Unfortunately, my lamb was completely overcooked and burnt. The green beans that accompanied it didn't go well with it at all. The meat was so overcooked that I had a stomach ache for two days. The ambiance and service were excellent. Otherwise, I'd unfortunately have to give the food one star. It happens... but not on two visits with such a disappointment. What a shame.

The food tastes very good! The service is really friendly and creates a pleasant atmosphere at the table. The restaurant is also very nice and traditionally decorated. The wait times were quite short, even when it was full.

I visited this Greek restaurant and I have to say, it was a truly amazing experience! I tried the gyro with Metaxa, and it was simply fantastic – tender meat, perfectly seasoned, and with a wonderfully aromatic sauce. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back! The flavors were authentically Greek; you almost feel like you're on vacation in Greece. The portions are generous, and the prices are absolutely fair.

First of all, my companion's meal was delicious. I can't say the same about the baked gyro with mushrooms in Metaxa sauce. The top layer of the gyro was hard and chewy, tasted leathery, and there wasn't a single mushroom in the dish. When I told the server, he said he'd tell the chef. I felt like he didn't understand me. When I was paying, I mentioned the missing mushrooms to the waitress again, who simply said that everything was homemade and that I'd just received a spoonful with fewer mushrooms. Even repeating the missing component (honestly, I don't even know which mushrooms it should have been!!) just made her shrug her shoulders... I was/am very, very disappointed... I'd love to see a guest who only has mushrooms on their spoon and no gyro....;-)

The terrace alone is always worth a visit, especially in summer. But they don't take reservations. If it's full, you're out of luck. But otherwise, it's great.

Nach diesem Besuch können wir nur Sagen Grottenschlecht die gesamten Speisen , auch die Präsentation der Speisen . Da wir einen Gutschein von 50 € hatten sagte uns der Junge Schnösel von Chef in einem derart frechen ton , dass er diesen nicht annimmt da er uns hier noch nie gesehen Hätte ! Wir einigten uns dann auf 25 € .

Hello, I was here today for the first and last time. The staff was friendly, but when I go to a Greek restaurant I would like to eat Greek food such as gyros. I had NR.59 (Naki plate) the skewer wasn't cooked through and I looked for the gyros on the plate, maybe a tablespoon full, but there were a lot of beans, I don't understand why they take up so much space. And then there's the music, which wasn't necessarily playing in the background, and somehow everything was mixed up. Well for me it's not Greek. Sorry, I imagine something different.

We have been regular guests at “Griechen am Main” for many years. The food and service are always great and we feel very comfortable. Especially in summer, the terrace invites you to linger, but the indoor seating is also comfortable. For us, definitely the best Greek in Aschaffenburg. Clear recommendation!

A true gem of Greek cuisine! From the moment we entered the restaurant we felt like we were on a little trip to Greece. The atmosphere is authentic and cozy, the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. The food? Simply sensational! Every dish was a delight - from the fresh meze to the perfectly grilled fish to the delicious grilled plates. We will definitely come back - absolute recommendation.

Best service ever! The nice man who served us for the second time is a machine! A master of his craft! After we shared our concerns and details with the waitress, and had already written them down in the reservation book, we were refused a reservation in the outdoor area... there is no reservation (table for just two people at 6:30 p.m.) on the terrace possible!!! Yes, of course, in summer temperatures I definitely want to dine indoors!!! Tzatziki by no means homemade, bread not good, possibly baked cheap goods, meat not really good. Fries mediocre, vegetables lukewarm. Too bad. I know that better. Has the chef changed? Or do you want to earn more without performance? My point of view. They could do it better. Boss? Never seen before...

We ate at this great restaurant during a shore leave in Aschaffenburg. It was a happy coincidence. Although we only tried starters, we were very pleasantly surprised. The main courses are certainly very good too. We'll test that another time. We'll definitely be willing to take the half-hour drive by car!

Früher ein richtig toller Grieche, heute leider eine Katastrophe. Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen zu viert als Familie hier und kommen garantiert nicht wieder. Die Hälfte der Speisen war ungenießbar, eines sogar verdorben. Das meiste ist nicht mehr selbst gemacht und wenn dann nicht mehr gut. Service absolut hektisch und nicht sonderlich freundlich.

Unfriendly service. Seems oppressive because you haven't ordered much, even though there are still plenty of free tables. The order is ordered twice within 5 minutes because a waitress appeared for the second time and already knew about the order but emphasized whether we wanted something to eat.

It's been several weeks since our visit here and I deliberately let some time pass before I rate it so as not to be unfair. But even a few weeks later nothing has changed for me: it was by far the worst meal I've ever been served anywhere. We had several starters, all of which were relatively safe convenience food, i.e. ready-made products. You could see it 100% in the Saganaki, but unfortunately the others also tasted it. Sorry, but I don't eat that kind of thing at home and I don't want to have something like that served to me without being informed in advance. That's a disgrace. The gratinated Greek pasta was at least homemade (at some point, because it was cold in the middle), but it was overcooked and tasteless. In general: There are so many dishes on the menu that you simply can't get in restaurants in Greece. I deliberately avoided them and then there wasn't much left - the result was as follows. In short: Maybe the meat dishes or the fries are okay. I really can't explain otherwise how this restaurant can survive.

We went to the shop after a nice walk in beautiful Aschaffenburg. As Greeks, we wanted to eat something closer to home... Unfortunately, starting with the most classic Greek dish, the village salad, we were disappointed. Not at all cold vegetables, poor quality, when they should at least be cool since it's a salad, with cheese that wasn't feta and more than enough vinegar. minimal oil.. We also ordered a portion of gyros and souvlaki which were satisfactory, but the truth is that I have never seen in an authentic Greek restaurant that they serve souvlaki with beans. Conclusion: The staff was friendly but the quality of the food needs improvement especially if you know Greek food

Группа сотрудников 25человек,приняли у нас заказы,прождали около получаса и потом нам сказали,что у них проблема с грилем и нужно, что-то другое заказать.Заказали рыбку сардину и кальмаров,принесли сардину,безвкусная,пресная,без соли жареная и не чищенная от внутриностей,на вкус горькая.В итоге три часа ждали ,чтобы наконец -то и последний сотрудник получил свой заказ.Сервис не организован.

I ate in this restaurant for the first time today with two other people. I'm overwhelmed, this Greek restaurant is by far the best I've eaten at so far. There used to be more for the money. Otherwise you can't fault anything. The beer garden on the Main with the grapes has something special.

We celebrated our granddaughter's communion there at the weekend and it tasted wonderful. The starters were served in small bowls and the main courses were also plentiful and good.
