Ich bin ja immer etwas skeptisch bei "Vereinsgaststätten" aber gastronomisch wird hier alles richtig gemacht. Der Service war professionell und freundlich, das Essen gut, und meine Begleitung perfekt.

Das Essen dort ist mega lecker 😋 und der Service ist für jeden Spaß zu haben. 😁

Schöne Terasse zum draußen essen

Ich war bisher nur selten da, aber wurde jedes mal absolut perfekt verköstigt. Ich nehme meisten den Salat mit Steak und muss sagen dass es wirklich immer das beste Fleisch mit dem absolut perfekten garpunkt ist. Das Ambiente ist ein Traum. Die Einrichtung ist schön, der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist auch toll. Die Kellner sind alle nett, ohne dass es als "übertrieben freundlich" wahrgenommen werden könnte. Auch die anderen Gäste wissen sich immer zu benehmen und es ist einfach immer ein schönes Gesamtklima dort. Das einzige, was sich eventuell kritisieren lässt ist, dass es dort nur Getränke der Make "Fritz-Cola" gibt, die mir persönlich nicht so sehr schmeckt wie die Originale Coka Cola. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Das Restaurant hat meine absolute Empfehlung!

Da es in fußläufiger Entfernung nur wenige Restaurants gab (ich hatte weder Auto noch Fahrrad, da ich mit einem Reisebus unterwegs war), konnte ich vier Tage lang hier essen. Das Essen war gut; die Speisekarte war zwar nicht umfangreich, bot aber dennoch eine ausreichende Auswahl. Die Qualität war gut und die Wartezeiten kurz. Der Service war erstklassig! Das Restaurant war schön eingerichtet.

Richtig schönes Ambiente. Nette zuvorkommende Bedienung. Richtig gutes Essen. Limonade sehr zu empfehlen. So bringt ein Restaurant Besuch Spaß. Gruß aus dem Norden.

Wir waren gestern erstmals im Auszeit und waren durchweg begeistert. Kleine Karte, hochwertige Qualität. Erstklassiger Service, sehr aufmerksam. Das Ambiente hat uns positiv beeindruckt. Lediglich die gut ausgewählte Hintergrundmusik war etwas zu laut. Die Weinauswahl ist für die Region und das hochwertige Lokal ausbaufähig. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Der Salat dazu war auch hervorragend,habe selten so ein gutes Dressing gegessen. Zum Hauptgang gab es einmal den Farmer Burger,dieser war auch fantastisch,frisches Gemüse mit saftigem Fleisch und Bacon und dazu zwei sehr leckere Soßen. Der Burger Bun war auch Qualitativ sehr gut. Hatte eine ordentliche Konsestenz. Nicht zu weich oder zu hart. Dazu Pommes mit einem sehr leckeren Dip. Auch das Rumpsteak mit Spargel war ausgezeichnet. Nichts dran auszusetzen. Die Portionen sind auch für gute Esser wie mich ausreichend um satt zu werden. Preis/Leistung passt hier zu 100%. Wir werden aufjedenfall nochmal kommen.

Liebevoll gedeckte Tische runden das schöne Ambiente stets ab. Ob vegetarisch oder mit Fleisch, bisher hat es immer sehr lecker geschmeckt. Was aber ganz besonders auffällig ist, ist der stets aufmerksame und freundliche Service. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind mit ganzem Herzen dabei. Ich bin regelmäßig dort und die Qualität ist gleichbleibend. Außerdem gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür. Wow, das war der leckerste Burger seit Ewigkeiten! Die Pommes dazu waren herrlich knusprig und überhaupt nicht trocken. Die Crème brûlée mit Früchten zum Abschluss rundete das Essen perfekt ab. Preislich ist das Restaurant etwas teurer als andere Burgerläden, aber die Qualität des Essens ist es absolut wert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Burger sind wirklich handgemacht, schmackhaft und haben eine besondere Note. In vielen kleinen Details hebt sich dieses Restaurant deutlich von den 0815 Ausflugslokalen ab. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Heute waren wir dort Spontan zu Mittagessen. Die Empfehlung des Tagesburgers und das Gericht Hähnchenbrust waren sehr schmackhaft und schön anzusehen. Der Service war perfekt und zuvorkommend, weil auch unser Hund davon profitierte mit einem Napf Wasser. Das Ambiente und die Aussenterrasse, dort saßen wir, war einladend und gepflegt. Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Bad Kreuznach werden wir dort wieder einkehren, da wir uns wohl und nicht bedrängt gefühlt haben.

