Super nice staff and really beautiful here.

DO NOT order a menu: the portions are smaller here! Or don't go at all! For me the menu price was €50, individually I would have had to pay €57. 1st course chanterelle quiche: was good, but €14 is a rip-off. 2nd course chanterelle soup: was bad because it was porridge. 3rd course roast beef: 3 plates came to the table at the same time. There was only one piece of meat on the menu plate, and two pieces on the other two. The waitress said succinctly: the portions on the menu are always smaller! LOGICAL. 4th course Black Forest Lasagna: was good. One person at the table was unhappy with the amount of hummus in the dish because it wasn't specified on the menu. In return she received the mini dessert of the day, a crème brûlée, for free. Two people had creme brulee. It was some kind of mass in a small bowl WITHOUT a sugar crust, and that's why it was bad again. We paid with vouchers and there was still money left. So the four of us ordered espressos. That was the biggest mistake because almost 45 minutes passed between ordering and bringing it to the table. WITHOUT WORDS Mr. Bundschuh, I don't know exactly what the problem is. You have to pay a lot of money for you as a host and for your cook. You and your cook are just bad!

Everything is right here, the food was delicious, sharing is no problem either, the ceviche tasted like it was in Panama. The ox cheeks were tender as butter, the pasta dish was very well seasoned. The homemade ice cream is a revelation, absolutely amazing! The service was very attentive and friendly ,so thank you very much for the experience! The bread was great too!

We were at the Flackenwerk for the first time last night. The service was simply first class! Absolutely courteous, attentive and always has a friendly smile on his face. Great food, great service, a perfect evening

Beautiful location inside and outside! We were here as part of a company party. The food, especially the various starters were very tasty, the main courses more so at normal level, which the Don't justify the high price! But they were an absolute no-go the “tapas” that were given as a welcome beforehand. These were wonderfully prepared and certainly very tasty. Unfortunately, these were offered openly, on plates, outdoors and were inhabited by countless "shiny metallic" flies! A few simple covers would have prevented 70% of the certainly very tasty snacks from being thrown away - something like that shouldn't happen at the level that you want! Very unfortunate!

An upscale restaurant on the banks of the Main with plenty of space and excellent cuisine. We were here during our vacation and wanted to treat ourselves to something special. Admittedly, the prices are almost at city level, but it's worth it because of the high quality of the food, which is tasteful and visually impressive. I found just under 70 euros for two people with a main course, drinks and dessert not that expensive, as you pay significantly more for this location in Cologne or Berlin. And parking is easier in the small town and even free here on the banks of the Main.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of dining at the Flockenwerk in Ochsenfurt and were thrilled by the quality and taste of the dishes. I chose the prawns as a starter and was immediately impressed. The prawns were perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavour. The sauce served with it complemented the dish perfectly and gave it a pleasant spice. For the main course I chose the beef ribs, which were an absolute highlight. The meat was buttery tender and literally fell off the bone. The seasoning was just right, bringing out the natural flavor of the beef beautifully. Potato flakes were served with it, which matched the dish perfectly and rounded off the culinary experience. The ambience of the Flackenwerk is cozy and inviting, the service attentive and friendly. Overall, my visit was a great experience and I can highly recommend Flackenwerk to anyone looking for first-class cuisine in Ochsenfurt.

Simply delicious and beautiful. The Buratta is a dream. Every forkful is a taste explosion! Burgers just as great and simply special. We were thrilled from start to finish.

Great location and delicious food, been there multiple times. Most of the times very satisfied but unfortunately only until recently. Previously ordered standard dishes from the menu recently visited with guests and had some allergies and veggies to consider, unfrotunately the service did only note half of them it seems. Multiple wrong deliveries and uncomfortable discussions later we received some food. Based on the report I've received from my guests afterwards it seems the allergies have not been considered again. Additionally, after the wrong deliveries of drinks and food they did not even ask for another drink, felt like we were just being ignored now. Overall no pleasant experience from a service perspective.

Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with the overall experience. We loved the ambience, the way it was served and some of the dishes we ordered. Unfortunately we waited a long time for our dishes ( well over an hour from arrival until the first course ordered was served), a drink was forgotten, and in some cases there were no service staff available. The bread salad with the burrata was too vinegar-heavy for us, there was no wild broccoli (except perhaps in the pesto), and there were hardly any pine nuts. For over 20 euros I would have hoped for more here. Too bad, maybe you just had a bad day?

Everything was great, the boss is really nice and attentive! Only lunch at brunch is too spicy for me! It was the same last time. Less is more...I like it when the individual components come into play...

Food, service and ambience simply great

Were there for a company event and I have to say - I couldn't have imagined it better. I've been there privately before and had a very good meal! Other factors became important at the event. Everything is taken care of here and it's delicious too! It's nice that there is such a more upscale cuisine in Ochsenfurt!

Eating in Germany as a vegetarian can be a challenge. Here, we had a caprese salad and vegetable lasagna. Both big and excellent. Highly recommend. They have pizzas as well.

We had a big event at the Flackenwerk. Food, service and ambience top. Buffet was very tasty and well organized. The waiting time was manageable despite the well over 100 guests.

Due to the influx, a reservation is definitely required. The ambience, which is close to the Main, is beautiful and invites you to linger. Except for the dessert, my meals weren't a challenge, but the price was very princely. I've never seen 16€ for the prawns yet. The prices for a Cordon Bleu...you could philosophize about that, but in my opinion it's a bit excessive. The dessert was clever and worth the price due to the way it was presented.

Nice atmosphere, but too expensive for my taste in terms of what is on offer! The prices are understandable in Munich but not in Ochsenfurt! We had a burger (which was good!) and a Cordon Blue... now came the Cordon Bleu (€25.50) and when we cut it we realized that there was neither cheese nor ham in it! Mistakes happen, but the big thing was the portion size...it was about 100 grams of meat...I have to be fair and say that it was taken back without any problem, but I simply feel like I've been taken aback here...And I blame it on the catering industry can judge that very well. Of course everything has become more expensive etc... but that's just cheeky! We're not coming anymore!

In my opinion, Restaurant Flockenwerk is one of the best restaurants in Ochsenfurt, There is incredibly delicious food there. Of course it has its price, but certainly also its quality. The waiters are all very nice and the atmosphere is just great! So highly recommended!

Yesterday we had a very nice girls' evening here. We received a warm welcome and were served very friendly by everyone. The food came quickly and was really good! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back. Thanks to the whole team

We've been to the Flackenwerk several times, but two weeks ago it was the last time. The two stars are for the really cozy atmosphere and the good food. There's nothing wrong with that. As some have already written (boss at Flockenwerk: please read carefully!) the service, especially in this price range, is sometimes subpar and sometimes even an absolute no-go. Every visit so far has been with us I particularly noticed one waitress (named Latoya or something) who always seems to be in a bad mood and doesn't make any secret of it. And: Some sayings should really be avoided when dealing with customers. Dear Latoya (if that is the name), that is absolutely not meant in a bad way, but rather our objective opinion. Maybe you should rethink your attitude towards your job. And if it's not fun, maybe just look elsewhere. And to the boss: Maybe it wouldn't hurt to schedule one or two more employees when the store is full. As of now, we won't be coming back to the flake factory. A pity.

This location is always a real highlight! Great ambience, delicious food, in the summer the relaxing flake beach with chill music. Almost like a little short vacation. Today we treated ourselves to Mother's Day brunch. And just thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks again to the super nice, attentive team for fulfilling my special request ;-) Always happy to come back

We went to Flackenwerk for the first time for Sunday brunch. We were more than impressed by the ambience, the service and of course the diverse and delicious food. We took advantage of the whole time and tried to try everything. We'd love to come back. It was worth it.

great cuisine, great service in a brilliant atmosphere

Basically nothing to complain about, eating there for brunch today was great, only at a price of €40 per person. Could you at least leave the water dispensers standing? If someone wants something else then they can order that too but water should be included in this price - especially since that is tap water anyway.

