We were very impressed! Very nice people, great service, delicious pizza! Highly recommended!

After our visit to Kiel was a failure and my negative criticism was stopped by the owner, here is the second attempt in Neumünster. First of all, it should be mentioned that the pizza quality is great. As in Kiel, also in Neumünster an absolute recommendation. Long waiting times in Kiel and a loud dining room were a no go for us. Now in Neumünster it was the service that was completely overloaded. Far too many guests arrived at the same time. Great, you're successful, enough with the good but very expensive pizzas. But the service in Neumünster can be greatly expanded. Conclusion: Due to the noise and hectic pace, it wasn't a really nice evening here either. But the food is recommended. Therefore only a conditional recommendation.

It's a large restaurant with very close seating; when it's full, it gets very loud. On a Saturday night, it took 25 minutes for drinks to arrive, and 50 minutes for the food. The pizza is okay, but the flambéing of the Pizza Diavola is questionable, as the toppings burn badly. The pizza is cooked quite dark on the underside, probably on a baking rack or in a conveyor oven, so it's not Neapolitan style, but that's not what they claim. I would have given it 3.5 stars, but they only give full stars.

The pizza is really very good there. Crispy edge and thin base. Very tastefully served. Absolutely friendly and attentive service. The ambience is okay in the main room a bit too dense. I don't really like sitting in the middle, but they always try to fulfill your wish. Always happy to come back there. Great team.

Is above average friendly and has fun at work, which speaks for a great working atmosphere. In terms of taste it was an explosion. We will definitely come back despite the 1.5 hour drive. The pizza is very thin and crispy. Just like a pizza should. Very tasty from the wood-fired oven. We had to wait a very long time. But that was ok, because there was a Great Dane at the table in front of us. This was difficult to fit under the table, so it was in the way. Plus the dog smelled so we were happy to only get our pizza after the guests had left.

Nicely located, the food is reasonable for the price and the service is quite good, basically a recommendation for anyone who wants to spend a nice evening with pizza. Especially at Christmas time of course.

By far the best pizzeria I've ever been to. Even if it costs a little more, the extra charge is really worth it. 5 stars!

The lemonades are very tasty! The food too. The best thing was that they also had gluten-free pasta upon request, which is of course cooked in separate water. The panna cotta was also gluten free. How wonderful for people with celiac disease. Attention: when making lemonades, let them know that they will be served without a straw (noodle) if gluten is a problem.

For this price, the food was well worth it. Huge place. Handmade lemonades are just sirup and water. Decently modern. If you get this menu for two, you’ll get twice the same mixed pizza which is a bit of a shame.

Not the first and certainly not the last visit. As always, the pizza tasted very good. Virginia was a very attentive and courteous waitress who we would like to have as our waitress again next time. This great service contributed to a very pleasant evening despite the full house.

A very customer oriented restaurant. We have on February 13th. Called to book for the next day. Even though they are fully booked, tables were moved for us so that our table could fit. And it was a beautiful place. When ordering, we were addressed directly by our last name by the staff, who also took our order the day before. All orders were to our satisfaction. Food: The pizza was exactly as it should be, airy thin dough, delicious toppings and everything was well seasoned. The starter platter was plentiful, the bread was very fresh and the tiramisu at the end was not too coffee-heavy, really very tasty Service: Even though we didn't reserve a seat, we were welcomed and well served. Ambiance: Was very well maintained and chic. Conclusion: If you've been to the Neumünster outlet and want a really good pizza, this is the right place. The menu for two ended up costing €20 per person, with everyone having their own dessert. Highly recommended.

Dear team, We are deeply disappointed with our order today. My friend ordered a carbonara and received a ridiculously small portion that wouldn't fill even a toddler. I ordered a pizza bruschetta and was fobbed off with a Margherita, which I had to top with rocket and tomatoes. The pizza was paper thin, burnt and had an incredibly fatty crust. The taste was simply inedible. The only positive thing was that the food arrived quickly - but that's the least you can expect. We will definitely never order from you again.

I was impressed with the service. The salad and the pizza were very tasty. The homemade one definitely tastes good. I was very happy with the ambience. A few real plants would complete it completely.

