Restaurant Am Straßberger Tor in Plauen

First of all, the ladies from the service were very friendly and responded to our "additional request" quickly and easily!👍 We went to brunch on the occasion of a birthday, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the money all in all! The buffet was very unbalanced, very meat-heavy. Vegetarians Don't get your money's worth here! Why they add bacon to the scrambled eggs, which are unfortunately too dry, even though bacon is offered separately, is another restriction for meat-free eaters. The cold cuts plate, with a disproportionate amount of sausage, was visually at youth hostel level . A dessert that was described as "frozen" was indefinable, so there is still a lot of potential in the matter that could be awakened with the friendly and considerate staff!

Overnight stay is recommended, friendly staff, staffed around the clock

Booked a candlelight dinner and was advertised in the restaurant. A bus tour group was brought forward and we and two other couples were put into a conference room. Blurry photos on the wall, news channels as a sound system and nothing romantic, more like a train station hall. Unfortunately, the 3 course menu was not good at all. Curry crostinis were baguettes sprinkled with curry powder. Mini-sized meat and fish in the main course. Dessert vanilla ice cream without real vanilla with tasteless "raspberry cream" in a subtle gray. If we had known about this situation beforehand, we would have preferred to eat somewhere else.

Tasty and very nicely decorated. Great ambience. We'd love to come back.

We hosted a wonderful family celebration here. The planning in advance was very personal and very well prepared. Here you are the center of attention. The buffet was a blast. You can really say that there was something for every taste. What was great about it was that the children were also considered as equal to the adults. The quality is unbeatable. Many Thanks to the kitchen for this great buffet suggestion. The service was smooth, drinks were offered regularly, with a pleasant restraint and focus on the guests. The price-performance ratio is consistent. Thank you very much for everything, we will definitely be back, your Sengewald family

Genutzt im Rahmen eines WE-Ausflugs mit gebuchtem Candlelight-Dinner. Optisch toll und geschmacklich sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren durchweg zufrieden, toller Service, super Angebot, für jeden war etwas dabei, sogar für die Kinder, es war sehr lecker, kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr lecker und toller Service! Ich war zusammen mit meinem Mann dort essen. Das Essen hat uns beiden sehr gut geschmeckt und auch der Service war klasse. Wir legen beide großen Wert auf gute Dienstleistung und unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Großes Lob an das gesamte Team, ich werde euch fleißig weiterempfehlen!
