We stopped by this Balkan restaurant quite spontaneously. Although it was full, we managed to get a seat at a table reserved for later. We had plenty of time to eat. The owner was very friendly. The value for money was perfectly acceptable, and the portions were generous. You can sit inside or outside. Parking is available on the street. We'd be happy to come back if we're in the area.

The ambiance is so friendly, the staff pays attention to their customers with love. One of the best home made food joint I ever had, both for non-veg or veg food. The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. What else could I ask for? 5/5. Will definitely be returning soon! Hähnchenbrustfilet in Vier-Käse-Saucen and Hähnchenspieß is a must try!

Generally: Parking in front of the restaurant and on the street is no problem. Access is barrier-free. Eat: First of all, unfortunately I can't fully understand the rating of 4.8. The restaurant is more of a mix of German and "Balkan" cuisine - the meat theme in particular stands out. The majority contains pork - might be a bit disappointing for non-pork eaters. I wish there were beef versions too. Portion size is sufficient - the P/L ratio is also 'okay'. Definitely not more than 3 stars in terms of taste - Cevapcici and Pljeskavica are not an outlier in terms of taste, the fries are rather dry. Service: The owner is in a very good mood and the service is also good. Ambiance: There isn't really a 'feel-good atmosphere', it's very functionally furnished - could do with some design.

My wife and I went for dinner for the first time on December 27th. We got a seat without a reservation, which is good in itself. The service was very good, the ambiance perhaps a little dated, but everything was fine. The food was good, although the beef wasn't cooked all the way through. Overall, everything was good. I'm glad there's a Yugoslavian restaurant again. We'll definitely be back. We really enjoyed it.

On Saturday we had dinner with 11 people at Cavlin, a cozy restaurant. Boss and staff friendly. We all enjoyed the food. Only for the “Hot Love” dessert, the hot raspberries were unfortunately not served hot but cold, which was a shame. But otherwise everything was fine.

We drove 100 km just to eat, with of course requests that we had chosen beforehand on the menu! You have an idea, now the order has been placed and the joy and anticipation was great. The disappointment was really big, you ate - but it still wasn't what you had imagined!! It's starting to happen that there are no parking spaces available. The salad that comes with you when you eat is in the bottom drawer. The cevapcici aren't even properly fried, they taste like they were just cooked. We ordered the Balkan platter for 4 people. Unfortunately it wasn't right. And it gets cold very quickly on the plate. If it is not kept warm. As already written above. The disappointment was very great. Once and never again.

Don't be dazzled by the standard guesthouse space and let's go. You are greeted by friendly service who also thinks about the little ones. There is something for everyone in the selection and, as in Croatia, the portions are also generous. Prices are top. I am very satisfied and will stop by again. Thank you very much and keep it up 🤤

Die durchaus guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht ganz teilen. Da essen ist gut, frisch und heiß serviert. Doch die Gaststube bedarf der Auffrischung. Alles sauber und ordentlich, aber es fehlt jeglicher Flair. Dabei bietet die kroatische Herkunft so viel Potenzial.

Price performance was really great, only 1 small point of criticism or suggestion, we had the Balkan plate for 2 people. This was well filled but unfortunately it was put on the table like that and the food was only lukewarm towards the middle. With warming plates or warmers, the food would be warmer for longer and therefore even better.

Host reception, excellent barbecue in this area, if you are nearby it would be a shame not to visit...

Bei Calvin fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Das Essen ist super lecker, frisch und sehr qualitativ. Können es nur weiterempfehlen. Bester Service und sehr gastfreundlich. Danke an Calvin und seine Familie, dass wir dort ganz schöne Geburtstage von mir und der Familie hatten. Wir kommen wieder :)

Ein nettes Lokal, innen ist es etwas rustikal gehalten, was aber dem ganzen noch ein bisschen mehr Scharm verleit. Das Personal ist äußerst nett und beherrscht verschiedene Sprachen. Man muss vereinzelt etwas auf den Service warten, was allerdings verständlich ist, wenn das Lokal voll ist. Auch das Essen ist spitze und es dauert nicht lange, von der Bestellung, bis man das essen auf dem Tisch vor sich hat. Genau das was man sich unter balkanesischer Küche vorstellt. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung für einen Besuch. Einzig Parkplätze sind keine vorhanden, dies ist allerdings kein Beinbruch. Nach Ladenschluss kann man bei der Kreissparkasse parken, welche sich vlt 2 Gehminuten vom Lokal entfernt befindet.

Pola Pola, Grillteller Chef, Raznjici, Hähnchenspiess m. Käse gefüllt u. Speck ummantelt. Vorab gab es einen kleinen grünen Salat mit Gurke u. Karottenstreifen, etw. Krautsalat. Alles frisch u. knackig. Fleisch ist schön gebraten, gute Qualität. Cevapcici könnte mutiger gewürzt sein. Pommes sind super: dünn, schöne Farbe. Aussen kross u. Innen noch schön "kartoffelig". Der Gemüsereis (schön körnig) ist wirklich super lecker mit Ajvar. Der Käse im Röllchen war noch weich, so soll es sein, u. trotz Speck nicht zu salzig. Palacinke Heisse Liebe war nicht zu süß, sehr lecker. Baklava war sehr nussig. Große Portionen. Nettes Personal. Wir lieben diese Küche und kommen gerne wieder. Die Terrasse ist schön gestaltet. Etwas laut durch sehr viel Verkehr in einer 30iger Zone. Toiletten im 1. OG. sauber u. gepflegt. Bitte parkt an der Sparkasse und lauft die paar Meter runter.

Hier kann man sehr gut Jugo essen. Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Wer in Schwäbisch Hall ist muss dieses Restaurant besuchen. Sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Sehr guter Service. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Waren heute spontan zu 8 dort. Wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und extra für uns ein großer Tisch im Aussenbereich zusammengestellt. Dazu war das Essen wirklich lecker und die Preise sind auch sehr fair. Echt super
