Was there for a farewell dinner of a colleague. Starters were okay but we didn’t choose our colleague ordered the starters. Main dish was quite good. it’s an Indian restaurant and worthwhile to try Servis was a bit slow and atmosphere is really very nice

Great location and a very nice terrace. Unfortunately, we had to wait more than 90 minutes for our food. The sauce was extremely disappointing, and the fried potatoes were lukewarm.

My husband and I (29 and 27 years old) celebrated our wedding in a beautiful tent on August 16, 2025. We can't describe in words how perfect everything was! The service, the food, the location, the ambiance, simply EVERYTHING was perfect! Everything was done exactly as we discussed. There wasn't a single thing to complain about! If we could, we would get married the same way again! From the reception to the end, everything was beautiful and simply fantastic! All of our guests were completely satisfied and happy. Just like us! And the value for money is top-notch! There's nothing to complain about with the price, as so much is included! 100,000% recommendation!

An all-round wonderful wedding experience!

The large rooms are impressive. The appetizers and main courses are delicious and well-seasoned. But I find it too loud. That's why I don't really enjoy it, especially as a group.

Great location, we were there for the Indian buffet on the first Thursday of the month. Wow, what a selection, what a taste experience! It was truly fantastic. We'll be back. Very high standards for an all-you-can-eat buffet.

We were able to celebrate our wedding in this wonderful setting, and our every wish was fulfilled. Communication during the preparations was truly seamless. Even the day before, during the final setup, we were well looked after, and every change we requested was implemented immediately. On our wedding day, all of our needs were met, and the service was always present but never intrusive. Our guests consistently praised everything, from the excellent wine selection to the exquisitely cooked food to the currywurst and fries for our midnight snack. All in all, it was a dream wedding in a dream location ❤

We celebrated our grandparents' golden wedding anniversary at the restaurant at the manor house on the Trages estate – our first visit, and we were not disappointed in any way. The organization and coordination beforehand – both by phone and email – were absolutely straightforward and very professional. All of our grandparents' individual wishes and needs were taken into account and fulfilled. The service staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and cordial – a level of service rarely experienced these days. Wine and water bottles were always refilled in a timely manner, and the entire team was very present and unobtrusively courteous. Thank you very much for that! A highlight was the champagne reception in the beautiful courtyard – a perfect start to the celebration. The buffet was first-class. I myself come from a 5-star hotel background and am very familiar with fine dining – so my sincere compliments to the kitchen team: Everything was freshly prepared, perfectly balanced in flavor, and presented in a modern and creative way – exactly what you would expect from contemporary cuisine. The only minor drawback: The restrooms were unfortunately not in perfect condition and should have been checked more frequently throughout the afternoon. The fireplace room, while very charming, was a bit uncomfortable without air conditioning in warm weather. Nevertheless, we were completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend Hofgut Trages and the restaurant at the manor house for festive events. The entire process – before, during, and after the celebration – ran smoothly. The ambiance is unique, the service outstanding, and the cuisine of the highest quality. Many thanks to the entire team – it was an unforgettable day!

There is India restaurant and they have good curry menu. Also other foods are good. The place is clean and moody.

Very mediocre to poor service. We said several times that we didn't want to sit in the sun and yet the waiter offered us a spot in the sun twice, even though there were plenty of spots available. The friendliness also left a lot to be desired and in general we didn't feel very welcome. Very disappointing! One star for the really nice ambience and the view.

Restaurant: very tasty food, especially the Indian dishes are highly recommended. A nice atmosphere on the terrace in summer. The team is great and very fast. The regular Indian buffet is very rich. Wedding location: Price-performance is top and the tent is a dream when the weather is right. Be careful: Taxis are difficult to get at night.

Food good, service unfriendly and disorganized.

We ate there today and somehow we were charged incorrect prices. Only when we got home did we realize that we had paid over 200 euros, even though it could only be just under 160 euros according to the card. Of course we didn't get any receipt. The service is unfriendly, the food is average, but based on the experience we will avoid this place. Hands off!

We got married at Hofgut Trages last year, had to postpone our date from 2020 and in 2021 it wasn't clear until shortly before the wedding whether we would be allowed to celebrate. During this nerve-wracking time, we could always rely on the team and especially the boss, Mr. Singh. He never insisted on any details, was always only interested in us being able to implement our wishes and ideas, and we can't thank him enough for that! Everything about our wedding was perfect!!! The food selection was outstanding. Even the special requests from our witnesses were no problem, the team was always there and even joined in the celebration at the end! If you are looking for a wedding location, you have found it here!

