Very tasty food and nice staff! :)

It was our first time there and unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. The reserved table for 2 people was right by the toilet door and right by the bar. The food and drinks we ordered were super delicious. But, we sat for 10 minutes with empty plates and glasses and no one came to clear them up. We actually wanted to order dessert and something to drink. Because no one came, we paid straight away and even when we told the waiter he didn't react in any way. Very unfortunate.

Yesterday we went to Habanero for the first time - thanks to Schlemmerblock. The restaurant is very comfortably furnished :-) We ordered a starter (shrimp and salad) and main courses (burrito and rollado). Everything was fresh and the main courses were very well filled. The service was also attentive and responded to requests.

‏ was absolutely thrilled with her fajitas. The Meat was very tasty and succulently fried, along with the fried vegetables and their special sauces - it made a really good combination. ‏Their Zombie cocktail was also delicious, and the rum flavor was pleasantly mild. ‏The Habanero Restaurant is one of those restaurants that I always like to go to. The food, service and staff were truly excellent. I highly recommend it to you too.

Super. Simply very good food and good service

We ordered a cold starter, 2 main courses and, in addition to drinks, a small portion of spaghetti (without sauce) for our 2-year-old son. Judging by the taste, the olives, pepperoni, coleslaw and soft cheese were of poor quality and probably came from a discount store. The main courses were better, but too dry and nothing special in terms of taste; the accompanying leaf salad was only drizzled with a thin, sweet dressing. If you look at the high prices, then the price-performance ratio is simply not right. What was really annoying, however, was that they charged us 6 euros for the spaghetti. According to the boss, half of the adult price is always charged for children's portions. Apparently they had forgotten to estimate 12 euros for pure spaghetti in the menu. After I spoke to the boss after the meal and expressed my dissatisfaction, he showed no understanding whatsoever. It simply didn't matter to him whether we as customers were satisfied or not and whether we would come back. It's a shame that some restaurateurs have forgotten what's really important in this profession and are shamelessly lining their own pockets. The only bright spot was the friendly and attentive service staff.

Super nice service...If there was a misunderstanding with the order, the "too much" order was canceled immediately. That wasn't a given - so many thanks to the team...we'll definitely be back!!!

Unfortunately, the expensive cocktails hardly contain any alcohol, so they don't taste as good as they should. The pizza wasn't quite cooked through and the service was too pushy. Don't have to go there anymore 🤷

It's very nice to sit outside. We ordered rollados á la chef, which were very tasty. We like coming here. Service is also great. Above all, it's great that you can also use the gourmet block here. We had a lovely evening. Cocktails are good too!

We've been here twice now. I love Mexican cuisine and that's why I love second chances. It was OK. But nothing more. The second time I even got the wrong dish and not even an apology. Then it took another 20 minutes until I got my food. My companion had already finished her food because it was getting cold quickly. In general, the young woman who served us was unfriendly and inexperienced. The atmosphere is nice and has a lot of potential. A pity...

Overall a bit disappointing, but just OK. Positive: - Delicious cocktails (especially Frozen Daiquiri) - Interior ambience quite atmospheric - Food looks great Negative: - Service is haphazard to disinterested, and not very fast. Twice we forgot things, a vegetarian dish suddenly had meat, and in the end we laughed it all off as a matter of course. In the meantime, it was more important to practice booty shaking with another person than to do the service work. - Unfortunately, the food is extremely bland. It's a shame because the roller blinds look really tasty - but they don't taste like anything. Pizza was also very underwhelming and resembled a ready-made pizza. - You sit outside on a street with cars squeezing past in the immediate vicinity. Bottom line: It's purely suitable for drinking cocktails, but not so much for eating out.

The taste of the food was really good. The Portions were too small and the prices for water were 7,60 Euro compared to a cocktail for 8,00 Euro. Not understandable. The service person was new and sometimes unsure, but really friendly and nice.