Thank you for the great evening. The meal was a major culinary highlight. We were a very demanding group, made up of the leading experts in their field. We are a group that offers quality and the highest standards and that is exactly what we want when we go somewhere. The Flockenwerk restaurant met our requirements. The staff proactively advised us (upon request) regarding the choice of food and also responded to demanding special requests. I think we really challenged the kitchen that day, but the kitchen handled it brilliantly. Overall, it was absolutely a well-rounded affair. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back! My personal recommendation are the ox cheeks and the Tafelspitz and the things that aren't on the menu. The selected wines were also very suitable and the lavender liqueur... My recommendation: go, be surprised and enjoy!!! Thank you for remembering this very successful evening.

We went to Flackenwerk for brunch for the first time with a large group (5 adults, 3 children). In terms of furnishings, it looks quite modern. The food from the breakfast buffet was ok, but now nothing special. Afterwards there was soup and then a choice of lunch. The soup was a simple tomato soup, But lunch was good. But if we hadn't noticed it by chance, We would probably still be waiting for it now. Unfortunately there is no "information" that there is now soup or lunch. At the beginning we were asked whether we had ever been there before. I would have hoped for a little more support. The only employee who came by was the nice lady at the table who cleared the plates. If you've been there before, you probably know it better. The prices are generally okay, but the service and support could be significantly better, or even exist at all. So it had more of the impression of an upscale company canteen. The very high volume also contributed to this. Unfortunately, overall it wasn't quite what we had imagined.

Wir waren am Sonntag zum Brunch. Ich war und bin eigentlich immer noch sprachlos über das schlechte Angebot. Es war wirklich sehr wenig Auswahl an guten Speisen. Die Rühreier sind hier aus Pulver zusammen gerührt mit Speckwürfeln aus dem Supermarkt garniert. Kein gebratener Speck! Die Auswahl an Wurst, Schinken und Käse ist geradezu lächerlich. Die Kaffeemaschinen (ganze 2 Stück) sind so langsam dass sich lange Schlangen bilden. Das Mittagessen scheint immer mit einer Tomatensuppe zu beginnen. Wer die nicht mag hat Pech gehabt. Das Essen wird scheinbar von einem externen Anbieter geliefert. Es ist verkocht und mein Lachs war auf gut fränkisch "Pfurtstrocken". Alles in allem für den Preis eine Frechheit. Wir kommen definitiv nicht mehr. Ich schlage hier mal einen Besuch in einem 4 Sterne Hotel in Tschechien vor, dort kann man sich mal anschauen was ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit z.B. frischem Rührei und Speck und einer riesigen Auswahl an Wurst, Schinken und Käse ist. Das ganze für eine Bruchteil des Preises der hier aufgerufen wird.

We had Sunday brunch, absolutely great! Completely sufficient selection, almost nothing went into the lunch buffet. The ambience is really nice with a view of the Main, just all in all very inviting. Only the older lady in service should not be so rude and be a little more relaxed on Sunday. 😉 We'll definitely be back!

Angesichts der vielen positiven Rückmeldungen möchte ich eine differenzierte Bewertung abgeben: Vorspeise "Der Ziegenkäse": Wildkräuter, grüner Spargel und Nusscrunch sehr lecker. Der Granatapfel war leider nicht sichtbar und das Dressing für meinen Geschmack zu Essig lastig. Dies habe ich der Bedienung mitgeteilt, die der Küche eine entsprechende Rückmeldung geben wollte und dies offenbar auch umgesetzt hat: Meine Begleitung hatte in der Folge einen kleinen Salat mit einem ausgewogenerem Dressing - Dank an Service und Küche. Nachdem ich aber ab dem Zeitpunkt der geäußerten Kritik leider von der Bedienung übersehen und insbesondere nicht aktiv nach einem Getränkewunsch bei einem leeren Glas, das beim Auftragen des Hauptgerichts noch auf dem Tisch stand, gefragt wurde, konnte der erste Eindruck leider nicht bestätigt werden. Hauptgericht "Die Burrata": hier hatte ich mir angesichts des Preises mehr Liebe zum Detail erhofft. Die Burrata selbst hätte gerne wärmer als Kühlschrank kalt sein dürfen, Pinienkerne waren nicht leicht zu finden. Dessert "die gesalzene Panna Cotta": leichter Salzgeschmack sehr lecker, die Beeren waren leider nicht frisch, wie ich erwartet hatte, sondern eher "marmeladenartig". Karamell konnte ich leider nicht entdecken.

