Great food and pleasant portions. Everything is there for young and old. Ambience is very nice.

It was my first time here in almost thirty years and I was quite pleasantly surprised. At first glance, apart from the new interior, not much had changed, although it did have a nostalgic charm. It's a sports restaurant... The staff was a bit taciturn, but by no means unfriendly - on the contrary. We found the service to be quick and attentive, even though we still had a larger event to handle. The food was very appetizing and tasted good (that's always subjective). Prices are definitely fair for city conditions. You get exactly what you expect from a good sports restaurant. The next visit will certainly not take thirty years. Thank you very much!

The DJK Karlsruhe Ost clubhouse is located near the BBBank Wildparkstadion. The entrance area seemed a bit run down, so the first impression wasn't that inviting. Service: The gentleman in service was calm and has probably been doing the job for a few years. I wouldn't have noticed him as particularly friendly or negative. Everything is very functional, but I can live with that. You can put together your own side salad from a small buffet. Food and drinks came without a long wait. - 3/5 Eat: That day I had the “Men’s Style Pork Medallions”. According to the menu, the medallions are baked with a pepper cream sauce, Edam cheese, fried potatoes and salad from the buffet. The taste was generally okay, but I couldn't find the cream sauce. It was just gratinated and peppercorns under the cheese. It's a shame because I like eating cream sauce. The fried potatoes were great. Overall, the food wasn't a highlight for me. - 3/5 Price-performance ratio: The prices in the DJK Ost restaurant are still absolutely fair. I have no idea how they manage to do that in the current situation in the catering industry. My meal cost €16.90, plus a 0.75l bottle of water for €3.50. - 4/5 Conclusion: You can still eat very cheaply here and the quality is good too. Unfortunately my dish that day wasn't as hoped as the cream sauce couldn't be found. - 3/5

Delicious food, great value for money, nice service, cozy atmosphere. Everything you would expect from a sports restaurant. Gladly again.

We had a funeral service here. The food was OK

Today the salad was just bad. Almost only green salad, eggs were completely missing. It was actually better. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to the salad.

All in all a lovely successful day with very good cuisine, clean and well maintained, staff very friendly
