Typical place, I would dare to say “exclusive for tourists”, with a typical and careful decoration, a menu of products in different languages ​​and with several dining rooms to accommodate diners. Truly, a very good atmosphere and the attention was correct and expected of a place that is for work. We were a group of friends over the last October long weekend and we were served in an indoor dining room relatively quickly. To make the wait, which was not long, more entertaining we immediately had some 🍻🍻 blacks, by the way, very good. The right quality-price ratio. Good product. Quick service and friendly and attentive staff. Recommended.

The Xantener Eck Restaurant & Beer Hall is located at Xantener Str. 1, 10707 Berlin. Among other things, they offer currywurst, pork knuckle, and pike-perch fillet, along with draft beer (ten different varieties), in a rustic, traditional Berlin pub with wooden furniture. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the ambiance is lovely. I recently enjoyed several Budweisers and calf's liver here. Both were delicious. The owner's wife kindly inquired whether I had enjoyed my meal. The owner was taking care of a problem in the men's restroom. Accordingly, the entire management team was on hand. Simply great, the service is superb... and when they're friendly even though it's packed, then everything's okay.

We had a wonderful Christmas party afternoon with our company (12 people): super delicious Christmas goose, great drinks, delectable desserts, incredibly friendly and efficient service - a thousand thanks to Mona!! We'll definitely do it again! ❤️

Unfortunately, the first impression was negative. The seats assigned to our group were extremely limited. It seemed they had accepted more reservations than they had seats available. The restaurant is very rustic, which is a good thing in relation to the food. The portions were very generous and the food was delicious.

Its a lovely place, lots of charm and some amazing beers. But its very popular and if you don't book a table, you could face a long wait. We didn't and waited 2 hours, during which time we were ignored and watched other people turn up without a reservation, eat and leave But if you can wait or if you do reserve, the food, drink and atmosphere is superb.

A restaurant entirely geared towards tourists – relatively limited menu selection. It's supposed to be a "brewery" – but it isn't. Relatively noisy inside. Not quite five stars... but okay once.

Visited this place almost 20 years ago by accident when I visited Berlin for the first time. After many visits this is the best German restaurant I have visited in Berlin, highly recommended even if you need to take a small detour to get there!

Excellent, reasonably priced food with typical Berlin and international dishes. The Kaiserschmarrn is highly recommended, even as a main course. The service staff is very attentive and friendly. We've been there several times over the past few years. We'll definitely be back!

I recently went there with my girlfriend and ordered a rump steak with green beans and peppercorn sauce without any great expectations. And what can I say? It was the best rump steak I've ever eaten! The side dishes were just as delicious. Hats off to them! We'll be back!

Cozy, rustic – old Berlin. Delicious food – home-style cooking in satisfying portions. A friendly, professional server who, despite the considerable hustle and bustle, kept everything wonderfully under control.

Although the restaurant was busy and we arrived without a reservation, we were helped without any fuss. The food was delicious (and the drinks still are), and the service was very attentive. Good, traditional German cuisine at fair prices in a pleasant atmosphere. When I'm back in Berlin, I'll definitely come back.

The Xantener Eck is one of the last true Berlin pubs. The clientele is down-to-earth and pleasantly mixed, the decor is rustic and cozy – exactly as you'd want it. There's a wide selection of draft beers, and the food is very reasonably priced. Overall, an authentic pub with a long tradition – a place where you immediately feel at home.

We love coming here and do it regularly. It's a cozy Berlin pub with delicious German cuisine, very generous portions, and a great selection of beers. The service is very friendly and efficient. You should definitely make a reservation, as the restaurant is always very busy.

