We were there for the first time and it won't be the last time. The ambience is fantastic. The food was really extremely good. Adequate portion, freshly prepared and very tasty. The service was friendly, quick and not intrusive with a pleasant sense of humour. Someone here has thought about offering good service. A great concept! We would be happy to give you a good tip. The terrace is a lovely place to sit, with a great view. When it gets cold there are small blankets for the guests. So my conclusion, absolutely recommended and worth a visit. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for such a lovely evening.

We had a delicious meal here yesterday, delicious vitello tonnato, the best burger I've eaten in recent years. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the prices are fair. We'd love to come back.

A very nice restaurant, service was very good, the staff was super nice. The food was very good. The preparation when it came to the table really surprised me. Really lovingly prepared. The tagliatelle with basil/pesto sauce, tomatoes and mozzarella was also something to behold, as the saying goes. See image. I found the cup in which the espresso was served to be very original. Not an ordinary cup like you're used to, but really great like a "funnel". See image.

After the "AUSZEIT" is so praised as the best restaurant in the region, we wanted to try it out last night. The service is quick and good and the space on the terrace was exceptional with large trees and the salt pans with a view of the rock faces towards Bad Bad Münster. The seasonal leaf salad with AUSZEIT dressing was unfortunately very poorly and carelessly made. A limp salad with 4 slices of cucumber and a split cocktail tomato, drowned in an overly sweet dressing, wasn't worth the €7.90. The pork medallion plate was very nicely presented. The eye is satisfied. However, there was no roasted aroma on the medallions, the spaetzle had probably been warmed up under a grill and therefore had a crusty cheese sauce and the sautéed wild mushrooms were cold and unseasoned. And then €80 for that really annoyed us. What a shame! Since we had something to celebrate yesterday, we skipped dessert and espresso and went to the BLUE ICE CREAM PARTY, where we had a great dessert with espresso, which boosted our mood again.

We went on break for the first time last night and were absolutely thrilled. Great location, great decor, chilled out music, very nice and attentive staff (they even gave water for the dogs without asking) and really delicious food. The starter, main course and dessert were super good and make us want to visit again. Thanks so much

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and when the weather is good you can eat outside. We had the loin with wild mushrooms and citizens. Both were delicious. The citizen could have been a little bigger for that price 😉

In my opinion, the still water was tap water, as the bottle appeared to have been used several times, which was evident from the labeling and the wreath in the lid.

Very nice atmosphere, the people who brought along also loved it. Medium to slightly higher price level, great ambience and value for money for a special evening is in my opinion. I've been there three times now. Twice the staff was extremely friendly, once friendly. Twice the salad was great, once there was too much mustard in the sauce. And yet, everything is human, therefore overall package grade 1, please keep it up🙏

The service needs improvement. When ordering drinks, food orders were grumpily rejected at the same time. A waitress is overwhelmed with correct operation and casual sayings. There were 45 minutes between starter and main course 😴 without any notice or apology. Overall inattentive service. A pity.

Wir waren an einem Sonntag mit spontaner Reservierung mit vier Gästen vor Ort. Schönes Ambiente im Innenbereich, ebenfalls gibt es eine nette Außenterrasse. Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr gute Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen, auch auf vegetarischer oder veganer Basis. Wir hatten vier verschiedene Hauptspeisen die uns geschmacklich überzeugt haben. Preise auf ‚höherem‘ Niveau, trotzdem stimmiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Kartenzahlung möglich.

The salad plate was really generous and the vegetarian burger was also very tasty. Price-performance fits.

We had a wonderful evening as a married couple during our break. The waiters are very accommodating and the food is delicious. We opted for the burgers with fries. We both particularly liked the fries. We can only recommend this restaurant.

It was our first time at Auszeit and we really enjoyed it. From our point of view, from the attentive and friendly service to the great food, it was really great. Cream of asparagus soup was great, with bite-sized asparagus pieces in it - very good. The small salad in a glass, very fine, delicious dressing. The asparagus with potatoes and 200gt steak was very good! The steak was cooked as desired, the asparagus and potatoes were firm to the bite and not so mushy, overview - very good! Asparagus with potatoes and chicken roulade filled with parmesan and ham - very well prepared, very tasty! Unfortunately there is no gluten-free bread, but quinoa patties were offered as a substitute and served upon request. Overall really good and we would love to come back!