Whether that justifies the price of a sweet potato...

There is a pleasant amount of space and distance between the guests in the flake factory. The high ceiling and the large rooms, designed with lots of wood and steel, with local works of art create a wonderful ambience that the eye cannot get enough of while relaxing on very comfortable chairs. The “eating out” experience is completed by excellent cuisine that delights the palate, from starter to dessert. Shrimp and pulpo were truly amazing. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Many thanks to the whole team for the lovely evening.

Flaky at work in the Flackenwerk: It was a really great - or should I say "flaky" 😉 evening for us at the Flackenwerk in Ochsenfurt. At first we were thrilled by the unique ambience. We found the noise in the restaurant extremely pleasant. Thanks to the beautiful high ceiling, the noise level was pleasantly low despite the full shop, so you could really have a relaxed conversation. We sat on the gallery right after the entrance and the armchairs also impressed us. You sit really comfortably. These are the best conditions for a lovely evening. Then came the aperitif. We had ordered four pink sartis and they tasted amazing. The greeting from the kitchen consisted of various types of sliced ​​bread with spread - in short: delicious. The pulpo and prawns as starters are highly recommended. But the parfait as dessert was my absolute highlight of the evening. A really nice restaurant with nice and friendly staff, which was still missing in Ochsenfurt.

We had a class reunion with 16 people at the Flackenwerk on Saturday evening. Very nice atmosphere! The waitresses were consistently friendly and fun. I really enjoyed the burger. With Parmesan fries, this time was something different than normal fries. The other dishes also looked very tasty and no one complained that something wasn't tasty. Everything really worked!

We were there for dinner on a Sunday evening. When we arrived, many tables were occupied, but the service staff didn't seem to have much to do. We were greeted politely and shown to our table. But that’s it for the next 20! minutes. Although service staff were busy at the neighboring tables, we were not even asked if we wanted drinks etc. but were completely ignored. Things got better in between, but at the end of the evening it was the same game. Lots of empty glasses and plates were cleared away but we were only asked once if we wanted anything else. Conclusion: In this price range I expect not only good food but also the appropriate service! And unfortunately that wasn't the first time that the service wasn't right.

Because of my celiac disease I have to eat a gluten-free diet and that's not a problem here! The staff is super knowledgeable and there was even gluten-free bread and rolls and extra hummus so that it wasn't contaminated. Just a dream!

We were at the Flockenwerk for the second time last night and are doing our first ever review today because we just want the restaurant and the whole team to praise and thank you. The atmosphere is great and very stylish. The tables are spacious with enough distance from the neighbors. The food is creative and outstanding. It is lovingly prepared and attention is paid to detail. For those of us with a sweet tooth, the dessert deserves special mention. The kitchen even conjures up a scoop of ice cream for a very special dessert. The service is incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. Some others in the service department could take a lesson from this. The boss is genuinely interested in his customers and is not aloof. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire Flockenwerk team. See you soon - we're looking forward to it.

