The waitresses are very unprofessional, wandering aimlessly around the room and chatting loudly to each other. They can't answer simple questions about drinks, like whether the matcha is hot or cold.

Vierzehn has a great menu with reasonable prices, and the food is always delicious. They currently have really great service staff, friendly and passionate about their work.

We went there for breakfast. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and a delicious breakfast. We'd love to come back!

We had dinner at Restaurant Vierzehn. The food was delicious, highly recommended. There was also a wide variety of vegetarian options. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. We sat for a very long time without anyone coming over to ask if we wanted to order anything else, etc. We had to get up to pay (after almost an hour) and take care of it ourselves. It's a shame! Other guests had the same experience that evening. They weren't served without us having to take any action ourselves. The server's comment was: "You don't think about your table, you're so hidden." All in all, it's a shame, as the food was very good, but the service ruined the overall impression.

I always get my matcha there, and I highly recommend it! For the price and the taste, I think it's really good! Unfortunately, you can't pay with your phone, so you have to pay either by card or cash.

Review: Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the visit was anything but satisfactory. Upon entering, I was greeted rather reluctantly and loudly informed that if you sit at a table where the previous diners' dishes are still lying around, you might not be served. Unfortunately, there was only this one dirty table. Questions about the dishes were answered curtly or irritably – service doesn't look like that to me. The prices are on the high side, which would be okay in itself – if the quality and quantity were right. Unfortunately, neither was the case: The portions were surprisingly small, so you really didn't feel full. Absolutely not justified for the price. I found the handling of allergies particularly disappointing. There was hardly any information about ingredients, and questions were answered rather evasively. Anyone with intolerances or special dietary needs is definitely in the wrong place. Conclusion: Unfriendly service, overpriced mini portions, and no consideration for allergy sufferers—I certainly won't be coming back.

We were there for dinner, and the selection is so vast that it's difficult to decide because everything tastes simply amazing. I highly recommend the halloumi fries with truffle mayo 👌. There's a great selection for vegetarians, and the non-alcoholic drinks are also very good! We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, it's just convenience food. We were there at 2:00 PM and were told there was no cook and they only served bagels, waffles, and cake. I opted for the bagel, which I heated in the microwave from defrosting. Some of it was dry, some too hot, and others cold. So, I eat bagels cold and then add fresh toppings. That's not how it's done here; I would have appreciated a tip. The coffee isn't freshly roasted in-house either; it's just supposed to look that way. When I asked how long and at what temperature the raw beans are roasted, the lady couldn't give me any information. I won't drink, eat, or buy coffee beans here again. Not recommended!!!

Nice atmosphere and always fast and friendly service. Today we were there with our dog for the first time (outdoor area) and the waitress immediately offered us a water bowl for him and pointed out a combination offer that I almost missed. I've never been disappointed with the food and the homemade drinks like the lemonade are just great.

Wir finden das Essen sehr gut auch nicht zu teuer. Es ist leider aber oft so, dass wie etwas bestellen und es im Nachhinein heißt es sei nicht verfügbar. Mal keine Bagels mehr, mal kein Schoko Suffle oder kein Brot mehr.

Super cute and modern cafe. The food menu is very appealing and the drinks are varied too. The dishes are well prepared and leave you wanting more. How cool can you serve a croissant, right? Seating available inside and outside. Definitely recommended for a weekend reservation :) but we were lucky without it at the time. Service is super friendly and accommodating when it comes to inquiries about allergies or products. Keep it up. The bartender/barista was constantly serving drinks and was really cool to watch. What was annoying was definitely the long waiting time. There was a huge chaos in the service because some people didn't know which table was which. It might help if there was a small table number somewhere on the table. would stand. We waited 40 minutes for our food and received the wrong order at our table 4 times. That was a shame when you consider that with the service then definitely 5 stars everywhere.

Something fresh and healthy :) Creative café in the middle of Lörrach. Pretty outdoor area, bright functional interior. More comfortable padded chairs would be desirable :), but in return delicious food and friendly service. Definitely recommended and happy to come again!

My boyfriend and I visited on Saturday. We politely asked if breakfast was available, and while the answer was no—which was understandable since it was stated on the menu—we were then told we couldn’t order from the regular menu either because it wasn’t yet 12 o’clock. That left us with just a coffee order, which took quite a while to be served. To top it off, we decided not to leave a tip, but the waitress confidently took the remaining change anyway. It wasn’t about the money, but rather the sense of entitlement. We previously left a comment about our experience, but the establishment deleted it. Keep this in mind before you visit.

