The food and drinks were all very, very good and fresh.

Super delicious food, tastiest sushi, super nice team. The ambience can definitely be improved. Unfortunately it's all a bit useless. Nevertheless, we would like to come back

The food is always delicious, but unfortunately I lost my appetite after I went to the toilet... I really hope that the small room where everything is prepared isn't just as dirty. The walls in the bathroom are full of stains, holes and dust... really a shame.

Excellent Vietnamese and Asian food. The owners are Vietnamese, so authenticity is guaranteed! Very friendly and attentive staff. Most recommended dish: the Pho Phan soup! Will certainly come again!

So I have to give a big shout out to the whole team. I reserved a table for 10 people at the weekend and it went really well. The food came out at the same time and the service was very attentive. In the end, everyone even got plum wine on the house. Apart from that, I think the price-performance ratio is great and is quite cheap compared to other restaurants, like in Hildesheim. Because the food is freshly prepared in front of you and tastes great. Thank you again for the lovely evening. We will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant.

In the meantime I've eaten here several times with different people and I haven't heard a single negative voice. The food is delicious and very fresh. Finally sushi in Alfeld! The service is always friendly. Highly recommended. The only point of criticism is the toilet, which really needs to be renovated.

Can't understand the bad reviews. The two of us ate there. Starter Gyosas and spring rolls, then various sushi and mango sauce with vegetables and beef strips. There was soup from the house. Everything was fresh and tasty, the service was super friendly. And not every store that doesn't accept card payments is a money laundering company! There are quite a few of them and you should be very cautious with such suspicions. Anyway, we liked it.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it at all. In contrast to the previous bamboo, unfortunately it was an absolute failure!!! The portions are smaller and the price is more expensive... the quality is ready for the toilet bowl, the sushi is like a brick in the stomach, the fried noodles are half the quantity and 50 cents more expensive, shame on you for robbing people... on top of that, the strange criminals are abolishing EC payments Why that is the case… everyone can imagine. Never again will the health department be called and if necessary the tax office.

I have to give a bad review now. We ordered online and were given 50 minutes. It's not a problem when there's a lot going on. But : You arrive at the store after 50 minutes and you still haven't received your order and no one speaks to you and says anything... you don't go somewhere else to get something to eat, it takes 10 minutes, then you come back and still nothing... .. After 1 hour and 30 minutes you ask and are told that the order will be made straight away... my other food was already cold and since it would have taken longer, I drove home without eating... Everything for nothing.....I think it's disgusting....

I got mochi and sesame balls. They were really tasty, but over 5 euros for 3 pieces each is quite a lot. Payment with EC is not possible, a bit strange.

What a failure. It should be a nice, delicious birthday evening. In advance. My meal (sushi) was delicious. Unfortunately I didn't get my starter. The others do. Doesn't matter. Can happen. Not bad. But the fact that three people get their food and the other two don't... That's not good. When asked, it came at some point. Unfortunately, the others were already finished by then. It's cozy when you go out to dinner together. Oh yes. Finally, my starter suddenly arrived. Something unexpected. No accommodation from the operator. I didn't have to pay for the starter. I would still have expected some goodwill. I had to pay full price. I wasn't actually ready for that, but it was my own fault because we ate. Just not together. I can't help it if there aren't enough staff present, but I expect that they try to salvage something from the paying customer's evening. Especially since the fun wasn't exactly cheap. By the way. The food at the next table was cold. Overall, I have to understand, the operator said, it was Friday after all. In this sense. It was the first and last time we ate in the store. It's not about the quality of the food. That was fine. But completely overwhelmed staff and no goodwill made the evening something very special. Thanks for nothing and good luck. There is one star for the sushi. I would have preferred not to give it. I am really disappointed!

We wanted to order the food online but the website said it wasn't possible, we were called almost at the same time and informed that the website had an error. So this just for your information... Now to the important part, the food. My daughter was very enthusiastic about the sushi so I can only recommend it. We ordered a total of 5 different dishes and all of them were hot and super tasty! Our conclusion is that we will definitely eat there again (prices are appropriate for this taste and the size of the portions). Keep it up dear Pho Phan team.

In terms of food, the restaurant is an enrichment for Alfeld! Very good quality, fresh ingredients, no glutamate! Keep it up! Service: very nice, but with some training it would be perfect! The ambience: will hopefully gradually become more comfortable. Rome wasn't built in a day either. Unfortunately, the service staff walk around in jogging pants and sometimes in flip flops/mules/slippers. I fully understand that you need comfortable shoes to cover the kilometers you need to cover during the day. But if the waitress walks around in sweatpants and slippers, the guests will also visit the restaurant dressed like that (yesterday there were actually some guests there in sweatpants 🤦‍♀️). The food culture is lost. This is not a good development for our country. So: the staff should be neatly dressed in an exemplary manner.

I dined there on a weekday. My food tasted good and fresh ingredients were used, which made me very happy. Only my drink wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a Bionade Orange and got Fanta instead. But I didn't really want to complain and let it go. The food came quickly and was tasty. The service was fine. However, like almost all Asians/Vietnameses, they cannot/don't want to pay with their EC card because their EC reader is supposedly broken. Funny, all Asians have defective EC card reading devices. So only cash payment possible. The sanitary facilities were in the basement. Mostly clean, but also in need of renovation as several cables were just sticking out. But if you don't value such things and just want to have a good meal and have cash, I can recommend this place.

