Es war mal richtig gut, lange her..

Sehr leckeres, frisch zubereitetes Essen. Die Angestellten sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Erst war ich skeptisch weil es aber wohl anders voll war war ich quasi gezwungen. Wow das Essen hat wirklich SUPER geschmeckt alles war Frisch Geschmack übertroffen. Ich war schon in einigen Restaurants aber Restaurant Kapadokya in Hildesheim ist echt Super Fabelhaft und das selbstgemachte Ayran. Lecker Lecker Lecker

Ein Hauch von Nostalgie im besten Sinne des Wortes. Wir aßen verschiedene Fleischsorten, die sehr lecker waren, dazu freundlicher Service und ein sehr günstiger Preis.

Das Essen ist so unglaublich lecker, am liebsten würde ich noch mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Ich gehe hier so gerne hin! Der Service ist auch sehr nett und lustig.

Waren nach dem Essen alle krank. Muss was mit dem Mett nicht gestimmt haben.

Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, der Service ausgezeichnet und das Grillgut köstlich. Die Preise sind günstiger als in vielen anderen Restaurants.

Essen wurde zügig zubereitet . 10 min warten auf Suppe /Grillteller . Ich komme nicht von hier . Aber mein Grillteller hole ich mir weiter vom Mexical .

Seit vielen Jahren kommen wir regelmäßig ins Kapadokya – und jedes Mal fühlen wir uns wie bei guten Freunden. Für uns ist dieses Restaurant längst mehr als nur ein Ort zum Essen. Das Essen ist einfach großartig: immer frisch, unglaublich lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Egal ob Grillgerichte, Vorspeisen oder andere Spezialitäten – hier schmeckt einfach alles. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das fantastische Team rund um Adnan. Man wird immer herzlich empfangen, der Service ist aufmerksam, freundlich und persönlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Wir fühlen uns dort wirklich wie ein Teil der Familie. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die vielen schönen Stunden und das tolle Essen über all die Jahre. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und können das Kapadokya in Hildesheim nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Das Essen war super, der Service war top.

Sehr landestypische Gerichte, die unteranderem auf Holzkohle gegrillt werden. Sehr gute Küche - es schmeckt sehr gut. Service und Ambiente sind toll.

Es war eine gute Idee, in diesem Lokal zu Abend zu essen. Trotz der etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Einrichtung war alles köstlich. Parkplätze findet man in der nahegelegenen Straße. Die Preise sind durchschnittlich.

Wir kamen an einem Donnerstagabend gegen 18:30 Uhr bei Schneetreiben ins fast leere Restaurant. Ambiente und Empfang weckten zunächst keine großen Erwartungen, aber ab der Bestellung war alles top: Geschwindigkeit, Freundlichkeit und vor allem das Essen! Nur ein einziges Mal hatte ich in Deutschland zuvor so gutes türkisches Essen auf dem Teller. Besser kann man Adana Kebab m. E. nicht machen als im Kapadokya. Sehr lecker auch der frische Ayran und der Nachtisch Künefe, zu dem wir gratis türkischen Tee bekamen. Daher auch in der Gesamtbewertung 5 Sterne.

Das Essen war einfach, aber sehr gut.

Gute Qualität der Speisen, alles frisch und geschmacklich sehr gelungen. Die Portionen waren ausreichend und das Essen kam heiß an den Tisch. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. klare Weiterempfehlung!

Ein zwei Personen Grillteller plus Lahmacun ohne Zaziki und scharfe Sauce. Auf Nachfrage der Saucen wurden uns am Ende 6€ extra berechnet. Der Restaurantbesuch ist schon einige Wochen her, aber diese Bewertung wollte ich schon lange loswerden. 6€ für einen Esslöffel Joghurt und ein Teelöffel Ezme. Als ich den Typen an der Kasse gefragt habe warum er denn soviel berechnet hat und es normalerweise überall mit dabei wäre, meinte er, dass bei ihnen keine Saucen dazu serviert werden. Wie peinlich. So werden Gäste nicht behandelt. Reine Abzocke. Nie wieder.

