We were looking forward to a lovely evening with the family. When we arrived we were shown the table straight away. The order was taken quite confusingly. Changing dishes a little is only possible with an additional charge of 5 euros, but in my opinion it's cheeky. After about 1 to 1 1/2 hours the starter finally arrived, only some of which tasted good. The main courses didn't taste good at all. The schnitzel was so thin that you had to look for it in the breading, the fried potatoes didn't taste good and the seasoning was completely forgotten. The children's meals were from the freezer. The Kassler was supposed to come with dumplings. You also had to wait a long time for the drinks. So in the end for such prices I would definitely not recommend anything more.

Went there for a family meal and were able to order very quickly BUT the waitress was friendly but very lively and confused. You had to wait a long time for the drinks. There was a lot of confusion in understanding the order. You had to wait 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours for the starters and then it wasn't exactly very tasty. You got a small camembert with salad which had a very strange dressing. The main course came about 30 minutes later. The schnitzel was very thin and had more breading than meat, the chanterelles weren't tasty. The salmon cubes with the pasta were still raw and so on. The children's meals looked and tasted like frozen goods. I also think it's very overpriced for the amount you get. I wouldn't recommend it, but that's my opinion if you still want to try it.

The food was moderate. The smoked pork in a cream sauce (or hollandaise? You couldn't identify it.) was an extraordinary dish... but not in a good way. There were supposed to be dumplings with it, but dumplings were served. The Brussels sprouts were okay. The waiting times are debatable... Waiting 2 hours for the starter is a long time, but you'll have to accept that for a good dish. Unfortunately, there was no talk of a good dish here. The young waitress was nice, the older waitress asked several times about the order we had placed and even completely forgot my drink at the table while the other people at my table were already being served. For anyone who wants to try it: You don't have to try and taste everything. It is not recommended here.

Wir waren zu einem Kurztrip in Bautzen und sind zum Essen hier eingekehrt. Es war eine schöne Erfahrung, freundliche Bedienung, gutes Essen, schneller Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Liebevoll eingerichtete und urige Gaststätte mit familiärem Flair. Die Speisen haben vorzüglich geschmeckt und der Koch ist ein dufter Typ. Klare Empfehlung.

The service is great. The food is ok but unfortunately not anymore

Summary in advance: Too many industrial products on the table. No recommendation. Unfortunately, the spiced meat was really really bad and came from a can. Basically industrial slime gratinated with analogue cheese. That had nothing to do with cooking. I don't go to restaurants for hollandaise from a tetra pack with bitter asparagus during asparagus season. I simply expect more from a season ticket. Schnitzel was good in terms of craftsmanship and taste, but was so flat that it would have fit under the door and was therefore unfortunately very dry. Everything was arranged like it was 40 years ago - okay but rather careless and uncreative. A few decorative herbs on the edge of the plate and over the potatoes as well as an orphaned, undressed lettuce leaf as a side dish. The menu and the ambience reflect the era in which it was fashionable to serve like this. Everything could certainly use a new creative impetus and seems old-fashioned. I also find it unfortunate to spell your own dishes incorrectly. It can happen at Kasseler and is usually not worth mentioning, but here it somehow fits into the unloving overall picture. I generally missed homemade sauces, because that's how you can always tell whether they're cooked properly or just stirred. The service was quick and friendly, but seemed a bit hectic and hectic, which I would rather not have at the table. In defense- there was a lot going on though. The portion size and prices are okay, but looking back I would probably spend €10 more and would rather have a good product on my plate.

Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Essen, einen aufmerksamen Service und viel Spaß! Kurz vor Jahresende war es sehr gut besucht. Das es dann doch so schnell ging hat uns sehr gefreut! Wir wünschen dem Team Karasek noch eine gute Zeit!

Wir sind jedes Jahr zu Weihnachten hier und waren bis jetzt immer begeistert. Sehr gutes Essen, eine höfliche und schnelle Bedienung, sowie eine gemütliche Atmosphäre sorgen garantiert für gute Laune. Sogar der Chef persönlich überzeugt sich vom Wohl der Gäste!

Wir waren heute zum wiederholten Mal da, es war wieder alles wunderbar. Vom netten Service, über das Ambiente bis hin zum hervorragenden Essen. Wir hatten heute die Räuberplatte für zwei und waren begeistert. Von der Bestellung bis zum Servieren dauert es kaum 15 Minuten, da haben wir schon andere Restaurants erlebt wo man bis zu einer Stunde warten muss. 0

Der Name ist Programm. Solide, gutbürgerliche Kost. Ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack und sehr lecker. Flotte, freundliche Bedienung im Räubercharme 😂

Habe mich eigentlich auf Eierragout gefreut, war leider nicht mehr im Angebot. Dafür gab es saisonal paniertes Kürbisschnitzel...super 😋

Volle Punktzahl :-) Wir sind aktuell zu dritt vor Ort und wir sind uns einig, das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich, ein sehr guter Service und die Speisen bieten auch keinen Grund zu klagen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Super Bedienung mit super Essen

Bei unserem Bautzen-Besuch waren wir heute im KARASEK eingekehrt - bzw. bei schönsten Wetter im Außenbereich gesessen - und sehr zufrieden gewesen. Sehr nettes Personal und Gute Küche haben wir kennengelernt ! An Speisen hatten wir das Karasek-Schnitzel und die Roulade (s. Foto) , welche uns voll überzeugten. Die Preise sind für die heutige Zeit normal und für die Qualität der Speisen absolut gerechtfertigt. Großes DANKE nochmal für die gute Bewirtung und bei unserem nächsten Bautzen-Besuch kommen wir gern wieder hier her.

Schöne urige Kneipe mit leckerem Essen. Gute alte Hausmannskost. Nettes Personal. Freundlich und aufmerksam. Einzig die Bierauswahl ist mau. Radeberger, Köstritzer und Budweiser sind einfach zu gewöhnlich. Kann man überall in Deutschland trinken. Da hätte ich mir eher etwas aus der Region gewünscht. Und ja... ich weiß... Radeberger... blaaaaa zu gewöhnlich! Der Rest war aber toll.

Essen war sehr gut. Preis/Leistung auch. Service sehr freundlich. Wer in Bautzen ist, der sollte dort einmal einkehren. Rustikale Gaststätte mit schönen Ambiente.

Es war das 4. Restaurant, das wir in Bautzen besuchten und zugleich das kulinarische Highlight. Wir hatten das Senffleisch und die Panna cotta. Beides superlecker. Gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis und sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Danke dem Karasek-Team.

Sehr freundliches Personal, der Chef ist auch immer zu einen freundlichen Plausch bereit. Das Essen ist immer wieder sehr lecker. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr stimmig. Selbst wenn das Haus mal voll ist behalten alle ihre freundliche Art. In allem ist der Karasek wirklich zu empfehlen.

Super Restaurant.. toller Service, hervorragendes Essen..

unser Tisch war in einer Nische, wo der Staub auf der Heizung bissl eklig war, Personal sehr flott und freundlich, nur das Essen hatte etwas von "billig", ein kl. Salat für 7.20 €- leider kein Foto gemacht - hatte matschige welke Blätter, der den ganzen Salat vermiest hatte. Die Kellnerin sagte auch noch nachdem ich es ihr zeigte, er sei FRISCH, das war dreist und ich hatte keine Lust auf Aufstand, so dass sie mir 2€ auf der Rechnung abzog 😬

Schönes Restaurant, toller Service und leckeres Essen. Hier arbeitet der Chef noch mit, er ist ein Wirbelwind und hat immer einen lockeren Spruch auf der Zunge!!
