I had a reservation for December 6th (St. Nicholas Day), and the restaurant was incredibly busy. Despite the noticeable hustle and bustle, the atmosphere was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The service was simply outstanding – attentive, quick, and always relaxed and courteous. They really took care of us, even though it was understandably very busy. It's precisely these kinds of employees who make all the difference! I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service. The food was superb, the atmosphere very pleasant, and we felt completely at ease. A big thank you for this wonderful evening! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.

Thursday night, On our way to Berlin we ate here with the family. It is three floors with tables around the stairs, very cozy. Super crispy pizza, best we had ever had. Two pasta dishes the kids had were also very tasty. Erol who was our waiter, recommended their homemade drinks which were great. Thank him for his kindness. Saturday night on the way home we wanted to eat their super delicious pizzas again. Unfortunately all three floors were completely full. The space is an experience even as you ascend to the top floors. Different levels, exotic table arrangements, seating areas everywhere, romantic sofa landscapes. Stylish ambiance, tasteful decorations, pleasant lighting, even on the top floor. Despite the crowd, the acoustics were great; it never got too loud. The quality of the menu is top-notch. The pizzas are delicious, though, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. What might be important for some of you to know: they offer gluten-free pasta.

We were there on Saturday evening shortly before 9 p.m. Although the kitchen officially closes at 9 p.m., a young waitress immediately and kindly informed us and even quickly let the kitchen know that we still wanted to order. This alone demonstrated how attentive and warm the service is here. The children's special requests were accommodated without hesitation, and we felt in good hands from the very beginning. We were served fresh, warm bread and an incredibly delicious chili oil at our table. The food arrived very quickly, was freshly prepared, and tasted excellent. The pizzas, in particular, were a real highlight. We usually visit the branch in Kiel, but this evening in Neumünster was also highly recommended. The service was outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Even when we were the last guests, the lead waiter in the red shirt calmly assured us that we could take our time because the team would be busy cleaning up anyway. Great hospitality!
