It was our first time there and we received a very friendly welcome. A truly unique place with a direct and deliberately open view into the kitchen, which we both really enjoyed because we had direct and charming contact with the kitchen. As enthusiasts of exceptional cuisine, we were delighted with more than just the food. Thank you for your open approach, we'd love to come back...

Probably the best pizza you can buy in Offenburg

Martin Lopatecki and Philipp Zeil are bringing a breath of fresh air to Offenburg's culinary scene. The bouillabaisse and onglet de bouef, as well as the pizzas, are masterclass! The wine selection leaves nothing to be desired! And the cocktails at the bar are also top-notch!

From a culinary perspective, it was definitely okay. However, at this price point, I would expect the waiter to keep his shirt on (it was about 15 degrees?). I also find it impossible to be encouraged to empty my glass with a "swallow swig." I'm paying for it, so even if I left it alone, it would be my problem.

The dishes are imaginative, perfectly flavored, and the wines carefully selected. This restaurant is a real asset to Offenburg. I highly recommend it!

Because I'd heard so many good things about you, we visited last weekend. The reservation was super easy and friendly. We were told that they didn't have many reservations, but they planned to have a Spanish menu. Therefore, not the entire menu would be available, which wasn't a problem for us. When we arrived, unfortunately a little late, almost all the tables were occupied. Personally, I felt the seating outside was a bit cramped; our neighbors were practically sitting at our table. Not the end of the world, but a matter of taste. We sat for a good 20 minutes until we got a menu. At the same time, we were offered a sangria and apologized, saying that they didn't have a menu after all, but instead offered a tapas menu. We actually considered accepting the offer, but unfortunately, it quickly became clear that it wouldn't be possible. We had planned two hours for dinner and didn't have the chance to order until an hour later. We opted for pizza, which arrived after another 35 minutes. It tasted really good, thankfully. Unfortunately, we must have just caught a bad day. However, I don't understand why they're so hyped up about it, and then there aren't enough staff available to serve all the walk-ins. We didn't let it spoil our mood and simply tide us over with drinks. Unfortunately, even after asking three times, we still didn't get a carafe of water. However, we were shocked by the final price. After so-so service—friendly and attentive, but simply unsatisfactory—and endless waiting times, and several situations where we almost got up to help ourselves, it wasn't worth €50 per person. Maybe just bad luck, a shame about the first impression.

We had the surprise menu with six outstanding courses. My personal gourmet highlight was the surf and turf moment, but it must be said that all the courses were absolutely excellent.

Wow!!! How often does this happen? Simply a really good meal. Even the pizza left a lasting impression. Although calling it a pizzeria feels wrong. Great tartar, truffle pasta, and the dessert was also excellent, right down to the espresso—all in all, a real blast. Thanks for someone taking the time to make it taste so good.

It's nice to have such a well-frequented bar in the neighborhood. But blasting monotonous dance music through the streets every time there's a street event considerably diminishes my sympathy for this place.

Lopi’s Kachelofen in Offenburg is a real gem in the gastronomy scene! Here, excellent cuisine meets creative bar art in an atmospheric, authentic ambience. Martin impresses with his extraordinary drinks, which he individually tailors to the guests' tastes - a real highlight! In the kitchen, Philipp conjures up delicious dishes that enrich every menu, from perfectly cooked onglet to aromatic bouillabaisse. There are also fantastic pizzas, fresh from the oven of an Italian pizza maker. An all-round successful concept with excellent gastronomy that definitely enriches Offenburg - as regular guests we always enjoy coming back!

The best restaurant in Offenburg. An exceptional atmosphere and creative cuisine, one of the best we have tried in Germany. Top level meats, fish, pizza and pasta. Very good quality/price ratio. Martin and Phillip take care of you and you will feel like you are a regular customer. Totally recommended.

Small but nice! Lopi's Kachelofen offers freshly prepared Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. The menu is manageable, daily dishes and self-prepared drinks are suggested to you at your seat, and individual requests are easily catered for. The service is friendly, open but not intrusive, and the price-performance ratio is really reasonable. The restaurant is family-friendly, but is also perfect for a cozy meal for two or a meeting with friends. Due to its small size, it is advisable to reserve in advance, especially on weekends or in colder seasons; in summer, the outdoor area offers enough additional space.

A great place to relax, delicious food and great cocktails! A great team, always in a good mood that makes you laugh! Only mango they don't always have Jack Daniels there. Gladly again!

