We wanted to do something nice with this gray Sunday and decided to go out for dinner. My husband suggested we try a new place that we hadn't been to before. That's how we "landed" here. I have to say thank God. If I could, I would give it six stars. Well, on Sunday evening around quarter past eight it was relatively empty. But that was probably just due to time and the frustrating weather. I have never seen such a beautifully decorated Greek restaurant here in Germany. I fell in love immediately. The typical blue and white colors, beautiful pictures on the walls. Everything down to the napkins is really beautiful, original and very brightly designed. A very warm and friendly owner included. The food was also excellent, beautifully prepared and sufficient in quantity. Due to the limited crowd, we were at the table in record time. As I saw, there is also a nice outdoor area, which would also be a great alternative if the idea comes to visit Germany in the summer! We will definitely add this restaurant to our “eating repertoire”!

Nice Greek restaurant near the train station. The food is great and the service is friendly and accommodating. Everything was on the table quickly, in sufficient quantities and really tasted great. We'd love to come back.

Ordered for pickup the second time. I recommend the gratinated gyros with Metaxa sauce, very tasty and never gets dry because of the sauce. Side salad without any taste, I was able to add some seasoning at home. Unfortunately the calamari was horrible, completely tough and inedible. A pity! Update 2024: On-site visit was much better, one more star awarded 👍🏼. Everything fine

Food was great, absolutely top quality meat, best of all the tzatziki tasted just great!!! Waiting a little longer, or I was just too hungry, all in all recommended!!! The lady of the house was also very, very friendly!! We had the Crete platter for 2 people!! Only recommended!!

A really great restaurant. Very very tasty food. Very nice owners. We were there for the first time today and would love to come back. Update. After countless visits I can and must say it is the best Greek restaurant ever. You are welcomed with such friendliness, the food is always great. Great team. It's always a pleasure for us to eat there. Nowhere else will you be greeted with such a smile on your face. As soon as you come in you can feel that the boss is looking forward to every single guest. Addendum: It was renovated really well. The restaurant is now much brighter. We liked it very much. Went there again today. Full house, great food. Only recommended

While looking for a Greek near St. Wendel, I came across this one using the search engine. Will probably be our new favorite - Greek! We didn't have a reservation, but we easily got a free table (Thursday). The welcome was very friendly and accommodating. We really liked the ambience: typical colors (white, blue) that one associates with Greece, in a modern interior with a feel-good factor! The food was absolutely excellent and plentiful! Since we have been to many Greek restaurants all over Germany, I can say that I have rarely eaten such good suvlaki! Quite juicy and soft - not tough and hard. We had a mixed plate and were able to try a few things: The meat overall was very tasty and had a very nice grilled taste. Gladly again!

Service sehr lieb und familiär. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und eines der authentischsten griechischen Speisen, die ich im Saarland bislang hatte. Vorab einen Raki und man fühlt sich um so wohler. Preis Leistung ist hier absolut großartig. Gerne wieder wenn es mal schnell und knoblauchlastig sein soll

Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist köstlich und die Portionen ausreichend. Einzig kleine Kritik - die Tische stehen etwas zu dicht beieinander, so daß es recht eng ist. Das ist verstehe, da das Lokal nicht riesig ist. Wir kommen trotzdem immer wieder gerne.

Essen war wie immer sehr lecker. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Wir lieben dieses Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist absolut gastfreundlich und herzlich. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Die Kinder sind immer willkommen, auch wenn sie mal etwas lauter spielen. Gehen sehr regelmäßig ins Alexandros

Einfach jedes Mal super! War an meinem Geburtstag mit ca 20 Personen dort. Tisch war schon vorbereitet und essen kam bei jedem fast zur gleichen Zeit, trotz 20 Personen. Kuchen durfte man gerne selbst mitbringen und wurde auch kalt gestellt. Super service Super essen Immer gerne wieder !!

Essen war lecker und reichlich.Kommen gerne wieder

Mein Essen selbst war gut auch wenn der Tzatziki ehr ein Frischquark war mit geringem Knoblauchanteil - für meinen Geschmack. Das Gyros auf dem AthenTeller, bei mir, war weniger als lauwarm aber alles Andere gut. Bei einem Mitspeiser war das Bifteki gut angeschwärzt und dank der Röstaromen durfte es auf dem Teller bleiben sowie das rohe Fleisch in der hastig fertig gestellten Platte - da 7/8 Personen bereits das Essen hatten. Vorspeise und Getränke war super und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich. Für uns als Griechenland-Fans aber nicht griechisch genug und nichts besonderes.

Wir waren gestern per "Zufall" zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Salat, der zum Essen gereicht wurde, war mit einer weißen, gelleeartigen Sauce angerichtet, die alles andere als appetitlich aussah und auch nicht besonders schmeckte. Der Hauptgang (Bifteki) war okay. Die Toiletten sind in die Jahre gekommen, was per se nicht schimm ist. Ich hatte jedoch leider den Eindruck, dass die Toilette das Trainingscamp der "letzten Generation" ist. Meine Schuhe hatten derart geklebt. Ekelhaft und ein Eimer heißes Wasser ist kein Luxus!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr nett und freundlich. Alles in allem, ein perfekter Abend!!!

Wir hatten beide den Akropolis Teller und sind zufrieden. Das Fleisch war sehr saftig und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Auch 2023 noch top.
