Das Essen ist immer noch recht gut. Wir haben allerdings den Eindruck, dass es langsam aber stetig weniger gut wird. Wenn es wieder das Niveau von vor einem Jahr erreicht, werden wir das Restaurant wieder öfter besuchen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und super leckeres Essen, qualitativ hochwertige Lebensmittel. Das Ladys Steak ist von der Portionsgröße her perfekt 🤩 nicht zu viel, nicht zu wenig. Die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte ist mehr als genug :) würde ich definitiv empfehlen 👍🏻

Ladys Rinderfilet top, Süßkartoffelpommes auch mega! Die einzigen wirklich kleinen Kritikpunkte sind: Für mich gehört in das Tiramisu Amaretto und nichts anderes. Auf den Bilder vorheriger Restaurantbesucher war noch eine Kugel Eis dabei. Diese musste man nun extra dazu bezahlen. *Der Expresso war sehr sehr lecker!!

Wahnsinnig gut! Zumindest als es noch die Salattheke gab. Leider ist hat das Ambiente minimal unter der Modernisierung gelitten (ehemals war alles sehr hell, jetzt ist alles in modernem schwarz gehalten) aber trotzdem fühlen wir uns noch ganz wohl dort.

Sind mehrmals hier gewesen ich ich muss wirklich sagen ist HAMMER!!!! Die Portionen sind groß bis sehr groß dafür die Preise (im Vergleich) mehr akzeptabel. Es könnte mehr Parkplätze vorhanden sein, aber es geht. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich. Am Wochenende sollte man immer reservieren, weil der Laden platzt aus allen Nähten

Nach über 10 Jahren den Ort mal wieder besucht, hat sich sehr gut heraus gemacht. Damals noch um Keller und Jugoslawische Küche. Deshalb war ich da. Erst mal Enttäuschung. Ok, probieren wir trotzdem. Und es war wirklich sehr lecker. Eine selbst aufgeschlagen Bearnaise hatte ich aber auch nicht erwartet. Aber etwas Estragon darin hätte nicht geschadet. Ebenso die Pfefferrahm-Sosse hätte gern Grünen Pfeffer -oder überhaupt Pfeffer -gesehen. Nur Kleinigkeiten die es perfekt gemacht hätten -ohne Aufwand. Das Fleisch war perfekt. Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Selbst Freitags um 18 h sehr gut besucht. Reservierung empfohlen. Ambiente freundlich, relativ modern, durch Raumteiler gemütlich. Leider etwas laut durch die normalen Gespräche der Gäste. Warum sie Potts Bier haben aber das Weizen von anderen ist mir unverständlich. Parkplätze am Haus. Aber das alles hat den netten Abend nicht getrübt. (Auch wenn es keine Balkan-Spezialitäten mehr gab. 🥲) Parkplatz direkt am Haus. War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal für mich. Empfehlenswert.

Wir sind aus Frankreich angereisst und hatten einen hervorragenden Abend mit der Familie. Das Ambiente, der Service, das Essen, der Wein alles war vom Feinsten. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir waren heute Mittag ebenfalls dort. Klasse👌

Tolles Ambiente, warme Atmosphäre, freundlicher, nicht zu aufdringlicher Service und Essen auf den Punkt, absolute Empfehlung, Tisch sollte man vorab reservieren, sonst könnte es knapp werden.

Wir waren mit Freunden am Montag vor Weihnachten zum Abendessen dort. Aufgrund der Bewertungen im Netz und allgemeinen hier in Oelde. Es tut mir leid, aber wir waren das erste und auch das letzte Mal dort. Wir waren noch nicht vollzählig und saßen kaum, da wurden schon die Karten gebracht und nach Getränken gefragt. Das Gleiche mit dem Essen. 2 mal wurde gefragt ob wir denn jetzt was ausgesucht hätten. Und wir haben keine Ewigkeit gebraucht. Alles im Galopp. Keine Zeit in Ruhe zu essen. Wir hatten das Gefühl dass alles darauf ausgelegt war den Tisch möglichst schnell wieder zu besetzen. Dazu der Geräuschpegel als das Lokal voll wurde.... aber dafür kann der Eigentümer ja nichts. Unterhaltung am Tisch fast unmöglich. Der einzige Pluspunkt war für uns das wirklich gute Essen. Aber ansonsten.... schade 😥

The service was mediocre. Many things only happened after asking several times. So we won't be eating there again anytime soon.

