. You are always greeted warmly and served quickly. The food is very tasty and always beautifully prepared. Update: Today we were here with our 10-month-old daughter and it was great. There were various high chairs. We were allowed to sit in a quieter area and we had a great time with the little one.

Delicious Turkish food beyond the standard barbecue dishes (tripe soup, içli köfte, güveç). Minus: “no card payment” (no cards accepted)

I had ordered Iskender. The tomato sauce was quite good, as was the yogurt. I didn't find the meat that tasty, it was very rich in fat. I've eaten much better than that.

Very pleasant, quiet atmosphere, top quality food at a very fair price with little garlic. You don't stink afterwards and the quality of the meat is a real highlight!! Lamb to roll around in :-) I'll definitely come back again and again

Addendum, so I have no idea what the problem was today, but the waiter was constantly breathing down our necks and we didn't have a quiet moment to ourselves, even when we wanted to go out for a smoke he asked us if we would come back... seriously? I mean, we had just ordered and our companion was sitting at the table, so why should we leave? It felt like we were being watched. And the kebab wasn't juicy at all, just dry like it used to be.

Lentil soup and meat stew are very nice. Prices are normal for this quality. The employees are friendly.

Da molti anni quando mi fermo ad Hildesheim faccio tappa al Kapadokya. Ottima cucina turca a prezzi ragionevoli Consiglio le pietanze alla griglia sempre accesa e il kunefe una specie di seadas turca. Unico problema la lingua o tedesco o turco ma hanno il menù anche in inglese.

Simple restaurant but the food is really good and tasty. I've had takeaway before and wasn't that impressed, but if you take the time and sit down in the restaurant you'll get lots and lots of good things. I enjoy coming here and my family and friends also enjoy being there.

I love the delicious 😋 food at Kapadokya. Always excellent.

I have eaten at the Kapadokya restaurant several times and have always had good experiences. But my last visit was unfortunately disappointing. I ordered an Iskender Kebap which was one of the worst I've ever had. Instead of the expected veal, lamb or mutton was served, which I don't particularly appreciate. The dish was also extremely greasy and the bread was not toasted as usual. Everything was carelessly slapped onto the plate, without any effort in the presentation. To my annoyance, my tablemates' food looked significantly better. Unfortunately, when I expressed my criticism, it was not addressed at all.

After the pide I got diarrhea. The kebab meat didn't taste like anything.

Delicious food and very friendly service

Ate with 5 adults and a two year old. Everything was well prepared and the dishes can be customized. The staff is competent and friendly. It's fun to stay here, the prices for drinks and meals are very reasonable. We would love to come back and enjoy the delicious food

You have to ignore the simple atmosphere here...the food is very good, if you're in the mood for Turkish food (much more than kebab), this is definitely the place for you!

Wir hatten als Treffpunkt mit Freunden das Restaurant Kapadokya ausgesucht. Ein guter Plan. Der Empfang trotz gut gefülltem Lokal, sehr herzlich. Der Service, die Beratung ist Professionell. Die Getränke, gut und zügig serviert. Speisen, vorab gut erklärt, heiß, geschmackvoll angerichtet, für alle fast gleichzeitig aufgetragen, Es muss wohl Prima gewesen sein. Alle haben mit Begeisterung bei den Nachbarn probiert. Ein gelungener Abend im Kapadokya,

Our regular restaurant that we go to almost every week. From the kebab meat to the grill plate to the manti, everything is fantastic and authentic! All salads are freshly prepared and the atmosphere is inviting. Also worth mentioning is the extremely friendly service. Keep it up :)

Doner was extremely salty and dry. The worst kebab I've eaten in a long time. When asked about it, they said succinctly, that's just the way it is, it comes to us packaged. The reaction was just as bad as the food. We won't eat here anymore.

Authentic Anatolian cuisine with excellent, consistent quality. The Adana Kebab tastes just as good even after 15 years. Until then, we go here with family and friends at least 3-4 times a month.

Went there with my family for the first time, we didn't think it was that good, the lean kebab didn't taste that good, nothing special, I wouldn't eat here again. Staff was friendly.

Staff is smoking cigarettes inside the resturent, the toilets are filthy, food ok - not anything special. Waiter didn't asked how the food was, or didn't observed when we needed more to think.

Don't expect luxurious amenities here and unfortunately parking spaces are difficult to come by. But if you have an appetite for really delicious Turkish cuisine, you've come to the right place! The grill plate is a real “flavor explosion” Good, fast and nice service at our party, thank you Adnan! Price-wise also top. We'd love to come back. Another tip, I would always reserve a table on the weekend, it is (almost) always full.