We had our Christmas party with the entire team at Hof Trages and it was simply fantastic! The food was excellent, the service was attentive and friendly, and the ambience was perfect for a festive celebration. Each of us enjoyed the evening and we felt completely comfortable. Many thanks to the Hof Trages team for this unforgettable evening! We'd love to come back.

Very nice location. There are enough parking spaces available. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The service was attentive and quick.

Essen ausgezeichnet und schönes Ambiente. Aber dazu muss man das Restaurant erst mal finden. An der Straße steht nur ein unbeleuchteter Hinweis. Dann geht es in die "Pampa" , wo sich fuchs und Hase Gute Nacht sagen. Keinerlei Hinweis zum Restaurant. Der Parkplatz ist unbeleuchtet, an beleuchteten Stellen gilt Halteverbot. Navi findet das Hofgut erst im 2. Anlauf.

It's my 80th here. Celebrated birthday and were absolutely satisfied with the dishes and the service. This also applies to all guests who expressed their complete satisfaction. We celebrated our wedding here, a very nice location for it. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was great. We were also lucky with the weather, so we were able to celebrate in the courtyard. All in all a very successful evening. However, I have to deduct a star for the service because there were a few misunderstandings and inconsistencies, but they were able to be clarified. I can only recommend it.

It's really a mystery to me why anyone would want to get married here. Two weddings are held at the same time and the events are so close to each other that the music from the other celebration is constantly heard. The service is also quite unfriendly and drinks are constantly delivered incorrectly. During the wedding ceremony and also during the meal you sit on cheap plastic chairs.

You can sit comfortably inside and outside. Food always tasted very good. The service is quick. It's clean and tidy. There are also enough parking spaces available. A smile from the waitress would have been the cherry on top.

Great North Indian buffet, very attractively presented and equally delicious

Four of us had dinner there today and had reserved a table. We were simply told to choose a free table. There were two weddings at the same time today. Unfortunately, the music at weddings is very disruptive. The ambience is lost. The menus were simply placed on the dirty table. When ordering the food, we were informed that certain foods were not available due to weddings. Despite the weddings, the meal came relatively quickly. But overall it wasn't anything special. There was no receipt when paying.

beautifully located on a historic estate… in front of the green backdrop of a traditional golf course, which allows the view to wander from the terrace… delicious food from a wide range of offerings… The Indian dishes are really appetizing and tasty……. The European dishes are also cooked and prepared with the same care...

Pure disappointment!!! We wanted to plan our wedding there. After a very quick contact and subsequent appointment, my fiancée and I were sure that we wanted to celebrate there. The lady at the event then told us we would receive our offer within 2 weeks, so we were confident that this would happen. What happens next is incomprehensible and a mystery to me to this day. The lady doesn't answer any emails, you can't get her on the phone or reach her in any other way. No answer, no callbacks... you've already made enough money? This was a complete disappointment for us and I therefore advise everyone to avoid this location as an event location!!!

As always, a poem. Everything was fine, except for the coffee. It really doesn't taste good, and I'm really not a gourmet coffee connoisseur either. I would prefer a simple, well-tested coffee than this brew. But otherwise everything was great. Gladly again

An excellent Indian restaurant with a really big enough team!

Herrschaftliches Ambiente, Service freundlich und aufmerksam, wenn auch etwas steif. Sehr gutes indisches Buffet, tolle Würze sämtlicher Speisen, weit über dem Durchschnitt sonstiger indischer Restaurants. Preis fürs Buffet sehr fair, Getränkepreise gehoben.

Ich hatte ein leckeres Hühnchen Curry. Geschmacklich war das Gericht sehr gut. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und das Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen. Von der Größe des Gerichtes wäre allerdings ein starker Mann nicht satt geworden, denn im Curry waren recht wenige Fleischstücke. Den Preis dafür fand ich zu hoch. Aber wenn man heute in ein Restaurant geht, gut isst und der Service stimmt muss man eben mehr bezahlen als noch vor einigen Jahren. Die Alternative wäre Zuhause zu bleiben.

