Restaurant Bürgerhof in Sankt Augustin

We've been to Bürgerhof many times. The food is excellent, everyone is very friendly, and the service is great 😀

The food was really good. But we were barely served, even though it wasn't particularly busy. It actually got worse after it emptied out. We had to chase after our beers.

There's also a delicious Balkan restaurant in Hangelar. Great and close by.

Excellent service, friendly and always attentive to the guest. The dishes were cooked and presented with great care. A true culinary delight, and we will certainly enjoy this experience again.

We were there today, but unfortunately it was closed at 5:30 pm. There was no sign or notice. We weren't the only ones who made the trip for nothing. What a shame. Only one star because I can't leave a rating, but I have to give at least one star.

We ordered cevapcici and a mixed grill to go. Both dishes came with duvjecreis (fried rice) and fries, but we had ordered fried potatoes instead of fries with the cevapcici. When we got home and opened the packages, we were really disappointed. The portions were so small for the price, and the duvjecreis was missing from the cevapcici. That was our first order, and unfortunately, it will also be our last.

Fantastic restaurant, excellent food, and superb service. Thank you for making our Christmas party so special. We felt completely at ease. A tip for all those with a sweet tooth and a dessert lover: the lava cake is to die for! 💜🍰

We were there as a family of eleven. First of all, a huge thank you to all the staff and the owner of the Bürgerhof. The restaurant was packed, but the staff kept everything running smoothly. Five stars for that!! We will definitely be back. Everyone agreed!!!

Spontaneously and based on a Google search we ended up at Bürgerhof - and we weren't disappointed: a huge grilled plate, deliciously fried, juicy meat, my colleague's food was also great. And the service was also great. We'll be back!

Quiet yet centrally located restaurant with a beautiful beer garden. The service was great, the staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommended here are, among other things, the men's toast and the shrimp cocktail if you're a little hungry (we were there after sports). It wasn't the last time I was here.

We were there as a group with a table reservation, the table was right by the door, extremely drafty and people were constantly running past us. The service constantly mixed up drinks or food or completely forgot people. Unfortunately, since Corona, I can't eat meat anymore (it tastes terrible), there were virtually no vegetarian options: only 2 dishes of penne vegetaria for 16.50 euros! and farmer's salad for 11.50 euros. The portion of the salad was very small, the sauce was extremely sour and a measly 4 thin slices of baguette... the dessert lava cake came with the wrong ice cream and some kind of glittering metal decoration was tipped over it that was not desired and was absolutely inedible. The lava cake was not a lava cake but a simple chocolate cake with warm chocolate sauce poured over it. All in all: very disappointing and way too expensive as the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The restaurant used to be better. It's a shame, there's no alternative for me in the future. Positive: plenty of parking spaces available. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. Restaurant was clean.

We dined here after confirmation on a Saturday evening. No matter whether it's schnitzel, a Bürgerhof plate or a grill plate... The portions were very good and the food tasted very good. The service was very attentive and drinks could be reordered quickly. My big point of criticism was that two tables away there was a family including 2 dogs!!!!!! has eaten. Dogs do not belong in a restaurant.

Totally hidden, I drove past it so many times! Discovered on the last bike ride & needed to catch my breath and have something to drink. Since the name doesn't promise Croatian cuisine and we really like it, we had a delicious meal there too. Friendly service. In summer there are also 70 seats on the sun terrace. So we were thrilled. Plus, everyone in Hangelar is much more polite?! Like you're on vacation 😅 We recommend

Had dinner with the family on Easter Sunday. The Easter menu was pretty slimmed down. We mainly ordered Jägerschnitzel, which was okay.

Very friendly service! The food, as we know it from the Balkans, is very meaty and rustic. Also worth mentioning is the salad bar, which nicely rounds off the carnivorous fare! The ambience is very village-like, “bourgeois”, but I assume that this was taken over by the current owner. The unexpectedly good coffee is also worth mentioning!

Good price performance Grill plates are good and plentiful. The small salad bar is okay and sufficient. Friendly and fast service. No reason to complain about anything, anyone who comes here knows what they want and you get it and it's good.

