We were a group of 14 people who had made a reservation. The service was very attentive and quick. The food arrived promptly and tasted very good. The prices were a bit high for my taste. That made it all the more annoying that my roast beef with onions was well-done and not medium. The sauce and the fried potatoes, on the other hand, were very, very good. The portion wasn't particularly large; it could have been a bit bigger. My companions echoed this sentiment. The restaurant was very noisy, but there's not much the owner can do about that.

I'm a big fan of roast pork and dumplings, and your roast pork with crackling and the gravy were fantastic! Friendly, attentive waiters. I'll definitely be back.

It depends on what you order. The baked sweet potato with vegetables and salad is recommended. The spaghetti bolognese with beef wasn't tasty. It was just sauce, but there was very little beef to be found. We were disappointed and didn't go back.

This is the first restaurant we been to the Bad Reichenhall. It was dinner time when we went there and the staff is accommodating. The restaurant is very big and also they have seats also outside. Ambiance of the restaurant is a traditional german vibe however the food is not so delicious as expected. I felt that the amount of food is ok but the taste is not really nice.

The service wasn't very attentive. Long waits for service, or only after requesting it. The burger could be improved; considering it's just a ready-made product, toasting the tops would have made a big difference.

During our trip to Croatia and an overnight stay in an almof orchard, while looking for food, we ended up here. It was close to a large parking lot, which was great. We were with our three children. We sat outside on a large terrace. After ordering, three other people who were otherwise doing nothing but smoking joined us at our table. Very annoying and unpleasant. Unfortunately, we ate quickly and asked for the bill.

Everything was great and the food was really delicious. Highly recommended.

Food was fine and tasty. We had a bad experience with one of the waiters getting angry at us because we said that the sparkling water was not sparkling. We were about to leave before the food when the other waiter called Thomas came in and saved the experience of the night. 5 stars to Thomas for saving the evening and being the nicest waiter.

Not recommended. The food arrived after only 5 minutes. So it can't have been freshly prepared, can it? We had cheese spaetzle and venison ragout. The spaetzle tasted of nothing, and with the venison ragout, you get very little for almost €20. Just one dumpling. The side salad with the spaetzle was okay. After we were finished (not finished eating) and the waiter asked if we liked it, and I said the food wasn't that good, he cleared the table without answering. He didn't come back. So I had to go to the counter and ask for the bill. Another waiter came with the bill and also asked how the food was. I said again that we weren't satisfied. He left without commenting. No one asked what could have been better. At least he said goodbye. There are really great and better alternatives nearby!

We chose the restaurant based on the many good Google reviews and decided to order takeout. The two schnitzels with fries and salad were nicely packaged – it worked out well. However, I was surprised that they didn't provide disposable cutlery. When I asked, I was told that they didn't provide any. I find that very impractical from a service perspective. When you sell a dish like schnitzel with fries and salad to go, appropriate cutlery should be a given – especially for on-the-go meals. The food itself was truly delicious – I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, I have to deduct significant points for the service. There's room for improvement here.

It was our first time here and we were amazingly satisfied with the food and service. We tried different dishes with meat and fish and every single dish was tasty and was served almost immediately after order. Deserts are wonderful and purely exceptional!

Best Greek salad, good home cooking!

Our visit was unfortunately disappointing; based on the many four-star reviews, we had hoped for more. The food was just below average. The fried potatoes were barely cooked and swimming in grease. My husband had the mixed grill, which consisted mostly of salad and lots of fries. The meat was pounded paper-thin and practically nonexistent. What is absolutely unacceptable, in our opinion, are waiters who, during peak lunchtime, repeatedly stand in the corner, smoking or playing on their phones, in full view of the guests. Unfortunately, the young men were not friendly. Eye contact is not enough when reading the menu. If, as a waiter, I walk past a table four times without taking the empty plates or at least briefly saying, "I'll be right there!", that's not service in my book. I find sweatpants rather difficult to wear as work clothes.

Had two meals here while staying in the Town and both great value and tasty. Fried chicken and then bayrisch meat salad.. Will be returning on my next visit to the town.

Everything was fast and super delicious.

Somewhat carelessly presented dishes. The venison goulash was swimming in sauce, but the portion was quite small. You had to pick out the few pieces of meat from the sauce, and the small, lonely, and rather dense bread dumpling wasn't exactly filling. In other restaurants, this would have easily passed for a child's plate (apart from the generous amount of sauce, which was also quite spicy). I would have preferred to pay a few euros more if I could have gotten an adult portion. But the venison goulash was also relatively inexpensive (just under €20). What was really strange, however, was the fact that the food was served in less than five minutes after ordering. No fast-food restaurant and no microwave can compete with that. A little tip: At least let the customer believe that freshly cooked food is being prepared for them by waiting a bit before serving. People who go out for dinner plan to spend more than 15 minutes there before heading home... The ambiance is quite nice, though. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the salad plate only contained a green salad with some carrots and fresh fruit, rather than a variety of salads. The fried potatoes were a generous side dish and, unfortunately, quite greasy compared to the Bavarian Cordon Bleu. Good, friendly, and attentive service.

Very good service 1/2 chicken was just a wing and half a leg. The outdoor dining area was lovely.

I don't need to go back. The food wasn't exactly what the reviews suggested. The schnitzel was very thin and heavily breaded. The salad plate looked generous, but there wasn't much on it. For the price, I would have expected more from all the dishes on our table.
