Restaurant Kaktus in Neuenhagen bei Berlin

Sonntag, 18.00 Uhr, wenig besucht, was dann noch etwas mehr wurden. 5 Minuten später Getränke und Essen bestellt. 3 Minuten später kamen 2 Flaschenbiere. Weitere 3 -5 Minuten später kamen Lammfilet, 1 Maistortilla gefüllt mit Hähnchen sowie 2 mit Hackfleich. Wir waren sehr verwirrt und fragten uns, wie das so schnell serviert werden konnte!? Weitere 3 Minuten später kam dann noch die Cola und der Tee! Das Lamm von meinem Kumpel war gut! Die anderen 3 Gerichte schmeckten genauso, wie man es sich dachte. Heißer Teller. Durchgeweicht. Vom überbackene Käse nichts zu erkennen und geschmacklich nicht zufriedenstellend! Fazit: Wenn das Essen schneller kommt, als die Getränke, dann kann das nichts liebevolles sein!

Das Ambiente innen und außen ist sehr schön. Die Portionen vom Essen sind sehr groß. Das Essen schmeckt gut. Leider mussten wir zu Hause feststellen, dass das restliche Essen was wir nicht geschafft haben ohne den Reis und Salat der noch übrig eingepackt würde. Ich verstehe nicht warum der Reis und der Salat nicht mit eingepackt werden.

Das Gemüse war noch halb roh. Würde dort nicht noch mal Essen gehen.

Super Service, leckeres Essen, Preis/Leistung stimmt! Wir gehen immer gerne hierher! Man kann auch im gut gepflegten Außenbereich- der teilweise fest überdacht ist- sitzen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das Restaurant Kaktus ist wirklich eine absolute Empfehlung! Schon beim Reinkommen fühlt man sich willkommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und einfach sympathisch – genau so wünscht man sich das. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Freude gearbeitet wird. Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, geschmacklich top abgestimmt und schön angerichtet. Wirklich richtig lecker! Und ein kleines Highlight am Rande: Beim „heimlichen Bezahlen“ wurde ich diskret und charmant unterstützt – besser hätte es nicht laufen können 😄 Das nenne ich Service mit Fingerspitzengefühl. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Bei schönem Wetter ist es super auf der Terrasse. Es hat etwas von Urlaub. Das Essen war sehr schön angerichtet, toll abgeschmeckt und die Portionsgröße gegenüber dem Preis angemessen. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails sehr frisch und schön serviert. Das Personal war heute stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Wer den Feierabend etwas ruhiger und entspannter ausklingen lassen möchte, dem kann ich den Besuch unter der Woche direkt nach der Arbeit einzuplanen. Es war heute, am Donnerstag um 17 Uhr schön leer, gegen 18.30 Uhr füllten sich die Tische. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder.

Wir dachten wir probieren mal was und sind den Bildern gefolgt und was soll ich sagen ...wow wow wow ...wir sind begeistert. Im Sommer ein wirklich gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten und das Essen 😋sehr liebevoll angerichtet....ich kann das hier echt nur empfehlen....es war lecker 😋 es war gemütliche und es gibt hier so viele Sitzgelegenheiten....eine große Party stell ich mir hier traumhaft vor....also mein Fazit....sehr gut 👍

Ich hab meine Familie in dieses Restaurant eingeladen und trotz einer Gruppengröße von 9 Personen, hat alles gut funktioniert. Jeder hat etwas auf der umfangreichen Karte gefunden und es hat uns allen geschmeckt. Einen kleinen Stern ziehe ich nur ab, weil das Essen für mich etwas zu sehr auf die lokalen Gäste angepasst und somit nicht ganz authentisch ist und bei Steaks nicht nach der Garstufe gefragt wurde. Sehr schönes Restaurant mit schönem Außenbereich und sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! PS: Sehr schön ist auch, dass es für Kinder einen kleinen Spielplatz gibt.

Waren heute das erste Mal im Kaktus, Tisch reservieren bei mehreren Personen ist zu empfehlen. Auf Empfehlung wurde unter anderem ein T bone Steak verspeist - sehr gute Qualität, sehr gut angerichtet und sehr schmackhaft. Wir kommen gern wieder....👍👍👍

Alles super sauber und gepflegt ... Chef und seine Mitarbeiter lassen keinen Wunsch offen ... die Gartenanlage unschlagbar ... Preise sind der hohen Qualität und Quantität geschuldet aber bezahlbar ... echt zum weiterempfehlen

Wir waren gestern Abend zum ersten Mal in diesem mexikanischen Restaurant – und der Start war ehrlich gesagt etwas holprig. Wir mussten vorne eine ganze Weile warten, bis uns ein Tisch zugewiesen wurde, was im ersten Moment nicht ganz so gut ankam. Aber dann wurden wir wirklich mehr als positiv überrascht! Ab dem Moment, als wir saßen, hat einfach alles zu 100 % gestimmt. Die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, geschmacklich absolut authentisch und wunderschön angerichtet. Auch das Ambiente hat uns total begeistert: stimmungsvoll, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Was als etwas durchwachsener Beginn startete, entwickelte sich zu einem rundum perfekten Abend. Wir können dieses Restaurant von Herzen weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch – den wir übrigens direkt geplant haben! Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Das Essen war mega lecker der Service hätte ein kleines bisschen besser sein können, das Ambiente ist wirklich schön, aber leider nur 2 Sterne 🌟 🌟 weil die Toiletten 🚽 überhaupt nicht ok sind... leider schmutzig und alles andere ausser sauber und damit ist nicht der "nassbereich" sprich Waschbecken, sondern eher der Fensterbereich und die Toiletten gemeint... da kann man aufgrund der extremen Besucherzahlen mal Geld in die Toilettenbereiche investieren.