Waren am 10. Maerz 18:30 Uhr dort mit 4 Personen. Essen sehr lecker und gute Portionen. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ambiente empfanden wir als angenehm ruhig, man könnte sich sehr gut unterhalten. Wir waren zum erstenmal dort und alle sehr zufrieden. SAU lecker Burger sind einmalig.

Obwohl nicht reserviert hat man uns sehr freundlich behandelt und dazwischen geschoben was auch sehr gut klappte. Essen hervorragend und für den 14. Februar passendes Ambiente geschaffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder beim nächsten Aufenthalt in der Nähe. Wirklich sehr angenehmes Personal.

Das Restaurant ist wirklich erste Sahne, wir waren innerhalb einer Woche 2x dort und haben uns mit 3 Mann genüsslich durch die Speisekarte gefuttert. Die Bedienung beherrscht ihr Metier durch und durch, das Ambiente ist Super und die Speisen sind wirklich Köstlich, egal was gegessen wurde, es war Klasse!! Auch die Dessertkarte wurde 2x von oben bis unten Wegradiert!! Die etwas weitere Anreise nehmen wir gern in Kauf, wir kommen bald wieder 😃😃

Vom Anrichten keinerlei Ahnung, Komponenten stimmen nicht überein und appetitlich sieht es auch überhaupt nicht aus bei der Pampe die da gemischt wird.

Früher war es besser. Ich bin von der Auswahl an Speisen enttäuscht und für einen Burger etwas zu teuer.

Ein Besuch in der „Auszeit“ in Bad Kreuznach verspricht ein stimmiges Konzept, das ich nach meinem jüngsten Aufenthalt mit soliden vier Sternen bewerte. Das Personal agiert auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam, fachkundig und strahlen eine angenehme Gastfreundschaft aus. Die Räumlichkeit ist sehr gut aufgeteilt; selbst größere Gruppen fügen sich harmonisch in das Gesamtbild ein, ohne die Akustik oder die Privatsphäre anderer Gäste negativ zu beeinflussen. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist gut und bietet für verschiedene Ansprüche passende Angebote. Sehr positiv startete der Abend mit einem Gruß aus der Küche. Von drei bestellten Hauptgerichten konnten zwei vollends überzeugen. Das Gericht "Frutti di Mare" konnte geschmacklich leider nicht an das Niveau der anderen Speisen anknüpfen und hat persönlich nicht überzeugt. Hier zeigte sich jedoch die Klasse des Hauses: Das Team ging sehr professionell mit der Kritik um und kam uns kulinarisch entgegen. Solch ein Beschwerdemanagement ist ein klares Zeichen für Service-Exzellenz. Die sanitären Anlagen präsentierten sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts in einem tadellosen und sauberen Zustand. Die Auszeit ist eine Empfehlung in Bad Kreuznach, wenn man in einem modernen Ambiente mit exzellentem Service besonders speisen möchte.

Ich mag das Ambiente dort, bisschen schummrig, gedimmtes Licht, viel Holz. Der Service ist auf Zack, sehr aufmerksam. Am zweiten Weihnachtstag waren wir dort essen, wobei ich mir die vegetarische Lasagne bestellt habe. Nach einem Malheur in der Küche, kann ja passieren, kam das Essen 15 Minuten später. Leider konnte die Lasagne nichts, aber auch gar nichts an Geschmack bieten. Es war das schlechteste "Gericht", welches ich seit Jahren in einem gehobenen Restaurant bekommen habe. Explizit dieses Essen kann man auf keinem Fall empfehlen. Sonst scheint es ja ok zu sein, aber diese Kritik musste mal gesagt werden. Gruß an den Koch. Antwort auf die Antwort. Hui, da verteidigt aber jemand sein Revier. Sehr ehrenvoll, aber nach einer ehrlichen Kritik die Gäste persönlich anzugehen, zeugt vom Charakter. Ich gebe aber gerne ihren Gesundheitstipp an die anderen Gäste weiter. Sie haben von der Lasagne probiert, und sind alle zum gleichen Ergebnis gekommen. Was ich übrigens vor Ort auch ihrem sehr netten Kellner gesagt habe. Nochmal, es ging nur um dieses Gericht, ansonsten ist ja alles ok. Eine gute Übergangszeit wünsche ich 🙂

