Toller Service, sehr nettes Personal. Von der hochwertigen Getränkauswahl über das Ambiente bis hin zum Essen einfach wunderbar. Das Interior erinnert stark an authentische „Bergküche“. Auch der Außenbereich inmitten des „Marktplatzes“ samt Brunnen ist einfach phantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir sind seit Jahren absolut begeistert! Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wird man herzlich empfangen. Der Wirt und das gesamte Service-Team sind außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch – frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Jede Speise war perfekt abgestimmt und man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Auch auf besondere Wünsche wurde unkompliziert und zuvorkommend eingegangen. Ein Restaurant, in dem Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird und das kulinarisch auf höchstem Niveau überzeugt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Lokal uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Tolles Ambiente, ganz ganz netter Service und das beste Backhendl, was ich je gegessen habe (und ich bin Backhendl-Fan;))!

Bin eher zufällig zum essen geblieben. Und was soll ich sagen....Bestes Winerschnitzel seit langem. Dazu kaltes, frisch gezapftes Tegernsee Bier. Komme gerne wieder.

Anlässlich meines Geburtstags waren wir heute zu zweit hier essen. Liebes Fronhof-Team: es war uns ein Fest. Geschmacklich, optisch, menschlich alles einfach perfekt. Schade, dass wir nicht schon früher hier waren. Leider können wir „nur“ 5/5 Punkten geben, ach war das ein perfektes Essen ❤️

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Der Inhaber war uns gegenüber sehr unfreundlich und wir haben uns mit Baby überhaupt nicht willkommen gefühlt. Kinderfreundlichkeit scheint hier leider kein Thema zu sein. Dazu kamen sehr kleine Portionen für vergleichsweise hohe Preise. Schade, denn bei den Preisen hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Service war von Seiten des Inhabers absolut miserabel. Wir wurden herablassend behandelt. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Kein Wort des Abschieds, wortlos das Geld entgegengenommen. Wir kommen nie wieder!

Tip Top! Alles sehr lecker. Guter Service. Ich würde öfters kommen, wenn es nicht so hochpreisig wäre.

Was für ein wunderbarer Abend! Wer echtes Tiroler Flair, gepaart mit hochwertiger Kulinarik sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Ambiente ist eine gelungene Mischung aus traditioneller Holzstube, edlen Details und einer extrem gemütlichen Atmosphäre – wie direkt aus Kitzbühel. Der Chef, das Personal ist unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Essen? Ein Traum! Das Wiener Schnitzel war butterzart und perfekt souffliert, und der Kaiserschmarrn danach war ein absolutes Highlight. Man schmeckt die Qualität der regionalen Zutaten.Ein perfekter Ort für einen besonderen Abend oder um sich nach einem langen Tag zu belohnen. Wir haben heut einen 92 ten Geburtstag mit 3 Generationen im kleinen Kreis gefeiert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! ⛷️🏔️

Wir waren heute das erste Mal dort und hatten einen rundum perfekten Restaurantbesuch. Das Essen war hervorragend und auch der Service war Super. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen! Absolut empfehlenswert. Leider hatte das Helle vom Fass etwas wenig CO2, wofür das Lokal aber nichts kann ;-)

Goose dinner at Frank's in Fronhof – it doesn't get much better than this. Delicious, welcoming, and cozy. That's exactly why we love coming back. 😄

We took advantage of the wonderful "goose service" from Frohnhof. We had goose legs with sauerkraut, absolutely delicious. It came with red cabbage and dumplings. The food was cooked to perfection, very tasty, and superbly packaged for takeaway. It was fantastic for our family to be able to enjoy such a delicious meal at home without much preparation. Almost like having a private chef.

I was here for the first time today and I have to say... incredibly good! I'll definitely be back. The service was very, very good. There was way too much food! Delicious, juicy, the Wiener Schnitzel was top-notch! The goose was very good. The drinks were more than reasonably priced. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended for larger groups as well.

We've heard so many times that the goose dinner at the Fronhof is legendary – and it truly is. Incredibly delicious, a rustic, super-cozy atmosphere (as if you were actually somewhere in Kitzbühel), incredibly friendly and relaxed staff, and a fabulous, expertly prepared goose dinner! The other (appetizers) and desserts (be sure to try the Kaiserschmarren) are also top-notch! An absolute highlight of the pre-Christmas season! If you can manage to snag a table, it's highly recommended! And by the way, it's also great at other times of the year… anyone looking for a rustic yet sophisticated dining experience will be in excellent hands here!

I hadn't been to the Frohnhof in a long time, but even years later it was simply wonderful. My craving for sauerbraten with dumplings and red cabbage was more than satisfied. For dessert, we had the most delicious Kaiserschmarrn, which the three of us enjoyed. Thank you so much to everyone!!