Der Kellner ist lustig bringt und leckeres Essen und Man kann sich über die Preise nicht beschweren super Laden

Super Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war soweit sauber. Vielleicht sind 2 Service Kräfte für einen Samstag etwas zu wenig, es dauert halt 15 min bis zur Beendigung. Aber sie waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bisher bestes türkisches Restaurant in Niedersachsen. Köstliches Essen, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und super Service.

We're at Mera Luna in Hildesheim and have eaten here twice now. Try the Mantis, it's absolutely delicious. 😋 We received a very warm welcome and on our second visit, they very kindly asked us why we're all so beautiful and black 🖤. Whether at lunch or just before midnight, it's a great choice. Thank you.

Always the same, the Garson, who has been there for years, always charges too much and the portions are very small, there is nothing to eat. Many people have said it, I didn't believe it, but I experienced it myself today. Paying too much and eating too little. The food is delicious, I respect that, but always keep the menu with you and check the bill. The staff was so great, we had such a stressful day and were passing through when we found the restaurant, unfortunately we only had 19 euros with us because unfortunately no card payment is possible, our little daughter was so spoiled, really great, we will be back

I've eaten there several times. It's very, very tasty. It says it's open until 11 p.m., but after 10:15 p.m., no one answers the phone. It's a shame.

We were there 3 weeks ago, and it was so delicious, we went back for dinner with our family last Sunday. We were welcomed almost like family. The service can only be given 10 stars :) The food was once again delicious and plentiful. We're looking forward to the next time.

After being disappointed with our table reservation at another restaurant, we called here and managed to get something to eat at the last minute. At 11 p.m.! Very friendly, very competent, and the food is incredibly delicious. Fast service, reasonable prices. Definitely recommended.

I've only been there a few times. So far, I've found the food to be solid, even though it's not a gourmet restaurant (and probably doesn't claim to be). I was there again this afternoon. And to my chagrin, I took a closer look this time, partly because my doner roll (dürüm) took longer to prepare. What I saw took my breath away. Let's start with the employee: His German skills were basic, but nothing more. He didn't wash his hands once, even though he handled money and operated the cash register, and the next moment he was wiping the counter with a rag and preparing food. The rag had already seen its best. How about replacing that disgusting thing? When the employee spilled a little sauce, it dripped onto the aluminum foil of my dürüm. Then, the same rag was used to wipe around ON THAT ALUMINUM FOIL – the very one that holds my Dürüm dough together. DISGUSTING! I also got a glimpse inside the refrigerator behind the cash register. The interior walls had yellowish discoloration/stickiness. DISGUSTING! How about cleaning the thing from the inside? Speaking of cleaning: I highly doubt the employees wash their hands properly. As I said, they apparently don't do it often enough anyway. But even if they did: The sink next to the doner kebab spit was so old that it still had dials. So you touch the dials BEFORE and AFTER washing your hands. Then you might as well just give it a rest. Finally, I'd advise everyone to take a look between the cracks in the furniture, especially at the front near the cash register/doner kebab spit/counter. You'll definitely not be hungry afterward, and you'll save money to boot. Always remember: What I described is what you saw at the checkout. You don't even want to let your imagination run wild about what the employee areas look like, do you? Where's the food inspection when you need it? And then you pay NINE (!) euros for a kebab. Oh yeah, there's almost no parking there either – and if you do, it's only for a fee. They don't accept debit cards either.

Very nice ambiance and food was really good too.👍🏾 Staff was so cooperative, I asked fries without salt for my baby and they put the fries in a separate plate so no flavour could go in. Really liked their service. Will definitely go again. 🫶🏽

I saw how the employees serve cheese and salads with their hands without gloves. I ate lahmacun and I had to pee all day from the taste of the meat. I will never go there again.