He supported us with the preparations, responded to all our wishes and made the evening perfect with his friendly and professional manner. We had a private 40th birthday event at Vierzehen and it was just perfect! The finger food was an absolute highlight - especially the chicken sticks, which were incredibly delicious. There were also various puff pastry variations with cheese etc., hummus, couscous salad, beetroot falafel and pinsa - everything at the highest level and a smooth 10/10! The location was great, the atmosphere was stylish and cozy. A big compliment also to the entire team, who were super friendly and professional. Patric in particular did a great job and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you for this great evening, we will definitely be back!

Such a great restaurant, the food is super fresh and delicious!! My wife and I had a lamb's lettuce, 2 bowls and the chocolate souflé. The homemade lemonade is also delicious!! And the very attentive service makes the stay perfect! However, it tends to be so busy that it's better to reserve in advance. Feel free to come back again and again!

I don’t understand where they find so bad service personal who regardless of food quality and atmosphere will make people run away from the place. Waited 15 minutes to get the menu for us to have breakfast. Took another 20 minutes to finally have someone picking up the order. Only to be told they no longer serve breakfast as it was 11:31 and they only serve that until 11:30. Have never experienced anything like this ever. I think this place has a serious problem with demotivated and unfriendly staff who have a service mindset that is just horrible.

I really thought for a long time whether I should write this application or not. My friend visited your restaurant yesterday. She asked the staff where she could sit, to which the staff said wherever she wanted. She said that she was alone. I actually wanted to join in later. Emphasis on wanted. Service staff a young blonde haired and a young brown haired one. My girlfriend wasn't served, not even given the card. When other guests entered the restaurant, they were served promptly. To be honest, I'm really at a loss for words. My friend keeps waiting and no one comes to her table, she isn't even asked if she would like to order anything... I'm wondering if even the lowest level of service isn't provided, it's a disgrace for the staff, for the company and certainly for the owner. Are you served according to the outside? Or according to the whims of the employees? I am very aware that we are not in a star restaurant. And I don't expect much. However, this behavior is very worrying for me. Did the service staff not receive proper training? Didn't she feel like it? Are you not taking this part-time job seriously? Whatever the case, the fact is that gastronomy is about different things. Celebrating enjoyment, great experiences, culinary sophistication and courteous service, moments. Of stories. Beautiful memories. What happened here is none of that. Two service employees strolling through the restaurant and looking out the window and simply not serving a young lady. She just wanted to eat and drink something small after her stay at an outdoor swimming pool. Another 5 minutes passed and when no one came she decided to leave. We met and then somewhere else. And none of that happens. If only the service had briefly handed her the menu, taken her order and served her something. I shouldn't have to type on my keyboard and write this review. Building a reputation takes a long time, but ruining it often only takes minutes and seconds. I am well aware that it is difficult to get good staff, but that is no reason not to manage your staff well or to train them properly. The problem is rarely the service employees, but the management behind them!

★★★★☆ The Restaurant Café & Bar Vierzwei in Lörrach has a lot to offer, and overall I give it 4 stars. The food was a mix of highs and lows: my mango turkey bowl was definitely a 5-star dish - fresh taste, balanced flavors and simply delicious. The falafel, on the other hand, didn't convince us; unfortunately they were a very solid mass that tasted more like a finished product. The taste wasn't what we expected, there are definitely better alternatives. However, our visit started promisingly. The online reservation worked smoothly and the welcome was very friendly. The menu surprised us positively with a diverse selection - a little of everything, but we couldn't quite grasp the exact concept. We originally planned to try the pinsa, which looked really good, but opted for a bowl, falafel and fried halloumi strips. The latter were good, not too rubbery, but also a bit tasteless. The atmosphere is super chill, located in the middle of Lörrach, and definitely invites you to linger. We will definitely stop by again to try the Pinsa. The selection of cocktails and drinks was also great, which rounded off the visit. So overall 4 out of 5 stars – it’s worth a visit!

Tucked away beautifully just off the main Lörrach shopping mile you can find greenery, peace and quality food. The menu takes a while to understand but it's more than worth the effort. The service were quick and friendly and the location is fantastic. The flavours and textures of the food put a real smile on our faces. To summarise the evening: delicious food for a fair price in a great setting. We loved it.