I was disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. Normally there is iced tea but none was available today which was really annoying. When I asked, the waiter seemed overwhelmed and couldn't offer a solution. There seemed to be a general lack of staff, which made the whole atmosphere stressed and disorganized. The food was okay, but the poor service conditions unfortunately overshadowed the visit. First of all, my last visit…

Wir haben im Farina die Nonna meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und wurden nett empfangen mit einem dekorierten Tisch. Das Personal war sehr sehr lieb, hat uns eine Vase für die Blumen gebracht und sogar der Geburtstagskuchen, den wir auf vorherige Frage mitbringen durften, wurde ins Kühlhaus gestellt. Doch nicht nur wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt, auch unser Hund war ein gern gesehener Gast. Eine Schüssel Wasser inklusive ;) Obwohl das Restaurant sehr voll war, ging das bestellen problemlos und auch auf Getränke und das Essen selbst mussten wir nicht lange warten. Beides war, wie man es im Farina di Nonna gewohnt ist, ausgezeichnet! Nachdem der Hauptgang abgeräumt wurde, stellte man uns schon Kuchenteller auf den Tisch und brachte die Geburtstagstorte, inklusive kleinen Feuerwerk. Ich war sehr überrascht und habe mich über diese Geste wirklich sehr gefreut! Für mich bekommt das Farina 5 Sterne fürs Essen und ich würde gerne für den unglaublich lieben, netten und zuvorkommenden Service nochmal zwei Sterne drauf geben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I was very positively surprised by the pizza, great base with long dough. The selection of food is sufficient with additional season tickets. However, one could argue about the price. And no, there is no cream in a carbonara!

Service was very good. Very friendly. Food was ok, but only had a "normal" pizza. The drink in the picture (sorry forgot the name) was very tasty. Bread and an aperitif were served at the beginning, and after the meal we even offered dessert on the house (if I understood that correctly?). But we didn't accept this because our bellies were already very full. The toilets are bright and clean. Overall, I'd love to come back here.

Super chic restaurant. You will be greeted personally at the entrance and shown to your table. There is bread and a small drink on the house. Very friendly staff. The pizza is simply great. Finally there was Bailys with ice cream on the house. Unfortunately we live 1 hour away from this great restaurant, but we will still come back.

The food in the restaurant is only recommended, but you shouldn't order here. You get a cold basic pizza with the toppings delivered separately and then you have to heat it up and top it yourself. I was very disappointed, this is not my understanding of ordering food and was not apparent on the website beforehand.

Food is good for a delivery service but bad for a restaurant here. For the third time, drivers were unable to give change on a €50 note. In addition, the plastic packaging regularly melts during delivery, making it impossible to open without a knife. I don't even want to start talking about the carbonara, you can just eat spaghetti with scrambled eggs. Conclusion: Any supplier that is only intended for money laundering does a better job at delivering than this one.

The restaurant extends over stylish 3 floors, but the volume alone when the house is full spoils the ambience just a little bit.😉 But we give an absolute recommendation!😄

What a successful concept, staff extremely polite, the atmosphere is definitely successful. The food was absolutely perfect. This was definitely the best pizza I've ever had. Fresh homemade bread with chili oil was served as a starter. There were 4 of us and we got our food at the same time. We'll definitely be back 👍👍👍

Yesterday we were very disappointed for the third time in a row. The food is good, yesterday it was actually very good, there is no criticism. But the service was terribly bad for the third time in a row. We had made a reservation and were ignored at the entrance for 15 minutes because apparently no one was responsible for allocating tables. This has been the case on all visits so far. The waiters are all very, very nice, but if you don't order drinks and food together, you will be forgotten. We had to wait a long time before we could even order our food, there was no bread, we didn't get any cutlery and had to ask several times. It's virtually impossible to order dessert every time we visit, as they brought us the menu but then forgot about us again. Nobody seems to feel responsible when you raise your arm or wave. The last two times we went without dessert and paid at the entrance because no one could be called to cashier. And it wasn't just our table that felt like this. Unfortunately, the really good food doesn't make up for it.

We've been here several times and unfortunately we're a bit torn. The restaurant itself is okay and the food is tasty, but it simply lacks the heart of an Italian nonna that is promised to the guest with the name of the restaurant. The antipasti are rather average. The generously portioned pizza has some good ingredients on it, but Grana Padano as a topping? Barely Italian, but borderline. What is definitely not a bit nonna and also not at all Italian is, for example, the carbonara with cream sauce, ham, egg and bacon or the Hawaiian pizza. Real Italians would rather die or throw guests out before something like this is served. In my opinion, carbonara shouldn't be called that at all. The tiramisu also has a hefty price, but the ladyfingers haven't seen a drop of espresso, so it's more like a children's tiramisu. Service and ambience are good. However, if you look at the overall picture and put it in relation to Italian restaurants in a similar price range in Hamburg, there is simply too much room for improvement. Personally, I have the impression that there is enough potential for 4-5 stars, but it is not yet being fully exploited.

Will definitely eat there again. 2024: The food was again excellent, the service excellent. This time I had the Papadelle Bolognese. Restrictions regarding allergies were taken into account. The Virgin Solero cocktail was very tasty, the mango lemonade was fruity, but too sweet for me personally. The only deduction is because of the drinking straws. Reusable drinking straws are used, but they have seen better days. Conclusion: I would like to eat there again.
