Das Essen war hervorragend - das Chicken Tikka Masala hatte einen leckeren, intensiven Schmeck und das Fleisch war (Tandoori typisch) zart. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Ich zweifelte, dass eine App Restaurants finden kann, aber diese hat mein Essen per Foto analysiert. Das Gericht passte genau in meine restlichen Kalorien und hatte genug Protein. Der Service war schnell und der Raum ist einfach eingerichtet.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend hier in Bad Reichenhall. Das Essen war durchweg köstlich und wurde in sehr ansprechenden Metallschalen serviert. Besonders der Reis war perfekt zubereitet und hat hervorragend zu den aromatischen Soßen gepasst. Auch die frische Dekoration mit Gurkenscheiben und Tomaten auf dem Gericht war ein schöner Anblick. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Das Essen war reichlich und sehr lecker! Der Service war sehr aufmerksam! Es gab etwas leckeres vom Restaurant vorweg und einen indischen Saft zum Abschluss aus der Küche.😊 Es wurde passend gefragt ob alles gut ist und ob alles schmeckt, auch ob wir noch Reis haben möchten. Wir mussten nicht lange auf das Essen warten. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und strahlte das voll aus! Liebend gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend in diesem Restaurant in der Wittelsbacherstraße. Das Essen war durchweg hervorragend und sehr ansprechend serviert. Besonders das Biryani hat uns beeindruckt, da es mit frischen Kirschtomaten, Gurkenscheiben und knackigen Cashewkernen garniert war. Die Portionen waren großzügig und die metallenen Servierschalen verliehen dem Ganzen eine tolle Note. Wir kommen definitiv bald wieder vorbei.

Eines der besten indischen Gerichte, die ich je gegessen habe. Wirklich sehr schmackhaft.

Sehr lecker. Angeblich das beste orientalische Restaurant im Chiemgau. Zuerst gab es einen Gruß aus der Küche mit drei Dips (der grüne ist scharf) dann ein mildes, aber geschmacklich feines Curry Huhn. Zur Verabschiedung einen kleinen Fruchtcocktail. Was man nicht geschafft hat, konnte man sich problemlos einpacken lassen. Sehr freundlicher Kellner.

Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Es war perfekt gewürzt, geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt. Besonders überzeugt hat mich der sehr freundliche Service. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder😊😋

I recently visited an Indian restaurant in Bad Reichenhall and had a great experience. I ordered the chicken biryani and chicken curry, and both dishes were full of rich flavors and perfectly spiced. The chicken biryani was aromatic, with well-cooked rice and tender pieces of chicken that blended beautifully with the spices. The chicken curry was equally impressive, with a creamy, flavorful sauce that had just the right balance of heat. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. We regularly visit Restaurant Max in Bad Reichenhall and are always delighted. The Indian food is delicious and authentically prepared. The friendly and attentive service is also a real plus. The value for money is excellent, which is why we like to come back about once or twice a month. What we also particularly appreciate is the relaxed atmosphere: no hustle and bustle, just a cozy and peaceful ambiance where you can enjoy your meal in peace. For anyone who appreciates good Indian food and a pleasant, relaxed restaurant atmosphere, Restaurant Max is definitely a must-visit!

Friendly service, delicious food, pleasantly unconventional atmosphere (for us, it's a bit of a silly atmosphere). Warning – absolutely not recommended! I ate at this restaurant yesterday and subsequently developed a severe gastrointestinal illness, clearly related to the food served there. That alone would be bad enough – but the taste of the food was also a disaster. I had a paneer chili curry, which was neither spicy (even though I ordered extra spicy) nor seasoned in any way – it tasted like a watered-down tomato soup. The chicken vindaloo was also disappointing: hardly any spice, mostly potatoes, and the supposed "chicken" was barely recognizable as such – it was more of a guessing game as to which part was meat and which wasn't. An absolute no-go for an Indian restaurant. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had in an Indian restaurant. When you get sick on top of that, the fun is completely over. I'm seriously considering contacting the health department, because this kind of thing needs to be urgently investigated. Definitely never again – and I can only advise everyone: keep your hands off!

It was very good. The food was delicious, the service was quick and courteous, and the ambiance was inviting.

I’ve been living in Germany for 2 years and this was hands down one of the most authentic Indian restaurants here. We ordered samosas, saag chicken, and paneer butter masala. The food was top notch, especially the breads and the samosa. We finished with a cup of chai! 100% recommend. Service was a cherry on top!

The lunch was reasonably priced and perfectly fine. But nothing special. So, it gets a 3 out of 5.

Disastrous service, food not as ordered, but okay. Our table for six people was booked for 6 p.m., we arrived on time, and were greeted warmly. Then the linguistic adventure began: The waitress understood neither German nor English, even when ordering by number. The drinks were brought around 6:30 p.m., and then the food order was taken; here, too, we had to repeat what we had requested several times. The food arrived at 7:30 p.m., 90 minutes after arrival. Of the six dishes, one was completely wrong (chicken instead of fish), and the others were not spicy enough, with zero spice. We had to ask for the bill twice, waiting a total of 25 minutes after the first question. One meal and one drink were omitted from the bill. My 75-year-old father, with the patience of an angel, said it was the worst service he could remember. We won't be coming back and advise against visiting.

Whenever we're in Bad Reichenhall, a visit to Max is a must. This time we went to the lovely, quiet outdoor area. We like spicy food and chose "Indian spicy" for our dishes. It was great. The service is very friendly and attentive. Yes, sometimes you have to resort to English, but I find it quite entertaining. I definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately the food wasn't that good. I ordered duck and unfortunately I only got bad meat. It was greasy and everything was hanging together. There weren't any really good pieces of meat. The sauce and rice were normal quality and nothing special. Since I picked up the food, I can't say much about the atmosphere. But it seemed quite pleasant.

While walking through Bad Reichenhall, looking for a good restaurant, we came across the Indian restaurant by chance. The welcome from the staff was extremely warm and the atmosphere conveyed a pleasant cosiness. The meals we ordered were delicious and we would definitely visit the restaurant again if we were in the area again.