I don't even know where to begin... I'm speechless, I'm at a loss for words. We looked for a nice sunny spot (the sun was the only nice thing!!!). We waited 15 minutes until we got the card. It wasn't crowded or stressful. An impudence!! The service staff looked at us several times and walked past, but they weren't at all interested in the fact that we wanted to order something. After we got the menu we waited another 15 minutes, but unfortunately no one served us. We didn't even get drinks in this hot weather!!! Then the whole thing was too stupid for us and we moved on. Now we are sitting in Läka and were served in a friendly manner. Very heartfelt recommendation!! But definitely don't go to the fourteen if you expect nice service that manages to politely ask you what you want to drink after 3 minutes! A big disappointment 😭😭 Waiting for over half an hour is really unreasonable🤬

Repeated unkind treatment: This is not the first time we have encountered unfriendly behavior from your employees. The way we were treated leaves something to be desired and does not meet usual standards of hospitality. Comparison with other restaurant: Because of this unpleasant experience we decided to visit another restaurant. We chose Obrado's 39, the service was friendlier and more attentive. We would like to emphasize that choosing another restaurant was not our primary goal, but rather a response to the repeated unfriendliness at your establishment.

My family and I went to Café Vierzwei for the first time and we have to say we were very impressed. The atmosphere is modern. We were there for breakfast and there is a large selection of food and drinks. We felt very comfortable. The service was friendly and attentive. We would love to come back again.

Hier kann man sehr gemütlich frühstücken. Es gibt alles was man möchte...von süß bis salzig. Der Cappuccino hat auch so gut geschmeckt. Und die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kam schnell. Sehr gerne wieder.

I wanted lunch at 14. I sat down and waited to get a menu, I was ignored for 10 minutes. Then finally the condition came and brought me the menu. I knew what I wanted to order, but had to wait another 20 minutes before I was allowed to order and that was only because I drew attention to myself. I ordered a bagel and the homemade soda. The limo came and had mold inside. I told the condition that she was very uncomfortable. She didn't want the person next to the table to notice because he ordered the homemade lemonade. Instead of apologizing to me, she took the soda and left without saying a word. I didn't know if she would bring me a new one. Luckily she came and brought me a new soda after a few minutes. Then it took another 15/20 minutes until my bagel came to me. The waitress rushed past me, slammed the bagel in front of my nose, bon appetit and was gone again. I would have liked more salt and pepper. I just thought I'd give up. The 14 was half full. I ate my bagel relatively quickly because I felt very uncomfortable. I was just angry, disappointed and rushed to eat and pay. The waitresses could be friendlier and more attentive. You could notice one more, when I left the 14th I said goodbye. That hasn't been reciprocated. I won't go to the 14 again. Unfortunately, gastronomy in general has declined significantly after Corona. The prices are awesome but what you get for it is disproportionate.

Sehr sehr netter Service, zuvorkommend, und grundlegend bemüht dem Gast einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten! Das Essen war ausnahmslos top! Zu betonen ist die Schnelligkeit mit der das Essen an den Tisch gebracht wurde und mit der einhergehenden Frische. Der Mozzarella ist außerdem mein persönliches Highlight gewesen. Hausgemachte Limonaden und schmackhaften espresso! Das Ambiente im Aussenbereich ist ausserdem obwohl es schon fast in mitten eines Wohnblocks ist super!! Grosses Lob und Vielen Dank :)

Essen an sich lecker, ein bisschen überteuert. Wir haben eine Pinsa Mediterrano bestellt, die Burrata war auf der Pinsa schon verteilt und daher schon "eingekocht", und vor allem es war kein Pesto drauf. Wir mussten leider doch den vollen Preis zahlen... Ein Entgegenkommen wäre nett gewesen. Ansonsten schmeckt das Essen wirklich, es war einfach nur ein bisschen schade.

El lugar es muy bonito, la comida es muy buena y viene en buenas porciones. Se consigue muy poco este estilo de restaurantes en Lörrach en cuanto a los desayunos, se debe tomar en cuenta que muchos platos los sirven hasta cierta hora! Visité el restaurante por un plato en específico y no fui en la hora correcta porque no lo sabía. De resto el ambiente es muy agradable, las camareras amables y la comida es muy rica, lo recomiendo (tiene muchas opciones veganas y sin gluten)

We had a lovely peach spritz and a cold cider , served in beautiful glasses . Could have spent the afternoon there. Next time we will . You’ve never worked in a bar or restaurant - if you complain about the time it takes to change a keg of beer. These things happen, a bit of understanding goes along way . We’ll be back .

I also enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, along with some of the best homemade lemonades I've ever had. The atmosphere is inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating options and good music. But what really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience.

I enjoyed the place and the atmosphere; the service tho wasn't the friendliest. Even the little downside, anyway highly recommending it.

Nettes Cafe/Bar. Die Preise sind nicht billig, aber in Ordnung. Das überbackene Käsesandwich war super lecker und hübsch angerichtet mit essbaren Blumen. Der Ingwertee war frisch und ebenfalls sehr lecker. Die Atmosphäre war gut, schön ruhig gut um sich zu unterhalten.
