Music at events is way too loud until late... Audience also loud to no end, no understanding for the residents... Impossible

It would be nice to have a live band on the weekend, at least otherwise still superlative.

Well eaten, nice service. Only cash payment possible. The portions were fresh and it was very approachable.

I will definitely come back, the food is good, the place is clean and well decorated, the staff is very kind, I ate the biggest papanas in the world, it would definitely enter the record book with it 😅. Card payment is currently not possible!

My wanderlust for Romania led me to the Binder restaurant and once I crossed the threshold it was as if I was right there. Delicious soups, delicious sarmales and wonderful grilled dishes - a small piece of Romania on the Ruhr with attentive service. We recommend!

Can highly recommend it. As a German, I really like Romanian cuisine. It is cooked very freshly and with ingredients from Romania. You can taste it. Service is very nice and explains everything you need to know. Thanks to the chef.

Amazing food everytime and the staff is very friendly and polite. I'm really happy we have something in the area to help us whenever we crave some goodies from home. If you're looking for a good restaurant and specially if you wanna try romanian food, this is the place!

Today we spontaneously went to this delicious Romanian restaurant. The food and service were great. We had soup as a starter and then authentic Sarmale with Ursus beer. We would like to come again!

We were there with the voucher book, the food was very tasty. Good price. Service very nice. The highlight was the dessert, which the two of us couldn't manage. Great 😋

We had dinner there last night. We are totally thrilled. Since I spent a few years in Romania, I was very happy to find good, traditional cuisine. You may have to take some time with you as the dishes are all freshly prepared. The service was very warm and friendly. The atmosphere could be a little more traditional. It wasn't the last time we were there.

I love this restaurant. Anyone who travels around the world a bit and likes really authentic, freshly cooked and unique dishes will be happy here. I enjoyed visiting the previous location in Duisburg and today I ate with two friends in Mülheim. We shared a Romanian starter platter, pork stew with polenta, egg and cheese and dessert (be careful, it's gigantic). Everything is cooked fresh and the Romanian dishes are all delicious. One Romanian beer and another drink each, the bill 77 euros for three people. I don't know where else you can get such freshly cooked traditional food for this price. Only a small deduction because you can't pay by card.

We wanted to try the Binder restaurant today but that didn't even happen. Since we have a little Chihuahu, we went to the restaurant with him shortly after 12 p.m. The nice waitress behind the counter said that we could choose a table. As we continued walking we were spoken to in an unfriendly manner by an older woman. Dogs are forbidden. Then left the restaurant. So beware dog owners.

The visit to the Binder restaurant in Mülheim an der Ruhr was a complete success. The service was extremely nice, the goulash and pork stew were excellently prepared and the donut was simply fantastic. The price-performance ratio was convincing and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant. Overall, a recommended address to get to know Romanian cuisine or simply to enjoy it.

A small secluded but still beautiful restaurant with specific Romanian food or I think whatever you want.

Were there on Friday at 6 p.m., it wasn't that busy yet, that changed later. Were warmly welcomed and shown to the table. Drinks arrived after a short time (unfortunately no freshly tapped beer). Starter and main courses were good. The dessert called Papanas, a Romanian donut served with sour cream and jam, was delicious, the absolute highlight. We will also stop by there for coffee and order it with it. I can recommend it.

Food tastes great, very nice and very friendly staff!

We were there during the week and each had a soup as a starter (one meatball soup, one vegetable soup). Both soups were very, very tasty and the portions were large. We also enjoyed the main courses (a mix grill and the stuffed Sibiu pork fillet gratinated with cheese). But the highlight was the dessert - the tastiest (and biggest) Papanaș we've ever had 😍 All in all, everything was great and we are happy to have discovered this restaurant. For my taste it could be furnished and decorated in a more rustic style, but that's a matter of taste.

Best Romania food outside of Romania

Sehr herzlichen Empfang mit netter und sofortiger Bedienung! Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker, wie es typisch rumänisch sein muss! Das Menü hat zahlreichen leckeren Gerichte. Sicherlich empfehle ich gerne weiter, wenn man ein Stückchen aus Rumänien erleben möchte!

Tolles rumänisches Lokal mit landestypischer Küche....und das im Herzen Mülheims. Wirklich ein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis....Und die rumänischen Krapfen als Dessert sind eine kulinarische Wucht! Echt lecker 😋

Mancare buna,locatia ok,spațios,curat(bai curate,Bravo!) Găsesti locuri de parcare in apropiere. Am fost foarte mulțumiți ,o sa mai venim!