Sehr gute indische Küche, aber auch europäische Gerichte. Sehr gutes Platzangebot mit scgönem Biergarten. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne Golfanlage.

Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, leider war mein indisches Gericht viel zu wenig und dafür sehr teuer. Wir wurden am Ende auch nicht gefragt, ob alles gut war.

Sehr gerne wieder! Tolle Location, toller Ausblick auf der Terasse auf den Golfplatz, sehr angenehmes, ruhiges Publikum. -Parkplätze vorhanden jedoch muss man ca 200m zu Fuß bergab laufen. Speisekarte mit deutschen, indischen und italienischen Gerichten. Meine Empfehlung: Lachs mit Spinat und Weinschorle und danach Tiramisu.

Wir waren hier an einer Familiefeier essen. Das Essen war super lecker und der Service war ebenfalls super. Essen für 30 Leute kam alles zusammen und das trotz verschiedener Gerichte.

Die Lage der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Speisekarte ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gibt sowohl deutsche als auch indische Küche. Da das Lokal von Indern geführt wird, haben wir uns für indische Gerichte entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Essen war schön angerichtet und sehr lecker. Hier werden wir in Zukunft sicherlich noch öfter landen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig. Nachtrag September 2023: Mittlerweile waren wir schon öfter hier und waren mit dem Essen immer sehr zufrieden. Neben den leckeren indischen Gerichten kann ich auch den gemischten Vorspeisenteller und das butterzarte Vitello Tonnato empfehlen.

Guter gehobener Inder als Teil eines Golfclubs. Pech hat man jedoch an Freitagen und am Wochenende, wenn gerade ein Golfturnier stattfindet. Dann stören laute Lautsprecherdurchsagen (z.B. zu den Ergebnissen, Siegerehrungen etc.) auf der Terrasse.

Essen gut, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis befriedigend. Location im Golfareal optimal platziert und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten Service ist deutlich ausbaubar und absolut nicht passenden für diese Location mit der entsprechenden Klientel

Leckeres Essen und super gemütliche Terrasse. Auf dem Tischen fehlt mir persönlich bisschen Deko - schöne Laternen oder Windlichter wären da schon ausreichend :) ansonsten ist aber alles super !

Essen war sehr gut. Das Golfer Schnitzel hat mir sehr gut gefallen und mein Mann hatte ein Indisches Gericht. Toll angerichtet und ebenfalls sehr lecker. Ambiente toll.

Keine Kulinarische Linie, neben indischen Speisen gibt es auch Schnitzel und italienische Gerichte. Aber überraschender Weise war das Essen hervorragend. Der Service war nicht unfreundlich aber schien gelangweilt und träge.

Wer die Gewürze mag super Sache, wer nicht ist es etwas teuer und Gewöhnung Bedürfnis.

Haben schon einige Male sehr lecker im Restaurant gegessen. Uns gefiel das Ambiente so gut, dass wir dieses Jahr in der Location sogar unsere Hochzeit gefeiert haben. Zum Restaurant gehört ein Festzelt, in dem man als geschlossene Gesellschaft feiern kann. Zur Verpflegung gab es Empfangs-Snacks, ein Abend-Buffet sowie einen Mitternachtssnack. Alles war super lecker und wurde auch von allen Gästen nur in höchsten Tönen gelobt. Das gesamte Team ist wirklich super und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, egal ob zum Essen oder zum Feiern.

Wir wollten heute unser Essen hier bestellen. Leider ist bei 5 Versuchen keiner ans Telefon gegangen. Es war nicht belegt- es ist einfach nur 20 min um 12.30Uhr niemand dran gegangen. Die Webseite meldete aber ein: Restaurant offen.

Wie waren hier noch eine Runde Golf, haben vorher reserviert. Man sitzt auf der Terrasse sehr schön. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir ein Lachs Carpaccio mit Spargel Salat Und indische Samosa, beides extrem hervorragend. Als Zwischengang haben wir uns Papadam bestellt (werden mit drei verschiedenen Soßen gereicht ). Als Hauptgericht hatten wir dann Spinat mit Lamm und Tandori Chicken, beides ganz ausgezeichnet. Das Essen ist allerdings nicht sehr scharf gewesen, wahrscheinlich muss man das extra bestellen. Die Bedienung war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Kann man durchaus empfehlen wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.
