Restaurant Cantina Lubitsch in Berlin

Special praise goes to the friendly service. I always enjoy coming here for lunch. I never normally write reviews, but here you just feel comfortable, the food is quick, and the price is very good.

I became aware of the canteen through my university and I have to say that I have rarely been served so warmly in a canteen that delivers stage-worthy food for the price. I'm writing the review while eating, which rarely happens. Thanks!

I ate a very good vegetarian lasagna in this restaurant today. And not only the food is very good there, also the service. My partner and I were very well treated by the Russian employee. In very few places in Berlin, we were assisted so well. Well done, team! I will certainly be back! Thank you!

The people are nice you can pay by card ambience OK and now for the negative: The food. There were four dishes. Two with meat, two without. Today I had Nuremberg sausages with a side dish of my choice (fries, mashed potatoes or (I forgot)) my choice was mashed potatoes. This one was out of the package. OK. 5 Nuremberg sausages, which only saw fleeting heat and salad of your choice (tomato with leaf lettuce or cabbage salad (cabbage with carrot)) I took cabbage with carrot (no cole slaw) the cabbage was cut very roughly, carrot was also there. Drinks 0.33l from €2.50 and food €8.50. For such a cheap meal when I buy it, maybe. 1.50€. +0.80€ the drink. An impudence. Pay 11€ for it. I now know where I don't eat anymore.

Great canteen, the food is really good and fits my budget. Working in Genthiner Str, this is a go to place for lunch for me. Staff are really helpful as well.

Lately we've been waiting for over an hour for the courier to be rude too.

The food is fresh and rather hearty, everything is cooked in-house and the staff is very nice. The vegetarian dishes could be a little more unusual.

Leckere Gerichte, frische Zutaten. Sogar Kartoffelpüree wird nicht aus Pulver zubereitet sondern vor Ort gemacht. Sehr nettes Personal. Auch die Preise sind vollkommen OK. Weiter so!

Top Essen! Frische Zutaten! Fair! Gut bürgerliche Internationale-Küche. Es war mir ein Fest. Gerne wieder.

Waren eben bei Cantina Lubitsch essen. Zum erstenmal seit Beginn von Corona und mit der neuen Bewirtschaftung. Total begeistert. Waren etwas spät dran und vegetarisches Gericht war aus. Man hat uns gefüllte Paprika mit Buchweizen als Beilage und Schmand angeboten. Ganz frisch und super lecker. Freundliche und engagierte Bedienung. Kommen bestimmt oft und gern wieder. 👍

Auch in dieser Zeit sehr gutes Essen für einen nicht sehr hohen Preis.