This was by far the best restaurant offering traditional German home cooking. We enjoyed the lunch menu, and the price was incredibly reasonable. My mother was very impressed with the food, even though she's quite picky and always takes large portions. The restaurant was very busy, which is certainly due to the lunch menu. But if the food wasn't good, it wouldn't be so popular. The server was also very quick and friendly, so I'm happy to leave a good tip. The decor was exactly my style – rustic yet clean. I was here two weeks ago, sat outside with three men who were drinking tea (and then left). After no waiter came outside, I called the restaurant. The service was very friendly and attentive. For starters, the Berliner Bulletten (Frikadellen?) – one term sounds like a policeman to me, as a Viennese, the other like a type of fish – were very good. The cabbage roll was a game changer. Who can finish that alone? It tasted very good! However, I would suggest a slightly better quality espresso :-)

When I tell you that this place provided the epitome of the German food scene on an unseasonably warm autumn day after already riding on a high from the Cloud Nine time of picking up my bib for the Berlin Marathon... I'm not exaggerating. We were looking for an all-encompassing biergarten experience that would have the perfect pints of radlers pair well with soul-warming goulash and vegetarian schnitzel in an outside setting to take in the hustle, bustle, and yet contradicting calmness on a warm September Saturday afternoon... and, boy, did they deliver. Although we were in the city for three days, we were unable to find a meal and atmosphere that matched our first pick of this establishment on our first day. The meals were mighty, though, so don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomach because you will get filled on their salad and the soup alone. And if you don't finish what's on your plate, be sure to prepare yourself for some sarcasm from the staff with joking jabs that reminded me of dear, sweet New York. I would fly back to Berlin in a heartbeat just to return here. Danke schön und prost! :))

I had Wiener Schnitzel with french fries and mushroom sauce, and a couple of beers 🥰 The ambience in the restaurant is great, indicating that it is a quite old place with a lot of tradition. Spaten Münchner Helles was super nice

We sat outside on a late summer evening. The steak and baked potatoes, as well as the Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes and Leberkäse (liver sausage) were very tasty, but we returned the Kaiserschmarrn dessert because it wasn't really that good... all in all, a wonderful evening... we'd gladly return.

The Xantener Eck is my favorite restaurant in Berlin! The ribs, in particular, are simply unbeatable. Super tender, juicy, and the meat practically falls off the bone. It would be great if ribs were always on the menu.

I spotted this restaurant as I was walking by, and made it a point to return before the end of my trip. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with that classic old-world style you want when dining in Berlin. The food is excellent—I’d especially recommend starting with one of the soups and then going for the sausage variety plate, which was absolutely amazing. Generous portions, great flavors! This place is a gem and you really can’t go wrong here. I loved it so much that I came back again on my next trip to Berlin. That should tell you everything!

A wonderful Berlin restaurant. Has been operating in this place for over 100 (!) years. Excellent menu of traditional German cuisine, special Berlin recipes + 12 types of beer! There is also fish, shrimp, salads, appetizers and something vegetarian. In general, for every taste. Large portions. Definitely recommend!

By far the best restaurant in Berlin. Excellent food and hospitable staff. The only place where you can eat a normal Wienerschnitzel, and where the food is adjusted to normal European standards, and not where you can only eat German cuisine which is very specific. The portions are normal size and a person can eat their fill, and the restaurant also has a nice terrace. If I'm in Berlin again, I will almost exclusively eat here. Highly recommended!

Lunch is sometimes great, sometimes a flop. The lunch menu is always posted late; sometimes the wrong menu is posted, like the asparagus menu instead of the chanterelle mushroom menu. Friendliness isn't a big deal here (even on the phone)! Customers seem to be just a nuisance!

A really nice place to have a beer. The ambience is good and the interior decoration is wonderful. Unfortunately my goulash was so salty it was impossible to eat. When I told the waitress, she just shrugged and moved on. So, in short I would recommend it for a quick beer, but I would avoid the food.

My girlfriend and I, along with my parents, really enjoyed this restaurant. The food is tasty and the staff is great. Will definitely continue to come here going forward.

Unfortunately, not anymore. The restaurant was good for decades. Apparently, there's a new owner or a new chef. Eight other regular customers I know share the same opinion. What a shame.

Hotelgast, polizeiliche Absperrung, Geldtransport-Überfall, Frust, kein funktionierender Nahverkehr und dann... ein toll funktionierendes Lokal. Klasse Bier und Riesenkohlroulade - Glück pur. Die Bedienung dazu äußerst freundlich. Mein AC/DC - Ausklang war gelungen.
