Delicious food, super friendly service, we were allowed to bring our dog in and he immediately got a bowl of water. The mixed platters were very tasty and offered an above-average amount of food, especially meat. Highly recommended.

We were able to celebrate my mother's birthday there last weekend. The tables were beautifully set and the menu was delicious. This is exactly how I imagine Greek cuisine should be. The service was always attentive and friendly. The gift from the owners was also incredibly thoughtful: a homemade cake. Thank you for a wonderful evening filled with Greek hospitality.

We went to a Greek restaurant with colleagues – overall, very good! The restaurant's decor is a bit dated, but the food was excellent: fresh, plentiful, and absolutely delicious. Friendly service – we'd gladly go again.

We were guests for dinner. The service was very friendly, and our special requests for seating were accommodated. For starters, we had stuffed vine leaves and chicken soup. The vine leaves were very tasty. The soup itself was also good, although I personally found the rice portion to be mediocre. I was aware that rice can often be found in Greek soups, but the menu didn't mention it, so I didn't ask any further questions. That was my mistake, but a note on the menu would have been nice. For the main course, we had a platter of gyros, souvlaki, and minced meat, as well as just souvlaki skewers. We enjoyed the food; the meat was decent and the tzatziki was delicious. However, the rice portion was very small. The price wasn't cheap. Overall, we were satisfied. However, the above points don't allow for more than 4 stars.

We had reserved a table that was already occupied by a large family. Our specific table reservation was simply ignored. We ended up sitting at the next table and could barely hold a conversation during the meal because it was getting louder and louder at that table. The food was okay, except for one dish where the wild rice wasn't fully cooked. The vegetable stir-fry was very limited for the price, with only a few different vegetables, mainly carrots and onions. The value for money wasn't right for us. By the end of our meal, it was so loud at the next table that conversation was impossible.

We stayed in Rhens, on the other side of the Rhine. The journey by bus and train was definitely worth it. The food was excellent, and the service was friendly. Reservations are recommended.

Our evening at the Delphi Restaurant was simply fantastic! The food was authentic and incredibly delicious, the drinks were perfectly paired, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Special mention goes to the owner, whose warm personality made the evening unforgettable. As a special highlight, our friend even had a small cake with a candle for his birthday, and the team sang a Happy Birthday song. Grieks eten zo we in Nederland jammer genoeg te weinig meer hebben! Ondanks het feit dat alle tafels bezet waren ( moesten even wachten ) super snelle bediening en het eten helemaal top! Echt Grieks!

We were at the "Delphi" on June 25th. We were seated on the terrace shortly after opening at 5:30 p.m. At that time, there were few customers in the restaurant. We ordered, and after 45 minutes, the waitress (with long black hair) informed us that a dish we had ordered was unavailable. We placed a new order. Another 30 minutes later, our food was placed in the hatch with a ring. No waitress around. But the flies had eaten our food. After 10 minutes (!), our food was brought to us; it was lukewarm. While we were eating, other guests arrived who wanted to move to another table when the waitress brought their drinks. The waitress's face spoke volumes! The cleaning cloth flew onto the first table of these guests. The waitress was rude. This waitress was already completely annoyed less than two hours after the restaurant had opened. We then wanted to pay and asked the waitress several times over a period of about 30 minutes to collect our money. No response. Then suddenly, this waitress stood in front of my 86-year-old mother and yelled at her, "What is it?" After my mother announced that we wanted to pay, the waitress yelled at my mother again, "Yes! Yes! Yes!" and walked away. We were shocked by the cheeky and impertinent behavior of this waitress with the long black hair. No one came to take the cash. We then went to the counter and wanted to pay. The manager had obviously already noticed the "game" and wanted to buy us our food as an apology. We are not for sale and paid the bill. At the same time, the waitress with the long black hair behind the counter yelled again. This person should have been "calmed down" by the restaurant management. Anyone who behaves like this after only about two hours is mentally unsuitable for this job. I have never experienced anything like this before. We will report this incident to our family, friends, and business colleagues. A restaurant that can't control its staff probably has other deficiencies as well. Never again Delphi!

