Delicious food and friendly, attentive service. The rooms are comfortably furnished. Many dishes feature regional ingredients. The only downside is the parking situation. If the few spaces next to the restaurant are full, it becomes difficult.

There's Christmas beer. The venison was very good.

The food is delicious and the staff is very polite and attentive. We won't be going back to the Grüner Baum, and that's solely because of the owner. Her treatment of her staff is absolutely unacceptable – her tone is completely inappropriate. Furthermore, if you roll your eyes because you haven't made a reservation for lunch (which isn't required), you definitely won't feel welcome.

The food here is simply delicious, and the prices are fair. The subdued atmosphere in the restaurant allows for pleasant conversation among friends without any restrictions.

Good, home-style cooking: schnitzel, cordon bleu, turkey with vegetables, and chanterelle mushrooms with dumplings. Side dishes such as salad, pancakes, and soup were all very good. Relaxed, even with children.

We always enjoy coming to the green tree. Super delicious food (my roast was fried to perfection) the salt was freshly made and very tasty. The side dish was in a separate bowl. The service is very accommodating. People always ask during the meal whether everything is OK. I also thought it was nice that I was addressed by name at the reception. We'll be back.

Die Speisekarte bietet für jeden etwas (auch vegetarisch und vegan) und nicht nur das, was man ohnehin überall bekommt. Bei vielen Gerichten gibt es auch kleinere Portionen, was gekennzeichnet ist, ebenso die Gerichte, die regional sind. Wir hatten den Wildschweinbraten mit Knödeln und Salat sowie den Zwiebelrostbraten mit Röstkartoffeln und Salat. Beides war genau so, wie gewünscht. Der Braten zart und lecker und der Zwiebelrostbraten auf den Punkt medium well. Es wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass man gerne noch Röstkartoffeln haben könne, wenn man noch möchte und auch zusätzlich Soße zum Braten wurde angeboten, was wir gerne annahmen, weil es so lecker war. Rundum gelungen und ein sehr freundlicher Service. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Cozy, very busy restaurant with very friendly service. Unfortunately we were a bit unlucky that day. The salmon trout was served with fried cauliflower with sweet potato puree. The puree tasted very strongly of cinnamon. The taste didn't match the trout even with the cauliflower. The breaded schnitzel and the spaetzle were very good. Unfortunately the hash browns weren't done. The fresh side salad was excellent.

The Grüner Baum is by far the best German restaurant in the area, including Rutesheim and Leonberg. The food is excellent (especially recommended: Cordon Bleu), the staff is friendly and extremely competent.

The family's favorite restaurant for tens of years

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and unfortunately my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. The staff seemed extremely unfriendly and the bad mood was literally noticeable, which made the entire atmosphere very unpleasant. Additionally, I discovered hair in my food, which is another negative point for me as hygiene should be a top priority in a restaurant. What should be highlighted positively, however, is that the food itself tasted very good and lived up to expectations. The dishes were well prepared and tasty. Another point I would like to make is that children tended to be a nuisance to the staff. Overall, my visit was rather disappointing and I hope the restaurant works on service and cleanliness to increase guest satisfaction.

This is a TOP restaurant with the best honest German cuisine with fair prices. My personal favorite is the Cordon Bleu with salad. Fried golden yellow, ham cheese filling with taste and class. For me one of the best Cordon Bleu in the wider area. Of course, the restaurant can do more than just Cordon Bleu :-). It's great that restaurants like this still exist despite difficult times!

As strangers, we relied on the Google reviews and spontaneously chose this restaurant for a small celebration. What can I say: Very good and friendly service, not a long wait, the food was served at the same time and the food was really tasty! Also recommended are the duck breast and the pepper-crusted fillet. Top!

The food was very good, unfortunately the vegetables were much too hard and unseasoned and there was no fresh cream (prepared spray cream) on the dessert and in the cappuccino. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair-accessible entrance.

Simply always good, the salad plates are crisp, fresh and varied, and have been for years! Small menu, with new and tried and tested dishes, carefully cooked and prepared.

One of my favorite restaurants. Very, very good home cooking at reasonable prices. I can only warmly recommend the onion roast with roasted potatoes, the fillet steak in pepper sauce and the hot raspberries with vanilla ice cream and cream to everyone.

Rundum gelungenes Familientreffen. Der Ablauf war perfekt, auch alle unterschiedlichen Speisen kamen gleichzeitig an den Tisch, was uns freute. Das Lammrückenfilet mit Speckbohnen und Dauphines war von top Qualität und auch perfekt auf den Punkt gebraten. Clever und schmackhaft hier auch die Überbackung mit Picandou. Das Süßkartoffelpüree zur Lachsforelle an Safransauce war ebenfalls sehr lecker und gut abgeschmeckt. Auch der Beilagensalat ist frisch, abwechslungsreich und gut angemacht. Toll, dass es auch eine Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten auf der abwechslungsreichen Karte gibt. Wir alle waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns in der gemütlichen und unterteilten Gaststube sehr wohlgefühlt.

Were there this afternoon at 1 p.m. Although we were (almost) the only ones towards the end, with Ms. Banzhaf and her team you never had the feeling that you should slowly leave this cozy, lovingly furnished guest room. Hospitality is very important here. This also applies to the kitchen team, from whom you don't get "food", but rather a FOOD in the best sense of the word. Quality and execution top. (The Rösti with the Zurich, which was also very successful, was really good). Gladly more often!

If you go hiking around Warmbronn - UNFORTUNATELY - you can't just - briefly - be served a cup of coffee?!...with the argument that it's always been that way - and during meal times - it's definitely not possible (at 6.21 pm!) - not even for a short time.....even though tables were FREE - that's NO SERVICE anymore these days - I work part-time in the catering industry myself... we don't have that kind of guest treatment! - I think - we weren't fine enough - at least this unpleasant feeling was left behind....even though I grew up in Warmbronn!....it's a shame!