Tonight I visited Restaurant Zelic for the first time... I received a very friendly welcome as soon as I arrived at our table, even without a reservation. The wine recommendation was excellent. The owner personally recommended a delicious appetizer. For the main course, the beef fillet and rump steak were cooked to perfection (medium). And the quality was excellent. The ambiance is a blend of classic and modern. The waiters and staff in general were very attentive and friendly. Considering the quality, the price-performance ratio is perfectly reasonable, if not downright inexpensive! I felt very comfortable and will definitely visit the restaurant again.

Exorbitant prices. What we ordered was good but standard. A mixed appetizer consisted of 80% ham. When I go out for a high-priced meal, I expect something special that I can't make at home on the spot. The service was rather uninterested. I would have expected more here. Everything was very unemotional.

Was this according to the chef's wishes or the customer's wishes? Of course, it was edible. I declined to have it fried again because the four of us wanted to eat, not one after the other. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and great staff. Unfortunately, we were more or less escorted out because it was so busy. That wasn't a great way to end a birthday dinner. Thanks for the offer. The first impression upon entering the stylishly designed restaurant was extremely positive. The ambience is modern, tasteful, and cozy at the same time – perfect for an enjoyable dinner in an upscale atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team, including both son and father Zelić. Both the service and the welcome were warm, attentive, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. You don't feel like a guest here, but rather like a welcome friend of the house. Kudos to the entire team! For the food: We ordered the steak platters for two people – an absolute hit! The rump steaks and fillet steaks were grilled to perfection, tender, and full of flavor. The presentation on the hot plate was not only a feast for the eyes, but also kept the meat wonderfully warm. The buttered toppings on top rounded off the whole thing with a fine flavor. This was accompanied by delicious grilled vegetables with cheese, aromatic mushrooms, crispy French fries, and a rich port wine jus that perfectly complemented the meat. Every bite was a delight! To top it all off, I treated myself to a crème brûlée with sorbet – wonderfully creamy, with a crisp caramel crust and a fruity, fresh contrast from the ice cream. Simply perfect. I've eaten there five times already. The last two times I ordered beer, which never arrived. Then I ordered asparagus soup, which never arrived. Then a steak was so fatty that it was inedible, and the waiter gave me a €4.50 discount. That's ridiculous. I expected more flexibility with those prices.

The waiter who was responsible for us this time seemed slightly overwhelmed. That's probably why the waiting time was very long; he had absolutely no overview. I was invited to the restaurant for dinner and had never been there before. I didn't know the restaurant before because I don't come from the area and don't usually look for restaurants in Oelde. From the outside it also looks rather inconspicuous and the outside image doesn't reflect the image inside, which I think is a shame because it doesn't give a 100% harmonious impression. The interior is very stylish and modern, you quickly feel at home because there is something to discover everywhere. The addition of bread at the beginning was okay and slowly got you in the mood for what was to come. The three of us had some dishes, as you can see in the photos. My favorite dish was the beef tips, an absolute MUST, definitely try it or put it in the middle to share. The schnitzel was too thick for my taste, which always gives me a canteen feeling. For me, the schnitzel has to be pounded thin and seasoned in the classic way. Unfortunately, neither could be found here. In the photo of the schnitzel you can see a side salad in the corner, which I thought was an absolute no-go and didn't fit the picture at all. The vegetables were cut way too big and not the same size, it just wasn't fun, but I didn't come here for the salad either. As for the other dishes, I can only say what I was told because I didn't eat them. The Wagyu was super tender and the fried arugula was exciting. The noodles were nothing particularly spectacular and not recommended for direct comparison to the other dishes. What may seem strange is that I rate the ambience positively above and have set the star rating for the ambience at 3 stars. The reason for this is the strong difference between the ambience inside and what I saw outside. And unfortunately you can see two defects in two photos that are simply not nice and could easily be avoided by a restaurant. The pepper mill was given to us and part of it had broken off. And to the right of me the wall looked like no one had any idea what was being done there. I was there a few months ago and am planning to visit again. I'm looking forward to it and am curious to see whether anything has happened.

