Restaurant Hellas in Duisburg

We visited the restaurant for the first time today and absolutely loved it. Without exception friendly and attentive service. Very cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent and plentiful. Tip: If you want to eat at Hellas, you should definitely reserve a table in advance! The restaurant is busy and rightly so. We'd love to come back.

Went here with the family for a birthday dinner. Portions and taste beyond any doubt. Unfortunately the onion soup was only lukewarm. But the sliced ​​cheese was more than irritating.

The restaurant was simply fantastic! From the warm welcome to the last bite, everything was perfect. The food was delicious, fresh and prepared with a lot of love, the service was attentive and friendly. An absolute recommendation – I will definitely come back again and again 💙

Without a reservation, we were asked to wait until the designated table became available. After waiting 30 minutes, our assigned table was given to guests who came in after us. We are now enjoying an excellent grill dish elsewhere in Duisburg. So Hellas never again!

I always look forward to eating there again, no matter what you order from the menu you will never be disappointed. A big compliment to the kitchen and the great service.

Wir gingen hier nach dem Weihnachtsmarktbesuch vorbei, um etwas Herzhaftes zu essen. Die einrichtung ist angenehm hell, der Service war aufmerksam. Das Essen - insbesondere das Gyrosfleisch - war sehr gut. Einer der besseren Griechen.

My wife and sister and Schwaager came from Essen and were in Duisburg to stroll around the Christmas market, then we stopped at the Hellas restaurant, on Saturday around 6:30 p.m., and even got a table for about 2 hours. Available, top👍. The food and the portions are more than enough, whether Bifteki, Sovlaki, everything in XL version, delicious, 😋. The staff was very, very nice and polite, even though the restaurant was more than full, a big compliment to the crew and the kitchen team👍👍. We'll be back. A.Heinisch and family

Die Bedienungen sind sehr Freundlich und nett. Die Kartoffelchips sind meine Empfehlung an alle Leute die dort hinwollen. Außerdem ist alles frisch! Das Restaurant ist eher klein allerdings sieht es durch die Einrichtung größer aus! Eine super Entscheidung dort zu essen!

Centrally located restaurant with a large menu - the food was very tasty overall - I thought it was a shame that tzatziki had to be ordered separately and was not included on the grill plates. What was bad, however, was that no bread was served with the specially ordered Zazki or with the side salad previously served - A free ouzo rounded off the evening, but the price was still in the Champions League

As soon as you enter, you immediately feel like you have been transported to the Mediterranean region thanks to the warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food is simply fantastic. Every dish impresses with authentic flavors, from the fresh, spicy tzatziki to the perfectly grilled lamb and seafood. The moussaka was rich and savory, and the galaktobureko was the perfect balance of sweet and crunchy.

I came from the doctor and was surprised by the rain and stopped next door. It's nice and quaint and good and cheap. Portions are plentiful and tasty.

My daughter invited me and my other daughter to dinner and I can say we were not disappointed. Opposite the restaurant there is a large parking lot for which you should also take 50 cent pieces. The service is nice and friendly and the order was placed quickly. We didn't have to wait long for the food, but there weren't that many guests because we were there relatively early at 5:30 p.m. The food was really great. It can not be said otherwise. We had salmon, turkey fillet, gyros and veal liver with potato chips. We were all completely satisfied.

I was there just after 5 p.m. What struck me as very positive was that the guest toilet was very clean. But I think shortly after opening at 5 p.m. that shouldn't be a problem. I ordered number 70, which is pork fillet with salad and some kind of roasted potatoes. The meat and potatoes were very tasty and you can't complain about that. But there was something I didn't like at all. I got salad, some of it was from a jar (carrots). I don't think that's right given the price of 21.90 euros.

The restaurant is quite good. I had the salad with the oranges. He was pretty good too. Unfortunately the bread was cold. Unfortunately, like all Greek restaurants, this one is not vegetarian-friendly. There are no real dishes without meat. The service was also quite good. What are we eating today ? Today we spent a day in Duisburg, did some shopping, went to a terrace, checked into the hotel and had dinner tonight at Hellas de Griek in Duisburg. Tasted good, nice neat place, fast service and customer friendly.

We ate there with 8 people and were able to sit comfortably. The service was very attentive and friendly. The food was appetizingly prepared, the portions were large and more than enough. I had the Zeus plate, it was very tasty and the meat was good quality. Finding a parking space was difficult on a Saturday evening. But we will definitely come back.

Einfach nur Klasse 😃 Immer wieder

Wir haben eine Hellas Platte zum mitnehmen bestellt. Die kostete dann im Restaurant 33% mehr als online angegeben. War üppig mit viel Fleisch belegt, welches allerdings mäßig gewürzt war. Der mitgelieferte Salat kam ohne jedes Dressing und auch zum Fleisch und den "Kartoffelchips" ( welche frittierte Bratkartoffelscheiben waren) fehlte jegliche Soße wie z.B. Tzatziki. Da ist ne Menge Luft nach oben.

Wir hatten dort unseren Jahresabschluss. Essen war sehr lecker. Bedienung war freundlich, ob das Restaurant an einem Montag Abend gut gefühlt war. Servicekräfte waren trotz des Stress immer sehr bemüht, um unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Wir waren waren schon öfters hier - und kommen wieder. Die Portionen sind groß und das Essen ist richtig lecker. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und man kann sich gut unterhalten. Der Service ist freundlich und die Preise sind fair. Es lohnt sich wirklich hierhin zu gehen! Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind vorhanden.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr schlecht. Ganz zu Anfang wurden Getränke vergessen. Das Essen war kalt und hier wurde auch wieder Essen, welches wir nicht bestellt haben, durcheinander gebracht.

Das Essen war lecker, Preise ok, ziemlich schnell man muss nicht lange warten. Das gefüllte Hackfleischsteak war auf jedenfall viel besser als beim einem Balkan Restaurant!

Leuk Grieks restaurant in het centrum. Heerlijke Griekse schotel gegeten. Goed van smaak en goede rode wijn. Wel gereserveerd omdat het best druk is in het weekend.