Despite having a reservation, we were seated at the children's table at another table after being greeted with an unfriendly and annoyed "it was just busy at the moment." Meanwhile, we were forced to wait sitting on a wall away from the restaurant. The service was abysmal. An hour after ordering, the appetizer arrived. The loaf of bread mentioned with it was still a roll (for four people). The main course took another 30 minutes to arrive. The salad in the main course was soggy and overseasoned, inedible. Ordering more drinks was an adventure. All in all, "Never again!"

We were here for the first time last Friday and were spontaneously welcomed very warmly with four people. The weather was great, and we were able to sit outside in a prime spot in the sun. The service and food were excellent 👍, and the Tegernseer Hell on tap was truly delicious. The girls had a Pinot Gris and were also very impressed. The best veal schnitzel ever!!!!

Waren kurzfristig zum frühen Abendessen im Fronhof. Der Service war nett , dezent, der offene Wein sauer, 0,1 l 7.50, der 2. Versuch nach Beschwerde war ebenfalls sauer. Habe so etwas noch nie in einem Restaurant dieser Klasse mit prominentem Publikum erlebt. Das Wiener Schnitzel war solide, die Panade wohl hausgemacht. Die Bratkartoffeln viel zu fettig. Habe ich schon besser gegessen. Leider hatte ich später extremes Sodbrennen, ob es vom sauren Wein oder vom eventuell nicht ausgewechseltem Fett kam, konnte ich nicht herausfinden.

The food is fresh and delicious, but also very filling. The portions are also large. However, it was extremely loud, so there was no room for relaxation. What a shame.

The restaurant impresses with its great Alpine flair and the food was also quite good. Unfortunately, the service and the owner are more than unfriendly. The four of us ordered a goose and, as everyone knows, such a meal is quite powerful, so in this case we skipped the starter and bread. This was then snidely commented on by the owner: no starter and not even bread? Well then at least one dessert… The waitress who was responsible for our table came at very short intervals to ask if we would like something fresh, such as lamb's lettuce, before the goose? No, we have already answered this question. Even though we had filled glasses, she kept asking if she could bring something else to drink - it felt a bit like we were at a sales event - generating as much sales as possible. Good service is sometimes a bit reserved and not intrusive. The owner came at some point and asked what we had ordered and a lady from our group replied: Various things, he commented: well the kitchen is happy about that. In this restaurant you get the feeling that as a guest you are actually indifferent, the main thing is that the place is running smoothly.

We had our Christmas dinner in this great restaurant yesterday. My god everything was delicious, just everything. We all really enjoyed the meal and it was just so cozy. The boss and the waitress were very friendly and we felt very comfortable. I would love to add another star on top.

Gestern durften wir einen wunderbaren Abend in diesem Restaurant verbringen. Das Team ist schnell und super freundlich. Die Karte ist klein, aber sehr empfehlenswert. Von diverses Vorspeisen über Kösespätzle und Gans bis zum Kaiserschmarren einfach nur lecker! Kleiner Tip, der Rotwein Empfehlung vom Chef folgen und auf jeden Fall noch einen Absacker bestellen. Best schnitzel in town - we always like to go there

The service was nice, the ambience is really nice. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio isn't right at all. Little offer. Sorry. The warm tomato salad with 6 cherry tomatoes and a mozzarella for 16.5? My food tasted good, it was well prepared, but I felt it was too expensive. The offers of the veg. Dishes were also rather mediocre.

Kleine aber feine Speisekarte. Fuer jeden was dabei. Sehr gute Weinauswahl. Veltins und Tegernseer Bier vom Fass. Steirisches Vitello. Feine Matjesfilets. Kaiserschmarrn. Sehr schoene Atmosphaere. Oeffentliche kostenlose Parkplaetze um die ecke. Service war sehr gut zuvorkommend. Ein gelungener Abend. Freue mich jetzt schon auf die Martinsgans.

Impossible! We were greeted with the words “one moment please.” The owner first had to send a voice message to his tax advisor. Even after that, there was no greeting but another request to wait because he had to serve a table first. We continued to stand around as ordered and not picked up. He came back and said he had to settle accounts first. Another 6 minutes passed when he came back and repeated that he had to settle accounts first. We've really never experienced anything like this before. An impossible behavior. We then left.

You don't want to have guests here. I have never experienced anything so arrogant and rude. There are plenty of other restaurants that are happy to have paying guests.

Not recommendable! If you want to be treated as a second class citizen, this is the place for you.

A true culinary gem in Lanka! The Frohnhof restaurant exceeds all expectations. The bread plate is a revelation in itself. The Wiener Schnitzel and Kaiserschmarren are absolutely delicious. Perfect ambience and friendly service. A must for foodies!