170km drive to end here. Absolutely excellent ambience and food. From soup, to carpaccio, to the main course and dessert, as well as cocktails and homemade lemonade. It was all sensational. PS: you shouldn't leave the restaurant without eating ice cream. Trust me. 😉

A beautiful restaurant with excellent cuisine. We had dinner with 9 people today and everyone was thrilled. I ate a rump steak that was absolutely amazing. The taste is fantastic and the meat is 100 percent on point. There is a very large drinks menu with great wine, beer and everything your heart desires. The staff was very friendly and the boss was really a very likeable, friendly man who really cares about making his guests feel comfortable. So if you can give an overall grade then I would give it a grade of 1. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for everything

Wenn man in Würzburgs Umgebung wirklich richtig gut essen will, dann nimmt man sein Geld in die Hand und geht nicht in alteingesessene, mit mehreren tausend zufriedenstellend-Googlebewerteten Restaurants die sich auf ihren Lorbeeren der Vergangenen Jahre ausruhen und lediglich nur noch als Tourifallen dienen!! Nein - man geht ins Flockenwerk!!! Die tun nicht alles was sie können, die können alles was sie tun!! Das Ambiente ist wundervoll, modern und großzügig, die Tische sind locker gestellt, man hat also nicht das Gefühl, dass man dem Tischnachbarn fast auf dem Schoß sitzt, wie eben die Tourifallen ;) Was das Essen anbelangt: das Flockenwerk ist total Kreativ, jedes Gericht hat teils Komponenten, die man überhaupt nicht kennt oder auf dem Schirm hat, Geschmacksexplosionen im Mund kommen oft vor, aber im Positiven - gut und bedacht wird mit Gewürzen, Kräutern und Nüssen gespielt - sagenhaft. Alle Bestandteile sind bisher immer a point (auf den Punkt gegart) gewesen. Auch Vegetarier oder Veganer kommen auf ihre Kosten, die werden nicht mit irgendwelchen Sachen, die eh auf der Karte vorhanden sind abgespeist, wie es die Tourifallen eben machen ;) Hiermit ein herzlichen Gruß und ein dickes Lob an Corinna und ihrer Crew!! Der Service ist immer gut gelaunt, freundlich, und aufmerksam! Ist das Glas leer, sitzt man nicht lang auf dem trockenen, auch der Wunsch nach etwas zusätzlicher Soße wird einem von den Augen abgelesen. Auch der Chef interessiert sich ehrlich für seine Gäste und macht immer mal eine Stippvisite, ob es jedem gut geht. Für die vielen tollen Abende bedanken wir uns beim gesamten Team, besonders bei der lieben Ute, sie versteht ihr Handwerk als Gastgeberin absolut. Auf viele weitere tolle Abende!!

Was soll ich sagen, wir waren vor einem Jahr zum Abendessen im Flockenwerk und es war großartig. Jetzt haben wir den Sonntagsbrunch ausprobiert und wir sind begeistert. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top. Eine riesen Auswahl beim Frühstück, vier wunderbare Mittagessen und ein toller Nachtisch. Als frischgebackene Mama habe ich sofort mehrere Möglichkeiten gefunden, mein Baby in ruhe ohne lästige Blicke von anderen Gästen zu Stillen. Außerdem ist der Platz im Restaurant sehr großzügig, sodass wir den Kinderwagen mitnehmen konnten, was auch ein großer Vorteil bei einem Säugling ist. Unsere drei jährige Tochter ist ein Wirbelwind und das kann manchmal sehr anstrengend sein, da sie sich in Restaurants nicht frei bewegen kann. Im Flockenwerk war das gesamte Personal freundlich und geduldig mit den Kleinen, auch dadurch war das Brunchen pure Entspannung für uns.

Kuchen war sehr lecker. Komme gerne mal zum Abendessen wieder.

Habe gestern Skrei auf Pilzrisotto gegessen. Das Risotto war grau und breiig, kein Geschmack nach Pilz oder irgendeiner Würze. Analog der Skrei, nur geschmacklos. Zwei weitere Gäste hatte das Lammkarree, bleu gebraten und ungewürzt, lauwarm. Dazu noch mit 38€ überteuert. Insgesamt hatten wir alle keine guten Erfahrungen hier

Wir hatten beide die Lende. Das Essen war gut. Leider waren viel zu wenig Spätzle auf dem Teller. Ohne den Gruss aus der Küche hätten wir wieder hungrig aufstehen müssen. Das kann es ja nicht sein.