The ambiance is lovely and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, my meal was disappointing. The vegan burger, besides the patty, consisted only of lettuce, tomato, and raw onions; the bun was thinly spread with a kind of pesto. It tasted bland and dry. I would have preferred a generous sauce and caramelized onions for flavor and richness. The fries were okay; the lemonade was too watery due to the excessive amount of ice. Overall, despite the pleasant atmosphere, my experience was mixed.

A great restaurant! The menu isn't extensive and changes every few months, but the food was simply fantastic, from appetizers to dessert! I'm in Bad Kreuznach for oncology rehab, but if I lived here, this would be one of my favorite restaurants!

Yesterday, while passing through, very hungry on a Monday evening (when everything was closed), we were lured by the slightly garish sign...we were so surprised by the tasteful and cozy interior, the exceptionally delicious food, and the very friendly and professional service!! The appetizer dips with the baguette, the house special, were very, very tasty. The menu wasn't too extensive, with understated but beautifully presented dishes (they were spinning all around us) without too much frills, and the prices were absolutely reasonable! It's a shame the shop isn't close to our hometown; it's a real eye-catcher once you're inside!

The salad was amazing, as was the tonka bean creme brulée. Beautiful decor, a great terrace, and excellent service! I highly recommend this restaurant.

This rating doesn't reflect the service or the ambiance! We ordered two burgers: the Farmer's Burger and the Cheese Burger. Both burgers were a 4/10 - the combination of sauces on the burger and the overall composition weren't tasty at all. I expected more from a restaurant with such a great ambiance and a 4.7-star rating! On top of that, you feel like you're being watched while eating - it feels like people are walking past your table every two minutes and looking at you. You couldn't have any peace while eating. Your mouth is full and you get asked if you like it. That was really annoying and stressful while eating.

We dined with several people. This resulted in the following impression, as tastes can vary greatly. The soup of the day could have been a bit more intense in flavor. The bruschetta was excellent. The starter of sea bass with glass noodles was very delicate and well-seasoned. Perhaps a touch too sour. The main courses of sea bass, a large salad with chicken, and a pork chop are all praiseworthy. The service was very attentive. Good value for money. Reservations are recommended. We'll be back. We were staying in Bad Kreuznach for one night and spontaneously decided to try Auszeit for dinner. Although the restaurant was packed and we didn't have a reservation, we were greeted with a very friendly smile and a very nice table. We actually only wanted something small, but the food absolutely blew us away. We haven't had better food anywhere in Bad Kreuznach so far. Whether it was a salad with steak strips or a burger or even a scoop of ice cream for dessert, everything was incredibly delicious and lovingly prepared. The staff always had a smile and were extremely helpful. For us, it was a wonderful end to the day and a real insider tip in Bad Kreuznach. Many thanks to the team and we would gladly return anytime!

Restaurant Auszeit made a good impression on me. It's a stylish place with a cozy and pleasant atmosphere – perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff was friendly and helpful, and parking was no problem at all. The view from the outdoor terrace was beautiful and made the experience even more special. As for the food, I ordered fish, but unfortunately, it wasn't to my taste. I think it just wasn't my style. My husband had a burrito and was very satisfied – a generous portion, well-seasoned. All in all, a lovely place that we'd love to return to. Next time, I'll try something else on the menu 😊

We stayed here for two nights with our girls on Ascension Day weekend, and it was truly fantastic. Even the communication beforehand with Alina, the restaurant manager, was very straightforward and friendly. The rooms were super clean, simple, and beautifully furnished. There was even a coffee machine. We spontaneously wanted to go there for dinner on Friday evening with about 20 adults and 25 children. This was also no problem at all. Even the kids' special request for pasta with tomato sauce was fulfilled, even though it's not usually on the menu. The service that evening was super friendly and fun. We all felt very, very comfortable. The food was simply delicious, so the slightly higher price was okay. I'm happy to pay a little more for very good, tasty, and high-quality food. We'll definitely be back!!!

