Das Gyros war leider von der Fleisch Qualität sowie vom Geschmack / Würzung nicht sehr überzeugend. Das Personal war freundlich, schnell und das Restaurant ist auch soweit recht gemütlich.

Achtung, ich kann alle Leute nur warnen, hier nach 21:30 Uhr essen zu gehen. Man wird hier leider sehr brüsk abgewiesen mit dem Verweis, dass die Kirche bereits kalt sei. Geht lieber beim Italiener nebenan essen. Hier gibt ansonsten sehr leckeres Essen in sehr großen Portionen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut ansonsten ist das Personal schnell und freundlich und insbesondere im Sommer kann man auf der Terrasse schön sitzen. Durch entsprechende Glaswände bekommt man auch nicht so viel von dem Straßenlärm mit.

Ich war im letzten Monat 2x dort geschäftlich zum Mittagstisch. Das Lokal ist sehr gut besucht, es geht schnell und das Essen ist authentisch und lecker. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Ich werde wieder hingehen. Danke!

Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, lediglich der vordere Sitzbereich im Halb-freien ist etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bringt auf jeden Fall Hunger mit; die Portionen sind üppig und der großartige Geschmack lädt zum aufessen ein.

Zuerst einmal das Positive vorweg: Nach der Bestellung hat es weniger als zehn Minuten gedauert, bis das Essen auf dem Tisch war. Die Portion war groß genug. Die Pommes waren frisch und heiß. Der Salatteller setzte sich aus einen Löffel Kraut und eingeleger Möhren aus dem Einer zusammen. Zudem ein paar große Salatblätter mit einem Löffel Salatsauce. Lieblos zusamnengeklatscht. Geschmacklich war der Hausteller nicht herausragend. Das Fleisch war insgesamt sehr "bissfest". Das Gyros war teilweise zäh aber teilweise noch roh. Das verdirbt natürlich die Lust am Essen. Die Bedienung darauf angesprochen kam nichts weiter als Schulterzucken und das Angebot einen Ouzo aufs Haus zu trinken. Für mich insgesamt kein herausragendes Restaurant was ich auch nicht zwei Mal besuchen werde. Beim Verlassen des Restaurants muss man auch noch durch den Raucher-Wintergarten beziehungsweise Terrassenbereich den die Raucher nutzen, was sehr unangenehm ist.

Gyros mit Pommes und Salat: Gyros total trocken. Salat bestand aus zwei bis drei Bälttern grünen Salat mit Karotten- und Weißkrautsalat. Pommes zu weich und nicht cross. Tzaiziki—Portion winzig ( etwa ein Kaffelöffel voll)

Große Liebe zum Detail und freundlicher Gastgeber. Ich hatte den Fischkorb, der sehr schön angerichtet ist, aber für diejenigen, die gerne Gewürze essen, vielleicht etwas leer ist.

Das Restaurant war einfach hervorragend! Wir waren geschäftlich in der Stadt – unsere Gruppe bestand aus 50 Personen. Der ursprünglich geplante Veranstaltungsort bot keinen Platz für uns, aber dieses Restaurant hat uns trotz der großen Gruppe problemlos untergebracht. Sie öffneten extra einen Raum für uns, und alles war im Handumdrehen organisiert: Die Tische wurden gedeckt, die Getränke serviert und das Essen zubereitet. Der Service war exzellent – ​​die Getränke und das Essen, insbesondere das Fleisch, waren einfach köstlich. Das Kellner- und Barteam hat einen fantastischen Job gemacht; wir mussten auf nichts warten. Vielen Dank auch an das Personal, das extra für uns länger geblieben ist. Das Festessen war perfekt, sogar außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Beste Bifteki ever!! Vorspeise lecker, Salat wunderbar geschmeckt also wirklich lecker, ich musste das gesagt haben. Nachteil: es hat bisschen gedauert bis das Abendessen kam, aber egal, es hat sich am Ende das Warten gelohnt!

Sehr vorteilhaftes Preis Leistungsverhältnis der Soeisen und Getränke. Auswahl orientiert sich sehr an dem typischen Kanon griechischer Speisen, aber genau deshalb geht man ja auch hin. Der Service ist angenehm unaufgeregt und gut.

Super griechisches lokal.Preis Leistung ist sehr gut und Geschmacklich sehr zu empfehlen. Schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Ein richtiger Geheimtipp wenn man in Mannheim ist. Wir kommen definitiv wieder wenn wir in Mannheim sind.