Gestern war ich das 1. Mal zum Brunch anlässlich meines Geburtstages hier. Von der Kommunikation im Vorfeld bezüglich der Personenzahl und dem Wunsch nach einer gemeinsamen Tafel bis hin zu den persönlichen Glückwünschen vom Chef Herrn Bundschuh, dem tollen Essen und Service kann ich das Flockenwerk wirklich sehr empfehlen. Wir waren alle sehr begeistert. Es gab ab 12 Uhr eine große Auswahl an warmen Gerichten, das Frühstück zuvor war auch sehr reichhaltig mit verschiedenen Leckereien. Sensationell. Danke für den gelungenen Tag.

Zum Jahreswechsel haben wir ein Silvester-Gala-Dinner im Flockenwerk gebucht. Aus Rothenburg stammend gönnten wir uns ein Hotelzimmer in Ochsenfurt, um gemütlich den Jahreswechsel im Flockenwerk feiern zu können. Um dann aber gegen 23 Uhr erfahren zu müssen, dass das Lokal um 23.30 Uhr schließen würde. Wir fielen aus allen Wolken…. Zur Zeit unserer Buchung und bei allen weiteren Kontakten mit dem Flockenwerk (besonderer Platzwunsch) war nie die Rede davon, dass sie vor Mitternacht schließen würden. Einigen anderen Gästen des Lokals ging es ebenso wie uns. Leider war der Chef, Herr Bundschuh, nicht für uns zu sprechen. Er sei nicht mehr im Hause, was ja auch zu diesem Zeitpunkt stimmen mag. Später sahen wir - uns frierend auf der Terrasse vor dem Lokal aufhaltend und ohne Perspektive für die Nacht - Herrn Bundschuh im Lokal sitzen. Leider verlief ein Gespräch mit der zuständigen Angestellten nicht für uns zufriedenstellend und klärend. Am Ende wurde sie patzig und zeigte uns auf ihren I-Pad irgendeine uns unbekannte Seite im Internet, wo stand, dass sie um 23.30 Uhr schließen würden. Wir hatten über die Plattform „Open Table“ gebucht. Darüber kam niemals eine Information über eine Schließung um 23.30 Uhr und auch bei einem Telefonat mit Flockenwerk wurde nie ein diesbezüglicher Hinweis gegeben. Auch ging niemals eine Information per Mail bei uns ein. Es war sehr enttäuschend für uns. Die Bedienungen waren allerdings sehr freundlich und kompetent. Sie hatten sich ihr gutes Trinkgeld verdient.

Sehr gut geführt. Toiletten im EG waren kurz bis mittelfristig wichtig. Chef sehr nett und Kulant. Sehr schöne Lage.

Begeistert vom letztjährigen Silvester-Event haben wir 2023 wieder einen Tisch ergattern können. Kurz und knapp, Essen wie immer sehr gut. Ein großes Manko gab es aber... Der Ablauf des Menu's war zeitlich relativ hastig. Und das hatte wohl auch einen Grund. Wir bekamen erst um ca. 22.45 Uhr mit, dass das Flockenwerk um 23.30 Uhr schließt und wir anderswo weiter feiern müssen... Für uns war es im Vorhinein nicht offensichtlich, denn sonst hätten wir woanders gefeiert! Selbst wenn wir die Schließung vorher übersehen haben - hätte ich mir beim sonst sehr kommunikationsstarken Betreiber eine kurze Info gewünscht, dass es dieses Jahr anders läuft als beim letztjährigen Silvester Event. Schade! "Wichtig ist das was beim Gegenüber ankommt". Und wir waren leider nicht alleine und haben von mehreren Gästen das gleiche Feedback erhalten.