Very tasty, very fast, very friendly

The minced lamb skewer (Adana Kepab) was apparently not completely cooked through or the mince was not fresh. Was there yesterday, didn't eat anything else that day, and in the middle of the night I had nausea, vomiting and watery diarrhea that just doesn't stop. Otherwise it was always delicious... but these health consequences aren't worth it...

Very nice Turkish restaurant. The food is also highly recommended... I had a kebab bag and my companion had Mercimek (lentil soup), both of which were very tasty. Also good service.

My colleague and I were in a restaurant for dinner, I ordered Iskender, he ordered pasta with kebab. Both meals were excellent, the waiters were polite and the restaurant was very full. In the restaurant, meals are prepared on real barbecue and that will certainly be something I will try on my next visit

Never had Köfte before. Probably best meal I've ever had in my life. Friendly staff and they speak English. I ordered #57. It was extremely spicy. I didn't expect the green chili.

Wir haben " Yoğurtlu Adana" und "Beyti" gegessen - ich kann es mit gutem Gewissen sehr empfehlen. Beim Abräumen wurde auch gleich ein leckerer, türkischer Tee kostenfrei serviert. Fazit: - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Große Portionen - Sehr freundliches Personal - Sehr Lecker Weiter so :)

Ich habe mir die Nr. 30 den "Ekmekarasi Yaprak Döner" bestellt. Auf der Karte steht Yaprak, was soviel heißt wie "Fleischlappen". Der Name und die Speisekarte verrät eine rein traditionelle türkische Zubereitung. Verkauft wird ein Schichtdöner, welcher für 7€ angeboten wird. Ich vermute, dass das Dönerfleisch aus Putenfleisch besteht, da das Fleisch sehr hell ist, wenig fettend ist und eher zart als knusprig ist. Da es Putenfleisch ist, ist vermutlich auch nur Scheibenfleisch enthalten. Ich glaube, dass kein Lamm oder Kalbfleisch enthalten ist. Die Döneportion war groß, das Fleisch wird als Erstes in den Döner gelegt, das Fladenbrot ist leicht knusprig und schmeckt gut, Salat nicht mehr knackig aber frisch. Nicht allzu viel Soße und keine starken Gewürze. Es ist ein überduschnittlicher guter Döner, aber für sehr leckeren Geschmack sollte man schon eher die Ocakbasi Gerichte essen.

Eines der Besten türkischen Restaurants, die ich bis jetzt kennen lernen durfte! Kann ich nur zu gerne allen empfehlen. Ich komme wieder, danke für die tolle Bedienung. 👍👋👋

Delicious food but portions are small in comparison with prices. Very nice staff. The ambiance is nice as well. I expected bread and antipasti like other turkish restaurants, but I got disappointed.

Super leckeres authentisches Essen. Top Personal. Super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Hier wird alles möglich gemacht. Mein Sohn trinkt den Ayran hier sehr gern. Das ist für uns die primäre Location in Hildesheim.

Waren schon sehr oft hier essen und trinken und es war stets lecker. Nur leider wurden die Preise innerhalb kurzer Zeit deutlich erhöht. Für einen normalen Döner 7€ finde ich schon etwas überteuert und werde ihn wohl demnächst woanders essen.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Das Hähnchenfleisch war sehr zart. Die Kombination war mal was anderes. Hier hätte ich gerne häufiger gegessen aber wir waren nur einen Abend in Hildesheim.

Einfach mega lecker und netter Service, immer wieder gern

Erstmal vorweg, an einem Freitag für 6 Personen einen Tisch reservieren, macht Sinn. Das Restaurant war gut besucht. Jetzt zum Wichtigsten: Das Essen war super lecker und reichlich. Die Servicekraft war nett, zuvorkommend und dezent. Der Ayran wird frisch gezapft. Das Fleisch vom Grill ist saftig und hat leckere röstaromen. Der Hirsereis war etwas neues, aber sehr schmackhaftes, was gut zum Essen passt. Fazit: Da gehen wir definitiv wieder hin!

È all’angolo di due strade, 350 m dalla stazione centrale, e già questo contribuisce a rafforzare l’immaginario cinematografico. La cordialità dei proprietari è immediata e ci si sente accolti. I piatti sono decisi e schietti, saporiti e sostanziosi. La porzione di Tzatziki è più che adeguata; la tenerezza e la marinatura della carni, accompagnate da riso, buglierò e peperoni arrostiti in loco fanno il resto. 38€ in due per tre piatti e due bibite.