Ein absolut fantastischer Ort! Wir bestellten den typischen Käse als Vorspeise und Bifteki als Hauptgericht – wirklich hervorragende Qualität. Auch der Rotwein war sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We had gyros, and everything was delicious, and the plate portions were very good. The fries were crispy, the gyros tender, and the tzatziki delicious. The only point deducted was the cute tzatziki portion on the plate, which was a good teaspoon. For €17.80, I would have expected a larger portion. This meant we had to order an extra portion of tzatziki for €7.90, but it was also good. The small salad to start with was quite nice, but not convincing, as it wasn't really Greek, and the white cabbage had too much vinegar. We would still go back if we're ever in Mannheim again.

The restaurant opened at 6pm and we were even allowed to come in 15 minutes earlier. The service was super attentive and the food came quickly and was really delicious.

Once again, we're at our favorite Greek restaurant for dinner. With 28 degrees Celsius, the terrace is a perfect spot! We've already tried most of the dishes (the menu is extensive). The meat is tender and juicy, the fries are very crispy, and the portions are large and filling. The waiters are always friendly and in a good mood, and the food arrives quickly! We're often invited by the staff or the chef for coffee, ouzo, a drink, and sometimes even dessert. We feel at home here... Thank you for your hospitality, keep it up!!! A bit of a disappointing experience. Don't get me wrong. The service was good. Friendly staff. However, the food and ambiance were just not up to par. The food (meat/fries) was dry and incredibly salty, even for someone who doesn't eat a low-sodium diet. Not recommended. The price was okay, but even that wasn't commensurate with the food.

I was there recently with friends on a holiday, and we were very dissatisfied. The food wasn't particularly great, but the problem was the service. Apparently, they close early on holidays, but no one told us. In fact, we ordered another round of drinks—afternoon without being asked if we wanted dessert—only to find out we only had 20 minutes to finish them and leave. When we asked again, the server didn't apologize but instead pressured us. We asked for to-go cups, but they didn't have any. So we ended up paying for drinks we couldn't even finish. Service like that ruins everything.

There were five of us. The service was excellent. Extremely attentive, fast, and very friendly. We ordered, among other things, an appetizer platter and a grill for two people. The dishes were delicious. We finished with a glass of ouzo on the house. We'd love to come back :)

The reception and service during the meal was good. Unfortunately, I didn't like the broken wooden slats on the benches and I generally missed a bit of Greek flair. Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment for my taste and I personally wouldn't order the dish again. (Souflakia) Since I'm only here for a course, there probably won't be a second chance.

The food wasn't bad, but in the words of a friend: "...not bad, awwer mer never go hi". Meat was good, but cooked incorrectly despite ordering correctly. The vegetarian skewer...well, you shouldn't eat it at a Greek restaurant (some tzatziki with it wouldn't have been bad). The stuffed eggplant...boring.

We had a total of 4 people out for dinner today for our son's birthday. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. But unfortunately my wife paid at the counter and then you don't get ouzo on the house. At the table next door we had ouzo on the house. We don't feel like second-class citizens, so one star less and he won't see us anymore. And that for €155. Well, that's how it is.

This was a great spot for a meal. The dining room had a nice atmosphere, the server was friendly, and the food was excellent. The menu is mostly lamb, which they do really well. I had a lamb skewer, a rump steak, and a sirloin skewer (Special #131) all cooked perfectly. Each cut was cooked to perfection, retaining its natural juiciness and depth of flavor. The french fries were crisp, and the mixed salad was fresh. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. I’d definitely come back.

Das Restaurant war wenig besucht was aber vermutlich eher daran lag dass wir am 02. Januar da waren und auf den Straßen allgemein wenig los war. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sonderwünsche beim Essen wurden ohne Probleme erfüllt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und erstaunlich preisgünstig. Wir können das Restaurant weiter empfehlen.

Nice rustic ambience. Top service and the food tasted excellent. I ordered the grill platter. It was plentiful and recommended. I was very full of it. The only thing that wasn't so pleasant was getting into the restaurant through the smoky outside tent. Not as a non-smoker so pleasant.

Bin das dritte Mal beim EPIRUS essen und bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Freundlichkeit ,hilfsbereit und das Ambiente ist einfach toll. Das Essen ,es ist schon lange her das ich so gut Griechisch gegessen habe ,das Fleisch schön zart und das Giros sehr gut. Die stecken das Giros Spieß selber frisch das schmeckt auch. Wenn Mann in Mannheim ist und Lust auf Griechisch essen hat kann ich das EPIRUS nur weiter empfehlen.

Nice atmosphere, friendly service. The carrots and salad dressing in the side salad were not for me. The pre-cooked schnitzel on the grill plate was served quickly, but was neither cooked through nor hot. There was an ouzo on the house for that. Gyros was delicious.