Wir wollten aufgrund der Empfehlungen das Flockenwerk besuchen. Es ist nicht schlimm, dass am Nachmittag Selbstbedienung ist. Allerdings sollte dann an der Theke auch Jemand zu finden sei . Der Charme des irgendwann auftauchenden Servicepersonals war mehr als übersichtlich! Der Wein in meinen Augen völlig überteuert. Schade…. Schönheit alleine macht nicht attraktiv!

Wir hatten das 5-Gänge-Silvester-Menü gebucht, wie auch schon im Vorjahr, da uns der Ablauf des Abends 2022/23 gut gefallen hatte. Zwischen Menü und dem Anstoßen an Mitternacht gab es damals ein Käsebuffet, was leider max. nur für die Hälfte der Gäste ausreichend gewesen ist. Dies hatte ich freundlich dem Lokal per Email im Dezember 23 geschrieben, worauf man mir antwortete, dass es dieses Jahr gar kein Käsebuffet o. ä. geben wird: Problem gelöst! Auf meinen Hinweis, dass es doch ein recht langer Zeitraum ist, schrieb man mir, dass ich gerne selbst etwas Essbares mitbringen könnte?! Die einzelnen Gänge des Menüs wurden in sehr kurzen Abständen serviert, was im letzten Jahr nicht der Fall war. Entsprechend hatte man nach dem Essen ein Völlegefühl und noch sehr viel Zeit bis Mitternacht. Durch eine heftige Diskussion mit der Kellnerin am Nebentisch erfuhren wir zufällig, dass das Lokal um 23.30 Uhr schließt, worauf weder auf der Website, noch auf Facebook oder Instagram hingewiesen wurde. Einen gemeinsamen Jahreswechsel mit den anderen Gästen konnte man nur vor dem geschlossenen Restaurant ohne Getränke in der Kälte verbringen und anschließend nach Hause fahren. Nun war uns auch klar, warum das Menü im Eiltempo serviert wurde und es keine Käseplatte, Mitternachtssuppe o.ä. gab: damit die Gäste nach dem Menü das Lokal verlassen und man pünktlich um 23.30 Uhr schließen konnte. Den Inhaber, Herrn Bundschuh, konnte man leider nicht sprechen, da sich dieser 'auf den Golfplatz' verabschiedet hatte. Der Unmut über diesen 'Rausschmiss' war an den Nebentischen nicht zu überhören und viele Gäste hätten ihre Buchung storniert, wenn sie gewusst hätten, dass der Abend spätestens um 23.30 Uhr im Lokal beendet ist. Da in den Vorjahren auch bis weit nach Mitternacht dort gefeiert werden könnte, hätte man explizit darauf hinweisen müssen, dass es in diesem Jahr nicht so sein wird! Eine Servicekraft teilte dann mit, dass man bei Buchung über Open table weit unten die Öffnungszeiten hätte lesen können. Wir haben uns mit Gästen unterhalten, die telefonisch gebucht hatten und diese hat man auch nicht darauf hingewiesen dass das Lokal an Silvester um 23.30 Uhr schließt. Fast kommt es einem vor, als hätte man es bewusst vermieden darauf aufmerksam zu machen, da viele Leute dann anderswo den Jahreswechsel verbracht hätten. Das ist keine Art mit Gästen umzugehen.

Wir haben das Silvestermenü gebucht, wie auch im Vorjahr schon und mussten nach dem Menü erfahren, dass das Lokal um 23.30 Uhr schließt! Es wurde bei Telefonaten und Mails im Vorfeld nicht darauf hingewiesen. Viele andere Gäste wussten das ebenfalls nicht und waren sehr verärgert. Auch wurde das 5-Gänge-Menü viel zu schnell aufeinander folgend serviert, was sich natürlich mit der Schließung bereits um 23.30 Uhr erklären lässt. Das Käsebuffet, welches im Vorjahr nach dem Menü und vor dem Jahreswechsel angeboten wurde, gab es gestern gar nicht. Man musste ja die Gäste zügig aus dem Lokal bekommen, damit um 23.30 Uhr geschlossen werden konnte. Sowohl auf der Website des Lokal als auch auf Facebook und Instagram wurde nicht auf diese völlig unpassende Schließungszeit an einem Silvesterabend hingewiesen. Nicht nur wir, auch die Gäste an den Nebentischen hätten unsere Reservierung storniert und anderswo gefeiert, wo man auch nach Mitternacht gemeinsam hätte weiterfeiern können. Das Essen war vorzüglich, der Ablauf des Abends völlig daneben.