Wir haben unser Essen einpacken lassen, weil wir es nicht mehr vor Ort essen konnten. Am nächsten Tag war in der Aluschale allerdings nur noch der Burrito. Guacamole, Sour Cream und sogar das restliche Bohnenpüree haben komplett gefehlt. Das finde ich wirklich ärgerlich, denn ich habe alles bezahlt und erwarte, dass auch alles eingepackt wird. So etwas darf einfach nicht passieren.

Ein recht gutes Restaurant, aber mit dem Charme eines Schnellimbisses. Das Essen war eigentlich gut, aber mein Rumpsteak war eine einziges Gezatter und somit ungenießbar. Ich habe ein anderes bekommen, welches zwar besser war, aber auch hier zum Teil wieder ungenießbar durch die Sehnen und Fleischstruktur. Hätte mir deshalb einen Preisnachlass gewünscht, aber nö, voller Preis. Das ist unprofessionell. Fazit: Das schlechteste Rumpsteak meines Lebens. Mein Mann und ich können das Restaurant daher nicht empfehlen.

We went there for lunch with colleagues. The waiter gave the impression that we should hurry, but since one colleague was still missing, we wanted to wait a bit. Of course, we had all ordered drinks, but since we wanted to eat together, we asked for some patience. After asking three times, we finally ordered; we felt a bit pressured. I've been there several times before and have never experienced anything like that. None of us found the service particularly friendly, so my colleagues don't want to go there again. It's a shame because we've always been very impressed with the hospitality up until now. The food was delicious.

We went to the restaurant on Sunday for an Advent lunch with colleagues (10 people). The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and more than plentiful. The staff were efficient and always kept an eye on things. However, our visit had a slight aftertaste. Upon entering the restaurant, there was a somewhat unpleasant smell. This smell became even worse when we went to the restrooms. Even though everything was clean and tidy. Do something about it!

The location is great and the service was good too, but unfortunately my food (soup) was only lukewarm, and the salad wasn't quite to my liking – too much dressing and far too acidic. Recommendation: Order the dressing separately to adjust the amount to your taste. The cocktails are quite good. There's a good selection of dishes.

Great atmosphere in the beer garden when the weather is nice. I'm not familiar with the interior. We sometimes had to wait a long time for service and had to actively make ourselves known.

Found it by chance while looking for another restaurant. Several of us ended up eating here in the beer garden. We all had a starter and a main course. It was absolutely delicious! We came back a few days later because I really wanted to try something different. It was also really good! Most of the service staff were very attentive, the food and drinks arrived relatively quickly, and the quality is second to none! Excellent value for money. The only criticism I have is the table height in relation to the chairs; they're simply too high...

(I won't post a photo, otherwise it won't be a surprise anymore) 😉. Great value for what you get. Ambience, inviting, clean. We were completely satisfied. Mexican restaurant - recommended! If you like delicious Mexican food, large portions, good drinks, and friendly service in a pleasant garden restaurant, "Kaktus" is the place for you. All dishes are truly delicious and freshly prepared, so it can take a bit longer. But the drinks come quickly, making up for it. The restaurant offers plenty of outdoor seating, so you can always find a spot for 2-4 people. This summer, we noticed that the restaurant is quite busy, even on Wednesday evenings. There are also enough umbrellas available, so you can stay protected from the blazing sun. I would have liked to have seen some ice cream as well as desserts. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food. We've been here several times now and enjoy bringing guests along.

Great restaurant with delicious food. However, the attention to detail is a bit lacking. Everyone had different cutlery and plates. It was slightly dirty outside. The soap dispenser in the restrooms was broken, so they just left a bottle of liquid soap out. The music was okay. We waited a really long time for our food. It was very busy. That's understandable, but they were able to communicate that. Reordering was a bit difficult because no one came. The staff was very friendly, though. But they were just missing that extra kick. Friendliness isn't everything.

Our visit was okay. Meals average between €17-25, drinks €5-10. There's a children's playground. Parents love it, but all the other guests probably don't. Parking is very difficult on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Very nice restaurant with a lovely beer garden

We were invited to a Mexican restaurant for our early graduation on July 19, 2025. We then went to Kaktus in Neuenhagen. Wow, absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was fantastic. The restaurant had a great big beer garden and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The food was AMAZING! I've never had anything like it before (I think they only have 5-star chefs there - AMAZING!!!). I'll be coming here more often now - absolutely brilliant and thanks to the team - that's what gastronomy should be!

It's just a good thing that we had pre-ordered a table by phone, the beer garden in the Kaktus 🌵 was fully booked. Nevertheless, the service was good, the food was excellent, my "Lamb from the Chef" was tender, tasty and sufficiently portioned. Since I was also able to try the other dishes at our table, I can say everything was delicious 😋 highly recommended 👍

The ambiance is fine, but the food doesn't feel homemade, especially the appetizer platters. The staff is polite and attentive.

All I can say is that it always tastes delicious and the staff are super friendly. We live in Mahlsdorf...luckily...if we lived closer we would be here every week. It's simply beautiful here.
