Alles super,schnell und alle 51 Personen sehr,sehr zufrieden gewesen

Das Essen hat uns nicht überzeugt. Es war sehr fettig und lieblos angerichtet. Das angeblich Kotelett wurde ohne Knochen und so trocken serviert, dass es nicht essbar war. Als wir dies angemerkt haben, sind wir auf wenig Verständnis gestoßen. Der Service war extrem unaufmerksam. Ketchup und Mayo wurden extra berechnet, das haben wir so auch noch nicht erlebt. Die Gaststätte ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für uns hat das Preis-Leitungsverhältnis nicht gepasst.

Kommen oft zum Speisen im Lokal. Das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker, egal ob Fisch oder Fleischgerichte. Die Familienbetriebe Wirtschaft heißt immer einen willkommen. Sehr nette Leute! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Kommen immer wieder gerne!

Wunderschönes Balkan Restaurant Kleines aber feines Restaurant mitten in Hessental mit typischer Balkan Küche. Freundlich, faire Preise und große Portionen Alles was man braucht

Zum 2.mal hier und wieder begeistert. Sehr freundliche Besitzer, ausgezeichnete Küche und Alles zu zivilen Preisen. Sehr viele Stammgäste, was ja auch eine Auszeichnung ist. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Lecker Essen serviert von zuvorkommendem Personal. Einfach toller Laden. Faire Preise, Gute Auswahl, auch zum Mittagstisch. Im Sommer gemütliche Aussenterasse. Auf Extrawünsche wird eingegangen. Wenn voll, dann etwas laut, aber urig. Ich als Vegetarier komme auch voll auf meine Kosten bei der Auswahl von nicht nur Balkanspezialitäten. Auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Getränkekarte is standard normal. Wir wurden nach einem Gruppenessen noch zu mehreren Verdauungsbeschleunigern eingeladen. Danke und weiter so!

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen sind Mega. Vielen Dank für die super sympathische Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir waren als kleine Gruppe dort. Allen hat es geschmeckt und es wurde alles aufgegessen. Auf der Speisekarte ist für jeden was dabei. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr freundlich und nett. Das Restaurant selbst ist klein und etwas kühl. Leider ist die Lüftung nicht okay und es riecht stark.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sättigungsgrad: Episch! Wenn du denkst, du hättest Hunger, dann warst du noch nicht mit echtem „Bärenhunger“ im Cavlin. Ich habe die XL-Portion Gemüsereis bestellt und was soll ich sagen? Als der Teller kam, war ich kurz davor, das Gericht zu siezen, so respekteinflößend groß war dieser Berg an Köstlichkeiten. Das Beste daran: Sogar wir Veganer ziehen hier mit einem breiten Lächeln (und einem sehr gespannten Hosenknopf) von dannen. Es ist frisch, es ist lecker und es macht einfach glücklich. Warum man hierher kommen sollte: Der Service: Das Personal ist unglaublich herzlich. Man fühlt sich nicht wie eine Tischnummer, sondern wie ein Gast bei Freunden. Der Chef-Faktor: Wo gibt es das heute noch? Der Chef verabschiedet sich persönlich von seinen Gästen. Das gibt der ganzen Sache eine richtig sympathische, familiäre Note. Das Essen: Wer eine XL-Portion bestellt, bekommt hier eine XL-Portion. Punkt. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, hier wieder aufzuschlagen (vielleicht lasse ich das Frühstück davor aus Sicherheitsgründen weg). Absoluter Tipp!

Das Restaurant ist klein, serviert aber sehr gutes kroatisches Essen. Die Preise liegen eher hoch. Mein Jägerschnitzel hat 19,90 € gekostet und war geschmacklich überzeugend. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und freundlich. Zum Abschluss gab es einen Slibowitz aufs Haus. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht. Insgesamt kann ich das Lokal empfehlen.

We stopped by this Balkan restaurant quite spontaneously. Although it was full, we managed to get a seat at a table reserved for later. We had plenty of time to eat. The owner was very friendly. The value for money was perfectly acceptable, and the portions were generous. You can sit inside or outside. Parking is available on the street. We'd be happy to come back if we're in the area.

This family-owned restaurant has such a cozy and charming atmosphere! From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The ambiance is so friendly, the staff pays attention to their customers with love. One of the best home made food joint I ever had, both for non-veg or veg food. The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. What else could I ask for? 5/5. Will definitely be returning soon! Generally: Parking in front of the restaurant and on the street is no problem. Access is barrier-free. Eat: First of all, unfortunately I can't fully understand the rating of 4.8. The restaurant is more of a mix of German and "Balkan" cuisine - the meat theme in particular stands out. The majority contains pork - might be a bit disappointing for non-pork eaters. I wish there were beef versions too. Portion size is sufficient - the P/L ratio is also 'okay'. Definitely not more than 3 stars in terms of taste - Cevapcici and Pljeskavica are not an outlier in terms of taste, the fries are rather dry. Service: The owner is in a very good mood and the service is also good. Ambiance: There isn't really a 'feel-good atmosphere', it's very functionally furnished - could do with some design.

My wife and I went for dinner for the first time on December 27th. We got a seat without a reservation, which is good in itself. The service was very good, the ambiance perhaps a little dated, but everything was fine. The food was good, although the beef wasn't cooked all the way through. Overall, everything was good. I'm glad there's a Yugoslavian restaurant again. We'll definitely be back. We really enjoyed it.

On Saturday we had dinner with 11 people at Cavlin, a cozy restaurant. Boss and staff friendly. We all enjoyed the food. Only for the “Hot Love” dessert, the hot raspberries were unfortunately not served hot but cold, which was a shame. But otherwise everything was fine.

We eat here often. The “happy Serb” was again particularly juicy and spicy. The boss is funny and friendly as always. And the ambience? Hey, we are Hessental and not Berlin. So still 5 stars.

We drove 100 km just to eat, with of course requests that we had chosen beforehand on the menu! You have an idea, now the order has been placed and the joy and anticipation was great. The disappointment was really big, you ate - but it still wasn't what you had imagined!! It's starting to happen that there are no parking spaces available. The salad that comes with you when you eat is in the bottom drawer. The cevapcici aren't even properly fried, they taste like they were just cooked. We ordered the Balkan platter for 4 people. Unfortunately it wasn't right. And it gets cold very quickly on the plate. If it is not kept warm. As already written above. The disappointment was very great. Once and never again.

Don't be dazzled by the standard guesthouse space and let's go. You are greeted by friendly service who also thinks about the little ones. There is something for everyone in the selection and, as in Croatia, the portions are also generous. Prices are top. I am very satisfied and will stop by again. Thank you very much and keep it up 🤤

Die durchaus guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht ganz teilen. Da essen ist gut, frisch und heiß serviert. Doch die Gaststube bedarf der Auffrischung. Alles sauber und ordentlich, aber es fehlt jeglicher Flair. Dabei bietet die kroatische Herkunft so viel Potenzial.

Price performance was really great, only 1 small point of criticism or suggestion, we had the Balkan plate for 2 people. This was well filled but unfortunately it was put on the table like that and the food was only lukewarm towards the middle. With warming plates or warmers, the food would be warmer for longer and therefore even better.

Host reception, excellent barbecue in this area, if you are nearby it would be a shame not to visit...

Bei Calvin fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Das Essen ist super lecker, frisch und sehr qualitativ. Können es nur weiterempfehlen. Bester Service und sehr gastfreundlich. Danke an Calvin und seine Familie, dass wir dort ganz schöne Geburtstage von mir und der Familie hatten. Wir kommen wieder :)