Eigentlich der beste Grieche in der Region. Immer frische Gerichte mit viel Liebe und traditionell angerichtet. Frische & Qualität ist der Anspruch dieses professionellen Gastronomie-Betriebes. Our visit to "Dephi": We sat on the terrace, ordered, waited 45 minutes, the waitress suddenly announced that the dish was unavailable, reordered, waited another 30 minutes, and our food sat at the hatch for about 10 minutes without being served. Then the food finally arrived, but we were attacked by a horde of bluebottles. During the meal, there was constant loud barking from the kitchen. The waitress was extremely annoyed. After our meal, we approached the waitress several times, asking if we could pay. We were ignored each time. Then suddenly, the waitress (with long black hair) approached my 86-year-old mother-in-law, leaned down, stared straight into her eyes, and yelled, "What is it?" The old lady was startled and replied politely, "I'd like to pay, please." The waitress then screamed in her face, "Yes! Yes! Yes!" and rushed off. We were stunned. Another 10 minutes passed without us being "allowed" to pay. We got up and went into the restaurant. The owner apologized for the waitress's rude behavior and offered to buy us our food as compensation. We declined, paid, and left. Inside the restaurant, there was loud yelling and shouting between the owner and the waitress. Conclusion: The worst restaurant experience we've ever had. You'll be treated more kindly at any ordinary snack bar. Never again!

We were there for lunch. Absolutely delicious! We haven't had such good Greek food in a long time. Large portions, fair prices – highly recommended. And a great chef, too!

We were there with our regular group, between 20 and 25 people. The service was absolutely perfect! We never had to wait long for our ordered drinks or food. We all ate at the same time, and no one had to wait. It's rare to see something so smooth. Your Quad Crew ♥️

We wanted to go out for a nice meal today for our wedding anniversary... unfortunately the order took a long time to arrive. Dessert didn't come at all, but it was still on the bill. You had to say several times that you wanted to pay. Unfortunately it was very disappointing!

When we entered we waited to be helped. When other guests entered they were helped and we were ignored. Only when we spoke to an employee we were brought to a table. We ordered a bottle of wine. Unfortunately it was empty, it can happen. Unfortunately that was only mentioned after 10 minutes when we had already ordered the food. We got another (nice) wine. My partner got a starter. After a while I asked where my starter was. It turned out it was empty but they had forgotten to mention this. I got the card to order another starter. Before I could order this and when my partner's starter was only just finished the main courses arrived. Explaining that you could still order a starter does not help. So we had no option and ate the main course. I just did not feel like having a "nice" dessert anymore. The atmosphere was ruined for that. My partner ordered a Metaxa Gran Reserva. We heard at the bar that it was a 7 star Metaxa. We asked this again but was told that it was the Gran Reserva. We did not believe this and when we got the bill (after being eaten in 40 minutes). It turned out that it was the 7 star variant. First not helped. No starter. Very quickly eaten. Lied about what we were served. The food that we did get was tasty but never again for us. It seemed as if we were not welcome and had to leave quickly.

Lying about type metaxa. Absurd service. Main course is brought when your starter is still eating. Partner did not get a starter at all despite ordering one. Ordered a bottle of wine but this restaurant will eat you within an hour...

I'm from Düsseldorf, and I have to say: I haven't found such a delicious Greek restaurant there yet! The food was simply amazing – I had gyros with pork liver. The liver was perfectly grilled and incredibly tasty, and the gyros was beautifully spicy and crispy. I felt completely at home, and The service was also great: very friendly and attentive waiters. I'd definitely come back!

The dishes were all delicious, very well seasoned and generously portioned, so that my wife couldn't finish everything and was able to take the rest home with her. We went to the restaurant yesterday and didn't make a reservation. The place was full, but we waited about 10 minutes and got a seat. Even though you could see how busy the staff were, they were very, very friendly and still in the mood for a joke. The food was excellent, especially the pepperoni, and ouzo was also included on the house!