I've been told a lot about Lopi's tiled stove and the pizzas that are offered there. But I ended up choosing a different dish that was recommended to me by the chef. All I can say is that the chef knows what he is talking about and understands his craft extremely well! Gladly again at any time.

Absolutely awesome restaurant! There is both a bar and a nice area to eat and sit comfortably. The food really blew us away, we had the pumpkin soup, salad, 4Formaggi pizza and steak - the taste was outstanding. ♡ We come more often now!

Had dinner yesterday and we were amazed by the quality of the food. The salad was excellent and so fresh and tasty, the pumpkin soup and the pizza were very good, and the wine recommendation was very appropriate. It's like eating with friends. A highly recommended restaurant and a real asset in Offenburg's Oststadt.

The Lopi is an enrichment for Offemburg. Small but nice. The service is great, the food is imaginative and very tasty!👍 Even if there is a lack of tables and a spontaneous visit, a solution is found. Fair prices for the very good quality of the food. I like to say it again and again.

Die Salate, Pizzen und Desserts sind überragend. Anne ist eine herzliche sowie lustige Gastgeberin und man fühlt sich auch durch das Ambiente direkt sehr wohl. Die Speisen wechseln täglich/wöchentlich und sind durchweg zu empfehlen.

Beste Pizza in Offenburg, hauchdünn und unglaublich lecker. Es gibt eine täglich wechselnde Speißekarte, Pizza gibt's Dienstags und Donnerstags. Immer mehrere Vegetarische Gerichte. Klare Empfehlung!

An einigen Tagen gibt's nur Pizza, an anderen nur Pasta und am Wochenende glaube ich beides. Hier gibt's Pizzen mit außergewöhnlichen Zutaten, echt lecker. Wenn ich mal wieder in Offenburg bin geh ich bestimmt wieder hin.

Unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant und vermutlich die beste Pizza, die man in Offenburg bekommen kann. Die Speisen sind außergewöhnlich und entstammen der sardischen Küche - wir haben auf jeden Fall unseren kulinarischen Horizont erweitern können. Anne und Daniel sind freundlich und zuvorkommend - wir fühlen uns immer wohl und gut bedient. Nicht zuletzt deshalb auch für kleinere Familienfeiern mehr als geeignet. Wir bleiben Stammkunden und sagen DANKE für drei Jahre :)

Als regelmäßiger Gast war ich bislang immer sehr zufrieden. Das Konzept ist sympathisch und mal eben nicht der Klassische Einheitsbrei den es bei so vielen Italienern gibt. Super nette Bedienung und schmackhafte, frische Küche. Auch während der Pandemie eine super Anlaufstelle für die Abholung von leckeren Gerichten, Pizza und Pasta. Klare Empfehlung.

Qualitativ sehr gute Pizza. Leider keine Preisangaben, was eigentlich normal wäre - und einem gesetzlichen Rahmen entsprechen würde. So kauft man die Katze im Sack. 2 Pizzen, 2 Weizen, ein 1/4 Ltr. Weißwein, 2 Espresso, 2 angebotene Mini-Dessert "Wahnsinn". Der echte Wahnsinn war der Preis: fast 65€. Gottseidank waren wir nicht zu dritt! Stammkunde werde ich in diesem Leben nicht mehr.

Super Pizzen. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Unbedingt Plätze reservieren gerade an den Pizzatagen. War an einem normalen Wochentag Abend komplett voll besetzt.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber teuer. Wir fanden es qualitativ und geschmacklich durchschnittlich. Nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht schlecht. Der Preis war jedoch hoch. Pro Pizza ca 12€. Insgesamt waren wir für 2 Pizzen, einen kleinen Salat und 2 Getränke in Flaschen fast 40€ los. Das Ambiente ist eher einfach, draußen auf dem Gehweg an der Straße stehen kleine Tische und Stühle, Biergarten üblich. Drinnen sieht es teilweise etwas chaotisch aus, man sitzt aber gut und ruhig. Insgesamt waren wir aufgrund des hohen Preises am Ende leider enttäuscht.

Danke der Nachfrage betreffend Kritik. 3 Sterne sind laut Google "okay". Wir waren damals eine Gruppe von ca. 8 Personen, die draußen saß, drinnen wie draußen wenig Gäste. Wir empfanden alle das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Speisen als sehr inadäquat, weiterhin die damalige Kellnerin als sehr ineffizient. Wir saßen permanent auf dem Trockenen. Selbst zum Bezahlen mussten wir ewig warten...
