Bushi Baked Crazy Sushi in Oelde

Simply super delicious. Only recommended.

A really delicious sushi!! The first glance at the menu is unusual because there are really special sushi compositions that you are not used to. But I have to say, it tastes really great! It's something new and fresh, just awesome. If you want to try something new and love sushi, you should definitely order here. The sauce that comes with it goes perfectly with the sushi and is also very unusual. The salads are also very tasty. Overall, I can only recommend Bushi, definitely try it out 👍🏽

We also tried the bushi and I have to say, it's quite good. Unfortunately, I can't entirely agree with the taste explosion that is often mentioned here. The taste of the fat comes to the fore through the filling. The filling could have used a little more seasoning here. You're used to something different from the brewery, otherwise the seasoning is always right. Basically, it's still a delicious meal, but I wouldn't eat it as the only main meal, so I definitely order salads or soups with it. I found the salads very tasty. However, I prefer normal sushi and something baked in between as a change. Dear brewery, how about normal sushi or a sushi day 😉

Unfortunately, I can only give it 5 stars. We've eaten a lot of sushi, but with these dips, these truly delicious rolls are a treat for the palate. Even though the food was picked up (due to policy), it was beautifully packaged and, once opened, very appealing and delicious. That's how it should be. And then there's the price. Unbeatable. THE WINNER IS OELDER BRAUHAUS!

Sushi is dead, long live BUSHI! We tried Bushi for the first time today at the Oelde Brauhaus and were absolutely pleasantly surprised. Cool idea, we wish you much success with this fantastic concept!

I don't really like sushi, so it took a lot of persuasion to swap my beloved burger from the brewery for some fish. What can I say – it was worth it! However, this sushi doesn't taste like regular sushi; it's much softer and more flavorful. Rarely have I been so pleasantly surprised by a meal! This has nothing to do with regular "fast food." A real highlight and so delicious! Thanks for this amazing new experience! Keep up the good work!

Very tasty sushi with a difference. It's practical for us that you can also order the regular brewery food, so the child doesn't have to go hungry 😂

Really tasty! Great combinations that you don't even know from typical sushi, but make the whole thing so delicious and special! The sauces are all super tasty together with the rolls and the crispy coating is unbeatable! Absolutely to suggest!

Wow, really awesome taste explosion 💣 The day before the big BUSHI premiere, test subject Oli B. was the personal guest of the innovative concept and event restaurateur André Milewski, who simply can't keep his hands off Far Eastern cuisine. I was able to personally convince myself of the quality of the products, the processing processes, the speed baking and of course the consumption and I have to say that we now have an additional offering in Oelde, which is exciting and unique. BUSHI is a concept, thought through from A to Z and an experience from Z to A. If you don't like that, you can't help it. So from now on: Are you still cooking, Oelde – or are you already BUSHI?
