This Indian Restaurant is even better than the famous "Curry Culture" or "Maharaja" in Singapore. It is for sure the best in all of Germany. All the dishes are totally fresh and with fantastic taste. We will surely go there again. A clear recommendation! Reservation recommended as it is usually full. Edit 2022 : it is not only the best Indian restaurant in Germany, but the best of all Europe, and I have tried Indian restaurants in so many countries. Yummy Yummy Yummy! Deserving at least 7 stars, not 5. 2025 update : still the BEST!

I'd never eaten Indian food before and had practically no expectations. As a newcomer, it was difficult for me to judge the price. I came to the conclusion that it was definitely worth it. The lishi, in particular, was delicious. The staff was also very attentive and readily available whenever I needed anything. It was certainly interesting to try something new. I can absolutely recommend this restaurant.

A wonderfully authentic and heartwarming experience! We visited Restaurant Dhaba in Landshut and were genuinely impressed by both the food and the hospitality. We ordered their veg thali, which came with a delicious variety of sabzis and dal, each with its own distinct flavour. The portions were huge too; the thali could easily be shared between two people, making it great value for money. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. They were offering complimentary chocolates to guests, which was such a thoughtful and unique touch, it really set them apart from other restaurants. The thali also included chutney and achar, something you rarely find in Indian restaurants in Germany, and it added so much authenticity to the meal. If you’re in Landshut and craving genuine Indian flavours served with warmth, Restaurant Dhaba is a must-visit! 🌶️🍽️❤️

We've eaten at Dhaba Restaurant several times, and each time the service has been incredibly friendly and attentive. The food has always been absolutely delicious, so we highly recommend it. The restaurant itself is also beautifully and authentically decorated – a truly comfortable place to eat.

We had a reservation for Saturday evening. We were informed that our table would only be available for 1.5 hours. We had a very good meal. All four of us at the table enjoyed our food. The service was really friendly and attentive. In my opinion, the ambiance is too bright. Less lighting would be better. The value for money is very good. The location in the city center is central.

Started with Mango lassi, Later ordered Fish pakora, Tandoori chicken, Butter chicken, Kadai Paneer ,Butter naan, Garlic naan and finally ended up with a delicious Kulfi 🤤 We personally liked combination of Garlic naan and Butter chicken so much. Upon entering, we received an unfriendly welcome with the message: "You can only eat until 7:30 p.m., then you must leave." Neither online nor during the reservation was there any indication of a time limit – this seems unwelcoming and creates an unpleasant feeling right from the start. The chairs are very small and uncomfortable, the air throughout the restaurant is stuffy, and the music was significantly too loud, making normal conversation almost impossible. The entire interior looks old and worn, which also detracts from the feel-good factor. On the positive side, the food is impressive in terms of taste (grade 2). The service at the table was also better than at reception, although overall not particularly attentive – I'm used to a much higher standard here. In conclusion: Good cuisine is no longer enough without ambiance and hospitality. With a little more emphasis on comfort, atmosphere, and respectful treatment of guests, this restaurant could fare significantly better.

I don't understand all the positive reviews. The meat (duck and lamb) was dry and tough. The carpet had seen its best years ago. The furnishings and decor are dated and tasteless. The waiter was friendly.