Cozy modernity makes you happy to stop by. However, drinks and food are expensive. Unfortunately, the much praised burger 🍔 is not worth the money. Difficult to eat, I didn't find any cheese, the leaf of lettuce wasn't worth mentioning. And even though the meat was ordered "well done", it was more than rosy. The fries were few, but tasted very good. 19.90 euros...I would have gladly paid it for a taste explosion.

Unfortunately there was no success on the last visit. There were 8 people there, but there just wasn't something for everyone. For me the hamburger is not in proportion to the price. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the other dishes that we saw on the other tables did not correspond to the price either. When I told the staff that we simply hadn't found the right one, they said, "This isn't a schnitzel restaurant." For me, that was very inappropriate and not a sign of friendly service. Oh well. A few years ago things were different. I don't have to go there anymore. The parking lot was a complete disaster.

Wir waren gestern Abend zu Zweit beim Essen. Tolles Ambiente nicht der allgemeine 0/8/15 - Einrichtungstrend, hier hat sich jemand selbst übertroffen. Jedes Detail von der Einrichtung bis zum Serviettenring außergewöhnlich. Das Personal absolut aufmerksam, professionell, zuvorkommend und freundlich - das ist heutzutage leider nicht immer so. Die Karte überschaubar. Die Gerichte absolut top. Sonderwünsche wurden gerne berücksichtigt. Lediglich vom Espresso war ich etwas enttäuscht.

Everyone knows it when sauces start to dry out. This is how it was delivered! Nothing is really homemade here. System catering! The reviews are incomprehensible to us. A hair in the starter didn't work either. It can happen, but with all other points it was simply too much of a good thing. Please avoid! Service was very polite and nice. Ambiance is amazing. It's all pointless if the food is so bad :/

We were just at AUSZEIT… very nice reception. Nice ambience. Super nice service staff. Small but nice menu. Drinks - sometimes other than just beer, cola, soda - came really quickly. The dishes looked and tasted delicious. We were checked on again and again. Interested, not pushy. The bill is reasonable. We had a really nice relaxing evening. Thank you very much!

Beautiful location in terms of location and design, very accommodating attentive service, chilled music in the interior and on the bar terrace, all around a harmonious Fēng Shuǐ. It calls itself a “German restaurant”, but has many international and modern influences (e.g. teriyaki tuna with Tobiko caviar plus edamame cucumber salad), changing soups of the day, large and small salads, vegetarian dishes (pink pasta with feta, beetroot and rocket) , fish (stripe fillet with pak choi), corn-fed chicken breast, osso bucco etc. A special highlight are the homemade burgers, also in a vegan version (between €18 and €22). Riesling from the Anton Finkenauer winery in Bad Kreuznach, as a non-alcoholic drink the strawberry and raspberry water is refreshingly different.

The Pullet Chicken Burger wasn't the cheapest (€22.90) but the quality was impressive. The portion size was okay and with the welcome from the house we were full. The waiter was extremely nice and on the ball.

Very tasty food - everyone will find what they are looking for here: vegan food tasted just as good and was a wholesome dish as the meat dishes. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. A jar of baby food was also warmed up and some bread was brought in for a small child. Gladly again.

Despite Easter, we still managed to get a seat, the food arrived super quickly, it was delicious and the service was very friendly.

Ausgezeichnete Küche im sicherlich etwas preislich gehobeneren Bereich aber man bekommt für gefühlt 8 bis 10 Euro mehr je Person als beim lieblings Italiener ...... eben ein kleines Erlebnis ......sehr aufmeksames Personal und auch genug Platz , nicht so eng gestellte Tische lassen es nicht so laut werden . Parkplätze sind auch gut verfügbar. Gerade um nach einem Spaziergang an den Sslinen sich zu Stärken mit Genuss eine gute Adresse. Wir waren schon zweimal da und hatten zum Bsp den Salat mit Hähnchenbrust-Filet und den Veggy Quinoa Burger .....beides bei 19.- Eur sehr sehr lecker . Wir kommen wieder

Ich habe heute mal wieder das Restaurant Auszeit besucht. Es ist immer wieder eine Freude. Und ich werde immer wieder überrascht. Heute: Teriyaki-Thunfisch & Tobiko Kaviar & Edamame-Gurkensalat. Ein wahres Kunstwerk, dass Auge ißt mit. Und es hat sensationell geschmeckt. Großes Lob an das ganze tolle Team.

und entspannter Service, schöne Atmosphäre und ein gelungenes Essen mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Auch für Veganer werden ein paar Speisen angeboten.

