We ate at Restaurant Alt Heessen today. It was a very pleasant visit. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were very friendly and welcoming to children, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended. We will definitely be eating here more often.

The service was completely overwhelmed; it took three-quarters of an hour to get our first drink. The food was great.

We were there with our family (about 10 people) and had reserved a table for the early evening. The "ambience" in the corner was abysmal. Service was only possible from one side of the table, but it wasn't really necessary, as after two hours no food order had been taken and not all the drinks had arrived. After repeated requests, our order was finally taken, but not for everyone. There was no eye contact with the guests. I can't comment on the food myself because I didn't receive any. In any case, the plates at the salad bar weren't clean. The place was completely packed and correspondingly noisy. The staff was overwhelmed, not unfriendly, but definitely overwhelmed. I won't be going back and can't recommend it.

In my opinion, one of the best Yugoslavian restaurants in Hamm. The steak is cooked to perfection, the side dishes are plentiful, and the service is top-notch. Many other restaurants could learn a thing or two from this. Highly recommended.

We have been there several times and have always been satisfied. Last time the minced steak, the cevapcici and the Djuvec rice were way too spicy. It just tasted spicy. It's a shame, because we won't be coming back for the time being.

Spontaneously cross something off our “to-do list” in the new year :) Just try out a location in town... What can I say, it was a good idea!!! The service was more than friendly and always there! The food was at the table quickly and exactly as we had imagined when it comes to Balkan cuisine. Grilled chicken breast gratinated with mozzarella and tomatoes, served with delicious potato chips :) Furthermore, minced steak filled with feta, fries and Djuvec rice. We were also able to help ourselves to the salad buffet. The wine order with the meal was made based on a recommendation and was perfect for us, thank you for that :) We will definitely stop by again, especially when the beer garden is open! Thank you for the lovely evening!!!

We celebrated a big family celebration here. The service was good and attentive. The tables were very nicely prepared. You were also allowed to bring your own cakes at no extra charge. The food was served on platters and tasted good. Drinks are very expensive, pork schnitzel is pounded very thin.