First time at this great little restaurant. I'm very happy that an authentic Asian restaurant has finally made it to Alfeld and not an "all you can eat buffet Chinese". The food is extremely fresh and has been lovingly cooked and served. Chopsticks are added to the meal, which further enhances the authentic food. We tried a lot of different starters in advance which tasted excellent. The main courses were also beautifully prepared and tasted very natural without all those extreme flavor enhancers. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and reflects the nice and great Asian culture. The prices are absolutely humane and in my opinion even too cheap for the type of food. I wish you continued success with your restaurant. I/we would love to come back. The only small point that could be improved would be to add the payment method credit card or EC Cash. But I think this will definitely be added in the future 🙂.

Danke nein, nie wieder. Preise stimmen nicht mit der Karte überein. Meine Ente war trocken wie die Sahara und braun wie ein Stück Kohle , der Reis nicht gesalzen und völlig matschig. 3 Gerichte bestellt, 1 falsches bekommen, angerufen drauf auf merksam gemacht und dann bin ich angemacht worden . Wie gesagt. Nein Danke, nie wieder.

Essen zum Liefern bestellt, am Sonntag Abend. Sie haben sich die Zeit genommen und die Bestellung vollständig zur Bestätigung wiederholt - sehr löblich. War nach 45 Minuten geliefert bei 10km Anfahrt. Essen war gut verpackt und kam heiß an. Sehr gut. Viel Müll und Einwegverpackungen, aber was soll man machen... Einfach sachgerecht entsorgen, dann passt das schon. Das Essen hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt und die Portionen waren angenehm groß. Wir worden alle satt. Nur die Speisekarte, die auf der Homepage zu finden ist, war veraltet (von 2022). Die Preise waren heute höher (natürlich). Bitte aktualisieren!

Es wurde das falsche essen geliefert und bei Nachfrage , wurde man noch unhöflich und es wurde gesagt das die Bestellung so aufgegeben wurde was nicht stimmte. Werde nie wieder dort bestellen.

Wir waren sehr oft im Bambus essen. Aber aktuell ist das nicht mehr möglich. Neues Personal was noch nicht einen Tag in der Gastronomie gearbeitet hat kann man nicht alleine auf Gäste loslassen ! Dann kommt der Koch in völlig verdreckten Klamotten an um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Dann kommt auch noch nicht mal das was man bestellt hat. Nein ! Hier nicht mehr !

Haben zu mit 15 Leuten über 1, 5 Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Und dann war das fast gar nichts, und der Reis war für die Personen anzahl viel zu wenig. Die Preise der Karten sind auch Falsch.

Zum ersten Mal da gewesen und ein Reinfall.erstens auf das essen 1,5 Stunden lang gewartet und dann kam es kalt zum Tisch.und die Preise stimmten mit der Karte nicht überein.

Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich zufrieden. Wenn ich allerdings eine "Thailändische Spezialität " ( alle Gerichte sehr scharf) bestelle, dann bin ich von dem gelieferten Essen doch ziemlich enttäuscht. Essen ist nur sehr leicht scharf und besteht, zu einem Viertel, aus Champions (in der Karte nicht erwähnt). Leider sehr schade, da ich die Thailändische Küche (wie beschrieben), gern mal probiert hätte.

Super!! Wir waren heute das 2. Mal da, das erste Mal war eher zufällig und wir waren direkt begeistert!! Service und Speisen supertoll, da lohnt sich die Stunde Anfahrt die wir haben. Von außen erst sehr unscheinbar, innen ein tolles Restaurant mit super netten Menschen. Einfach lecker und preiswert!!! Bis demnächst.

Gleichbleibende sehr gute Qualität des Essens, sowie immer sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Preis Leistung ist hier einfach top. Zudem habe ich noch nirgends einen so guten Asiaten gefunden, wo es eine so große Portion vor allem vom Fleisch her gibt. Daher hole ich regelmäßig hier Essen, wenn ich mal in Alfeld bin. Lieferservice ist ebenfalls seit Jahren gut. Einzig das Ambiente innen ist nicht so überragend. Trotzdem der beste Asiate den ich kenne.

Sehr nette schnelle Bedienung, Essen sehr lecker, hätte aber einen Hauch heißer sein können, obwohl Stövchen. Leider kein Buffet, nicht überrannt, Ambiente könnte bisschen mehr Chinesisch sein, kommen aber gerne wieder.

War heute auf Empfehlung das 1. Mal hier. Es war superlecker und die Inhaberin und auch Mitarbeiter sehr sehr nett. Mittagstisch mit Vorspeise Fruhlingsrolle oder Suppe ab 7,50 Euro in der heutigen Zeit echt viel zu günstig.

Nachdem ich jahrelang daran vorbeigegangen bin weil ich dachte, es sei ein Imbiss und man könne nur Snacks mitnehmen, war ich heute zum 1. Mal in dem Restaurant und bin total begeistert. Ein richtig großes Restaurant kam im hinteren Bereich zum Vorschein und sogar eigener Parkplatz ist hinter dem Restaurant vorhanden. Der Service war suuuupernnett und das Essen (Mittagsmenü mit Suppe für € 7,50) richtig, richtig lecker und absolut ausreichend. Ich komme sehr,sehr gerne immer wieder und hoffe aus tiefstem Herzen, dass viele Menschen erkennen, dass es ein richtiges Restaurant und KEIN Imbiss ist.

Ambiente müsste mal erneuert werden sehr alt packen. Service war sehr unsicher keine Ahnung (junger Mann)essen war gut auser der Reis zu lange gekocht zu weich