The only thing I have to comment on is that the hamburgers are not easy to eat in the normal way with your hands. You must eat them German style, with fork and knife 😆. The staff have a great sense of humour and are very friendly. Everything seems to be homemade, meaning in the restaurant, and on the spot. I had the feeling that they enjoy their work and enjoy the fact that the customers enjoy their products. I liked the experience and the encounter with the people working there. All in all, it was okay. Unfortunately, we didn't really enjoy it. I would definitely ask for the "special" curry-flavored sauce to be removed next time. Ordered the meat medium, but it still came out VERY(!) well done. Ultimately, perhaps better to avoid taking any risks... The prices are a bit high. The ambiance and service were good 👍🏼 Overall, a "C" in school grades.

We were there for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. You sit in nature and feel like you're on vacation. The ambiance inside and outside is very appealing. The staff is very attentive, but not intrusive. The food is extremely delicious and the portions are generous. Suitable for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. My vegan burger was amazing! Dogs are welcome inside and out! Dog water is brought immediately. You can only give it 5 stars. We'll be back!!!!

We ate here with around 22 people for a private celebration. The restaurant is ideal for this purpose; there is a separate, partitioned-off room that can be rented relatively inexpensively even outside of opening hours. The menu is manageable, but the food is very tasty and beautifully presented. The drinks selection was very varied. The food was very well received by all guests, especially the bowl, rump steak, and burgers. For dessert, we really liked the strawberry trio and the chocolate cake. We recommend trying the raspberry water. The vegetarians among us were also impressed. The ambience inside is really nice; don't be fooled by the outside. The restrooms were also very clean and modern. The location, right next to the salt mines, is also great. For anyone who doesn't want to spend thousands of euros on a wedding dinner or similar celebration, but expects a pleasant atmosphere and something other than run-of-the-mill food, this really is an insider tip. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even though it was a very hot day. I highly recommend it; I'd be happy to go back. It's definitely a good place for a casual meal, too; there's also a lovely terrace. Paying and tipping by card is no problem.

A dreamy ambiance; everything was well thought out. Stylish color scheme. Very friendly service. You can immediately tell that you're taking a break. Each of us had a different menu. We were impressed by the freshness and delicious flavors. The food was lovingly presented on beautiful English plates. It was a pleasure, and we'll be back.

The service was incompetent, seemed arrogant, and unfriendly, which in turn detracted from the pleasant ambiance. When asked if a table for four was available, the response, "That's bad, after all, they would have to plan accordingly," seemed very dismissive. 20% of the table was occupied. Pasta with wild garlic pesto was swimming in oil. "That's what they wanted," was the reply. Well then. The cheeseburger was very good (for €21), but the homemade fries were brown from the oil absorbed by the fryer.

This restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the polished dishes were also commendable, but the waitress was very dismissive and ignorant. She didn't even ask "Would you like something else?" The waitress was there once to take our order and then never again. There were several hairs on our table, even in the napkins. The chezbusrger was good, but the pasta with pesto was just soaked in oil and tasted absolutely awful. The price was very expensive for four people. The selection was very limited, as the dishes change every week, and the pictures don't match the reality. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The four of us visiting without a reservation was a challenge for the entire staff. During our visit, the entire restaurant was occupied by six people. A pizzeria would have been just as good.

A lovely restaurant in the Salinental valley with professional service and a pleasant ambiance. The menu is concise, but there are also good options for vegans and vegetarians. Overall, the food tastes good and the dishes are visually well presented, but the portion sizes vary. A bit more consistency would be appropriate at this price point.

A large, modern terrace overlooking the gardens and a beautifully individually designed interior. The food is very good and freshly prepared. Therefore, it's a good value for money. Highly recommended! The staff is attentive and super friendly. Dogs are welcome and there's plenty of space between tables. There's plenty of parking, but you can also walk here from the Salinenpark. Everything is lovingly designed, including the garden colony in front of the restaurant. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. We've been there twice, and the quality has been very good each time. We'll be back!

You can sit really nicely and the food is also great. But make sure you order the burger medium, otherwise the mince will be like Bolognese mince 😁