Very tasty food. Nice staff, nice atmosphere. Green peppers are very spicy.

The taste of the food was okay, but the portion was disappointingly small and you definitely won't get full from it. For €17 I expect more than a carelessly prepared dish. The 'salad' was just the usual kebab accessories, slapped onto a plate and topped with a bit of nar ekşisi, which doesn't look appealing. If I also have to eat bread to get halfway full, the price-performance ratio is simply not right.

A classic in Hildesheim and absolute top quality food for years. In terms of taste, the shop can compete with any Turkish grill restaurant. Unfortunately, the contents of Dürüm and Döner have become smaller and smaller over the years, even though the prices have risen considerably (like everywhere else). Ambience has been the same for years and is a bit old. No card payment!

Absolute recommendation. Just very good food, friendly staff. Sometimes you can't find space. Why? Because everyone there likes it. Grilled meat over a charcoal grill.

Is a sit-down restaurant. Very nice staff, welcomed us and showed us a table. We were served very quickly. 👍 The dishes were very warm and juicy, well fried. Price performance is okay, of course you have our recommendation.

I couldn't decide, Adana, kebab, manti. But since Yaprak kebab is not often served, the decision was clear, kebab was great.

My wife and I visited the other day and we both tasted one of the best Iskender's of our lives. My wife's request for bulgur instead of bread was met with great kindness by the staff. The friendly and helpful approach of the staff, combined with the pleasant atmosphere, made us have an unforgettable experience. When we needed to go to the bank because we did not have enough cash with us, their understanding and caring behavior by politely rejecting our offer to leave a pawn was admirable. We left after completing the payment. I definitely recommend it; My wife and I plan to visit often.

Pide with pieces of meat + Pide tuna + 2x lentil soup. The soup was pretty light, the taste was ok, it could be better, the soup bowl was small! Pide tuna ok, pide with meat was not very topped!

We are always very satisfied when we come here. You are always greeted warmly and served quickly. The food is very tasty and always beautifully prepared. Update: Today we were here with our 10-month-old daughter and it was great. There were various high chairs. We were allowed to sit in a quieter area and we had a great time with the little one.

I had ordered Iskender. The tomato sauce was quite good, as was the yogurt. I didn't find the meat that tasty, it was very rich in fat. I've eaten much better than that.

Very pleasant, quiet atmosphere, top quality food at a very fair price with little garlic. You don't stink afterwards and the quality of the meat is a real highlight!! Lamb to roll around in :-) I'll definitely come back again and again

Addendum, so I have no idea what the problem was today, but the waiter was constantly breathing down our necks and we didn't have a quiet moment to ourselves, even when we wanted to go out for a smoke he asked us if we would come back... seriously? I mean, we had just ordered and our companion was sitting at the table, so why should we leave? It felt like we were being watched. And the kebab wasn't juicy at all, just dry like it used to be.

Da molti anni quando mi fermo ad Hildesheim faccio tappa al Kapadokya. Ottima cucina turca a prezzi ragionevoli Consiglio le pietanze alla griglia sempre accesa e il kunefe una specie di seadas turca. Unico problema la lingua o tedesco o turco ma hanno il menù anche in inglese.

Simple restaurant but the food is really good and tasty. I've had takeaway before and wasn't that impressed, but if you take the time and sit down in the restaurant you'll get lots and lots of good things. I enjoy coming here and my family and friends also enjoy being there.

I have eaten at the Kapadokya restaurant several times and have always had good experiences. But my last visit was unfortunately disappointing. I ordered an Iskender Kebap which was one of the worst I've ever had. Instead of the expected veal, lamb or mutton was served, which I don't particularly appreciate. The dish was also extremely greasy and the bread was not toasted as usual. Everything was carelessly slapped onto the plate, without any effort in the presentation. To my annoyance, my tablemates' food looked significantly better. Unfortunately, when I expressed my criticism, it was not addressed at all.