Stopped by by chance and didn't regret it - would be happy to come back any time, gyro plate etc - meat was bomb!

It wasn't my last time with this Greek guy. I wasn't very hungry so I ordered a leaf salad with grilled octopus skewers. The salad was wonderfully pulled into small pieces and had a great dressing. The fresh white bread could have been baked, but that's just a minor point.

Ambiance, service and food were great 👍🏻unfortunately a little little tzatziki for the large portion of fries and gyros. We reordered and the friendly, attentive waiter immediately brought a plate of delicious tzatziki. On the bill it was almost 8 €, but for the otherwise really fair prices, we found that very excessive. Therefore a ⭐ deduction. I got an espresso on the house because I don't like Uzo, which I thought was great. If I'm in Mannheim again, I'll definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Very nice welcome, friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious and in Greek style. The menu is very extensive and everyone can choose something. Prices moderate. At the end, a nice refreshment. Maybe the Greek atmosphere was a bit lacking, Greek music in the background would have been welcome.

The menu reads well and the dishes also look promising. Unfortunately I have to say the quality of the meat is rather inferior. I had salad with beef and couldn't eat the meat. It's a shame ☹️ also the red wine 🍷 House wine was inedible and tasted like it was already 3 weeks old. The service was great and very nice. I was there with a group.

We were there with a larger group. I had a Greek salad with feta cheese. However, you had to look for the cheese. Most had meat dishes with lots of fries. Overall I don't recommend it.

Gute griechische Küche, lecker reichlich Auswahl vegetarische wie auch nicht Vegetarier Ambiente, angenehm freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist gut. Preisleistung stimmt empfehlenswert. Meiner Meinung nach ist der Hausgrillteller von jedem etwas dabei. Der Gyros ist auch sehr lecker fein gewürzt nicht über gewürzt und auch schön saftig Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

The octopus was very tasty 😋 the gyro was a bit too dry and the dollop of zatziki was really a bit small. The waitress at the beginning took the drink order incorrectly due to the language barrier. It is important to make a reservation early as it quickly becomes full even during the week and there is no parking space at the restaurant.

The restaurant is fabulous! I ate here for the first time with my family today and we thought it was fantastic. My children were very satisfied, as were my wife and I. I work in the catering industry myself and can only recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Essen war eine 7,8 von 10. Das Ambiente könnte man etwas modernisieren. Aber gerne wieder :)

Wir waren zur Weihnachtsfeier hier mit Buffetessen und leider war es in jeglicher Hinsicht eher durchschnittlich: das Essen war bestenfalls okay (Fleisch zu trocken, zu wenig Brot zu den Aufstrichen, etc.), die Kellner waren alle recht angespannt und leicht genervt vom Eindruck her und das sehr rustikale so gar nicht griechische Ambiente hat auch unrund gewirkt. Eine Empfehlung kann ich leider nicht aussprechen - da gibt es in Mannheim reihenweise bessere griechische Restaurants.

Das Essen kam leider auf einer kalten Warmhalteplatte. Bei einem Grillteller leider nicht gut... der Reis war zu trocken...

Ein griechisches Restaurant was ohne weiblichen Service war. Das Essen war normal, die Bedienung freundlich und alles wie es sein soll. Es liegt nah dem Mercure Hotel.

Wir waren in Mannheim wegen der BUGA 23 und am ersten Abend haben wir spontan bei dem Griechen angerufen und noch eine Tisch bekommen. Wir haben im Vorfeld uns die Beurteilungen hier durchgelesen und sind ebenso angetan wie auch die anderen vor uns. Das Restaurant ist gut zu finden. Parken kann man im Umfeld gut und überall, ebenso ist es gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erreichen. Ambiente ist nicht modern , aber auch nicht alt , dafür gemütlich. Wir haben alles verschiedene Speisen gehabt ( 4 Personen ) und auch auf Änderungswünsche wurde eingegangen. Alles in allem haben wir 100 Euro für 4 Personen inklusive Getränke bezahlt. Einen Ouzo als ABsacker. Alle waren Pappsatt und wenn wir in Mannheim mal wieder sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Alles Super, Essen lecker wie immer, Service gut und professionell und preislich noch gut in diese Zeit wo sehr viele Gastronomen viel zu viel drauf geschlagen haben. Wir kommen wieder. Familie Cassano

Ich hatte Gyros mit Metaxasauce mit einem Vorspeisesalat und als Beilage Pommes. Das Fleisch mit der Sauce waren sehr gut. Die Pommes waren vertrocknet und der Beilagensalat war auch nicht lobenswert. Die beiden letztgenannten Beilagen sollte man für ein gutes Restaurant wirklich besser hinkriegen.