We weren't really thrilled. In this price range I expect more from the food and service. The rump steak was in a fatty vegetable mash. When I mentioned this while clearing up the waiter wasn't really interested. 🤔🙁

We really liked the ambience, the cosiness of the food and the service. The food was extremely good and something different than usual in other restaurants. Despite the fact that the menu changes every two to three months and there is a very young team in the kitchen, we were very impressed with this cuisine. We would love to visit this restaurant again. Chic restaurant located on the footpath in the Salinental. Interesting atmosphere, very nice service, good food, there is also a lot on the menu for vegetarians. The price-performance ratio is typical for the area. Reservations are recommended as there are rarely any free tables, especially at lunchtime. There is also a nice sun terrace for the summer time.

Great restaurant The service staff is very friendly and consistently professional. The ambience is wonderful, in some places there are small table fireplaces. High quality table cutlery. The menu selection is seasonal. The dishes were simply wonderful. Big praise to the entire team!

Wir haben uns auf dem Heimweg vom Technik Museum spontan für eine AUSZEIT entschieden und was soll ich sagen von der telefonischen Reservierung bis zum verlassen der Lokalität war Alles perfekt !!!!! Super freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, eine kleine aber dafür Hochwertige Karte, leckere Vorspeise, leckerer Hauptgang, leckerer Nachtisch. Kaum Wartezeit zwischen den Gängen, einfach perfekt!!!!!! Auch wenn der Besuch spontan war und auf dem Weg lag steht eins fest die knapp 100km von zu Hause aus werden wir sicher nochmal in kauf nehmen um dort einen schönen Abend bei GUTEM Essen zu verbringen !!!

Wir hatten an diesem Abend kurzfristig ein Restaurant gesucht, dass auf dem Weg nach Hause liegt. Die Wahl fiel auf dieses Restaurant und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Da waren wir nicht das letzte Mal. Essen großes Kompliment und Bedienung sehr, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Hier hat wirklich ALLES gepasst! Das Ambiente mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht, aber nicht überladen, Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Essen als das absolute Highlight. Ein perfekter Abend, ich werde so schnell wie möglich wiederkommen!

Schöner Laden den ich immer gerne besucht habe, aber die aktuelle Preissteigerung steht nicht im Verhältnis zur Mehrwertsteuererhöhung. Ich habe gerne etwas mehr für den Burger dort bezahlt, aber hier wurde der Rahmen gesprengt. Preiserhöhung in dem Ausmaß und Qualitätsverlust in der Küche wie im Service stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Aus diesem Grund hat das Restaurant mich für die Zukunft als Kunde verloren. Schade 🫤

Waren vor kurzem hier zu Gast. Tolles Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen und das Personal toppt das Ganze noch mit seiner Freundlichkeit. Ist auch sehr aufmerksam. Da geht der Gast zufrieden nach Hause. . Vielen Dank und weiter so👌

Das Essen war ok, nur die Serviettenknödel waren trocken. Im übrigen hatte der Chef schlechte Laune und benahm sich äußerst unprofessionell.

Ein großes Lob! Man erkennt die Liebe zum Detail beim essen. Der Salat ist außergewöhnlich gut! Ausserdem passt dazu noch der Service.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung gekommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Mit 20 Personen wurden wir am zweiten Weihnachtstag nach allen Regeln der Kunst verwöhnt. Der Service war super und das Essen ebenso. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die hausgemachten Limonaden sowie die Burger. Tip: Einfach mal eine Auszeit nehmen :-)

Seit Jahren kommen wir immer wieder gerne in das Restaurant Auszeit und genießen dort wundervolle Stunden. Das Essen ist wirklich klasse, die abwechselnden Gerichte gut durchdacht und der Service immer spitze. Einziger Punktabzug für die schwierige Parksituation, da es am Restaurant selbst zu wenig Parkplätze gibt.

Super!Haben unsere Weihnachtsfeier dieses Jahr bei AUSZEIT gemacht.Alle sind super zufrieden!

Wunderschönes Ambiente. Man wird von Anfang an herzlich willkommen geheißen. Kleine Karte was zeigt „hier wird alles frisch zubereitet“. Wir hatten jeder einen Salat und diese waren einfach lecker. Der Service war super und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem würde ich sogar für alles mehr Sterne geben.