We were there with 4 people and tried everything possible. Food and drink have been great for more than 20 years.

Good food, great quality, you'll be full, drinks are great. Price absolutely ok 👌 the seating outside is a bit cramped, but everything else is great. Service was good and friendly. Parking options are rather manageable as they are directly in the pedestrian zone

The Schlemmerblock brought us here for the first time... but certainly not the last time. Great location as a restaurant and bar, beautiful wall painting and decoration, competent, friendly staff and very tasty food. We had carne de vaca and fajitas with prawns. Great served in cast iron pans with delicious sauces and tortillas. We would like to come again.

We often ate at Habanero, unfortunately this will be our last visit for now. You can't complain about the taste, although you can of course eat better Mexican food elsewhere, the food at Habanero is still delicious. Unfortunately I can't understand the price increases, I'm the last person who doesn't understand good quality or the current financial situation, but I paid almost 20 (!!!) euros for tacos... 3 small tacos came with a few Lettuce leaves as decoration. Unfortunately, I don't think the price/price for hard shells with some minced meat filling is justified at all.

Unfortunately disappointing, ingredients seem fresh but processed rather cheap products. If I order prawns for just under €13, I at least expect the intestines of the shellfish to be removed. The side salad was bland and just plain boring.

The restaurant can be found in the middle of the old town of Zwingenberg. The dishes were delicious, the service was ok.

A really great shop! Of the tapas, we definitely recommend the prawns in garlic chili sauce!! Wow what a taste explosion! The garlic bread with tomato sauce is also really tasty! Drinks and service are great and you can sit outside. The point deduction is for the homemade bread, which was really not good. There are a thousand better varieties!

We were here yesterday with 4 people and had reserved a table either inside or outside. The choice of platform was uncomplicated. It's a very nice bar and restaurant, very cozy. The service was courteous and nice. The food here is tasty and beautifully prepared. The cocktails are well mixed and very tasty. A taxi was also called for us in the evening upon request. We felt very well looked after and would love to come back.

Great restaurant with nice staff.

We made a reservation online at short notice and were called back. We were asked if we already knew the location. We said no, but mentioned that we wanted to eat there. The assigned table was definitely far too small for this. We couldn't set up plates and had to eat our chosen fajitas from the pan and stack the dips and crumpets. The small round tables facing the toilets are definitely not designed for this! After dinner I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea. The way it was prepared was completely unknown to me (my favorite cocktail). I also mentioned this to service. That's just how it's prepared there. Unfortunately I didn't like it either. Despite all this, the service team was great, very hard-working and super friendly.

Unfortunately the additionally spicy order was mixed up. I hadn't seen anything on the menu that would cost an extra €1.30 if requested. Vegetables and chicken were quite al dente. Portion much smaller than expected (enchiladas)

Very good food, the beef strips were super tender in the Arroz con Vaca. It's actually only slightly hot, rather spicy, but very tasty. Relatively full, you should reserve.

Service and ambience are really great! It's a cozy location and perfect for a cocktail evening. I think the prices are a little too high and unfortunately the food isn't really a hit..:( The taste and quality reminds me of the food from the “Enchilada” chain. All dishes were served within 10 minutes, which is certainly good for people, but freshly cooked simply takes longer. Conclusion: We'll happily come back for a cocktail, but less likely to eat.

The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. However, the drinks were a no-go, almost 10 euros for a cocktail that only consisted of foam and the Caipirinha was only ice. In just a few sips, both drinks were empty. For this price you should get more than just foam and/or ice.

The food was really nice but could have been a little warmer. The bar and restaurant looked nice and cozy.

According to the menu, the chicken in the roll was actually supposed to be grilled, but unfortunately it was only “as cooked” and had a very bad aftertaste. It's a shame, I was hoping for more.

The food had no taste at all...the appetizer we ordered wasn't brought...you had to ask several times for drinks...that was the same when paying...The service was actually total with 2 at the counter and 2 for the small dining room overstaffed...but if 50% of the staff are constantly smoking...that won't work.