Auf dem Nachhauseweg, von einem Stadtbummel mit meiner Tochter, haben wir uns spontan zum Besuch entschlossen. Eigentlich wollten wir nur das Ambiente mit einem Getränk genießen, aber die Speisekarte war zu verlockend. Wir haben es nicht bereut, obwohl wir bereits zum Abend gegessen hatten. Beim nächsten Trip ins schöne Franken planen wir auf jeden Fall den "Vollzeitvariante" im Flockenwerk. Es war toll, macht weiter so. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr geräumig und im Sommer mit einer schönen Terrasse. Wir waren nur zum Cafe (leider nur mit Selbstbedienung). Der Käsekuchen mit und ohne Mandarinen ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Restaurant sehr sauber und wir kommen sicherlich zum Brunch an einem Sonntag wieder.

Wir waren zum Frühstücksbuffet dort. Es gibt ausreichend Auswahl und es schmeckt lecker. Das der Chef persönlich fragt, ob alles gut ist, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Massagesessel sind ein nettes Gadget und wir haben sie selbstverständlich ausprobiert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Tolles Ambiente in einer ehemaligen Lagerhalle bzw. Kartoffelflockenwerk. Direkt am Main gelegen.Wir waren zu Fünft und das Essen war sehr gut, hochwertig und Handwerklich gut gemacht, Portionen angemessen groß und sehr schön Angerichtet. Der Service ist aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich. Was ich persönlich super finde, das Biere aus beiden Brauereien Ochsenfurts angeboten werden und sämtliche Weine aus der näheren Umgebung kommen. Lieber Herr Bundschuh, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war mit meinen beiden Schwestern beim frühstücken.Ich muss sagen,es war toll, sehr freundliches Personal und es hat an nichts gefehlt.Super Frühstück, außer gekochte Eier,die hätte ich erwartet und die habe ich vermisst,sonst top.Wir kommen wieder

Das Essen war sehr lecker! Der Burger war ziemlich gut! Service sehr zuvorkommend. Toiletten sind sehr sauber! Die Nachtische die wir als Auswahl bekommen haben waren unser Highlight! Viele Grüße Joni

Wir haben unsere Weihnachtsfeier im Flockenwerk verbracht und es war einfach perfekt.Beim eintreten ins Restaurant bekommt man große Augen denn das Ambiente lässt auf vieles hoffen. Und was soll ich sagen wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Angefangen beim Service der kommunikativ witzig und stets präsent war, über das hervorragende Essen wo jeder Gang auf den Punkt war, war es ein wunderschöner Abend der nach Wiederholung schreit.

Essen war gut. Die Kurbissuppe echt lecker. Alles gut in prima Atmosphäre.

Es war wieder fantastisch,tolles Ambiente,Chef und Personal supernett und meine Kürbis Ravioli waren einfach nur himmlisch!

Das 4-Gänge-Menü war excellent und stimmt mit Preis und Leistung. Der Chef wirbelt und organisiert leidenschaftlich die gesamte Location mit Witz und Temperament. Die Weinbegleitung ist mit 18 € (4x0,1 ltr.) ausgesprochen günstig und lecker. Deshalb unbedingt zum Menü zu empfehlen. Absolut bequeme Stühle mit Armlehne und ein wunderschönes geschmackvolles Ambiente runden einen lukullischen Abend bei bestem Service ab.

Das Flockenhaus ist eine sehr schöne Location. Man hat am Büfett und an den Tischen genug Platz