Das Restaurant Bürgerhof befindet sich im Sankt Augustiner Stadtteil Hangelar. Das Restaurant bietet vor allem Gerichte aus dem Balkan, aber auch internationale Gerichte und leckere Steaks an. Alles wird sehr schmackhaft zubereitet und serviert. Die Atmosphäre ist eher rustikal und gemütlich, doch man kann auch gehobene Feiern hier ausrichten. Heute waren wir zu einem Beerdigungskaffee eingeladen. Alles schmeckt sehr gut, die Preise sind angemessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Wir waren heute mit der Familie hier im Bürgerhof essen. Zuerst mal, das Essen war gut, auch wenn die Portionen ggü früher kleiner und etwas teurer geworden sind. Leider war der Service heute wirklich nicht toll. Wir waren recht früh da und es war noch nichts los. Da wurden wir noch beachtet. Als es dann etwas voller wurde, kümmerte man sich leider nur noch um die anderen Tische. Gerne hätten wir auch noch Dessert bestellt, nach vielen Versuchen bekamen wir sogar nochmals eine Karte vom Chef überreicht. Allerdings hat er sich dann nicht mehr bemüht unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Stattdessen hat er lieber am Nebentisch abgeräumt. Ärgerlich, aber wenn man den Umsatz nicht braucht... Was ich dann allerdings später auf der Rechnung entdeckt habe, finde ich schon fast frech. Es wurden tatsächlich 1,50 € für Ketchup zum Kinderschnitzel "Biene Maja" berechnet! Von den 3 Tütchen haben wir sogar nur 2 verbraucht. Das mag jetzt kleinlich klingen und mir kommt es wirklich nicht auf ein paar Euro an, sondern ums Prinzip. Beim Trinkgeld war ich ja auch nicht so knauserig. Alles in allem leider ein enttäuschender Abend im Bürgerhof. Schade!

Ein gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Das Essen war sehr lecker und gut portioniert. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unbedingt reservieren.

Die Qualität bzw. der Geschmack hat sehr nachgelassen, war ok aber nicht so wie sonst, wir waren alle etwas enttäuscht.

Große Portionen, und sehr zarte Steaks

WOW, so möchte ich meine Rezession beginnen. Recht unscheinbar in einer Ecke der Straße gibt es hier ein Restaurant mit WIRKLICH guter Küche in einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Angeboten wird deutsche und kroatische Küche. Dazu ein klasse Team und eine sehr zuvorkommende aber nicht aufdringliche Bedienung. Portionsgröße ist völlig ausreichend, die Teller sauber und geschmackvoll angerichtet und der Geschmack des Essens ist ausgewogen aber nicht fad. Ich hatte Schweinefilet Bürgerhof. Auf den Punkt gebraten und die süße Note des Pfirsich mit der Sauce Hollandaise und den salzigen Pommes war sehr gelungen. Einen Salat gibt es vom Buffet zur freien Auswahl dazu. Auch hier findet sich in frischer Auswahl alles was man sich für seinen Salat wünscht. In dieser Gegend nicht erwartend gibt es auf der Getränkekarte nicht nur Kölsch, sondern auch Andechs Bier. Für Besucher aus südlichen Gefilden eine kleine Überraschung und ein bisschen wie daheim. Ich kann dieses Lokal nur wärmstens empfehlen. Empfehlen für ein gutes Abendessen, ein Geschäftsessen in guter Atmosphäre oder anderen Anlässen. Ich bin überzeugt, dass das Team auch gut einen Geburtstag oder eine größere Gesellschaft zu einem Anlass kulinarisch beglücken kann. Ich kann nur hoffen mal wieder in die Gegend zu kommen und dann weiß ich wo ich immer wieder gern zum Essen geh. Danke an das gesamte Team für den schönen, gemütlichen Abend bei euch! Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Personal sehr freundlich und zugegenkommend. Mein Essen, das Fleisch auf dem Grillteller, war etwas zu trocken. Die französische Zwiebelsuppe war sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist nicht meins, zu viel künstliches Grün.

Freundlich, unkompliziert, lecker, immer flexibel wenn wir nach veganen Möglichkeiten fragen, seit vielen Jahren ein Lieblingsrestaurant unserer Familie. Hundefreundlich.

Ein Haus in dem guter Service noch aus vollem Herzen gelebt wird. Wir hatten ein Gericht falsch bestellt und die Dame von der Bedienung hat sich trotzdem äußerste Mühe gegeben, unseren Abend perfekt ausklingen zu lassen. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast mehr als willkommen und kommt gerne wieder! Schnitzel und die Hühnersuppe sind im übrigen sehr zu empfehlen und Preis-Leistung unschlagbar.

Leider war das Essen nicht so gut wie letztes Jahr. Service war trotz nicht voll ausgelasten Plätzen etwas hinten dran.
