We were staying in the hotel with several colleagues because there was a trade fair taking place. We had breakfast there and also had dinner once (buffet). All breakfast foods were really fresh and delicious. You could have an omelet conjured up or try out other dishes. I found the “butter machine” interesting. The buffet in the evening was also very varied. We recommend. The staff was friendly.

Poor quality food and poor service. I had a Cesar salad outdoors bit service was really poor and cesar salad turned out to be just lettuce with shrimps (I asked for no cheese). The German white wine I had with it was at best at mediocre quality and was served too late.

Always a pleasure to go to breakfast when in the area. All you can eat buffet. The Chef who will cook fresh eggs it is must. I just love his eggs with cheese in the form of a roll. Clean, super atmosphere, good food!

Was there for breakfast. The rooms are very attractive and clean. You sit comfortably on the chairs. The service is attentive and friendly. The buffet is very rich and beautifully presented. You get everything you need and it tastes great.

Le personnel est charmant et disponible mais le charme ne fait pas tout. La cuisine n’est pas bonne parce que pas bien faite, le buffet offre du poisson insipide sur une sauce indéfinissable, les beignets de pommes ont oublié d’être des beignets et ainsi de suite. A volonté certes, mais où s’arrête la volonté : prendre un café. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est sur la même ligne, mais sauvé par un cuisinier qui prépare vos œufs de manière exemplaire.

I was able to enjoy a wonderful, first-class and unforgettable rib eye steak here, which I won't forget in a hurry, it was perfectly prepared. The waitress Aileen was very, very nice and damn attentive, something like that isn't a given these days.

At the entrance a sign ‘please wait here to be seated’. After 5 minutes and still no one showing up me and four others who were waiting before me, walked in. I was seated, then it took another 8 minutes before someone came to take the order (please note - it was not busy). The order arrives, incomplete. Drink missing, on a positive note - she was friendly. Food was very mediocre at best, with a burger that was tasteless and a mini portion of (non fresh) fries. Prices of drinks are absurd. 9,60 for a bottle of water. When trying to pay the terminal ran out of battery so had to wait ten minutes before it became functional again. Unfortunately the type of restaurant you dread to go to when travelling. Only go when you have no choice.

Outrageous given the price range. Pasta cooked so soft that it falls apart in your mouth. Fish tasteless. Salad with ready-made dressing and everything tastes warmed up and kept warm. Pooh!

The quality of the breakfast food is just unmatched! Coffee is perfect too, the only thing is.. when i went to get some juice from the machine.. it didn’t work:( but I’m sure they already fixed it.. Totally recommend this cozy restaurant! 🔝

Restaurant Classico is located within Maritim Dusseldorf airport hotel. At my visit it was the only restaurant open on the premises. They offered buffet and al a carte. I opted for the latter. Very limited menu, perhaps due to covid. Mostly pub grub. Descent 200 gram burger and freshly fried fries. Service was quick

Das Frühstück war wegen Corona nicht wie gewohnt. Maritim hat sonst eine tolle Auswahl. Den traditionellen Sekt zum Frühstück gibt es trotzdem. Im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten werden auch spezielle Wünsche erfüllt. ( Diabetiker, Laktose)

Since i arrived one day earlier to the Airport. I stayed ar the Maritim Hotel. I asked if it was ok to sit down and have a beer. Yes but only outside cause inside was just for the eating guests. I asked if i have to to go the bathroom do i have to go to my hotel room and we both start 😆 I got free peanuts by the way

Good breakfast options. Always appreciated : a chef cooks right in front of you. They even have fresh butter machines, which I had never seen.

Завтрак был плохим и очень дорогим, из соков были представлены соки и напитки из автоматов плохого качества, салаты тоже ужасные на вид и есть их совершенно не хотелось. Выкладки сыров, колбас и других мясных полуфабрикатов не было. Было впечатление, что их "вытряхнули" на тарелки из пластиковых упаковок, что совершенно недопустимо в таком отеле. Обслуживающий персонал был не очень дружелюбен, возможно из-за большого количества постояльцев.

I wasn't very impressed with this place because I had informed the waitress that I had a gluten and dairy allergy and I asked if there was a meal I could eat on the menu that was gluten free and dairy free. She suggested I have the pork knuckle with Bratkartoffeln and she even organised a side salad which was very nice of her as she tried to be accommodating as possible. The only problem is I'm not sure if the kitchen was informed of my allergy or not as my pork knuckle came out with gravy on it. I asked if it was gluten free gravy and they said no and took it away. The meal then came out 3 minutes later on a plate with no gravy.. this amazed me because I thought they would have to remake the pork knuckle and I would have to wait. I trusted that they had put a brand new pork knuckle on my plate as they had been informed of my allergy. I actually think what they did was just clean the gravy off the knuckle and placed it on a new plate as I was very ill once I arrived home and I had a flare up and reaction the next morning which is the typical reaction I get from eating even the smallest trace of gluten. I am very angry that my allergy was not taken seriously. Luckily the reaction is not severe enough that it's life threatening, but I still have an immune response that makes me very sick and they were careless in preventing contamination. The fact that they had put gravy on my meal when I had stated that I had an allergy to gluten shows how misinformed the kitchen were.

Great place to enjoy food inside the hotel. The view is nice from the restaurant and staff very attentive and friendly

Habe hier gefrühstückt und zu Mittag gegessen. Speisen und Angebot gut und ausreichend. Gutes Mittelklasse Restaurant. Keine Highlights, aber solides Handwerk.

Ich war zum Frühstück als maritim Gast hier. Das Buffet ist sehr umfangreich. Es wurden drei verschiedene Sorten gebeizter und geräucherter lachs angeboten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und einem gutem hotel entsprechend geschult. Eierspeisen können individuell zubereitet werden. Sogar mein extrawunsch ein egg Benedict auf Vollkornbrot zu servieren wurde erfüllt.

Het ontbijt buffet in Hotel Maritim is uitgebreid. Ga wel voor het reguliere en niet voor het continental ontbijt zodat je langs het buffet je keuze kunt maken uit het aanbod. Voor een airport hotel is het behoorlijk goed. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding springt er uit. Ik geloof dat een ontbijt Euro 12,50 extra is op de kamerprijs, altijd doen.

Breakfast was awful. Can mushrooms black and dry from the heater, salads dreadful too.Spinach was all dry and smelled weird, cheese was dry too from the lamp, pickles (cauliflower ) so bad taste, carton juices,not even one choice of fresh juice. I was going to seat next to the window and waitress came to tell me that section is closed(no reason to close it,as was before 8am) but they just did not want to clean.Was bad service no one smiles. Itsexpensive for what you get.Hamburg has buffet breakfast for 6euro and double the choice and nicer.

Very poor service. Waitress don't speak english. All need play before you get anything to table. Evening buffet is low quality. Lot other restaurants same area and can easily find better place to eat.

If you stay several nights, the breakfast buffet is absolutely boring since they don't change even one dish or innovate at all.

Somewhat pricey but hugely varied, the breakfast is one of the better European spreads for an upper-class airport hotel.

I would very strongly advise that you avoid the evening buffet as the choice of options is poor and the quality of them is just awful. Perhaps it may have been better earlier in the evening (I visited at 21:30) but it has to rate...

The breakfast buffet comes with the room rate and is as good as it gets. Eggs or on lets to order and sooooooo much more. Will not regret.