Perfektes Steakerlebnis! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, das Haus Zelic zu besuchen und kann nur sagen: absolut erstklassig! Schon beim Betreten wird man von einer stilvollen, aber gemütlichen Atmosphäre empfangen, und der Service ist auf höchstem Niveau: aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Das Highlight ist natürlich das Fleisch: Wir hatten das Chateau Briand.Die Qualität spricht für sich! Auch die Beilagen und Saucen sind hervorragend abgestimmt und runden das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Weinauswahl. Hier wird mit Leidenschaft gekocht und das schmeckt man! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Völliges Chaos beim Personal. Keine Begrüßung. Wir mussten nach einem Tisch fragen obwohl wir reserviert hatten. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Nicht noch einmal.

Das Essen war gut. Das Personal war auch freundlich und gut. Aber warum rauchen die Leute auf der Treppe vor der Haupttür/dem Haupteingang? Das ist sehr beunruhigend. Der Rauch stört sie beim Ein- und Ausgehen, und sie sind alle Männer. Als Frau finde ich das besonders schlimm. Ich sehe es manchmal, wenn ich am Restaurant vorbeigehe. Es wäre nicht schlecht, wenn hierfür eine Lösung gefunden würde.

Just wow! From the reservation on the phone to the moment we left the restaurant full and extremely satisfied - everything is just right here. An all-round perfect experience! Always my pleasure. Big compliment!

Today we were at the Zelic house. We received a voucher for Christmas and didn't know it before. The appearance on their website already made an impression and expectations were high. The atmosphere is really great and we really like it. We were warmly welcomed and escorted to our reserved table. And now the most important thing. The food is awesome. First there was beef tataki and beef tartare. Very high quality and a great plate language. In the main course, our table received a 300g fillet from Argentina with sweet potato fries and a truffle mayonnaise, as well as a beef and reef, which consists of a 200g fillet garnished with king prawns and a baked potato. The meat was ordered English and the cooking level was perfect. For dessert there was a crème brûlée with raspberry sorbet and a brownie with vanilla ice cream. An absolutely successful end to gluttony. 😅 We sat for a good two hours and the waiting times were absolutely fine, even though the restaurant was full. Including drinks we came to €162.50, which is absolutely fair considering the quality of the food. We will definitely come back and thank you for this lovely evening.

The only thing I noticed, and that was the last time I visited the restaurant, was that there was a musty smell coming from the toilet. The pipes are probably outdated. You can only smell it if you have a seat near the toilet 😅 And in some seats the light is just too bright for me, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. But the most important thing is the food and the service and it is A1. Very friendly and trained staff. Thank you very much

I would give this three stars. The ambience is okay, depending on where you sit. The winter garden is a little more rustic than the main room. Therefore 3* The food is also on a medium level. The carpaccio for example It was completely stuck to the plate and had to be partially scraped off. In addition, balsamic cream has no place on it. The steaks were okay, but for the price everything could have been presented a little nicer. Hence 3 to 4 stars. Service tries to be friendly, but you can tell that some of the waiters are not really well trained. In summary, steakhouse with high prices but at a middle class level.

I was thrilled with my visit to “Haus Zelic” in Oelde! This family-run restaurant exudes a warmth and hospitality that is rarely found these days. The father and son run the business with great professionalism and create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The service is attentive, friendly and warm - you immediately feel welcome. The beautiful furnishings and the pleasant ambience round off the overall experience perfectly. For me, the “Haus Zelic” is a real gem in Oelde and definitely worth a visit.