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder hatten am Sonntag den 29.12.2024 einen Tisch telefonisch für 18:00 Uhr reserviert. Das Restaurant hat zwei Bereiche. Eingangsbereich mit Theke und Tischen und ein großer Raum. Wir wurden zu unserem Platz im großen Raum, in der Mitte an einen Wandtisch begleitet. Das Restaurant war zu dieser Zeit etwa dreiviertel belegt. Wir bekamen unsere Speisekarten und konnten direkt die Getränkebestellung aufgeben, die wir auch kurzer Zeit später erhielten. Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich, aber ein paar Gerichte waren untypisch für die griechische Küche. Eine Vorspeise wurde bestellt, Bruschetta Feta. Diese kam zwar schön angerichtet auf französischen Weißbrot. Hier hätte ich mir Dakos gewünscht aus der landesüblichen Küche. Auf zwei Gerichte will ich näher eingehen: - Lachsfilet mit Zitronensauce, Rosmarinkartoffeln und Salat - Lammfleisch (Lammhaxe) mit Kritharaki und Käse überbacken mit gemischten Salat (Umbestellung auf Bauernsalat) Das Lachsfilet war kaum wieder zu erkennen. Es war so lange gebraten bis es dunkelbraun und völlig trocken war. Die Ofenkartoffeln waren in Ordnung und der Beilagensalat wie üblich. Die Lammhaxe als auch die Kritharaki (griechische Nudeln) schwammen in einer Öl Sud, der benutze Käse zum überbacken (wahrscheinlich Gouda) war nicht Feta (Schafs-und oder Ziegenkäse). Das Haxen Fleisch war gut, leider war aber die große Menge an Öl Sud und auch der verwendete Käse eigentlich das einzige was geschmacklich durchkam. Der Bauernsalat war wie gebräuchlich, machte aber einen bedauernswerten und lieblosen Eindruck. Fazit: Von einem griechischen Restaurant das es seit 44 Jahren gibt, hätte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet. Außerdem mussten wir von der Getränkebestellung, einer Vorspeise insgesamt eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten (das war eindeutig zu lange). Gegen 19:00 Uhr war das Restaurant voll belegt und sehr laut, da es keine Raumtrenner gibt. Der Service war in Ordnung wie auch die Toiletten. Parkmöglichkeiten hat das Restaurant keine.

The Delphi restaurant is really cool! The food is delicious and the people there are really nice. The atmosphere is cozy and you immediately feel at home. I can only recommend it!

Food was perfect. Had pork loin with fries and Bernaise sauce. The shop was very busy, which made it seem a bit uncomfortable, but the host made up for it with good service. I think it can be more comfortable here on a non-holiday.

Das Essen ist immer sehr gut, Lammfilet schön medium, Gyros superknusprig und leckerer Krautsalat, keine langen Wartezeiten, aber etwas was man selten erlebt die junge weibliche Bedienung, der nichts zuviel ist, immer lächelt, Kissen für meine Mutter holt und uns eine Parkmöglichkeit gezeigt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The only small point of criticism is the lack of parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant. However, you can always find parking spaces in the surrounding area. Had dinner at Delphi yesterday. Service was very, very friendly and attentive. We had a fish platter for two people, which was rich and extremely tasty. The terrace is quite close to the train line, but is still tolerable. When we're around again, we become repeat offenders.

Zag er prima uit. Half uurtje op terras gezeten met hoog oplopende ruzie in de keuken tussen man en vrouw. Uiteindelijk weggegaan omdat hond bang begon te worden.

On the occasion of my 60th birthday, we reserved a table for 6 people on the terrace. Unfortunately our table was still occupied and we had to wait a few minutes. During this time we even got a drink on the house. Our starters and our main course came very quickly. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and filling. The boss apologized to us several times that we had to wait a while and brought us two more rounds on the house. After paying, I also received a bottle of wine for my birthday. We can only recommend this Greek. If we are in the area again, we will stop there again.

Dopo molti locali "fusion" e una vacanza a Creta siamo entrati in questo ristorante.Personale gentilissimo, la terrazza carina pulita......un ottima birra e cominciamo.Un antipasto misto con bruschetta(ottima) Taramas e Tzatziki cremosi e gustosissimi....a francoforte e Creta molto ma molto peggio. Un misto caldo/freddo tutto veramente buono.Avevamo ordinato Octopus e calamari alla griglia.La cameriera ci dice che purtroppo l'octopus era finito.Ma questo ci salva,perche' le porzioni erano cosi' abbondanti ed eravamo già' sazi.Ma i calamari erano straordinari croccanti senza olio residuo e all'interno tenerissimi.Sara' un piacere tornare.....buon appetito

Because of the temperatures we sat inside. The service was super friendly, attentive and loving. There was something for everyone during the meal and even the fact that a child “only” wanted pita was not a problem or viewed negatively. On the contrary, we were looked after throughout.