It was our first time eating here with Schlemmerblock, but certainly not the last time. Nice atmosphere, competent staff and very tasty food. They take allergies into consideration and are very flexible in the kitchen. Food was tasty and the portion was decent. Parking in the corner is a bit tricky, but otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

Essen war sehr lecker, schönes Ambiente gute Auswahl auf der Speisekarte. Getränkekarte ist auch gut bestückt. Alles was das Herz begehrt,

Wir gehen öfters ins habanero und sind immer sehr zufrieden.

Man nimmt sich immer vor beim nächsten Mal was anderes zu bestellen und greift dann doch wieder zum Altbekannten - einfach weil es so super gut schmeckt! Die Rolladas sind immer ein Traum. Da ich weizenfrei esse, hab ich jetzt schon zwei Mal selbst gekaufte Wraps mitgebracht (originalverpackt) und hab die verarbeiten lassen. Das ging immer problemlos - also top Service! Danke dafür! Cocktails hab ich standardmäßig Planters Punch, Zombie oder Mai Tai - auch immer super lecker! Das einzige Manko ist für mich der Platz im Innenbereich. Es ist je nach Tischlage etwas eng, da schaut man aber gerne drüber hinweg.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Klar, in der aktuellen Zeit ist Essen gehen nirgends mehr günstig - aber die Preise empfinden wir persönlich nicht überteuert. Wir kommen gerne mal mit dem Schlemmerblock vorbei, so kann man etwas sparen. :) Der Service ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Wir waren mit Hund da, was netterweise bei der Platzwahl berücksichtigt wurde (ruhigerer Tisch mit Abstand zum Nachbartisch, damit sich der Hund gut hinlegen kann). Unsere Bedienung hat zudem jedes Mal, wenn er an unseren Tisch kam, aufgepasst, wo unser Hund gerade sitzt, damit er nicht versehentlich auf ihn tritt. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und auch das Restaurant schön gestaltet. Einziger Abzug fürs Ambiente lässt sich dadurch begründen, dass ich es etwas kalt in den Räumlichkeiten fand - das ist aber mein persönliches Empfinden, zudem war es ein kalter Tag.

Die südamerikanisch inspirierte Location verleiht dem Ambiente einen lockeren Touch. Die Bedienung ist außerordentlich freundlich und trägt zu einer angenehmen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre bei. Die Auswahl an Tapas ist klasse und die Cocktails sind nicht nur lecker, sondern auch kreativ zubereitet. Alles in allem bietet die Location eine gelungene Mischung aus Atmosphäre, freundlichem Service, köstlichen Speisen und Getränken – und das zu einem fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Super Location, ungezwungen und super lecker. Tolle Auswahl an Getränken und Essen. Parkplatzsituation aufgrund der Altstadtlage etwas angespannt, aber es ist im Umkreis immer ein Parkplatz zu finden

Schönes, kleines Restaurant in Zwingenberg. Wir sind über den Schlemmerblock drauf gestoßen. Ich empfehle eine vorherige Reservierung. Der Laden war proppevoll. Kleiner Nachteil; es war ziemlich eng und laut im Gastraum. Eine Unterhaltung nur schwerlich möglich, da auch noch, für mein Verständnis, zu laute Musik lief. Das Essen war wirklich super. Dazu wurden leckere Cocktails angeboten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr motivierten und aufmerksamen Bedienungen, die die Bestellungen schnell und korrekt auslieferten. Bis auf die Geräuschkulisse und evtl. die Platzverhältnisse, mit denen ich aber kein wirkliches Problem hatte, war alles super. Wir sehen uns ganz bestimmt wieder.

Sehr lecker Essen tolles Ambiente, einzig ein Vorschlag etwas gegen die Lautstärke machen, es ist wenn es voll ist extrem laut. Deckendämmung??. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Essen, Gastgeber, Service top.