Wenn man reinkommt sieht es erstmal wie ein Schnellrestaurant aus, aber weit gefehlt es ist ein richtig gutes türkisches Restaurant mit Holzkohlegrill. Selbst am Dienstagabend war das Loakl sehr gut besucht. Der Service war schnell und das Essen sehr gut. Absolut empfehlbar.

Good food. Grill done well.. not burnt, not dried out; meat well marinaded & juicy. Services good & prompt. 2 waiters spoke good English (Ewan i think); we went back on 2 consecutive nights. Full on both nights but services still good.

Ich gehe sehr gerne bei Kapadokya essen. Das Essen ist steht’s schnell zubereitet und schmeckt immer ausgezeichnet. Keines Manko: Die Preise wurden 2 mal in kurzer Zeit deutlich erhöht.

Ich hatte einen Vorspeisenteller "Karisik Meze" sowie einen Grillteller "Karisik Sis". Beides hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Die Portion war reichlich und der Preis in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die Musik dezent und angenehm. Das Ambiente könnte verbessert werden, da es ein bißchen wie im Imbiss wirkt. Ich würde wieder hingehen, weil das Essen sehr lecker ist.

Erst skeptische durch die Fenster ins Innere geschaut. Gelegen auf der Dönermeile (Bahnhofsallee). Gut gefülltes Lokal ließ uns eintreten. Wir bekamen auch einen Tisch. Der Patron und vermutlich die Familie war äußerst freundlich und busy. Reichhaltiges Essen. Geschmacklich ausgezeichnet Iscender Döner. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Immer wieder.

Von aussen würde ich hier nicht unbedingt rein,aber Gott sei Dank sind wir doch rein es war soooooo lecker.Ganz tolle Menschen und super essen

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und - obwohl alleine - zu einem der größeren Tische am Fenster geführt. Ich bekam mehrere gute Empfehlungen zum Essen und wurde die ganze Zeit sehr aufmerksam bedient. Auch meinen Extrawunsch - Eiswürfel im Weißwein - hatte man sofort erfüllt.

Turks eten, ik heb er weinig ervaring mee, behalve de klassieke döner kebab. In Hildesheim zijn er verschillende etablissementen, wij kwamen hier terecht eigenlijk door toeval. Het restaurant wat we eigenlijk wilde bezoeken, reageerde niet op ons verzoek te reservering via e-mail. Enfin, dit restaurant dus… welnu het was gewoon goed, lekker en niet te duur. Verse ayram uit een machine, lekker kebab spiesen, kofte, ik heb het allemaal geproefd en het was heerlijk. Het is geen culinaire beleving, maar wel gewoon erg lekker. De bediening is vriendelijk en attent, kortom ik was een tevreden klant. Eindoordeel, een zaak die kan worden aangeraden: 4 uit 5.

Das von außen unscheinbar wirkende türkische Restaurant war wieder einmal einen Besuch wert. Das Essen war hervorragend, es wurde auf Sonderwünsche problemlos eingegangen. Eigentlich kann man die gesamte Karte empfehlen. Es schmeckt einfach alles. Von der Suppe, den kalten und warmen Vorspeisen (besonders zu empfehlen die Icli Köfte), weiter über eine "einfache" Lahmacun für 3,50€, als Hauptspeise den gemischten Grillteller. Fehlen darf dann natürlich auch nicht das Künefe und der türkische Mokka zur Nachspeise. Wir waren schon öfter hier und werden auch immer wieder gerne wiederkommen.

Il y a bien autre chose que le kebab en Turquie (et Allemagne). Ce restaurant à une carte variée et en anglais. Le tout pour une somme modique ce qui ne gâche rien au plaisir.

Sono stato una sera, locale carino e accogliente il personale era gentile. Ho provato la grigliata di carne ed era molto buona!

Very friendly and attentive service, authentic Turkish menu. I have been here few times over the years and it always impresses me for the great food.

Having gone to an Indian restaurant the first evening of our two-day stay in Hildesheim, we chose a Turkish place the second evening, and were very glad we did. Kapadokya is outstanding. We had the Icli kofte, made from ground meat with bulgur, as a starter. One of our main dishes was the Makamali turlu, aubergines with zucchini, potatoes, and tzatziki. The other main dish was the Adana kebap with pommes and yoghurt. Everything had bright flavors and freshness. The red Turkish wine, Pammukale, was excellent too. Service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was full of regular customers, all warmly greeted like “family.” We highly recommend this place.