We recently dined at Fronhof and found the service lacking professionalism. While the food was satisfactory, the limited selection of main courses was disappointing. Moreover, the prices were at the high end of the spectrum for what was offered. Unfortunately, the nice atmosphere didn't make up for it; we did not feel treated as guests with the grumpy service.

Easter Monday family dinner, simply great! Great service, fast and friendly service. Little extras for our children at Easter. The food was really very tasty! The best lamb shank for me in years. The meal was almost celebrated in the ambience, so beautiful to look at. Very good address for Austrian cuisine.

Leckeres Essen,flotte Bedienung 1 Stern Abzug für einen Cappuccino,den ich weder bestellt noch getrunken habe, aber bezahlen musste,weil er auf unserem Tisch eingebucht war.

Das Essen war unterer Durchschnitt .... das Kalbsschnitzel war eine Frechheit. Bei einem Preis von 30 Euro bekommt man maximal 100g Kalbfleisch ... der Rest ist ( leckere) Parnade. Die auf der Website zu findene Speisekarte ist nicht mehr aktuell. Die Preise sind nochmal erhöht worden und "günstigere" Gerichte sind ganz aus der Speisekarte verschwunden. Das heißt, der Burger für 19 Euro ist nicht mehr dabei. Auch das Brot vor den Speisen ist nicht mehr für 5 Euro zu bekommen, sondern kostet nun um die 8,50€. Die Bedienung ist freundlich aber wirkt auch nicht sehr interessiert.

Wieder mal super lecker gegessen. Die Gans war soooo super lecker 😋

Guter Gasthof. Der Gastgeber ist eine Nummer für sich, aber man kann ihn handlen. ;) Tegernseer vom Fass entschädigt sowieso für fast alles.

The most perfect restaurant with wonderful food and a warm welcome. Restaurant Fronhof reminds one of the pleasures of dining out. Simple, unassuming, but absolutely charming and worth a visit. The food is excellent and truly showcases classic German cuisine at its best. This is a family run restaurant and I found it lovely to see how the perfect terrace lends itself to family meals, where the kids can play in the square nearby and the parents can linger over a snaps late into the summer evening. I will long to come again ... thank you for a perfect night

Super Ambiente Leckeres Essen Toller Aufenthalt

Hands down one of the best restaurants i have ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is amazing and the food is just exceptional. I live about 1.5 hours away from Meerbusch but as i already said today, i am willing to drive here every evening to be able to enjoy this restaurant that i have discovered on a work trip. It is simply wonderful and i hope many more are going to discover this little piece of ‚heaven on earth‘!! Liebe Grüße an euch, Julia.

29.5.23 Update: Heute nochmal im Fronhof. Super leckeres Seelachsfilet mit Kartoffel-Vogerl-(Feldsalat)Salat, klasse Ochsenbäckchen, in Zweigelt geschmort, mit Kartoffelgratin und Honig-Vanille-Karotten. Sehr, sehr gut! 7.5.23 Das Restaurant Fronhof im alten Ortskern von Meerbusch-Lank punktet schon durch seine Lage. Rustikales Haus mit schöner Außenterrasse. Wir hatten, weil in der Saison, Spargel, und zwar den gelobten Walbecker Spargel. Nun, er war sehr lecker, aber leider viel zu lange gegart, sodass die Stangen schlaff von der Gabel hingen. Ich mag es halt lieber, wenn Spargel etwas Biss hat. Die dazu gereichte Sauce hollandaise war sehr gut, auch die Kartoffeln; der gemischte Schinken ein wenig sparsam. Unsere Freunde hatten Wiener Schnitzel, welches ziemlich gut war. Der Kaiserschmarrn zum Schluss war klasse. Kleine, aber gute Weinkarte, freundliche Bedienung.

Eine Sehr gute Küche!!! Ohne Reservierung wurde uns trotz sehr gut besuchter Terrasse ein schattiger Tisch bereit gestellt. Wir hatten Blattsalat mit Steyrischen Backhendl Sehr empfehlenswert. Bis zum nächstenmal!!!

Ich (mit meiner Familie) hatte das Vergnügen, im Fronhof zu essen, und ich muss sagen, dass es eine fantastische kulinarischen Erfahrungen war. Ich komme von außerhalb und bekam die Empfehlung von einem Freund. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt - von der Atmosphäre über den Service bis hin zu den köstlichen Gerichten. Tolles Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal, wo man sofort bemerkt, hier arbeiten Profis. Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich und wir konnten uns kaum entscheiden. Dies betrifft auf jeden Fall auch die Weinkarte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
